“ If we define fun as the unknowing acceleration of time, then Rammstein’s particular brand of self-obliteration, in which time collapses entirely, is a guaranteed good time” —THE NEW YORKER
“The commitment to excessive pyromania was epic stagecraft on a Wagnerian scale, several notches up from most arena rock. More important was that the six-piece band… wasn’t dependent on those fireworks but could have easily punished and soothed the senses to nearly the same effect with music alone.” —THE LOS ANGELES TIMES
“One of heavy music’s biggest and most dynamic live acts” —CONSEQUENCE OF SOUND

RAMMSTEIN’s six-man lineup CHRISTOPH SCHNEIDER, FLAKE LORENZ, OLIVER RIEDEL, PAUL LANDERS, RICHARD Z. KRUSPE, and TILL LINDEMANN, has remained unchanged since the band’s 1994 formation and 1995 release of its debut album, HERZELEID. RAMMSTEIN’s second album, SEHNSUCHT, released in 1997, propelled the band to international fame and featured the GRAMMY-nominated single “DU HAST.” MUTTER, the third RAMMSTEIN album, was released in 2001 and was supported by what would be the band’s final U.S. tour for nearly a decade. REISE, REISE, the band’s fourth studio album, was released in 2004, preceded by the GRAMMY-nominated single “MEIN TEIL” and followed by fifth album ROSENROT in 2005. LIEBE IST FÜR ALLE DA, the sixth RAMMSTEIN studio album, was released in 2009 and reached #13 on the Billboard 200, making it RAMMSTEIN’s highest-charting album in the U.S. up to that point. LIFAD would be the first RAMMSTEIN album since 2001’s MUTTER to be supported by North American touring: On December 11, 2010, RAMMSTEIN played its first U.S. date in 10 years, a one-off headline at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The MSG show sold out in less than 20 minutes and was followed by extensive North American Tours in 2011 and 2012, which would sell out venues including the Forum in Los Angeles, Chicago’s Allstate Arena, the Bell Centre in Montreal and more. RAMMSTEIN made its debut on U.S. network television during the 2011 tour, performing “DU HAST” and “FEUER FREI!” on JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE!
RAMMSTEIN broke into the U.S. Top 10 for the first time with the May 17, 2019 release of its seventh and most recent album, which entered at #9 on the Billboard 200. Produced by Olsen Involtini with RAMMSTEIN, the untitled record is comprised of 11 new RAMMSTEIN tracks including singles “AUSLANDER,” “RADIO” and “DEUTSCHLAND." The release of the album was followed by the sold-out Europe Stadium Tour 2019, which ran May 17 through August 23, 2019.
Rammstein's First North American Show In 3 Years: See Setlist and Videos
It's finally here. Rammstein have at long last embarked on their first-ever open-air stadium tour of North America, and last night in Montreal, they kicked off the run with a monumental performance filled with all the fire, phallic imagery and Neue Deutsche Härte riffs a fan's heart could desire. In addition to marking the beginning of a 12-date tour , the show was also Rammstein's first in North America since 2019, and their first in Canada in even longer.
Naturally, the setlist was one to remember. Featuring 21 songs and two encores, the folks at Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal were treated to material from all throughout the band's catalog, including a handful of cuts from their 2022 album, Zeit . See the full order below courtesy of Setlist.fm , and then check out awesome footage from throughout the night.

January 22, 2020 / 4:04 PM CST / CBS Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- German heavy metal group Rammstein has announced its 2020 North American Stadium Tour dates – and it includes a stop in downtown Minneapolis.
After touring European stadiums throughout 2019, the band – known for mega-hit "Du hast" and more recently "DEUTSCHLAND" -- will begin touring in North America starting on Aug. 20 in Montreal, Quebec.
The tour will take the band through cities like Philadelphia and Washington before a stop in Minneapolis at U.S. Bank Stadium on Aug. 30.
Prior to the announcement, the band teased their North American tour, saying "Get ready, Amerika!" The band has only infrequently toured North America in the past.
The tour wraps up in Mexico City, Mexico in late September.
The band ended a decade-long lapse in albums after releasing "RAMMSTEN" in 2019.

