Thank you for grateful tour to me, I was extremally enjoyed through the journey day, thanking to you and your team and best luck for future.

To give you a recap of the situation, we had initially booked a tour for 7 people to travel on May 29. However, DPauls denied availability of the tour and suggested we change our dates to either May 22 by paying extra money or to June 15. We declined to pay the extra fee and requested a cancellation.

Vishal convinced us to travel on May 22 by paying an additional 5k per person, adding 35k to our total travel cost. We reluctantly agreed, as we wanted my parents to travel during these dates.

Now, we are being asked to pay extra again because your travel agent miscalculated the price of EURO on a certain date, taking a ballpark figure of Rs. 85 per euro, and gave us an itinerary that was cheaper than other travel agents like Thomas Cook.

However, the rate of the euro was 90 Rs on the day we booked, but your travel agent took the amount to be 85, which was a mistake at your end. Today, the rate of the euro is 91, and you are asking us to pay the extra amount due to the mistake of your travel agent. The difference I should be paying is of 1 euro only, you cannot just take months old data and generate the pricing,

We will not pay any extra money, and we have realized that we should have booked a professional tour operator instead of DPauls. We are willing to get a full refund of our money and cancel the trip.

I am highly doubtful about how my elderly parents will be treated when they travel with your company. It is concerning that you keep asking for extra money at every point, and the fact that you don't care about feedback is disappointing. Your company's service is pathetic.

for 6 person in May, given them a amount from my life saving when they failed to travel Due to #COVID19India situation they refused to refund me complete amount they deduct 5% of total package for each person without doing any aranagement , they have no professionalism.

Unfortunately could not give lesser than one star.

We booked the 8N, 9D- Europe tour( Paris, Switzerland, Italy).

It was an extremely sad tour for us and for many others in the group. We felt that we wasted all our money and more importantly our precious time. They paint a rosy picture first but you realize the actual thing when you start the tour.

Our tour had 46 people( YES 46!!!), bigger than a school picnic, so expect yourself to be in horrendously long queues for checking in the hotels and for meals. By the end of the tour we had 46 angry customers completely frustrated with the tour.

They make you travel in the coach for extremely long hours, and one couple with a kid had to abandon the trip mid way, as the tour was so exhausting.

ITENARY- Out of our 8 days, we wasted 2 complete days in couch travel, with a journey time of 9 hours plus. The only thing we could do on those days was to check in the hotel and sleep.

COACH- Don't expect your coach to have toilets and Wi-Fi, which is present in all European long distance coaches.

HOTELS- They say it is 4 star, I highly doubt that. Some of the rooms really stank badly, with stained sheets and carpets. Had to request a room change on many occasions.

More importantly, all your hotels will be away from the city centre, so any young couples wishing to go to the city centre at night to enjoy the nightlife- FORGET IT!!

BREAKFAST- it is absolutely disgusting, your breakfast will be served separately as compared to other guests staying in the hotel, so expect to find absolutely nothing on your breakfast table.

DINNER- Expect long queues with minimum 20 minutes wait times. Is that what you want when you've had a long day?? If you are at the end of the line you might find some dishes completely finished.

GROUP- Because of the big group there would be fights for seats in the coach, for meals and for excursions. You will find people just running to try and get in the queue.

BOTTOM LINE- This tour is so exhausting, it is not recommended for Honeymooners, elderly people, and people with kids.

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO WASTE A HOLIDAY WITH THESE GUYS, WHERE BY THE END OF IT, YOU MAY REQUIRE ANOTHER VACATION TO RECOVER FROM THIS VACATION.

The Only saving Grace was our tour leader Ms Niyoma, who tried extremely hard to make us happy and was really cooperative.

If you looking for budget travel then go for D.paul and if you are looking for luxurious travel than choose other options.

Dpaul packages are reasonable in every prospectus.

I booked Dubai and Abu Dhabi trip in July 2019 one month in advance, they over charged me and when I confronted they threaten me to cancell my booking without any refund. I had no choice but to go. AC was not working on doh marina cruise.

Better to avoid d Paul's.

They spent money on big advertisement only without any focus on customer satisfaction.

No one hear and respond to the complain of customer.

It looks dpauls run by unprofessionals.

Their value addition pack is not worth value.

