Take That sent fans wild last year when they confirmed they would be taking their new album, This Life on tour for 2024.

Taking to stages across the UK, including Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester and of course, London, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald are bringing their biggest and best hits to their setlist for their fans.

Having started the tour at the beginning of April, Take That are now due to hit the famous London O2 Arena for six nights with a show that will please fans of their new music , as well as their old classics including 'Relight My Fire', 'Hold Up a Light', and 'Back For Good'.

So if you're heading to the This Life On Tour in London and need to know more, here's all the details including timings, who the support act is and whether tickets are still available.

When are Take That playing London's O2 arena?

The band, who formed in 1990, began their latest tour in April 2024 and are now officially taking their set to London for a total of six nights.

Take That will be performing at London's O2 arena on the 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 30th April along with the 1st of May too.

They will then be heading to Glasgow for the next leg of their tour.

What time does Take That's This Life On Tour start and how long does it last?

Doors will open to Take That concert goers from 6:30pm each night except from April 28th when they open at 6pm.

Exact times of when the band actually hit the stage haven't been confirmed but judging by recent performances you can expect them to be on stage between 8:30pm and 9pm.

As the doors open slightly earlier on the 28th, you can expect the show to start earlier too.

Again, no finish time is exact, but Take That should be done with their incredible tunes around 11pm.

Who is Take That's support act in London?

Supporting the band throughout the UK and Ireland tour is Olly Murs himself. He is expected on stage around 7.25pm.

Olly has also just welcomed his first daughter into the world with wife Amelia making tour life very busy.

Seal Announces 30th Anniversary 2023 UK Tour

Seal has announced plans for a 30th anniversary UK tour later this year. Tickets for the tour go on sale at 9.30am BST this Friday (19 May) here . A presale will also be held the day before at 10am BST – sign up here .

The singer will celebrate his landmark debut album Seal (1991) and its follow-up Seal II (1994) by performing hits from both including Crazy and Future Love Paradise along with his UK No 1 One collaboration with Adamski, Killer.

The tour, which kicks off at Liverpool Philharmonic on 12 September, will also see Seal team up with long-time producer and collaborator Trevor Horn, who will take on the role of musical director for the shows.

Seal will bring his 30th Anniversary Tour across the UK in September.

The superstar will celebrate his 1991 self-titled debut album, 'Seal', and the 1994 eponymous follow-up 'Seal II', by performing both records in their entirety in Liverpool, Sheffield, Wolverhampton, Manchester and London, where he'll take over the Palladium.

Audiences can expect to hear chart-topping songs such as Crazy, Future Love Paradise, Killer and Kiss From A Rose, along with some soul staples and standards throughout each set. Tickets go on general sale at 9.30am on Friday (May 19).

The tour will also see the 60-year-old team up with longtime producer and collaborator Trevor Horn, who will take on the role of musical director for the shows.

Seal kicked off the six-week North American leg of the tour back on April 25 in Phoenix, Arizona. The trek continues tonight (May 15) at Massey Hall in Toronto, Ontario.

Six week runs kicks off this spring

Grammy Award-winning global icon Seal will embark on a massive 30th anniversary tour across North America this spring. Produced by Live Nation, the pop star will team up with longtime producer and trusted collaborator Trevor Horn, who will take on the role of musical director for the run of shows. Additionally, Horn’s acclaimed new wave band The Buggles will be featured as special guest performers.

The six week run begins on April 25th in Phoenix at Arizona Financial Theatre and will make stops at famed venues such as the Beacon Theatre in New York City, the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles and two nights at the Venetian in Las Vegas. It concludes at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle on June 12th.

Presales start on Thursday, January 26th at 9 am with the general on sale starting Friday, January 27th at 10 am local time via Ticketmaster .

The trek will commemorate three decades of his landmark self-titled debut album Seal (1991) and eponymous follow-up Seal II (1994). He will be performing the records in their entirety for the first time, delivering a set highlighted by classic chart-topping anthems such as “Crazy,” “Future Love Paradise,” “Killer,” and “Kiss From A Rose.” Expect soul staples and standards peppered throughout the set, showcasing the full spectrum of his incredible repertoire.

