NashTrash Tours: Aboard The Jugg Sisters Bus Tour Show Nashville

My Dirty Life and Times

The Jugg Sisters Original Tour (OT) has been a Nashville staple since 1997. This raucous comedy show on wheels, hosted by the beloved Sheri Lynn and Brenda Kay Jugg, stays fully booked months in advance thanks solely to word-of-mouth – hundreds of glowing online reviews and many repeat customers.

Hop aboard the Big Pink Bus as the Jugg sisters dish out hilarious stories and inside scoops on your favorite flashy country stars. You’ll ride by the Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonk Row, stop for photos at the Country Music Hall of Fame, and spin through legendary Music Row before returning downtown.

Lasting just under two hours, the tour travels through downtown Nashville with constant audience participation and improvised comedy bits, making for nonstop entertainment inside the bus and out. Be prepared to laugh until it hurts during this risqué, one-of-a-kind musical comedy show. Please note: The Jugg Sisters’ blue humor and dirty jokes are not for the easily offended – take the more family-friendly MRC tour instead!

I'd say the Jugg Sisters are the best thing to happen since sliced bread, but I think they existed before it did ;-) My husband and I were visiting our friend in Nashville, they've both been on the tour multiple times before; and were really excited to bring me along, because they know my sense of humor. IT.DID.NOT.DISAPPOINT. I turned to my friend in the first 5 minutes, before we even got on the bus and said "I would have said I got my money's worth if the tour ended now." They are absolutely hilarious from the first second you meet them. ALSO they learn evering single person's name on the bus (we had a full tour too 30ish people) and use it the entire time. Quite impressive. I could continue to rave, but I'll just keep it simple. If you're a fan of adult jokes, lots of sex puns and 2 gorgeous tour guide sisters. This tour is for you. If you're boring, square and don't know how to let loose, do not book this tour. But also in all seriousness, (their website says it, And we experienced it). The tour tends to run longer than the 2 hours (ours was about 2.5). So highly recommend keeping that in mind as your plan your day when taking this tour,BUT the extra time you get with them is absolutely worth it. Thanks Ladies!! This tour was the absolute highlight on my first trip to Nashville.

Laughed and learned. Tour guides were talented and funny. Had a lot of fun Bus was old school bus. Bus driver was amazing Make your reservations a month ahead of time.

You will not regret taking this tour. To quote my husband "I have not laughed that much in a long time!" Our cheeks hurt from laughing so much. It is a MUST DO with the Jugg Sisters. They are an absolutely amazing duo. We had such a blast!!!

pink bus comedy tour nashville

My only regret is that this was not the first thing we did right off the plane! These ladies drove us around Nashville and pointed out all the best local hot spots for food, music and fun activities. They are so tapped in to what is going on in every bar, club, and show venue. You could easily plan all your daily Nashville activities after taking their tour. Oh yeah, AND they are funny as hell. We laughed out tits off every minute of this tour. And they can sing! You could almost take their singing, for granted, because you're laughing so hard at what they're saying. Their voices are beautiful. Their knowledge of the music industry is amazing. so I fully recommend taking this tour wholeheartedly. It is a full Lovin spoonful and by the end of it, you will feel like family. What a great experience I will do it again.

We did the Nash Trash tour with our "tour guides", Jenny and Hank, quite the entertainers! The two are clever, funny and really good singers/musicians, too! They also pointed out the best local hot spots food, music, and entertainment. Their knowledge of the music industry is amazing! We grabbed a coupe of amazing hot dogs at the farmers market before the tour. We did 3 tours this week and this by far was the most fun! "Oh look, there's a Bluetick Coonhound"... you had to be their! (That's the state dog for Tennessee)

I'm going to be honest, when I booked "The Ben Tour", I was disappointed that The Jugg Sisters was sold out. Well, I was wrong! Ben is hilarious. Great tour around Nashville. Just enough facts to feel like you learned a bit in school, but the laughs were non stop. Thanks Ben for the grand time.

Photo of Angie S.

This tour was recommended by a friend and I am so glad we took their advice. The entire tour/show is so funny, full of great history and information, and we laughed the whole trip. The Jugg sisters are extremely talented and super personable and funny and made a informative tour, fun. It's a little blue, so if you're sensitive to blue humor they might not be your shot of whiskey, but if you enjoy edgier humor then sign up immediately!

