Eric’s Trip Turned Failed Romance into a Lo-Fi, Break-Up Masterpiece with Love Tara

Rewind , album reviews, dusty henry.

eric & the trip

With Rewind , KEXP digs out beloved albums, giving them another look on the anniversary of its release. In coordination with our Sub Pop 30 count-up and the album's 25th anniversary this year, we take a look at the beautiful and tragic debut from Eric's Trip –  Love Tara .

Love is messy when you’re young. Well, love is messy always. But it’s especially messy when you’re young. Navigating relationships in your youth can be a fool’s errand. You never want to make a mistake when feelings are on the line, but it’s also the time in your life where you’re supposed to be “learning from your mistakes.” It’s something we all learn to navigate in our own ways with continually mixed results. But when you throw in the element of creating music together on top of your relationship, you have a different concoction on your hands. Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours will forever be the definitive “love triangle” story in the rock canon, but it’s far from the only one. Just ask Eric’s Trip . But let’s rewind the tape for a second.

In 1993, Moncton, New Brunswick’s Eric’s Trip had the unique distinction of being the first Canadian band signed to Sub Pop (although the label did release the Nevermind The Molluscs double 7-inch single featuring Sloan, Idée du Nord, Jale, and Eric’s Trip earlier that year). Until this point, the band had been self-releasing tapes recorded almost exclusively on a cassette 4-track in a basement. So, as you can guess, they’re early work was marked by embracing their sonic limitations (or what some might call “lo-fi”). You can get other clues as to what Eric’s Trip sounds like before even playing their music. The band’s name was derived from a Sonic Youth track of the same name from their classic 1988 record, Daydream Nation. I’d argue that you can feel Sonic Youth’s influence in almost any 90s band deemed “alternative,” but in Eric’s Trip case it’s especially true. Especially in the group’s early work, Eric’s Trip thrived in noise. Waves of gruesome distortion coat every instrument on nearly every track. Guitars, drums, bass, and vocals all masked themselves in volume so radical that it felt like it could split the cassette tapes in two.

White was the principal songwriter throughout Eric’s Trip’s existence, but the creative energy between himself and his bandmates are what defined the project – particularly his relationship with bassist/vocalist Julie Doiron. The two dated throughout the pre-Sub Pop era of Eric’s Trip while they were both in their late teens and early 20s. As the two shared vocal duties from song to song, their voices were crucial to what made the band work. That sensational energy appealed to Sub Pop when the label approached the band in 1992, only for the band to pass. They’d later come around in 1993 when approached again and would make their official debut on the label with their Songs About Chris 7-inch single. But all that was just a precursor to what would come next – their debut LP Lova Tara.

Just prior to their signing, things between White and Doiron weren’t going so well. In what would be a fateful decision, the couple took a romantic break. During that time, White began dating Tara Landry (aka Tara S’parrat of the band Orange Glass). In a 2009 interview with Exclaim! , Doiron reveals that she found out through a taped up page in White’s journal. She says, “It was bad. I read one line and I grasped what it was and I got really upset. Then we had a big fight and he apologized for all the stuff and I was feeling really hurt." The “break” then became a “break-up.” White and Doiron tried to keep this from the band, mostly so Doiron wouldn’t feel ostracized or have any impact on the work they were still doing. But the wounds were deep and both parties acknowledge that Doiron never forgave White.

eric & the trip

All of that can be a lot to deal with and, remember, they were all pretty young at the time. But then things get weirder. Doiron and White’s relationship continued to be a center of the band – or more accurately, a muse for the group. The group invested in a 8-track recorder, holed up in the basement and started recording what they thought would be an EP but would evolve into an LP as they went. White still retained his role as sole songwriter and the songs began to take shape into a quasi post-mortem of he and Doiron’s relationship. He’d eventually choose the title Love Tara . Yes, named after Tara Landry.

Which...dude. Not a good look. In a retrospective interview with Noisey , White illuminates some of how the women felt about all this, saying, “I think Tara may have felt that she was put on the spot, and turned into this character from a drama, which she wasn’t. The way we wrote all the songs made it seem more like a soap opera.” In the aforementioned Exclaim! Interview, Doiron, adds some context: "Rick seemed to think it was the perfect title; every boy in Moncton was into Tara at that time so I think he thought it was kind of clever."