Last fall, he reissued Seal as the 4 CD/2 LP Seal: Deluxe Edition complete with rarities, a 12”x12” hardcover book that includes never-before-published photos and liner notes courtesy of Jim Farber, a previously unreleased 13-track concert performance, and more, with all music impeccably remastered by Trevor Horn.

Largest seal colonies in England

England hosts robust populations of both common and grey seals along its shores. Here are some of the top areas to spot seals:

Donna Nook, Lincolnshire

Donna Nook has one of the largest grey seal colonies in England, with over 1,000 pups born each year. The viewing area offers close vantage points to observe seals lounging on the sandbanks, especially during the November to December breeding season.

Docile cows nurture their white fluffy pups in full view, while the bulls make their loud vocal displays, competing for control of harems. Early mornings typically provide the best light for photography.

Blakeney Point, Norfolk

On this remote spit in Norfolk lies an impressive colony of common and grey seals. Seals can be seen hauled out on the shingle beach or swimming in the inlet.

The miles of sand dunes and salt marshes create a beautiful surrounding landscape. Boat trips run regularly for closer viewing. Spring and autumn are ideal times to spot seals.

Horsey Beach on the Norfolk coast transforms into a bustling seal nursery every winter, offering remarkable opportunities to safely observe over 1,000 common and grey seal pups up close from behind fences.

Mothers can be seen nurturing their newborns within the sand dunes as the pups grow and learn to swim in the ensuing weeks. With a picturesque backdrop of windswept dunes and charming beach huts, Horsey Beach allows visitors to admire seal colony life in a protected habitat.

Hunstanton, Norfolk

Hunstanton Beach is the most popular spot for seal-watching in the area. You can often see seals sunbathing on the sand or swimming in the water. You can also see seals from the top of the Hunstanton Cliffs. This is a great way to get a panoramic view of the beach and the seals.

Finally, Hunstanton Nature Reserve is home to a variety of wildlife, including seals. You can often see seals basking on the rocks or just offshore. The SeaLife Centre in Hunstanton has rescued seals throughout the year helping them recover and return to the wild.

Farne Islands, Northumberland

Home to over 3,000 grey seals, the Farne Islands have one of the largest seal colonies in Britain. Boat tours allow you to get exceptionally close views of seals lounging on rock formations or swimming in the sea. Accessible yet rugged, the islands make seal spotting easy. Prime season is September through November.

Lundy Island, Devon

A more remote and rugged landscape, Lundy Island has a small but growing Atlantic grey seal colony. Requiring an island ferry trip, Lundy offers a sense of adventure and discovery. Fewer crowds allow for intimate seal encounters.

The winter and spring months are best for sightings although for diving and snorkelling and an easier crossing, the summer is the best time to visit.

Seal colonies in Scotland

Scotland provides some of the most magnificent backdrops for spotting seals amid its islands and sea lochs. Key areas include:

Isle of May, Firth of Forth

The Isle of May boasts Scotland’s biggest colony of grey seals. A National Nature Reserve, the island offers ranger-led seal tours during pupping season from October to January.

Cliff-top vantage points provide views of seals hauled out on rocks or swimming near the island. The Isle of May is located just a 1.5-hour boat trip from Edinburgh and is one of the easiest seal spots to reach in Scotland.

Orkney Islands

The Orkney archipelago is scattered with small islands hosting significant grey seal populations. Ideal spots include South Ronaldsay, Brough of Birsay and around Scapa Flow. On the island of Westray, seals can be spotted on the beach in the main village of Pierowall.

Driving around the islands can be an easy way to spot seals as they can be seen hauled out on the rocks that run along the shoreline close to the main roads or bobbing in the water watching human activity.

Shetland Islands

While the Shetland Islands are considered more of a common seal habitat, grey seals are also spotted throughout the rugged coastlines. Seals can be seen swimming near the dramatic cliffs and stacks all around the coast while the secluded bays and natural harbours are home to a large number of seals.