This was a highlight for us in Nashville! The Jugg Sisters were a riot! I laughed so hard my face hurt by the end. Seriously, this tour is so much fun. These talented ladies were so funny and informative, and sing damn great too!

I've been to Nashville many times and this tour was one of the best most fun things I've done there. These ladies are a riot! Make sure you book early as they sell out quick. Sadly, alcohol is no longer allowed on board (thanks a lot, bachelorette parties). But the Jugg sisters are so hilarious you won't even mind--there is a halfway restroom/drinks stop if you need a bev though. Stop in the farmers market before and after for some treats. And bring cash for their well deserved tips!

Hiliarious, educational and a fun way to spend the morning on a bus tour. Highly recommend booking in advance. Arrive early and sign in, you can grab a coffee and a restroom break at the meeting spot. Loved that they allowed a bathroom break midway through the tour and a chance to grab a drink!

THE HISTORY OF NASHVILLE

Nashville, Tennessee boasts a rich history that blends tradition with innovation. Originally settled by European explorers in the late 1700s, Nashville quickly emerged as a pivotal hub for trading and culture. Its strategic location along the Cumberland River played a crucial role in its growth, transforming it into a thriving transportation and distribution center during the 19th century.

The city’s nickname, “Music City,” stems from its long-standing association with the music industry, with the Grand Ole Opry and the birth of country music adding unique chapters to its story.

Over the years, Nashville’s historic roots have merged seamlessly with a modern, vibrant spirit. The city’s role in the Civil Rights Movement, exemplified by the Civil Rights Room at the Nashville Public Library, showcases its commitment to progress and equality.

Today, Nashville’s skyline reflects its contemporary dynamism. Its preservation of historic districts like Germantown and a deep appreciation for its musical heritage continue to make it a beloved destination for travelers seeking an authentic taste of the past and the excitement of the present.

Looking for an insider’s guide to Nashville? Meet the Jugg sisters.

These two comedians hosted their first NashTrash tour in 1997. Today, they and their Big Pink Bus, are institutions. Think of it as a comedy show on wheels.

Sheri Lynn and Brenda Kay Jugg dish the old stories on your favorite polyester, big-haired, double-knit, sequined country music legends. You’ll ride past storied institutions like the Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and legendary Music Row.

The tour lasts just under two hours (depending on traffic), and travels through downtown Nashville. There’s lots of audience participation and improv comedy. It’s a rowdy, very risqué, one-of-a-kind musical-comedy extravaganza– all things I admittedly love, but I know isn’t for everyone.

Have you been on the NashTrash Tour? What did think?

This post has 7 comments.

Have enjoyed this tour twice loved the Jugg Sisters????????????

Loved loved the Nash Trash tour. Laughed so hard my sides hurt. I recommend this tour to anyone who visits Nashville.

Definitely not my idea of fun. Found if offensive and indecent, which is nothing to laugh at… and people wonder why our society is as it is – morally decayed.

Loved this tour!! Hilarious!

We loved it. Adults permitted only, and they don’t hide that it’s going to be risque. We laughed until it hurt. It’s not for those who are easily offended by adult language.

We had the BEST time on this tour!!! It is a must do while in Nashville. My face hurt by the end of the tour and I don’t think I stopped laughing the whole time!

I have been on the tour also a few times and laugh every time I think of them. I’m T-shirt ready now for the next trip. Don’t pass this one up! It will brighten your day!

Fun facts from our Moscow Metro Tours:

From the very first days of its existence, the Moscow Metro was the object of civil defense, used as a bomb shelter, and designed as a defense for a possible attack on the Soviet Union.

At a depth of 50 to 120 meters lies the second, the coded system of Metro-2 of Moscow subway, which is equipped with everything you need, from food storage to the nuclear button.

According to some sources, the total length of Metro-2 reaches over 150 kilometers.

The Museum was opened on Sportivnaya metro station on November 6, 1967. It features the most interesting models of trains and stations.

Coffee Ring

The first scheme of Moscow Metro looked like a bunch of separate lines. Listen to a myth about Joseph Stalin and the main brown line of Moscow Metro.

