Great Experience

Wonderful tour to Dubai with Kesari. Food, stay , site seeing, tour guide everything was too good. Earlier had travelled with other tour and in comparisons we genuinely found Kesari better.Hope they maintain their standard..

Here I want to reiterate that Kesari Tours Accountant at Mumbai took my case of refunding my Schengen Visa amount paid in cash over & above the package cost (as it was included), very casually & had to call their local representative Nanditha at Bangalore only to be told it will be done in 10 working days, owing to Dasara & Deepavali holidays but actually it took more than 44 days before it was actually credited to my account (Sep 21 to Nov 04), causing severe trauma which had to be forcibly swallowed for no fault of mine. This attitude has to change to gain customer's confidence as I had to use tour leader's help (who was responding to my call which was not seen from their local representative) too to have it resolved.

Total SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! We paid the money for the tour to Chicago, USA. And GLOBAL PANDEMIC - Covid 19 Happened. No problem, We understood. But Kesari Tours Pvt Lmt took all our money for the tour now they are neither rescheduling it nor refunding the amount which was $1290/person. They are saying they use the money for the reservations such as Air Reservations, Hotel services, other Bookings, Reservations for Attractions at Tourist Points, and Meals. Whichever flights and Hotels were closed due to the pandemic they have provided the credit for the tour or refunded the money so, we think it's a FRAUD and SCAM. WE NEVER RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION REGARDING THE TOUR DATE OR BOOKING OR ACCOMMODATION.

I went on a group tour with Kesari travels to Lahaul Spiti Valley in June and am impressed with the way things were systematically organized and executed. Hotels were good, food was delicious and the vehicles were well maintained with responsible drivers in the most treacherous roads, infact in some places had to find ways over brooks and rubbles. It was the most adventurous trip ever enjoyed by all. The icing on the cake was the tour leaders Tabrez and Pravin who were extremely caring and round the clock on their toes attending to every ones needs. The review would be incomplete if I didn’t mention the most important inclusion of a huge oxygen cylinder which was administered by Tabrez himself to few especially at night during the stay in tent in the valley at Chandratal. Someone who went during the same time with another travels had difficulty as they had carried a small one litre can due to which members having oxygen issues had to be taken to hospital. Thank you Kesari and the tour leaders for the meticulous planning and foresight. Undoubtedly I will certainly recommend kesari travels to everyone.

The quality of hotels, food, as well as the tour managers should improve. There was the worst tour manager I had ever travelled with.

We found them to be very inefficient and very unresponsive. We had gone to them for a customised tour in Kashmir for 4 people.

Moscow (3 nights).

‘Mumbai to Mumbai Tour’ guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai as per the scheduled flight departure time and proceed to Moscow – capital of Russia, is a city where the past and the future coexist side by side. Here, we will find everything from medieval fortresses and Soviet monoliths to glass skyscrapers and innovation centers. Joining and Leaving tour guests will join the group on their own at the designated place or hotel. Upon arrival in the afternoon, Veena World Tour Manager will guide all guests for airport formalities and proceed to the city.

Today we visit Red Square - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Followed by a photo stop at St. Basil's Cathedral – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an Orthodox church on the Red Square and Lenin’s Tomb – also known as Lenin's Mausoleum, is a mausoleum that currently serves as the resting place of Soviet leader Vladimir Lenin. Later we explore Moscow city, we visit Kremlin Territory here we see Kremlin Walls - a defensive wall that surrounds the Moscow Kremlin, recognisable by the characteristic notches and its Kremlin towers, Tzar's Bell – also known as the Royal Bell, is the largest bell in the world. The bronze bell is estimated to weigh between 200 and 216 tons, Tzar's Cannon – a large early modern period artillery piece on display on the grounds of the Moscow Kremlin, Cathedral Square – also known as Sobornaya Square is the central square of the Moscow Kremlin where all of its streets used to converge in the 15th century, further we take a photo stop at Bolshoi Theatre - a historic theatre. We then enjoy Sparrow Hills is a hill on the right bank of the Moskva River and one of the highest points in Moscow. And then we go on a small journey by Metro train to see three marvellous railway stations of Moscow.

Today we visit Panorama 360- The highest observation deck in Europe on the 89th floor, Later we enjoy shopping at Arbat street. In the evening we enjoy the Great Russian Circus and admire the magnificent aerial performance of the acrobats.

Moscow – St. Petersburg (3 Nights)

Today we travel by train to St. Petersburg - a Russian port city on the Baltic Sea and was the imperial capital for 2 centuries, having been founded by Peter the Great. Upon arrival we visit Museum of Russian Vodka – The national drink of Russia. Here we see how vodka has been made and consumed over the ages and then we also get a chance to taste some.

Today we explore St. Petersburg city, we take a photo stop at St. Isaac’s Cathedral - largest orthodox basilica in the world, it serves as both a cathedral and museum today, Hermitage Museum - one of the largest artistic and cultural and historical museums in Russia and one of the largest in the world, with a collection of over 3 million items, Peter and Paul Fortress Territory – Officially labelled as a ‘Museum of the History of the City’, is a unique fortification monument of XVIII-XIX centuries located on the small Hare island in the Neva River mouth, later we take a photo stop Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood – also known as the Church of the Resurrection. It was built in memory of Alexander II who was assassinated in 1881 and is famous for its onion-shaped domes and colourful exterior, Statue of Peter the Great - known as the Bronze Horseman, is a tribute to the founder of St. Petersburg, followed by some free time for shopping.