Outer Hebrides

The remote Outer Hebrides chain provides excellent grey seal watching along its exposed beaches. Loch Eynort on South Uist is a great location to see seals hauled out along the shore while Stornoway Harbour in Lewis is a seal spotting location in the north of the islands. Boat operators offer tours to see seals up close.

Inner Hebrides

The Inner Hebrides host grey seal colonies on smaller rocky islands like Canna , the Treshnish Isles, the Garvellachs, and more. Local kayak and wildlife cruise operators can help visitors spot seals. Exploring the coast of Mull will always reward a seal sighting at some point so it is always worth scanning the water close to the shore.

Where to see seals in Wales

Although less populated than England and Scotland, Wales still provides delightful seal-watching opportunities. Key spots include:

Ramsey Island, Pembrokeshire

Ramsey Island has a small colony of Atlantic grey seals that haul up on its beaches. Boat tours from St Davids offer chances to admire these local Welsh seals.

Pembrokeshire Coast

Various locations along the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park offer grey seal sightings, especially in late summer when they pup. Strumble Head , Abereiddy, and Porthgain are prime spots.

Where to spot seals in Northern Ireland

Ireland’s coastlines house both grey and common seals. Prime areas to spot them include:

Rathlin Island, Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland’s largest seabird colony is also home to a resident population of common seals. They can often be seen sunbathing on the rocks around the island’s coastal shores.

Strangford Lough, Northern Ireland

This scenic inlet contains a community of common seals. Boat tours provide opportunities to admire these seals up close in their sheltered habitat. Peak season is May to August.

Murlough Bay, Northern Ireland

Though less reliable, both common and grey seals have been observed occasionally hauling out on the sand and rocks around this remote protected beach.

Common seal or grey seal – How to tell the difference

Two species comprise most of the seal population across the UK and Ireland – the common seal and the larger grey seal. Though they share aquatic habitats, there are distinguishing characteristics between the types.

They will often be found together and it is often difficult to distinguish between the two at first glance but spending time with them will allow you to identify not just different species but individuals as well.

The larger of the two seal species, the grey seal ( Halichoerus grypus ) can grow over 2.5 metres long and weigh up to 310 kilograms. They are identified by their elongated snout and mottled grey to silver coats.

Grey seals are found predominantly in the northern coastal waters of the UK and Ireland. Major colonies exist off the coasts of Scotland, with significant populations also in England and Wales.

From October through December, grey seals come ashore to form breeding colonies and give birth to their young. The females, called cows, give birth to a single pup with a white silky coat. The pups nurse for 2-3 weeks while the mother does not eat, sustaining herself on fat stores.

Grey seal pups remain on shore for several weeks after weaning, spending time in loose groups with other pups. During this time they shed their white coats and develop their adult fur, learning to swim and hunt. Most pups venture out to sea on their own around 6-10 weeks old.

Adult males, known as bulls, come ashore in late autumn to establish their breeding territories. They compete for the best rocky perches, vocalizing with loud calls and posturing to defend their areas from rivals. When the cows arrive, the bulls gather harems on the beaches below.

Grey seals can live over 25 years on average. They spend most of their lives at sea, only coming on shore briefly to breed and moult. Their feeding grounds range widely based on available fish stocks, sometimes embarking on long migrations.

Common Seals

In contrast to the grey seal, the smaller common seal ( Phoca vitulina ) has a more southerly range. They are frequent along the coasts of England and Ireland, with significant populations in areas like Norfolk and Strangford Lough.

Common seals reach about 1.85 meters in length and 145 kilograms in weight. Their coats are smooth and spotted, ranging from brown to tan to silvery-grey.

Unlike grey seals that gather in large breeding colonies, common seals give birth alone on protected beaches and tide flats. Pups are born from May to July with creamy white fur. They nurse for 4-6 weeks before their mothers wean them, spending more time learning to fish on their own.

