A worthwhile stop for roadside snacks and red bull energy drinks!!

Man if you miss this spot you are losing out horribly red beans and rice are balls to the wall banging until crawfish season in December and I can't wait!! Plus truck stop that has great food beautiful women and FULL a baR!!!!! Your missing out if it's not on your list period!

We stopped at the Cajun diner to grab some dinner tonight. I'm giving two stars because their fried chicken with fries was good for the kids and I ended up sharing with them. On the other hand, I ordered the beans and rice with smoked sausage, it was horrible. There was no seasoning whatsoever. It tasted like a can of beans, put with some rice, and I couldn't even tell you what the smoked sausage was because I got a couple flat pieces of meat and there may have been two green things in it. I dipped the bread in the bean sauce but that was about all I could eat.

My expectations were set pretty high after reading the other reviews. Unfortunately, I wasn't thrilled. I ordered the grilled chicken po boy. It came with fries. The chicken was dry. Like hard-to-chew dry at parts. When the sandwich came to my table it had been sliced in half, or so I thought. When I went to pick up one side the other side started to come with it. I ended up having to saw through the chicken to get the two parts The fries were soggy, cold, and had no salt. Service was friendly and a drink refill came fast despite me saying I didn't need one.

First time to dine here. Saturday dinner not busy super friendly staff food was great hamburger steaks, okra, green beans and salads. Will be back.

Excellent service. Not super busy. Kind workers. Had what I was looking for when coming in. 10/10 would come again! some of the snacks were a little old but besides that, bought what I wanted and cane out a happy customer

Flagstaff In-N-Out Burger opens Friday. Here's where to get your Double Double and fries

Flagstaff's long-awaited In-N-Out Burger location will finally open, welcoming its first guests on Friday, April 5, 2024.

The restaurant, at 1860 S. Milton Road, will serve hamburgers, fries and shakes from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., its typical hours for Fridays and Saturdays. (It closes at 1 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays.)

The Flagstaff In-N-Out will have one drive-thru lane, indoor seating for 74 diners and a covered patio that can seat 54, according to a statement from In-N-Out . It will employ a staff of 80 workers.

In-N-Out Burger's arrival in Flagstaff had been rumored for many years before it was finally confirmed in October 2022 , when a lease agreement for the restaurant was made public.

Flagstaff's In-N-Out Burger, like all its locations, will open at 10:30 a.m. daily. It will close at 1 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 1:30 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

What will traffic be like at Flagstaff In-N-Out?

Expect congestion along Milton Road. Lines for In-N-Out grand openings are infamously long. The Idaho Statesman reported the drive-thru wait on opening day for a Meridian, Idaho, location was around eight hours. Customers at Colorado's first locations waited up to 14 hours for food when they opened in 2020, according to the Denver Post .

Sgt. Jerry Rintala, spokesman for the Flagstaff Police Department, said two extra officers would be on duty along Milton Road to assist with traffic control for the In-N-Out opening.

What is special about In-N-Out Burger?

In-N-Out's Flagstaff location, like all its restaurants, will source its burgers from the company's own "patty-making facilities" where whole chuck beef is boned and ground by butchers. Burger patties are never frozen.

Produce is also delivered fresh to the chain's restaurants, including lettuce that's hand-leafed in-house and potatoes that are hand-cut into French fries, according to In-N-Out.
