Hofstra Law is located on Hofstra University's main campus, which provides a rich and vibrant community for students studying the law.

Hofstra University is located on Long Island in Hempstead, New York, about 25 miles east of New York City, less than an hour away by train or automobile.
Graduate Residence Hall
Hofstra offers graduate on-campus housing. The Graduate Residence Hall is home to Hofstra's law, medical, and graduate students. The five-story building offers suite style living, with multiple bedrooms, shared common spaces, kitchenettes, and bathrooms.

Cheerleading
The Hofstra Cheerleading program is a nationally recognized co-ed squad. The squad promotes school spirit for the University's athletic teams, such as the men's and women's basketball teams. Cheer performances are also requested at University festivals and admission events. See when tryouts will be held .
An audition is required for the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance. Additionally, students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Dance will audition for placement in technique classes, and to determine Activity Grant awards. Get more information .
The Hofstra University Dance Team is an exciting and competitive collegiate dance team that performs at University athletic events as well as other events held on and off campus. See when tryouts will be held .
A portfolio review is required for students interested in the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Production. Additionally, students interesting in pursuing a BFA in Performance or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theater Arts will audition to determine initial offerings of Activity Grants to first-year students. Tominaga Wins a Pair of 3-Point Titles
Nebraska senior Keisei Tominaga started his Final Four weekend with a flourish, winning a pair of events at the State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships Thursday evening in Phoenix.
Tominaga won the Hanes Originals Soft Touch Men’s 3-Point Championship before capping the night with a win in the Skechers Battle of the Champions in a matchup of the men’s and women’s 3-point champions.

In the Battle of the Champions. Tominaga defeated Indiana’s Sara Scalia. 20-16. Tominaga hit eight in a row at one point before closing the round by hitting five of his last six shots, including a pair of money balls, to earn the title.

Tominaga put on a show in the men’s shootout, posting scores of 25, 24 and 19 over three rounds enroute to the crown. The All-Big Ten guard led all competitors with 25 points in the first round, as he hit at least four shots from each of the five spots. He closed by hitting 10 of his last 11 shots, including a tribute to Stephen Curry waiting to beat the buzzer and turning around before the shot went in to close a 25-point effort.

Tominaga showed his flair for the dramatics in the semifinal against Ohio State’s Jamison Battle, hitting the money ball on the final shot of the rack to prevail 24-23 to advance to the finals. After a slow start where he missed his first three shots, Tominaga hit the final two shots of the first rack before going 17-of-20 over the final four racks. Tominaga trailed 23-22 as Battle had a chance to earn a berth in the finals but missed the money ball while Tominaga hit his final shot to move into the finals.

In the finals against Tyler Thomas of Hofstra, Tominaga got off to a quick start, as he connected on 10-of-11 in one stretch before clinching the victory by hitting three straight shots in the final rack for a 19-17 victory. In all, Tominaga hit 16 of 25 shots, including three money balls, in the final.

Tominaga will be in action on Friday afternoon, as part of the Reese's NABC All-Star Game. Tipoff for that event is at 5:30 p.m. (central) and it will be televised live on the CBS Sports Network.