I don’t give all this context to just air out some Canadian band’s dirty laundry from the early 90s. If anything, you could probably piece it together just from listening to the album. And that’s part of why Love Tara is such a masterful work. Yeah, there’s a lot of drama in the background and certain members come out looking worse than others. But what’s remarkable is the band’s willingness to make themselves this open. The band harnessed their hurt feelings and turned it into their debut record. That’s something bands who’ve put out dozens of records can struggle to do. Imagine having a quarrel with your significant other and then being like “hey remember that terrible fight we had? Well I wrote 15 songs about it and I think it’d be rad if you sang some of them. Sound cool?” Personally, I think I’d rather die.

So, what does a record made by ex-lovers singing about their fallout sound like? Before you answer that, think about how you’ve felt in a break-up. Sad? Sure. Angry? Quite possibly! Detached? Oh hell yeah. Unsure about how you really feel about anything and just want to sit and watch TV until your brain numbs? Totally. Just like emotions vary from moment to moment in the wake up heartbreak, so does the vibe and flow of Love Tara . The album opens with one of the band’s quietest songs, “Behind The Garage.” White doesn’t just perform solo on the song, he sounds alone too. The strings of his acoustic guitar buzz with each strum, echoed by the quiet ringing out of a electric guitar somewhere in the background. His voice raises barely above a whisper, singing on the chorus, “How come it upsets you so? Shouldn't it be me who feels uneased?” You can visualize the awkwardness of the moment; White fessing up to Doiron about what happened behind the garage. He sounds filled regret more and more after each strum. As the song begins to gently fade out, suddenly your eardrums are rattled by the seismic punk of “Anytime You Want.” It sounds more akin to the feverish tapes the band made prior to their signing with a low rumbling bass holding up the punkish guitar riffs. Despite it’s jubilant feel (especially in contrast to “Behind The Garage”), the lyrics still hint at the drama at the core of the album with lines like “Find me another place to stay/Are you ever gonna let me see your face?” And just like that, after a minute of rattling rock music, the album dips down again into the low and stunning sounds of “Stove.”

While you could hear Doiron singing backing vocals on “Anytime You Want,” “Stove” is the first duet we hear from the former lovers. It’s an early highlight and one of the most lyrically vague records on the album, although it’s easy to feel the disconnect happening between them. They sing about the same moment or idea from different perspectives loosely revolving around a stove at their friend Peter’s house. The verses nearly mirror each other perfectly with slight changes in both. Doiron sings, “I wish you'd slow it down,” while White sings, “I wished you’d leave me be.” In moments like that, you start to feel the disconnect.

It’s a wonder the pieces didn’t connect earlier with the band and fans of what was really going on behind the scenes, especially with a song like “Secret for Julie.” Not only is Doiron’s name right in the title, the words she sings directly outline the situation she found herself in – even explaining the “we were on a break” stipulation. It’s weird to think White writing these words when they’re so damning to who he was and what he did. But it’s not what he wrote that sells it, it’s how Doiron sings it. The minute she starts singing, the song becomes hers. She sounds dejected, lost, and torn apart. Chugging chords resonate in the left channel of the mix, insistent pound of the drums in the right, but her vocals crossover to both. A similar thing happens with the penultimate track, “Blinded,” which finds Doiron howling over frenzied guitar riffs. She doesn’t just yell, she screams. In an elongated pause, you can hear her gasping for air before the song rushes into its climactic end.

Love Tara doesn’t just succeed as a break-up album because if it’s lyrical content, but in the way it expresses the dramatic feelings with dramatic dynamics. The jolting feel of the record is unconventional to say the least. Even Guided By Voices never sounded this manic. The upgrade from a 4-track to an 8-track recorder makes a nominal difference in the quality, keeping the record still in “lo-fi” territory. And the record is better for that. If Love Tara were polished and refined in a conventional studio, I have serious doubts it would feel the same way. It’s a record that needed to be recorded in someone’s basement because that’s the emotion the songs evoke. Having that visual in mind informs the listening too. When I hear the album, I don’t visualize a band with headphones on while trying to get the perfect take. I see a group of sad 20-somethings sitting at home, smoking cigarettes, feeling like shit, and trying to figure it out with their guitars. It’s the imperfections of the recordings that really bolster this idea. You can feel people breathing between songs, a reminder of the real human people creating on the other end. Dogs bark in the background of “May 11” and innocuous chatter shows up at the end of “Allergic To Love.”