Zodiac Metro

According to some astrologers, each of the 12 stops of the Moscow Ring Line corresponds to a particular sign of the zodiac and divides the city into astrological sector.

Astrologers believe that being in a particular zadiac sector of Moscow for a long time, you attract certain energy and events into your life.

Paleontological finds

Red marble walls of some of the Metro stations hide in themselves petrified inhabitants of ancient seas. Try and find some!

  • Every day each car in  Moscow metro passes  more than 600 km, which is the distance from Moscow to St. Petersburg.
  • Moscow subway system is the  5th in the intensity  of use (after the subways of Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul and Shanghai).
  • The interval in the movement of trains in rush hour is  90 seconds .

Fun on the Pink Bus

We heard about the Jugg sisters and Nash Trash tours (on a pink bus, no less) and decided to check it out. The Jugg sisters put on a fabulous show giving you the dirt and gossip of the country music industry while touring the streets of Nashville. Their stories and quick wit will keep you laughing from the time you get on the bus until the time you get off. They are very funny and good at ad libbing jokes based on the people that the bus passes on the street. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nashville.

The Nash Trash ladies were funny, and basically had a stand-up comedy show. It is pretty raunchy, but we expected that and found their jokes funny. However, we were hoping for more inside information on the various country music stars and places. Minus the comedy, we could've driven around Nashville and taken the same tour for much less money. Overall, while it was funny, we wished we would've spent our money and limited time at the Country Music Hall of Fame or Grand Old Opry.

They show you around downtown, tell you the "scoop", sing to you and will make you laugh....don't miss this tour!

I must whole-heartedly agree with the 98% of the great reviews and completely disagree with the 2 bad ones. I took this tour in March 2008 while in Nashville for a sporting event. Accompanying me were my husband, brother and sister-in-law. Different personalities, different home states, different likes and dislikes, and a 20 year difference between the youngest and oldest - and ALL INVOLVED LOVED the Jugg sisters !!! I found this tour by accident here on Tripadvisor. After checking out the website and reading the reviews, I knew we had to do it !! Unfortunately for me, all tours were sold out for the days we were going to be there. So, I called the number listed on the website and left my number in case there was a cancellation. Miracle! - one week before our trip, "Beth" called to tell me there was a cancellation. I'm in !!! Beth later called twice the day before the tour to let me know I could have 2 additional seats I had requested. Again later, unfortunately for me, Beth called again the night before - which was the night of the early March snowstorm - to let me know that they may or may not be able to run, but that she would call by 8:30 a.m. if the tour was cancelled. Unfortunately for me again, the tour had to be cancelled because of the weather, but I got on the waiting list for the afternoon tour, IF there was a cancellation and IF they were able to roll. That afternoon, Beth called me again - Miracle #2 - the tour was rolling and they had a cancellation for 4. The whole point of this long-winded paragraph is to let you know that Beth is so very helpful and their communication is GREAT ! If you see a tour is sold out, leave your name and number anyway because they will do everthing in their power to contact you if there is a space. The tour was awesome. It is more of a theatrical performance than an informative historical tour. The sisters are so very witty and can really sing !! Their retorts and comments are lightning fast. And I must disagree with a prior reviewer re: the bus stopping for so long. The one time this was done was so that the sisters could learn everyone's name and where they were from - for later ammunition during the tour !! They remember EVERYTHING !! No one is immune from their jokes and teasing, all making for a great hysterical and slightly risque' couple of hours. The big pink bus makes the rounds of downtown Nashville and Germantown and fun is had by all ! Don't expect to "learn" very much history - (altho' I DID ) - take another type tour if that is what you want. If you want to be thoroughly entertained with risque' comedy and bawdy songs - and they have 2 outstanding voices - DO NOT HESITATE to take this tour. You can bring libations - and they serve outstanding cheese hors d'oeuvres ! You do not have to be a country music fan either to appreciate the humor and have fun. Everyone in Nashville from the hotel's bellman to restaurant maitre d's to people on the street rave about this tour. Just hope you're not walking down the street when the big pink bus passes - you may just be called out by the Juggs !! (you'll find out what I mean.) TAKE A RIDE ON THE BIG PINK BUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Mom and aunts came to Nashville to visit and while I showed them many attractions, the Nash Trash Tour was the most fun thing we did all weekend. I brought my roommate along and it was so great because both parties younger and older had a great time. The Jugg sisters are the two most quick witted people I have ever met. So funny! I haven't laughed so hard in all my life. Because of the Jugg sisters I think my Mom and aunts will be remembering this trip for a long time and I'm glad I live in Nashville so I can go again. It's a great for a girls weekend but I know that it would be also so much fun all you guys out there too!

