AVOID AVOID AVOID. This was our go-to place when buying family tickets to Vietnam but we are NOT coming back. My mom needed to stay another two weeks in Vietnam so she called us in the United States to call this travel agency to extend it. They said there wasn't anymore available until ANOTHER month. Long story short, we were asking the lady questions while having my mom on the third line and we weren't even finished yet and the lady hanged up on us! Called right back and no one picked up! SO RUDE. Mind you this wasn't any easy task. We never extended flights before, especially doing it when one is out of the country! Ugh, I seriously hope this company loses all their customer and goes out of business.

Received 2 single entry visas to Vietnam within 8 days with $70 per visa. It is way cheaper than visa I have to apply myself directly to the embassy. They took picture of me and fiancé there, so we didn't need to get our pictures before hand. Picture was included in that price. Perfect and easy! Oh, my friend called in for me to ask for price. The regular price is $75 but because my friend bought tickets here before, we got $5 discount for each visa :) cool!

Unprofessional office !!! I'm planning go to VietNam so I went to their office book a ticket. I told them that I will go on late night Sep/12/16 which mean I will departure at 00:10 A.M on Sep/13/16. But they booked me on Sep/12/16 that I have to go to the airport on late night Sep/11/16 and departure at 00:10 A.M Sep/12/16. If they did so. At least they must explain me or notice me what day I have to go to the airport. They didn't do that !!! I just realized evreything after I go to the airport on late night Sep/12/16 for check in. The crew said I missed the flight from yesterday, so they charged me extra $50 for reschedule a new flight! St***d office !!!