Speaking entirely for myself here, but the first time I heard Love Tara I couldn’t imagine anyone else knowing about it. It felt so personal, and frankly kind of inaccessible, that that thought of another person knowing or holding the record so closely never crossed my mind. Obviously that’s not true and there were countless people who knew about it years before I was even aware of its existence. But that’s part of the albums magic. It’s a record made in a basement and meant to be played in your bedroom. It’s solitary, lonely, weird, exciting, depressing, and somehow makes you feel less alone. The band feels like they’re in the room with you, telling you all their problems because they have no one else who will listen. So you listen and you quietly relate. It feels less like an album and more of a break-up collage. The circumstances might be specific to the band, but the emotions are universal. No other record sounds like this. No other record could sound like this. You could never recreate the little moments or noises hidden in the mix or the way things came about. Love Tara does what every heartbroken person hopes for – to turn the shattered pieces of their heart into something beautiful and everlasting.

Experimental / Rock

Teenage USA

January 30, 2002

It's all been said so many times before. I probably don't even need to go beyond this. Half of you know what I'm going to say. I feel trite just thinking about it. And yet, as is always the case, necessity squelches the desire for originality. Here goes:

This live album, while a must-have for die-hard fans of the group, will disappoint those who are looking for an inspiringly different interpretation of the band's canon.

Live albums are tricky business. One out of fifty times, a live album provides a stunning insight into a spontaneous, dynamic performance, or a collection of particularly outstanding performances spanning a given period of time. The other forty-nine times, a live recording is little more than a collection of a band's songs run through a bulldozer and stripped of a good deal of their ornamentation, complexity, and character. And thus, the above statement comes into play. If you love the songs, you'll love the slightly different versions of the songs; if you don't give a fuck about the songs, you're wasting your time.

In the case of Eric's Trip, the live treatment does marginally alter the nature of the band's music, sometimes allowing some extra vibrancy and energy to come through, but almost always removing a good deal of the charm that makes their albums so appealing. Eric's Trip slapped together beauty and noise in a fantastically haphazard manner, jumping with reckless abandon from lazily strummed acoustic guitars to hectic, screeching feedback. On The Eric's Trip Show , the contrast between the various sounds employed by the band is greatly downplayed, replaced by a steady stream of consistently rocking numbers.

Which is not to say that there aren't some absolutely lovely songs on The Eric's Trip Show . The album opens with "Stove," a classic cut from the band's debut, Love Tara , featuring Julie Doiron's gorgeous, breathy vocals. It's all well and good, but it doesn't do much in comparison to the original, with its dreamy cymbal crashes and intensely intimate recording quality.

Indeed, the loss of intimacy is a big problem with this album, as the close-up, lo-fi recording that helped make Eric's Trip's proper albums so great is no longer a factor. The band plays their songs through, and the songs themselves are pretty damned good. On tracks like "Blinded," Mark, Chris, Julie, and Rick really start to rip shit up-- a needed blast of energy, and a nice addition to The Eric's Trip Show , but certainly no replacement for the moments of sheer brilliance that can be found in the band's albums.

Which brings me back to the original point. The songs on The Eric's Trip Show are very good songs. I'd venture to say that some of the more straight-up rock numbers actually sound better here than they do on studio LPs. But generally speaking, this album leaves Eric's Trip without some of their greatest musical assets. If you're in love with the songs, this probably won't matter to you; if you're not, this won't help. But you already knew that.

Wikipedia: Eric’s Trip

From Wikipedia, the free encylopedia.

Eric’s Trip was a Canadian indie rock band hailing from Moncton, New Brunswick. Formed in 1990 when musicians Rick White and Christopher Thompson of The Forest joined Julie Doiron and Ed Vaughan (who was later replaced by Mark Gaudet of Purple Knight), they took their name from a Sonic Youth song. They emulated the distorted guitar of Dinosaur Jr. ., the folk leanings of Neil Young , and the lo-fi aesthetic of Sebadoh . Rick White described their sound as “sappy melodic pop music on top of thick distortion.”

