The AEROLUX power chair offers the latest in manufacturing technology utilizing only the best available components.

A  100% carbon fiber  frame significantly reduces weight and absorbs vibration for a smooth and light ride. While its  advanced control system  and large digital display drives two powerful rear motors that quietly blend into the background even when tackling inclines or moderate terrains.

Unlike other power chairs, the AEROLUX utilizes a unique cross-folding frame that can fold the power chair to a  slender 9-inch width , making it easy to store out of sight or in the back of any vehicle.

Crafted with the sophisticated traveler in mind, this foldable power chair is not just a device, but a passport to a world of  freedom  and  autonomy .

The purchaser of this product is entitled to a limited warranty as offered by Travel Buggy and its affiliates on the following components and timeframes from the date of purchase:

• 5 YEAR WARRANTY – Main Frame
• 2 YEAR WARRANTY – Motor
• 1 YEAR WARRANTY – Control System (CPU and Controller), Battery

90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY  – On the wearing parts, such as the tires, armrest, joystick button covers, controls knobs, seat cushion and backrest padding. This warranty is valid for the replacement of dysfunctional parts only. Any parts under warranty will be replaced and shipped for free. Any service and labor fees, if applicable, to replace parts under warranty must be paid by the user. Due to its straightforward design, most parts can be easily exchanged by the end user without a professional service tech required. However, it is always recommended you seek professional help for maintenance and service, to make sure the work is done properly.

The warranty only covers  NON-DELIBERATE Damage .

The warranty does not cover:

• • Products damaged by user negligence.
• • Products damaged accidentally.
• • Products damaged intentionally.
• • Products that have been subjected to negligence.
• • Products that have been subjected to abuse.
• • Products that have been improperly stored.
• • Products that have been improperly handled.
• • Products that have been improperly operated.
• • Products that have experienced general misuse.
• • Products that have been modified in an unauthorized, unapproved way. Warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original wheelchair purchaser. Travel Buggy will, at its sole discretion, replace any warrantable item that fails within the warranty period.

MOBILITY ON WHEELS Return Policy

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the product ordered, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call Mobility On Wheels Customer Service.

Once accepted, the following conditions apply:

• This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
• The item must be in  NEW CONDITION, UNUSED . Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Cracks, dirt, scratches, dirty tires, wear to seats and armrests, or damage to charging ports.  We know it is tempting to take your new scooter outside immediately, and once you do, it is not returnable.
• All accessories and chargers included in the scooter box must be returned. Example: Chargers, key fobs, baskets, additional shrouds. Accessories not included in scooter box, those purchased separately, do not have to be returned as part of a scooter return.
• Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
• Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.

Return Process:

• Request an RA (Return Authorization) from Mobility On Wheels within 30 days of delivery acceptance.
• Once the RA has been issued from Mobility On Wheels, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.
• Once the product is received, it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use, Mobility On Wheels is not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable, we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back.  You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
• Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment.