Common seals reside closer to shore than greys, usually hunting within 45 kilometres of their haul-out sites. They consume a diversity of small fish, crustaceans and cephalopods. Adult common seals may migrate seasonally along coastlines following prey.

Responsible seal watching

When visiting seal colonies, be sure to follow responsible wildlife viewing guidelines:

• Observe from a distance using binoculars or telephoto lenses. Never approach resting seals.
• Keep noise to a minimum and avoid making sudden movements.
• Follow warning signs and only view from designated areas.
• Pay attention to seal behaviour – if they look alert or uneasy, give them more space.
• Never feed, touch, or interact with the seals in any way.
• Keep dogs and drones far away from haul-out sites.
• Avoid seal colonies during pupping seasons or other sensitive times.
• Learn proper etiquette from local guides, rangers or local information boards.

What time of year is the best time to see seals in the UK?

The best time to see seals in the UK is during the summer months, from June to September. This is when the seals are most active and when the weather is warmest. However, seals can be seen year-round in the UK.

What to do if you see an injured seal

If you see an injured seal, here are a few things you should do:

• Stay calm and do not approach the seal.  Seals are wild animals and can be unpredictable. Approaching a seal could make it feel threatened and could lead to it biting or scratching you or a mother abandoning her pup.
• Call the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) on 0300 1234 999.  The RSPCA will be able to send someone to rescue the seal and take it to a wildlife rehabilitation centre or arrange for a Marine Mammal Medic to come and assess the seal.
• If the seal is in immediate danger, such as if it is caught in fishing gear or if it is being attacked by another animal, you can try to ensure its safety.  However, only do this if you are sure that you can do so safely.
• Do not feed or touch the seal.  Feeding or touching a seal can spread disease and can also make it more difficult for the seal to be rescued.
• If the seal is in a public place, such as a beach or a park, try to keep people away from it . This will help to protect the seal and will also help to prevent people from getting hurt.

By following these guidelines, you can help to ensure that injured seals receive the care they need. If the seal is too unwell to be left it will be taken to a rescue centre.

Seal Rescue Centres in the UK

These centres rely on public support and are always seeking volunteers to assist with seal care and education. They provide a valuable service in giving injured, distressed or abandoned seals a second chance at life in the wild.

• Hillswick Wildlife Sanctuary in Shetland Islands – Smaller rescue providing emergency aid to seals and other wildlife in the northern isles.
• Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Cornwall – Provides emergency first aid and longer-term care for seal pups in distress. They have helped rehabilitate and release hundreds of grey seals.
• RSPCA East Winch Wildlife Centre in Norfolk – Takes in rescued and injured common and grey seals found along the East Anglia coast. They rehabilitate the seals until they can be released back into the wild.
• Scottish SPCA National Wildlife Rescue Centre near Huntly – Cares for sick, injured and orphaned seals from across Scotland, with the goal of releasing them.
• Scarborough SEA LIFE Sanctuary – This seal sanctuary takes in and rehabilitates both common and grey seals found sick or injured along the Yorkshire coast and surrounding areas. They have an emergency seal hospital on site and aim to eventually release rescued seals.
• Hunstanton SEA LIFE Sanctuary – Similar to the centre at Scarborough this small centre takes in seals from around Norfolk
• RSPCA Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre – Located in North Yorkshire, this wildlife centre has rehabilitated and released grey seals stranded or rescued from Yorkshire beaches. They also take in other marine mammals like porpoises.
• Seal Rescue Ireland in County Wexford – Seal rescue centre focused on the rehabilitation and release of grey and common seals.

Conservation and protection of seals in the UK

Common and grey seals are protected species in the UK, and there are a number of organisations working to protect them.

One of the main threats to common and grey seals is disturbance from humans. This can include things like people getting too close to seals, or boats and other vessels making noise and waves that can disrupt seal behaviour.

To help reduce disturbance, there are a number of designated areas where people are asked to stay away from seals, such as haul-out sites (where seals rest on land) and pupping areas. There are also signs and information boards in place to help educate people about how to behave around seals.