Eric’s Trip were the first Canadian band, and one of three Atlantic Canadian bands, to be signed to Seattle’s Sub Pop Records in the early 1990’s. (The others were Jale and The Hardship Post .)

The band broke up in 1996, but reunited in 2001, and again in August 2006, to play at the Sappy Records Festival in Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada.

Bassist Julie Doiron currently has a successful solo career and plays in Shotgun & Jaybird , Rick White and Mark Gaudet play in Elevator , and Christopher Thompson enjoyed some fame as Moon Socket.

Indie-rock’s open invitation, even to those possessing limited skill and talent, is, unfortunately, a siren song to mediocrity. Openness is fundamental to the scene’s character and development, but it sometimes gives a free ride to hitchhikers on the underground highway-those who sport the right clothes, a friendly smile and the right minimalist attitude rather than discernible talent.

Named for a Sonic Youth song, Eric’s Trip — a sweet noisy/quiet pop quartet from Moncton, New Brunswick (due east of Maine) — has released a gargantuan amount of sketchy music since forming in 1990. Some of it is pleasant, although the band’s full-length debut (1993’s Love Tara ) is a sloppy, half-baked indulgence with precious few songs that actually amount to anything. That album followed a total of 33 self-released cassette tracks, the seventeen songs contained on the Belong, Peter and Songs About Chris EPs plus the four items that fill Julie and the Porthole to Dimentia . (And don’t forget the side projects: Elevator to Hell, Broken Girl, Moon Socket and Purple Knight, the band from which drummer Mark Gaudet was “borrowed” in 1991.)

Forever Again is a lot better, but still as sloppy, vague and aimless as a fluffy cloud in a spring breeze. Bassist Julie Doiron takes a greater singing role alongside soft-voiced guitarist Rick White; the songwriting tightens some of the eighteen selections into shapely forms, most noticeably when acoustic lightness is the chosen timbre. The group’s lyrical themes — winsome vulnerability, passing sadness and bemused confusion — get a lot of exercise, but the record moves along briskly enough so nobody has to dwell morbidly on life’s disappointments. Typical of the band’s cursory designs, “About You” consists of Doiron’s admission “I haven’t even told my brother/I just finished telling my mother — she took it OK/I always wondered what they’d do/When I told them about you.” That’s either a brilliant display of musical Cubism or a song fragment. Take your pick.

The release of a third full-length album, Purple Blue , was discolored by the group’s (quickly rescinded) decision to disband several weeks later. By way of implicit explanation, White clearly announces his exhaustion — albeit in a romantic setting — in the excitable “Sun Coming Up”: “I’m sick of writing love-gone-wrong songs/Sick of even trying sometimes.” An assured slip of a record that favors full-on distorted rocketry over airy folk-pop and dinky minimalism, Purple Blue merely lacks the tunes that would defer tedium. (“Now a Friend,” a difficult post-breakup rapprochement, is a notable exception.) The short songs’ near-random designs seem to be based on nothing more than a simple downcast lyrical idea and whatever melody and chords come to mind; longtime producer Bob Weston gets them on tape without any signs of structuring or editing. For all the sensitivity and reflection, such thoughtlessness is hard to fathom.

Eric Church Announces 19-Show ‘To Beat The Devil’ Residency At His Nashville Bar, Chief’s

eric & the trip

Eric Church’s new Nashville bar, Chief’s , is officially opening next month.

He just announced that the Broadway bar will open on April 5th, 2024, and of course, he’s going to do it up big with a grand celebration. The bar is unique in that it includes a live music venue called “The Neon Steeple,” and Eric will kick off the celebrations there with an intimate 19-show Eric Church: To Beat The Devil starting on the day of the grand opening.

Members of his fan club, Church Choir, will have first and priority access to tickets, and can sign-up for a chance at tickets today on his website.

Eric says these intimate shows will be “one of a kind,” and he’s going to even be playing some songs that will only ever be heard at these 19 little concerts:

“These shows at Chief’s will be one of a kind, only for Chief’s and with some songs that will only ever be performed during these shows.

It’s the most unique show I’ll probably ever do, and I’m excited to enjoy this chapter of what Chief’s will be.”

ll seats are reserved seating and range in price from $99 to $499 (with no additional ticketing fees). A portion of proceeds from every ticket benefits Church’s non-profit, Chief Cares.

