Have used Cassidy Travel in Liffey Valley on many occasions. Each and every staff member are knowledgeable and great to deal with…on this occasion l booked a trip to Santorini for our 30th wedding anniversary. I dealt with both Michelle and Annette and had both were extremely helpful and kind.

Dealt with lovely girl in Swords. Very helpful. When collecting tickets makesure to go over everything before leaving. I thought I'd paid for insurance but hadn't only took a few minutes to sort out.

Prompt answer to my phone call on a…

Prompt answer to my phone call on a Saturday morning. Well done. 👏 Louise was very pleasant & very patient with this AOP! She would have received 5stars if she was less vague on access to the beach- honestly is the best policy with us oldies! I paid extra for “a sea view.” I was surprised to later learn there was a main road between the hotel & the sea/ beach. Louise had an opportunity to inform me when I asked about access to the beach. Garry has since mentioned a “partial sea view” but “a sea view” ( no mention of partial) was offered by Louise & I paid extra for that. As this week is of enormous expense to help me recuperate from illness a quiet room & environment is imperative. I will wait until I have finished this trip before deciding if Cassidy or Sunway( same price! ) will get our 10 days in Costa Adeje Palace on January 7, 2025! Cassidy certainly win on promptness of answering the phone. 👏👏

A bad experience saved by a fantastic employee

First the negatives - I rang 5 different Cassidy Travel stores trying to book a holiday. In Tallaght, Ilac Centre & Swords the phone just rang out or the call was dropped. In Liffey Valley the girl was incredibly rude and told me they didn’t do the hotel I wanted, even though I had previously confirmed in that it was available through your company. The last store I called was Dundrum and finally I was looked after by the most lovely guy called Dylan. He’s an absolute treasure - extremely polite and friendly, very engaging and managed my requirements very efficiently. He was a pleasure to deal with. He quickly found the hotel I wanted to book, had a chat with me while he was organising the flights and transfers etc. and wished me a good holiday when he had everything finalised. I had barely put down my phone when the confirmation documents landed in my inbox. If it wasn’t for Dylan I would never have booked my holiday and I wouldn’t be using your company in the future

Great service! Booked a two step holiday including a cruise so had loads of questions which were very patiently answered by email or phone.