Another threat to common and grey seals is pollution. This can include oil spills, which can coat seals’ fur and make it difficult for them to stay warm and swim. It can also include chemicals that can build up in seals’ bodies and harm their health. To help reduce pollution, there are a number of regulations in place to control the use of harmful chemicals and to prevent oil spills.

Common and grey seals are also affected by climate change. Rising sea levels are causing some seal colonies to lose their breeding grounds, and changes in ocean temperature and currents are affecting seal prey populations. To help address climate change, there are a number of organisations working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to develop adaptation strategies for wildlife.

In addition to the threats mentioned above, common and grey seals can also be injured or killed by fishing gear, or by being hit by boats. If you see a seal that is injured or in distress, please contact the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) on 0300 1234 999.

Observing seals in their natural coastal habitats provides an unforgettable and rewarding experience for travellers. Witnessing seal behaviours and family dynamics is a true privilege.

We’re pleased to announce that the support act on Keane’s upcoming UK tour will be Frankmusik, the rising electro-popster responsible for the bangin’ remix of Perfect Symmetry . He will be appearing at all shows, apart from Belfast and Dublin (whose support acts will be announced soon).

When we spoke to Tim last week, he explained why the band chose Frankmusik. "We really like him a lot. I think we want to create a sense of it being a kind of celebratory event each time we play a show. That kind of party atmosphere is something that we felt very strongly on the big tours in 2007. It felt like there was a real sense of occasion, rather than people just turning up and watching a gig and going home again. I think that’s a great thing about a Keane gig and it’s something we really want to enjoy and add to. And I think Frankmusik will be brilliant for that."

Fall Out Boy announce five-date autumn 2023 UK arena tour

See them this autumn

After teasing live shows earlier this week, Fall Out Boy have announced they're bringing their new headline tour, So Much For (Tour) Dust, to the UK this October and November.

Part of a larger 15-date European trek throughout the autumn, Patrick Stump , Pete Wentz and Andy Hurley kick off the UK leg at Leeds First Direct Arena on Friday 27th October 2023.

The tour then visits Glasgow OVO Hydro (28th Oct), Manchester AO Arena (29th Oct) and Birmingham Utilita Arena (31st Oct) before concluding at London The O2 on Thursday 2nd November 2023.

Fall Out Boy have also revealed the incredible support acts at all five UK dates - PVRIS and nothing,nowhere.

The five arena shows are Fall Out Boy’s first standalone headline UK tour dates since The M A N I A Tour in March 2018. The band visited these shores last summer as part of The Hella Mega Tour with Green Day and Weezer .

So Much For (Tour) Dust follows the Friday 24th March release of Fall Out Boy’s new album ‘So Much (For) Stardust’. The record boasts the Kerrang! Radio playlisted anthems ‘Love from the Other Side’ and ‘Heartbreak Feels So Good.’

Last month, Fall Out Boy guitarist Joe Trohman announced he was ‘stepping away’ from the band ‘for a spell’ to focus on his mental health. It’s unclear whether Trohman will perform on the European trek.

Peter Gabriel

Genesis legend Peter Gabriel has announced a four-date UK arena tour for summer 2022. i/o - The Tour opens at Birmingham Utilita Arena on Saturday 17th June and visits London The O2, Glasgow OVO Hydro and Manchester AO Arena. FM, Dare and Tyketto

Tyketto, FM and Dare are joining forces for a major headline UK tour in May 2023. The aptly entitled Triple Headline Tour will see the three musical kindred spirits share the stage together for the very first time at venues in England, Scotland and Wales. The 12-date, two-week trek opens at Glasgow The Garage on Thursday 11th May 2023 and visits Newcastle, Nottingham, Barnsley, Hull, Buckley, Wolverhampton, Newport, Manchester, Southampton and Norwich before culminating at London O2 Academy Islington on Thursday 25th May 2023. The Winery Dogs

The Winery Dogs - Richie Kotzen, Billy Sheehan and Mike Portnoy - kick off their short run of shows at Wolverhampton KK's Steel Mill on Friday 16th June before playing Nottingham Rock City (Saturday 17th June) and London O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire (Sunday 18th June). Red Hot Chili Peppers