Eric Church country music

The new venue will be located in the heart of downtown Broadway, among many bars named after his fellow country artists. Church bought the building for $24.5 million along with Ben Weprin, founder of boutique real estate investment management firm AJ Capital Partners.

He’s also bringing in a taste of his local Carolinas by partnering with famous BBQ chef Rodney Scott, the James Beard Award-winning pitmaster and founder of Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ, for the bar’s food program, which will be served from the rooftop and contain all-weather seating for visitors.

And to set itself apart from the other artist bars in downtown Nashville, Chief’s plans to feature the aforementioned two-story seated music venue that will continually host ticketed live events featuring all kinds of artists.

The bar recently  shared a glimpse   of the music venue that fans have to look forward to once the bar’s completed, with stained-glass windows around the multi-story venue reminiscent of the historic Ryman Auditorium just a few blocks away.

I’m sure these tickets will not last long at all, and to be honest, the Church Choir will probably snag most of them up before they even go on sale to the general public. With limited space and just 19 shows for this residency run, if you can happen to get your hands on some tickets, it will certainly be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Eric Carmen , the singer of “Hungry Eyes” and former Raspberries frontman, has died. He was 74.

The “All By Myself” crooner and writer’s death was announced on his official website by his wife, Amy Carmen.

“It is with tremendous sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Eric Carmen,” read the statement, over a black-and-white portrait of a younger Carmen. “Our sweet, loving and talented Eric passed away in his sleep, over the weekend. It brought him great joy to know, that for decades, his music touched so many and will be his lasting legacy.”

Amy requested privacy for Carmen’s family as they grieve their “enormous loss.”

“‘Love Is All That Matters…Faithful and Forever,'” the statement concluded, in a nod to Carmen’s 1977 track, “Love Is All That Matters.”

Carmen’s solo career, dominated by power ballads, followed his tenure with The Raspberries until the rock band broke up in 1975. Carmen wrote or co-wrote the majority of the band’s songs. He was responsible for penning their most notable, 1972’s “Go All the Way.” , which was inspired by The Rolling Stones’ “Let’s Spend the Night Together.” The song’s suggestive lyrics resulted in a ban in the U.K. More recently, it was featured on the soundtrack for the first “Guardians of the Galaxy” film in 2014.

Carmen struck gold in 1976 with “All By Myself” and “Never Gonna Fall in Love Again,” both of which were based on works by Sergei Rachmaninov, The Guardian reports. The former remains Carmen’s highest-ranked hit on the Billboard Hot 100 , having peaked at number 2.

Many pieces of media have gone on to feature “All By Myself,” either Carmen’s original or covers by Celine Dion or Jewel, as was the case in the film “Clueless.” The song has also been featured in “Friends,” “Angel,” “Glee,” “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising,” and more.

“Hungry Eyes” was famously featured in “Dirty Dancing,” which in 1987 saw Carmen peak at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. The following year, he peaked at No. 3 with “Make Me Lose Control.”

Raspberries lead singer eric carmen dead at 74, eric carmen raspberries lead singer ... dead at 74, breaking news 9.7k 3/11/2024 6:53 pm pt.

Eric Carmen -- famous for being the frontman of the Raspberries, and for multiple solo hits through the '70s and '80s, including "All By Myself" -- has died ... this according to his family.

The sad news was posted to the singer's own website, with a message posted from none other than his wife, Amy . It reads, "It is with tremendous sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Eric Carmen."

It goes on ... "Our sweet, loving and talented Eric passed away in his sleep, over the weekend. It brought him great joy to know, that for decades, his music touched so many and will be his lasting legacy."

Amy adds, "Please respect the family’s privacy as we mourn our enormous loss." No further details were shared about the circumstances of his death ... Eric had no known or reported ailments of late.

Obviously, it's a huge blow to the music industry -- as Eric was a staple in pop culture in the late 20th century. Not only was his hit 'ABM' a massive success ... but he went on to churn out several others well into the next decade ... including "Never Gonna Fall in Love Again," "She Did It," ''Hungry Eyes" (from the "Dirty Dancing" soundtrack), and "Make Me Lose Control."

