We find the venue at Market Gate Warrington to be very pleasant and a pleasure to visit and this combined with the excellent service we receive from all of your staff and the excellent range of holidays available encourage us to use only your company when booking holidays abroad. We called in just to enquire about something. The member of staff who dealt with us was professional, polite with just the right amount of friendliness. She answered all our questions and made us feel confident about her answers. The only slight thing that was wrong, was, the member of staff behind us had a visitor who was obviously a friend, the member of staff in question acted in an unprofessional manner whilst he visitor was present.

We have just come home from a wonderful holiday at Aqua Bay Suites in Zante, thank you to Julia Neale at TUI Warrington Superstore for helping us find this holiday. She listened to what we needed as a family on holiday and was able to find just what we wanted, from the plane journey to accommodation to resort. Good agency, friendly staff and you can choose from the bigger travel agencies offers. My opinion is they are not fully independent just an agency who using bigger companies offers like jet 2 holidays or thomas cook... Overall the price little higher than straight from the original travel agencies, but they gonna do everything instead of you... Check in, print vouchers, give some good advice.

We wanted to take our little girl to DisneyLand Paris but the options (and prices) are so varied. We were quite nervous as we have not been abroad since covid. Beverly was so friendly and helpful, she went through everything explaining as she went. we were not only relaxed but enjoying discussing and booking our holiday. She assured us that we only needed to ring or pop into the shop if there was anything that we were not sure of. Dissatisfied customer,then after returning…

Made my booking,then after returning home found same holiday a lot cheaper on line,after phone call,agreed with a refund if most of the difference. Later that evening found same holiday <£166.cheaper with different company. Went in the store within 24hours to see if anything could be done by then the cheaper option had gone up and was told I would lose £60 ×2 for deposits and was then £10 different. I was so disappointed that as I have used this store numerous times also have a further holiday booked with them for late May,that the outcome was not to my satisfaction, and cost me in excess of £166 .
