A great trip

What a fantastic holiday. It was full of surprises firstly to get our own guides, drivers and vehicles as part of our package .We also had various extra's like meals and spa time,massages etc all thrown in unbe-known to us that was a surprise part of the package !!! All the hotels were of a great 5 star standard as advertised. The content of the tours and the knowledge of the guides was good and interesting.Internal flights were all organised and transfers to domestic and international flights were part of the package. Timekeeping by those parties collecting and getting us to the airports was exceptional - they just appeared at the agreed time and off we went. Contact details of the local agents was also available to answer any queries or uncertainties Cant fault any part of the package,a thoroughly enjoyable holiday .

Emergency contact number doesn’t work

I have been given two emergency numbers one for WhatsApp but it doesn’t work. I have had to pay on British airways and now on my connecting flight for my luggage which is not included for a 3 week trip disgraceful Can you please contact me urgently

A beautiful trip to Venice

I recently took my granddaughter to Venice booking everything through Voyage Prive. This was the 4th time I have used this company. The website and app are both easy to use. Everything is well planned and organised. Paperwork is clear. Contact numbers for emergencies are provided before you leave. I am about to use Voyage Prive for the 5th time, to go to Santorini, a clear indication of how we trust this company. Venice was as wonderful as anticipated the second time around.

No customer service …

I have a confirmed booking with Voyage Prive for my 60th birthday on 14 May. Received a notification from them that the hotel can no longer provide the room. Have confirmed the suggested alternative but have not received any confirmations and my booking still shows the old hotel. Running out of time to arrange an alternative birthday stay and cannot get anyone to assist. No return of my calls to customer service and no response to my online queries or emails!! Now 5 May 2024 Received a note from Voyage Prive confirming my booking has been amended to The Welcombe Hotel. Booking details on their app have not been amended and still show Coombe Abbey. I decided to call both hotels and what do you know—-neither have a booking for me for that evening. Starting to feel like I have been scammed??? I have requested a refund now and made an alternative booking. Not Great!!

Voyage Prive mess up AGAIN

Another distressing experience with Voyage Prive. Having spent a month battling for compensation on my previous holiday with VP, I used the £75 voucher given in part compensation to book with them again. This time their booking system crashed and rebooted during the booking process. What I failed to notice for 48 hours was it substituted different flights to the ones I had chosen to a)indirect ones b)from Heathrow instead of Gatwick. This made them impractical and effectively unusable. I cancelled knowing that the flights would be unrefundable but assuming through my research that the hotel would be the major cost. Instead the hotel did not even appear on the cancellation invoice and the long indirect flights, plus airport tax were very expensive. As a positive VP did refund two thirds of the airport tax, but only because I claimed it. No offer to refund the voucher or to compensate me for their booking system substituting hugely inconvenient flights.

Historic hotel in centre of Florence

Excellent value trip. Interesting old hotel with 600-year history, great location near main station (with efficient new tramway from airport), and so easy to walk around the historic centre of Florence. Friendly helpful staff, plenty of quiet places to sit and read, sweet little courtyard, didn’t use the outside spa/pool as it was February, but the water was warm! Breakfast was a little uninspired, very little hot food, but lots of pastries and breads (why is Florentine bread so tasteless? Maybe as it seems to be salt-free….) Opposite the world’s oldest pharmacy and 2 minutes from the exquisite church Santa Maria Novella. Lots of great trattorias and pizzerias nearby.

The must-sees of Panama !!! 👌🏼

We made a tour through Panama, booked with Voyage Privé and organized by Cacao Travel Agency and it was a super fantastic trip. We saw and stayed in Panama City, Boquete, Bocas del Toro, among others. We have always had different drivers, guides, especially Assyres, Byron, Carlos, and we would like to thank these people for their efforts and one person who really stood head and shoulders above his other colleagues, namely guide Sam Brittons for his knowledge and friendliness, was huge. Keep up the good work Sam!!! and of course not to forget the people of Cacao travel and Voyage Privé for this unforgettable journey.

Booked a hotel in the Canaries last week and now (several days later) they say the hotel is full. How can they sell rooms that are already booked? One alternative hotel offered which is not in an appropriate location we want to be so asked for something else but they can't find anything. So now have flights but no accommodation...

Worst experience ever for 1st booking

Worst experience ever for my first booking with them; after selecting the hotel and flights for our trip, I completed the payment and received a subsequent confirmation, then over a week later, I got an email saying that the hotel booked was not available and we do not get to stay there. I called customer service, and they were really unhelpful; they just offered only one hotel alternative, a free cancellation or a 105% future voucher. Like I would ever book with them again, I cancelled for free and booked with TUI the hotel we wanted. Just avoid them for your peace of mind.

Poor customer service

A complaint was made through contact form over 72 hours ago. When I phoned customer service to ask for a phone number to speak to someone I was categorically told that there were no phone lines to the complaints department nor to a manager/supervisor and then the phone was put down on me! Atrociously customer service.