Other great songs of his included ... "Go All the Way," "Love Is All That Matters," "I'm Through With Love," "It Hurts Too Much," "The Way We Used to Be," "I Wanna Hear It From Your Lips" ... and many, many more.

In addition to 4 albums he put out as the lead singer of the Raspberries, Eric released 6 studio albums solo ... and he went on to become a phenomenon in the music biz. He's survived by his wife and two children. Eric was 74.

Eric Hovde thinks he can outsmart Wisconsin voters -- Barbara Voyce

  • Mar 21, 2024

What an interesting time we are living in. Eric Hovde owns a mansion in Californian, but he is choosing to run for the Senate in Wisconsin. He is spending millions on TV and radio ads, all saying what a wonderful, caring, generous man he is.

I wonder, why doesn’t he run for office in California? Does he think California voters are too smart to vote for him, so he will come to Wisconsin where he thinks the voters are not as smart? Does he think it’s easier to buy our votes than it would be in California?

If Hovde wants to represent Wisconsin that badly, why didn’t he run against U.S. Rep. Derrick Van Orden, R-Prairie du Chien? He would have easily won that race since Van Orden has shown how he is a bully, uncouth and not fit for the job.

Hovde says he will donate his salary back to Wisconsin. That’s rich. This billionaire who owns banks, thinks we don’t know that not only would his salary be a pittance of what he makes, his donated salary could be a deduction on his taxes. It would be a win-win for him and a lose-lose for us.

‘Days of our Lives’ Star Greg Vaughan Hospitalized With Medical Emergency

Greg Vaughan , who fans best know as Eric Brady on Days of Our Lives , has opened up about a health scare he suffered while on a spring break trip to Colorado with his three sons.

The Daytime Emmy-winning actor took to Instagram on Thursday, March 14, where he revealed he had been hospitalized after falling ill with severe altitude sickness. He also shared photos of himself in the medical facility with tubes coming out of his nose.

“Life is like a box of chocolates, “you never know whatcha gonna get!”” Vaughan wrote in the caption, referencing the famous Forrest Gump line. “I’ve said more than a few times, I truly feel like I work & live in a Soap Opera! This trip was nothing short of another great Vaughan adventure!”

The long-time soap star detailed what happened, explaining how after the first day of his Colorado trip, he was “experiencing shortness of breath climbing a few flights of stairs, wheezy, some congestion after some cold, snowy conditions, and a headache developing.”

Hoping to get a good night’s rest so he could be fit for the next day, Vaughan said he “drank a bottle of Pedialyte and NyQuil’d” himself out. Unfortunately, “it was a night of tossing, turning, no sleep, coughing, dry heaving & my head felt like it was in a walnut cracker!”

He had to tell his boys and his friends, who had just arrived at the resort, that he was “staying home to rest and be my best for our final days to come.” But his condition worsened throughout the day.

“Two full days gone, enough was enough, I finally surrendered & went to urgent care and to my shock I learned that I was experiencing severe altitude sickness!” he shared. “My Blood Oxygen was at 54% & my lungs were full of fluids! Blood oxygen, also known as oxygen saturation, represents the percentage of hemoglobin in your red blood cells that is carrying oxygen. Most people have an oxygen level of 95-100%.”

In a follow-up post, Vaughan said, “4hrs later, a couple of bags of IV & oxygen tank strapped to my face, I was told that I needed to immediately get off the mountain!”

Vaughan didn’t want to end the trip early for his sons, so he “opted to go home with an oxygen tank, a good laugh for everyone.” He said his boys “looked after their old man” and luckily had friends on the trip to be with while their father went back home.

“In all seriousness, no matter your age, and all the times I’ve [skied or snowboarded] in my lifetime, Colorado Rockies is no joke! As they say, “take a breathe and smell the roses!” That is truly something we need to remember & appreciate!” he concluded.

Many of Vaughan’s co-stars wished him well, including Deidre Hall (Marlena), who wrote, “Oh honey! I’m so sorry.”

Robert Scott Wilson (Alex) added, “My brother… I know you got at least 9 lives left, but take a breather.”

“I know timed events with the boys are precious- they’ll be more man. Hope you’re on the mend,” Eric Martsolf (Brady) commented.

“Dude. Glad you’re all good,” Dan Feuerriegel (EJ) added, while Martha Madison (ex-Belle) posted, “So glad you are ok.”
