This Sandpiper Toy Hauler is in good condition, as it was used by a Local Fire department for a mobile office. When not in use, it was always stored indoors. Because it was used as an office, things like the sink and stove have had very little use and as far as is known, the bed may have never been slept in. The face of one cabinet was altered to allow for FD radio equipment when in the field. There is some wear on the vinyl floor between the kitchen and bath. The generator has almost 600 hours on it, but the battery was low the day the photos were taken, so we did not hear the generator start that day. Capacities for Water, Waste, and onboard Fuel cell are unknown. Stock #273430 Very clean T25! 4000W Onan generator! Previously used as field office-never slept in! This 2002 Sandpiper Toy Hauler is perfect for the small family that wants to take their toys on the road. The Dropdown bed over the garage is a full queen bed, with the two fold-up sofas offering a couple more sleeping spots. The compact kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and double sink... Just what you need for meal prep on the road. The private bathroom at the front of the trailer has some cabinet space, a toilet, and a shower with small tub. The Genset starter is located in the Bathroom. There are quite a few tie-downs on the floor of the garage, and the garage is pretty spacy. It measures 15' to the Floor cabinet where the stove is located, there are 6' between the wheel wells, but if you place a tire on the wheel well, there is 7 feet from the tied up seat to the wall. And, it's 6'-6" from the ramp door to the first top cabinet, where it measures 5 feet from the floor to the bottom of that cabinet. The Rear Ramp door is 6' in height.

Our Destination trailers are perfect for anyone looking to make the most of a permanent site. With solid surface countertops, residential oven and refrigerator, full walk-in shower, and washer and dryer prep, our units come prepared for everyone. Our unique floorplans allow you to make the most of your view, with living spaces and dens in either the front or back to view mother nature.

Specifications Definitions

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)* - is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories. *Estimated Average based on standard build optional equipment.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity. **Estimated Average based on standard build optional equipment.

Each Forest River RV is weighed at the manufacturing facility prior to shipping. A label identifying the unloaded vehicle weight of the actual unit and the cargo carrying capacity is applied to every Forest River RV prior to leaving our facilities.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
