• Designed for groups of 4 to 9.
• Visit 3 award winning wineries.
• Each winery offers 4 wine tastings.
• Enjoy one charcuterie board at one winery.
• Experienced and knowledgeable tour guide.
• 12:00 – 1:00 pick up from one location in Essex County or Windsor.
• 4:30 – 5:00 – approximate time back at your accommodation.

We pick you up at your residence, hotel, B&B, marina or campground and bring you back. Enjoy the tour. Leave the driving to us. We bring you back.

Group Tour (4-9 people) Cost $132 plus HST per person. Price includes tasting fees, charcuterie board and transportation.

North Shore Wine Adventure

• Wine tasting at 3 wineries with tasting fees included.
• A tour of a winery production facility if available and/or requested.
• A delicious, relaxing lunch featuring local food specialties at a winery restaurant.
• Shop at winery boutiques. Many wines are only available at the winery.

Two Persons Tour Cost $179 plus HST per person. Price includes lunch and tasting fees.

Grape Vine Tours does not guarantee a two persons tour and you may be touring with others.

Wine and Brew Along the North Shore

• Visit 1 craft breweries & 2 wineries (or 2 craft breweries & 1 winery) for tastings with tasting fees included.
• Each Brewery offers a flight of their craft beer consisting of 3 or 4 samples.
• Lunch at one, at winery or brewery. Tasting fees and lunch included in price.
• A tour of a winery or brewery if available and/or requested.

Craft Brewery Experience

• Visit 3 craft breweries for tastings and have lunch at one. Tasting fees and lunch included in price.

The philosophy of Grape Vine Tours Inc. is to provide an experience that allows our customers to enjoy the wine, craft beer and spirits of our region.

By the way, the food and scenery are exceptional and you might learn some interesting tidbits about this area.

We ask that our customers refrain from bringing outside alcohol on our tours or consuming alcohol in our vehicles. The establishments we visit are family oriented so no need to say more.

Grape Vine Tours picks up customers at one location and returns them to one location.

In the event of intoxication or inappropriate behavior the tour will be terminated without refund.

Pickup 11:00 – 11:30 Return 3:30 – 4:00 (Times are approximate depending on pickup location. Times can be customized to meet your schedule.)

Cancellation Policy

7 days notice is required if you cancel your tour for any reason for a full refund. Any notice less than 7 days you forfeit the full amount you have paid.

One of only four “Designated Viticultural Areas” in Ontario, Pelee Island is home to over 750 acres of vitis vinifera vineyards.  Here in an internationally recognized microclimate created by its extreme southerly latitude and the moderating effect of Lake Erie, the vines of Pelee Island Winery enjoy Canada’s longest growing season, and thrive in the island’s rich limestone-based soils.  The combination of sun, soil, lake and latitude create ideal grape-growing conditions, and provide the source of Pelee Island Winery’s Award-Winning Wines. Pelee Island is one of Canada’s true gems of nature and a perfect destination for a day trip or weekend getaway.

Tours are offered at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm daily.  The cost is $10 per person and includes a tour, tasting and Pelee Island Winery wine glass.

Tastings, when available, are by donation of choice to our featured charitable organization.

WINE TASTINGS

Tastings are available by donation to our charity of the month.  Charcuterie plates for two will be available commencing May 13th at $20 plus tax per plate.  Please make a note on your tasting reservation that you would like one as quantities are limited.

Wine Tours are a fun and exciting day trip, and are done in Essex County’s wine region. Wine tours generally are a minimum 5 hour trip with some lasting as long as 8 to 10 hours. The number of wineries you want to visit will dictate how long your trip will take, however, 3 to 4 stops is usually the preferred schedule. Our clients can choose to make up their own itinerary, or we can set up your itinerary for you.

Sherry was the absolute best guide!! So personable and down to earth. Seriously the best wine tour I've been on!

We had a great tour! Linda was our driver and was sweet as can be! She got us all set up in each of our four winery stops and then let us know when she'd be back/where she'd be parked. She was happy to take photos for us when we asked and she shared facts about the area and each of the wineries along the way. We went to four wineries and had lunch at the first one. Definitely would recommend!

Such a wonderful experience, I am so happy we went with Grapevine Tours. This was my first visit to the region, and it couldn't have been better. Peter our driver picked us up on schedule promptly at 11am. There were 4 of us and we had a van that could have fit up to 6 people. Peter was a great tour guide telling us about the area, being our photographer, allowed us to set our pace. We did the tour that included lunch and lunch at Oxley was delicious. We will be back to the area and will do a tour with Grapevine again.