I went to see Rammstein live during their 2005 tour, in Nîmes. The open-air Roman amphitheater was perfect for a gig on a warm summer night in southern France, and was particularly suitable for Rammstein.
Once the sun was completely set, Rammstein came on stage to their opening song, “Reise, reise”, introducing themselves one by one, rising to the stage. After a couple of songs spent warming up, the pyrotechnics kicked in to “Feuer Frei”, with flamethrowers attached to their faces, and we were in for a hell of a show. “Fire at will” (the name of the song) was an appropriate statement as they filled the whole Arena with fire and smoke, making the warm summer night feel like a very cold breeze when the flames finally stopped.
Rammstein are world-famous for their live performances, including the heavy use of both lights and fire during their shows. Till Lindemann, the lead singer, is a certified pyrotechnician, and plays with his skill well during the show. He dresses as a cook in order to roast “Flake”, the band’s pianist, in a giant pot during “Mein teil” using a flamethrower. In another instance, he just showers in sparkles coming from fireworks all over the stage. Their use of fire-spitting devices is a constant during the show, and makes for incredible visual effects across the whole performance.
A dozen or so of songs later, once the warmth of fire and smoke start to take its toll, it is time for a walkabout for “Ollie”, the bassist, as he boards an inflatable boat and goes on a raft, on top of the crowd. After a few minutes of going up and down the whole venue, it’s time to get back on the stage, and to finish delighting the crowd with some classic songs, and an amazing encore.

Amazing show!!! If you have never seen Rammstein then it is a must see before you die, type of band. They performed the same set list as the other Festival shows but even thought this is the 3rd time I've seen this set list, I would still pay and go again. I will be going tonight to sit on the grass and watch from outside of the Waldbühne. You can expect to see lots of fireworks, fire and an amazing light show to go with the rest of the visual and sound experience.
The Waldbühne as a venue has extraordinary sound, it is an amphitheater surrounded by trees and the old Olympic stadium. See anyone there for a great night out!
Saw them with my granddaughter at Olympiastadion, Berlin on 15th July 2023. I've been to many live shows and gigs over the years, but Rammstein raised the bar above all else. Fantastic visuals, pyros, lighting and of course sound. This band give you EVERYTHING, this is music, entertainment, theatre. I was literally blown away, so much so, we saw them again at their final gig of 2023 at King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels on 5th August 2023. Roll on Dublin June 2024, something to REALLY look forward to. Mike, Hull, UK.
I went to Rammstein in Tinley Park, IL on June 27th... They were my very first concert and they were AMAZING!! Their opening act, 3TEETH, SUCKED like bad, but who would be able to compare to these amazing German Rock Gods? The Pyrotechnics and show was out of this world! Till did an amazing job not just singing but performing, he fully puts himself into what he does! I will definitely be on the lookout for future Rammstein concerts here in America. Till is unbelievable and the whole band kicked ASS!!
Amazing show ! Third time seeing Rammstein and this one was definitely the best one ! Worth waiting 6 hours with the extreme heat in Nimes ;)
The acoustic was awesome, great atmosphere, great setlist (Ramm 4, Reise Reise, Halleluja, Zerstoren, Keine Lust, Links 2 3 4, Feuer Frei, Mein Herz Brennt, Feuer Frei, Ich Tu Dir Weh, Ich Will, Amerika, Sonne, Engel, Stripped, Du Hast, DU Riechst So Gut, fruhling in Paris... I probably forgot one or two ahah)
When you try to see a group for years, the worry is that when you do get to go to their concert it will turn out to be a bit of an anti climax.
Not Rammstien. They were everything I expected and more. Brilliant, fantastic, superb.
As a visual show it was all the usual pyrotechnics and smoke and bang bangs.?
Instrumentally everything we all love about them with heavy riffs/shredding.
I loved this concert and will go and see them again
The shaw was incredible.
We had to come at 2 pm to be closer to the stage, and there already was a huge queue to the entrance.
The hardest part was to stand 4 hours in the crowd in front of the stage without any water, but I'd do it again of course.
There were couple of drunk guys in the crowd, who were scary to be close to, but thanks to the security they were removed in the beginning.
An Epic show!
Rammstein knows how to lighten up a room.
Great setlist, great visual effects.
I didn’t like the venue though. I found the sound really crappy.
It seems that there was a technical glitch during the song “Rammstein”. And I must confess that after “Sonne” the venue was filled with smoke and the rest of the show was quite hidden when there was too much light.
Show was absolutly phenomenal! Music and everything!!!
to be honest, this is best show and concert i've ever been..
in one point i tought the stage gonna exlode :)
Only thing that didnt match my expetetations was not the cameramen job, but the person who choosed what and when show to screens.. some missed actions and funny things missed.. its just 1 thing, so it's not a big deal.
I saw them in Rotterdam on 25 july. I don't know whose idea it was to get a classical piano duo as their opening act, but it was a complete miss. Great musicians, totally incompatible with the Rammstein vibe. But then the real show started and it blew me away! Music, performance, set pieces and pyrotechnics were completely in sync from beginning to end. Awesome concert.