A group of ten of us who were in Nashville for work went on the tour in January 2008. We did an evening tour and it was hysterical, I have never laughed so hard. Everyone in our group loved the Jugg Sisters. They are incredibly talented preformers who are so in sync with each other it is amazing! I loved their songs, and the getting to know who all is on the bus; where everyone else is from. It was just great. I would recommend this to anyone who goes to Nashville and wants to laugh till you pee in your pants! Don't go on expecting an actual tour of Nashville that did not seem to be the point, the point is comedy, laughter, wackiness and fun! It was a great break in a work trip! I am back in Nashville this week and wish the tours were not sold out.

Moscow Metro

The Moscow Metro Tour is included in most guided tours’ itineraries. Opened in 1935, under Stalin’s regime, the metro was not only meant to solve transport problems, but also was hailed as “a people’s palace”. Every station you will see during your Moscow metro tour looks like a palace room. There are bright paintings, mosaics, stained glass, bronze statues… Our Moscow metro tour includes the most impressive stations best architects and designers worked at - Ploshchad Revolutsii, Mayakovskaya, Komsomolskaya, Kievskaya, Novoslobodskaya and some others.

What is the kremlin in russia?

The guide will not only help you navigate the metro, but will also provide you with fascinating background tales for the images you see and a history of each station.

And there some stories to be told during the Moscow metro tour! The deepest station - Park Pobedy - is 84 metres under the ground with the world longest escalator of 140 meters. Parts of the so-called Metro-2, a secret strategic system of underground tunnels, was used for its construction.

During the Second World War the metro itself became a strategic asset: it was turned into the city's biggest bomb-shelter and one of the stations even became a library. 217 children were born here in 1941-1942! The metro is the most effective means of transport in the capital.

There are almost 200 stations 196 at the moment and trains run every 90 seconds! The guide of your Moscow metro tour can explain to you how to buy tickets and find your way if you plan to get around by yourself.

Go beneath the streets on this tour of the spectacular, mind-bending Moscow Metro! Be awed by architecture and spot the Propaganda , then hear soviet stories from a local in the know. Finish it all up above ground, looking up to Stalins skyscrapers, and get the inside scoop on whats gone on behind those walls.

Know More about this tour

We begin our Moscow tour beneath the city, exploring the underground palace of the Moscow Metro. From the Square of Revolution station, famous for its huge statues of soviet people (an armed soldier, a farmer with a rooster, a warrior, and more), we’ll move onto some of the most significant stations, where impressive mosaics, columns, and chandeliers will boggle your eyes! Moreover, these stations reveal a big part of soviet reality — the walls depict plenty of Propaganda , with party leaders looking down from images on the walls. Your local guide will share personal stories of his/her family from USSR times, giving you insight into Russia’s complicated past and present. Then we’re coming back up to street level, where we’ll take a break and refuel with some Russian fast food: traditional pancakes, called bliny. And then, stomachs satiated, we are ready to move forward! We’ll take the eco-friendly electric trolleybus, with a route along the Moscow Garden Ring. Used mainly by Russian babushkas(grannies) during the day, the trolleybus hits peak hours in the mornings and evenings, when many locals use it going to and from their days. Our first stop will be the Aviator’s House, one of Stalin’s Seven Sisters, followed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — and you’ll hear the legends of what has gone on inside the walls. Throughout your Moscow tour, you’ll learn curious facts from soviet history while seeing how Russia exists now, 25 years after the USSR.

Traveler Reviews

This tour exceeded our expectations. Nikolai (Nick), our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and has a great personality. He didn't take shortcuts and really covered everything that was on the agenda in great detail. We saw beautiful metro stations and learned the history behind them, including many of the murals and designs.

We did the tour with Anna her knowledge and understanding of the History surrounding the metro brought the tour alive. Well done Anna!