Sharing my experience I booked Singapore trip for my single parent (my mother) along with her two sisters and there spouse total number of five people. There employee cheated and Adjusted my mother with them in there room and in itenery clearly mention for seprate room. .. In whoms room she was adjusted had some issues... Really feeling very bad and sad.... Humiliated.... She is mentally disturbed..... After coming from the trip... After spending the hafty amount...there employee took some amount of cash.... Avoid these cheater and there associates......

I was on a Europe tour booked by Dpauls , it was the worst tour ever . The hotels we stayed in were in worst conditions. The breakfast didn’t have much variety and the taste was too bad .The breakfast was rated bad to worst. The dinner was also worst day by day. Will not recommend to anyone close. Save yourself and book by others with good review

We have never been to such a nicely assissted and organised trip ever. Yes it was our honeymoon, and it turned to an amazing experience, we never felt same as on any other vacation. All credit goes to dpauls. Very well guided by Jayendra Pal. Hope to trouble u again infuture for sure

With this experience I can say that you don't bother about customer experience .Your packages are very expensive. I was offered a 8 Nights package for Singapore where the flights were 35000 per person and hotel(holiday inn Express Orchard road Singapore was for 51000 per person non refundable) then I checked the prices on my own and found that the flight ticket was for approx 30000 for the same airline and dates additionally the hotel for 2 of us was for 67000 for the same hotel and same dates . you are just a rip off for he customers money . I will make sure to ask the people I know to not book anything from you .

You guys are so pathetic that I don't even want to give you 1 star ratings . Worst company to work with . No basic facility ..even the washrooms are dirty nd smell . No person would work in such dirty environment . No proper breaks provided . Also the staff is very unfriendly . The HR considers himself to be the owner and doesn't have a sense to talk with employees. Would have slapped him for his behavior. Most of the people are on either the verge of retirement or are already retired . Hate this company . A advice not to take packages from them as they are too expensive

Dpaul is the most fraud company you ever seen. They gave and share details of one package and then change the package once whole money is payed.

We booked for jaisalmer trip they showed as different package and after full payment changed the itinerary. We talked to there superiors and they agreed they are at fault but said they can't do anything.

Ganga goel is a highly inefficient emploee and his superior even knowing her fault is blind.

I will never never recommend dpaul to anyone.

Hello friends! I am sharing my views on tour operator that is D.Paul's Travels. I had used the services of this tour operator and was travelling be very disappointed.

This tour operator is not helpful because they have no so much knowledge of tour guide. And the package that they are given of hotels, foods and flight also was very bad. Because when you went in hotels then there was receptionist who does not take care of their customers and also talk in rude way.

Tour guide is also not experts in their works. Also they take so much of charges from customers and does not provide good services but travelling was convenient through flight. But they are big time cheater they only rob the peoples and make their tour so worst.

I told to my friend about these tour operator and say that never prefer these tour operator. They make your travelling very disapppointed.

I booked a trip to singapore and malaysia with Dpauls recently. To cut the long story short, don’t waste your holidays by associating with Dpauls. I would not recommend the agency at all.

To give you a glimpse of my experience.

We had a decent start in Singapore, while we enjoyed the main attractions the city tour was just a namesake. In addition, all the tickets were bought on the spot which led to long waiting times, I wonder why they didn’t buy them in advance?

Coming to the second phase of the trip, Malaysia. It was the worst experience for us. Our guide(Mr. Raja) spoiled our entire trip, he is an arrogant, impolite and a disrespectful person. He managed to get on the nerves of each and every person on the trip. To quote him “it was is not a good idea to disagree with him!” Instead of following the itinerary he took us to a local chocolate shop and a local watch store( more than 1 hour at each outlet) and skipped the stop at twin towers. He made sure to spend time at places where he had commissions. When we questioned it, he told us that he was the boss and would decide for us!

What also took me by surprise is that one day we suddenly had an additional couple along with out group. He would wait for this couple endlessly throwing us off the schedule, I wonder if these guys hired him separately?

To conclude, he constantly kept hinting on tipping and if you decide to book by Dpauls despite what you are reading, verify with the agency if Raja is going to be your guide. If he is, may be tip him on Day 1 so that he does his job!