Booked a holiday in the Seychelles all…

Booked a holiday in the Seychelles all seemed to be going well, I went into the Seychelles web site to discover we had to fill in a form like a visa, Voyage Prive didn’t tell us this! Filled it all out but it wouldn’t let us populate our dates, tried again on a number of occasions but to no avail. We arrived at the airport 4 hrs early, tried again and it all went through at an extra cost but they didn’t send back the authorisation, franticly mailing them, it came back 3 minutes after the gate closed so we missed our flight. We rang Voyage Prive immediately but little response. We had to book another return flight at a cost of over £3000. OK we took insurance with them for missing our flight. On return to the Uk rang the insurance company and they told us this was not insured!! I will never use this company again and am having problems ever booking to go abroad again, still feeling angry and upset and virtually no contact from the company who said they didn’t know about this paperwork to enter the Seychelles. What a mess! Take your hard earned cash and do not care.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, there are hidden costs once you book. My partner and I have foolishly booked a trip to South Africa and psid extra to fly with BA, for a quicker flight rather than via Turkey or Qatar. It wasn't clear on booking, that they use the cheapest booking class, so no luggage is included and it is costing us £280 to check in luggage. Also, the transfer included, isn't clear and after booking, we were informed that on arrival, we would have a 6hr wait for our road transfer, which takes 6hrs. On the return, we would leave the hotel at 5pm, for a 9pm flight!! Meaning a 9hr wait in Jo'burg. Absolutely scandalous. Needless to say, for sn additional £350, we have booked flight transfers. None of this was clear on booking and if you want to cancel, they charge full cancellation fees. Avoid them at all costs, dreadful customer service interactions too.

Fraudulent behaviour

I had a booking I wanted to delay by one day. After waiting for a week VP finally came back to me telling me that there were only more expensive rooms available, half as much again! I contacted the hotel directly, they had rooms the same as my booking available for the requested change of date. Horrified by VP’s behaviour they amended my booking at source. They knew this might cause aggravation for themselves but did it anyway. Do not book anything through third parties it only makes things more complicated. The savings they are cliaming you’ll receive are Bull S__t and given half a chance they’ll screw tou over. I will never use Voyage Privé again

What a let down

Booked a surprise 21st trip to New York with my daughter and added Ceetiz City pass to see the attractions. 5 phone calls, several promises from Voyage Privé and we still don’t have the correct City pass QR code so cannot book any of the attractions. We leave in 4 days and the most popular attractions are booked up at the best times. Still no response from Voyage and we would like the money for the pass back so we can book with a reliable provider. I have booked many times with them and only had a couple of issues, but sadly their usual high standards are slipping.

Poor customer service I am due to travel in a couple of weeks and I think they are scamming me. Having received check in information that doesn't work I have tried three different numbers to phone the company. The first two were disconnected. Having got through on third they say that I cants check in and will have to pay more at the airport (£220) which they say they will refund later. Sounds like a scam

The most frustrating company

The most frustrating, useless company I have ever had the displeasure to come across. So far the process has been a tradegy of errors, unfortunately sorting out issues is not their forté. My advice, use a different company.

Their deals are spam

Their deals are spam! I found the deal 80% off; - but hen I searched same hotel on booking..com a the same flights booked independently I would be £500 better off booking this myself through booking.com. Wanted the refund for the voucher due to limited option for kids but Voyage Privé refused!

Horrendous customer service

Had a booking in Hurghada in Egypt with them. FIrst night I had a problem with the room as my booking said it included an upgrade to a partial sea view room. Spoke with the hotel who promised to change the room the following day but also made contact with Voyage to see if they could intervene. Next to useless, WhatsApp was the only way to contact them and it only operated during the hours of 9am-5pm UK time and we were 2 hours ahead in Egypt Despite sending numerous messages this issue was not resolved during my stay in fact got no response from the Whatapp team after 28/03 despite sending numerous messages to chase up my complaint. No one has tried to reach out to me either during or post trip. Upon arrival back in the UK yesterday I tried to get in touch to resolve my complaint via their website but am unable to due to the booking reference is not being automatically generated on the submit request form, it does not allow you to manually input it, so I cannot submit my claim. I have contacted their customer service to see if there is an alternative way to submit my claim and been told no. The advisor said that he would send a message to team to advise them of my technical issues on the website and I have requested for someone to get in contact with me. Been given no complaint reference, and no timescale as to when someone will be in contact with me. This company is a joke. Avoid at all costs!

THERE SOMEONE operating under voyagepriveagency.com who claims to be a travel assistance PARTI TIME job and has scammed a fortune out of me.. they have some vacation journeys to finish and they keep on asking for recharge in crypto.. these ppl take hard earned money from innocent ppl. First they give little small recharges so you can take some commission and then you get stuck into it as your money iS stuck and they refuse to return back until you pay them more.. THEY NEED TO ROT IN HELL.. they have taken insane amount of money in a form of investment return..There's a whole telegram group operating a whole big gang of criminals.. THEY WILL SUCK ALL YOUR MONEY OUT THESE PPL NEED TO GO TO JAIL FOR CRYTO FRAUD . I NEED JUSTICE AND MY MONEY BACK. I have lost 23000 USD IN THIS SCAM