Having released two studio albums last year – April's 'Unlimited Love' and October's 'Return of the Dream Canteen' – funk rock icons Red Hot Chili Peppers play two stadium shows this summer . Steel Panther

Comedy glam metallers Steel Panther have lined up a headline UK tour for May 2023, which visits Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, London, Bristol and Leeds. The tour follows the Friday 24th February release of Steel Panther's sixth studio album 'On the Prowl', which is their first record without former bassist Lexxi Foxx, who departed after 21 years in July 2021. Samantha Fish

Always phenomenal in the live arena, Samantha Fish's nine-date tour opens at Sunderland's The Fire Station on Thursday 19th October and concludes at Birmingham O2 Institute on Saturday 28th October. Stonedead Festival

Rock legends Blue Oyster Cult headline this year's one-day rock extravaganza. Those Damn Crows have announced a headline UK tour for February 2023. GUN frontman Dante Gizzi and his brother/band mate Jools Gizzi (guitars) will head out on an acoustic tour in April and May 2023. Taking in 13 shows in some of the UK's more intimate spaces, Dante and Jools will perform stripped-back versions of songs from GUN's back catalogue, and they will also be regaling stories about life on the road too. The tour opens at Dundee Beat Generator on Thursday 6th April 2023 and visits Bathgate, Stoke, Raynes Park, Dover, Gravesend, Manchester, Norwich, Brighton, Southend and Milton Keynes before culminating with a full band show at London's 100 Club on Friday 5th May 2023. Grammy nominated blues rock maverick Marcus King is coming to the UK in March 2023 for five headline shows. British Lion

British Lion, the side-project of Iron Maiden founder/bassist Steve Harris, will be embarking on a 15-date European tour this summer - starting in June. Alongside two festival appearances (Hellfest, France and Sweden Rock), the band will play 13 standalone headline shows in Slovenia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Ireland, England, The Netherlands, Italy and Spain. In 2023, Mr. Big singer Eric Martin teased the band's comeback , which was officially confirmed with the announcement of their expansive farewell world tour - The Big Finish . The tour will see the three remaining members of the band perform around the world - with the comeback announced five years on from the untimely death of their drummer, and co-founder Pat Torpey. The tour will kick off in Japan this July, before performing various dates around Asia. Following the Asian trek, Mr. Big will head to South America, Europe, the UK and the US in 2024.

The Damn Truth

As well as their appearance at Steelhouse Festival, Canadian rock n' rollers The Damn Truth will play seven headline UK shows starting in July. Their tour will see them perform at London O2 Islington Academy (21st July), Shoreham Ropetackle (22nd July), Leicester Musician (25th July), Buckley Tivoli (27th July), Leek Foxlowe Arts (28th July), Sheffield Greystones (30th July), and Milton Keynes Stables (1st August). Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons

From September, Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons will embark on their headline UK tour . Motörhead legend Phil Campbell, his sons Todd (guitar), Dane (drums) and Tyla (bass), and vocalist Joel Peters will play a total of 11 headline shows in support of their upcoming third album 'Kings of the Asylum'. Shows begin from 19th September in Brighton, continuing through to December - taking place alongside their headline appearance at Planet Rockstock 2023 .

Robert Jon & The Wreck

Robert Jon & The Wreck will be heading on tour again in 2023, bringing a stream of headline shows from September. Playing 10 headline shows, they open at Exeter The Phoenix on 13th September and will visit Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds, Bristol and Cambridge before finishing at Southampton The Brook on 23rd September. Black Stone Cherry

Celebrating the release of their eighth studio album 'Screamin' at the Sky', Black Stone Cherry are heading on an intimate headline UK & Ireland tour . Beginning on Tuesday 26th September, the band will play at eight small capacity venues up to Friday 6th October. Alongside the tour, the band will also hold a series of in-store signings. Sari Schorr and Matt Pearce & The Mutiny