We had an overnight stay at Ghenting Highland as well in our package. So, after we reached the place, thankfully we had another guide, who was quite decent and polite. However, here Dpauls did a blunder. While, they informed us that snow world was closed, they failed to mention so was the amusement park! In essence, we traveled all the way to Ghenting Highland to sleep in a shady room at the First world. We were pre- informed that it was a budget hotel that would be provided in our otherwise superior package but still the rooms were extremely disappointing. Unless you like to visit a Casino, there is no reason to go there before the opening of the park.

Overall, I felt with a little bit of planning it would have been a much more pleasant trip for my husband and I. Dpauls certainly will never be my travel partner again.

I and my wife travelled with DPauls to Singapore, Kualalamur & Genting on superior package. My experience was below average. I will mention all my personal experience to help people decide whether to choose DPauls as their travel partners and for DPauls to improve their services.

• Package booking:

Pros: DPauls makes a reasonable package, cheaper than other travel agencies.

Cons: DPauls agents do not call back or communicate all the information properly. I faced a lot of miscommunication for visa documents. Person responsible “Mr. Kapil Jain” was friendly but himself was confused when we asked questions regarding specificities of documents even about photographs needed. Another really annoying thing happened when I asked him to send me an electronic copy of the tickets, itinerary and visa as these were electronic visas, even after calling him for 5 times on the same day he did not send me the asked documents.

• Travel guide and tour:

a. Singapore:

Good: Hotels were nice and as mentioned in the booking. Tour organizer Mr. Tripathi was nice. We really enjoyed Night Safari, Sentosa and Universal Studio.

Bad: City tour was not arranged properly. We wasted a lot of time at Singapore flyer and Merlion park. Where travel guide did not give us any time to see China Town or the Chinese temple. She took us to a shop in china town where we were given 20-30 mins to shop.

b. Kualalampur: Travel guide made sure that we do not enjoy kualalampur.

Good: Nice hotel, Sunway lagoon

Bad: “Mr. Raja” was the assigned travel guide and received us from the airport. He is one arrogant guy and was rudely speaking to all the passengers and even threatening by saying “people suffer if they go against me”. Always saying sentences like “I know you Delhi people” and “I know the character of you Delhi people”. He changed the itinerary without asking all the passengers and skipped twin towers completely, his words were “I am the boss and I will decide”. One of the evening he left us for shopping saying that he will tell us the way back to hotel and insisted on taking monorail. He said hotel is 2 min walk from the monorail stop. At 11.00PM we reached the monorail station and got to know that hotel is actually 1.5km far. In a city like kualalampur it is not safe to walk around at night. Next morning when confronted he said, it was good for digesting food.

c. Genting highland: A nice place to visit but travel guide made it in a hectic trip.

Genting is a nice resort which has amusement park, casino, shopping mall and snow world. DPauls mentioned that Snow world was closed but failed to mention that even the amusement park was also under renovation for another 8-9 months. We had to stand in line for long and were allowed to check-in by 5.30PM. By this time we were completely tired and could not enjoy the resort.

This trip could have been much better if managed properly. I took the trip thinking that the travel guides will be experience and will help us enjoy the cities to the fullest but I was completely wrong. DPauls I hope you take actions accordingly to make travelers experience better.

Hello guys today I am here to tell you about this D.paul travel services where my family decide to plan for a goa trip and I hear about there services that why I book a medium package that was 2 days and 3 night.

When we go there my family got very upset with there serives beacuse they give undeveloped hotel where the hotel room was unpolish gives lots of disppointment and we hate it and my family always told me that this trip was worst trip they ever go and me and my family never suggest for there services.

Talking about there travel services was quit good and the guid was perfrom good but the hotel problem was so disappointed and we just hate this.

Dpaul is a fraud company.I have booked 3 tour in past but this time they have started behaving like a fly by night operator.they will just try to find the way too fool you with lines written in the condition of travel in small prints.like hotel names are all fraud if similer word is written.they will change at last minute to all crap hotel and will tell you see it is written as these hotel and similer.my tour had hotel stay at 4 places.all 4 hotels had been changed to substandard hotel.at the last when you go for final payment( remaining balance amount) they will show you again some fine prints like prices were fixed in this euro rate and that euro rate.I was asked to pay 10% more than initial agreed price by this crap only.next time if you are fool enough to book tour with them.take a lawyer with you.who can read all the term and condition.otherwise at the end you will stuck with paying 10 of thousands rs extra with substandard tour.I m telling you dpaul you guys has went down like any thing.