Here's everything we know about the Rammstein allegations so far
Rammstein have denied claims made against frontman Till Lindemann. Here's everything we know so far.
Rammstein 's European tour continues amid controversy surrounding frontman Till Lindemann who has been accused of "abuse of power and sexual assault".
The band performed at the Olympic Stadium in Munich, Germany, on Thursday (June 8).
But the show went off in the wake of denials from the band that Lindemann was guilty of anything being suggested by a number of female fans in online posts and in news reports.
Here are the facts on the allegations, as they stand:
- A fan called Shelby Lynn alleged that her drinks were spiked at a ‘pre-party’ in Lithunia on May 22, leaving her physically bruised and vomiting for more than 24 hours.
- Lynn also said that she refused to have sex with Lindemann in a below-stage room during the show’s intermission, and that her refusal made the singer angry. She has been clear that she was not sexually assaulted and that Lindemann never touched her.
- On May 28, the band responded with a statement refuting the allegations. They said: “With regard to the allegations circulating on the internet about Vilnius, we can rule out the possibility that what is being claimed took place in our environment. We are not aware of any official investigations into this matter.”
- On June 2, German outlet Tagesschau published allegations previously reported in Munich newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung accusing the singer of "abuse of power and sexual assault".
- Lynn's Twitter claims brought to light other allegations from female Rammstein fans who claim women were selected by a member of the band's inner circle to be presented to Lindemann, and that some appeared to have been drugged.
- The allegations led German publishing house Kiepenheuer & Witsch , which published a collection of Lindemann’s poems in 2020, to terminate their relationship with Lindemann, saying: "It is with shock that we have followed public allegations against Till Lindemann in the last few days. Our sympathy and respect goes to the women affected."
- The band released a second statement , saying: "We condemn any kind of transgression."
- According to German news outlet Welt , Lithuanian police interviewed Lynn for five hours.
- The Guardian reports that police in Lithuania have not yet decided whether to open a criminal investigation into Lynn's allegations.
- The Green Party in Germany have called for 'Row Zero' and similar spaces at gigs to be banned, for the protection of women.
- The first of Rammstein's four shows at Munich's Olympic Stadium went ahead, but no official after parties were held. The band's 'Row Zero' experience for select fans was also cancelled.
- Law firm Schertz Bergmann confirmed they were representing Lindemann and firmly denied the allegations. The firm said: "Various women have made serious accusations against our client. These allegations are without exception untrue."
- The lawyers also said they would take legal action against the women making the allegations.
- There were protests outside the Olympic Stadium ahead of Thursday's second show at the venue.
There is no sign that Rammstein's European tour will be affected by the controversy. A further 23 dates are scheduled between now and August.
Thursday's Munich show was under threat from an approaching storm, but did go ahead as planned. As reported by t-online , Lindemann appeared to indirectly address the allegations from the stage, saying: "Munich, we were extremely lucky with the storm. Believe me that others are still passing."