Blues rockers Sari Schorr and Matt Pearce & The Mutiny will be embarking on a co-headline UK tour later this year. Joining forces for dates throughout October and November, shows begin from Wednesday 25th October 2023 at York Crescent. Greta Van Fleet

Part of the European leg of Greta Van Fleet's Starcatcher World Tour, the band have lined up a four-date UK & Ireland arena tour . The dates take place in November, and will see performances at London OVO Arena Wembley, Dublin 3Arena, Manchester AO Hydro and Glasgow OVO Hydro. The Darkness

Celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album 'Permission to Land', The Darkness will be heading on a world tour. Performing all 11 tracks from the multi-million selling album - including legendary tracks like 'Growing On Me', 'Love Is Only A Feeling' and 'I Believe In A Thing Called Love' - the shows will also include a bonus 'Best Of The Rest' set, featuring gems from their subsequent six albums. The first wave of the 'Permission to Land' 20th anniversary tour dates take place in November 2023, on mainland Europe.

The Long Road Festival

The Long Road returns in 2023 to bring the fields of Stanford Hall, Leicestershire, the finest country, Americana and roots music. Taking place over the Bank Holiday weekend of Friday 25th to Sunday 27th August 2023, headliners include southern rock powerhouses Blackberry Smoke , and Californian country musician Jon Pardi - in what will be his UK debut. Boston rock icons Extreme will embark on their headline UK 'Thicker Than Blood Tour' through November and December 2023. The tour will mark almost six-years since the band last did a UK trek, and includes six dates - with special guests Living Colour. Opening the tour at Newcastle O2 City Hall on Monday 27th November, Extreme will then visit Glasgow, Manchester, Wolverhampton and Bristol before culminating at London O2 Forum Kentish Town on Monday 4th December. KK Priest with Iron Maiden's Paul Di'Anno

Judas Priest co-founder K.K. Downing announced that his spin-off band KK's Priest will tour the UK in October 2023. The heavy metal trailblazer's band will play five headline shows, with special guests Paul Di'Anno - early Iron Maiden vocalist, who will sing songs from the band's first two albums 'Iron Maiden' and 'Killers' - plus Swiss rockers Burning Witches. The Priests, Killers & Witches Tour opens at Birmingham O2 Institute on Saturday 7th October, then visiting Glasgow, Nottingham and Manchester before concluding at the 2,000 capacity London O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on Thursday 12th. Sweet will bring 2023 to a triumphant close as they embark on The Full Circle Tour . Providing 13 headline shows in England, Scotland and Wales throughout December, it is thought this could be the rock icons' final UK tour. Opening at Wrexham William Aston Hall on Friday 1st December, Sweet will then play shows through Wolverhampton, Holmfirth, Glasgow, Sunderland, Bury St Edmunds, Manchester, Lytham, Cardiff, Nottingham, London and Poole before finishing at Frome Cheese & Grain on 23rd December. Trivium announce 13-date intimate UK tour

Trivium have unveiled their upcoming Goblins And Wizards tour – which they promise to be the “best metal show to hit your town this summer”.

It’s shaping up to be a ridiculously busy year for Trivium ! Fresh from their incredible UK headline tour last month, not to mention recently announcing a massive co-headline run with Beartooth in the U.S. , the band have just confirmed even more shows coming up.

The metal heroes will be crossing the pond once again for what they’re calling the Goblins And Wizards Tour: 13 intimate UK shows at some lesser-visited spots, with Bleed From Within and Orbit Culture as support.

“Since the first UK headline tour in 2005 we’d made it a point to do our best to get out of the big cities and play other ones that might get overlooked or skipped,” says bassist Paolo Gregoletto. “We looked at old Maiden and Motörhead posters and let that inspire the way we routed this one.

“Bleed From Within and Orbit Culture are two of our favourite new bands and we are honoured to have them join us. This is going to be the biggest and best metal show to hit your town this summer guaranteed!”

We don’t doubt it. Tickets go on sale this Wednesday, February 15, at 10am.