We took the 7 day tour to China but were disappointed on many fronts.

The package did not include the cable car tickets for Great Wall. neither were we informed earlier that the senior citizens will not be able to climb at the Juyong pass section. As a result, the entire group had conflicts on which place to go to for the Great Wall. We ended up paying 170 yuan per person for climbing the wall - an extra cost not planned for earlier.

The entry to Disneyland in Shanghai took more than 3hours! No exageration! We spent a better part of the day and our energy in entering the park and there was no time for rides. My 13 yr old could not do even one single ride! Poor planning. Moreover, tour guide did not advise us this aspect and did not plan to beat the peak hours at the park entry. The senior citizens were left doing nothing the whole day, while we were in the long queues in the heat.

Landmark Towers hotel in Beijing was poor  in terms of room as well as courtesy. The rooms allotted to our group were all corner rooms, half the size of the regular room.the Acs were in effective in ALL rooms and one of the rooms has leaking bathroom which had to be repaired in the presence of the guests! To top it, the receptionist at the hotel, Mr Mi Sen was extremely rude and least concerned.

the tour guide at Shanghai was simply trying to act smart and fleece us by selling fake Swarovski during the dinner. Is this selling authorised by D.Pauls?

Dinners - Most of the dinners were poor to ordinary . Out of 6 dinners, only 2  were of acceptable quality though the last night dinner at Tandoori Grill in Beijing was good.

Main problem is that D.Pauls is not operating the tour in China, their partner is. so transparency and clarity is missing.

The additional optional tours were also good, we did the Metro tour which I highly recommend, we also paid for the Kremlin tour. The hop on hop off has three different lines all included. The red route is quite exciting and takes about an hour. The bus comes every 10 to 15 minutes. However the other two routes take about two hours each and buses come every 30 to 40 minute period. If the bus is full then you have to wait at the stop for the next bus. So personally I feel that not much can be seen this way. I definitely was not impressed. The boat element was wonderful, we saw some amazing parts of Moscow along the river side. The bus element was very disappointing as it only started at 10am and was finished by 6:30pm. It was extremely warm when we were there and it would have been great to do the tour in the cool of the day. There was also no air conditioning in the down stairs part of the bus. The ear phones were small and sometimes the commentary did not link up with the sites you were seeing. The green bus takes you on a longer route and ours took two and a half hours due to the heavy traffic. I would not recommend this trip unless it is raining or you want to fill in time. The girl on the picture-light blue bag-ask for 100 Rubles for show her the QR Code while I had the Booking and PIN number cause she must see the vessel name-Didn’t say nothing and after she said board any vessel. The traffic is quite heavy so it is a bit slow but there is not a lot they can do about it. We only did the red route. The bus didn't stop at many points. Were were unaware a couple of times at what point we were and missed them. Headphones and maps were provided. Would recommend one should check out the route map before going and decide which places to stop in advance, this way one can manage and enjoy the tour more and us it more effectively.! • WilliamDyer 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles Poor service on boat and too many waiting times on buses For the price, you should expect at minimum English speaking tour guides with decent experience, but at least in my case that did not happen both in buses and boats. And in the boat even tough we were 90% English speaking tourist at least, the tour guide spoke 95% of the time in Russia, and only 3 sentences in English, I really counted how many times she spoke in English. And at the end she asks us if we have any questions? Of course I told her I couldn’t ask her anything since I didn’t understand 95% of what she was saying. The boat tour is not worth it, just take the bus that would be my advice. Second minus is the waiting times, in the boat they made us wait an hour before it departed, and in many stops with the buses waiting times of 20-30 minutes. Paul Weller has announced his first North American tour since 2017. Taking place in September 2024, the trek will be in support of his upcoming album, 66 .

Sandwiched between Weller’s previously announced UK dates, the North American leg kicks off on September 6th in Red Bank, New Jersey. It will also stop in cities including Brooklyn, Toronto, and Chicago before wrapping up on September 27th in Los Angeles. See his full touring itinerary below.

Tickets for Weller’s North American tour will be available through a Live Nation pre-sale beginning on Thursday, April 11th (use access code RIFF ) ahead of the general on-sale starting Friday, April 12th via Ticketmaster .
