Ride Nordic – Partner Of BMW Motorrad

We at Ride Nordic live for motorcycles and adventure! For more than 15 year we have been working with Touratech and the last 10 years we have been an official partner of BMW Motorrad.

Already in 2009 we arranged Adventure Days for the first time, that has been an annual event ever since. Here, hundreds of adventure motorcyclists gather and ride a motorcycle together on wonderful gravel roads in southern Dalarna, Sweden. During Adventure Days, the idea for our rider trainings where born. We simply saw a need for offroad/gravel rider training’s that were adapted for the bigger adventure motorcycles. In 2013 we organized our first rider training under the name Touratech Offroad School and the same year we also became the first and only Official Partner of BMW Motorrad in the Nordic countries.

One reason that BMW Motorrad became our partner was simply because of their outstaning GS range! BMW Motorrad are also the only brand that offers instructor and tour guide training’s specifically adapted to the bigger adventure motorcycles. We have over the years trained a well over 3 000 adventure riders and each year we have about 30 GS motorcycles of the latest model available for our participants.

The motorcycle season in the Nordic countries is short so we also decided to offer adventure tours in warmer countries during the winters. In 2013 we arranged and our first tours on the Algarve coast in Portugal. A few years later it was time to offer tours also in Iceland and our latest edition is Greece.

In addition to amazing riding on wonderful roads, our tours offers plenty of rider training since the instructors from our rider training’s are also tour guides during our tours.

Best Motorbikes for North Vietnam Motorbike Tours

There is a fact that not every bike is suitable for motorbike tours in Northern Loop Vietnam. There are 3 motorbikes that you should use to conquer the North, namely Honda XR150L, Honda CRF250L, and Suzuki CRF400 bikes.

Honda XR150L

Honda XR150L  is good for both on-road and off-road routes. The motorbike is favored for flexibility and cylinder capacity. Its design is absolutely convenient. The ability to accelerate is fairly good. Reasonable fuel consumption is another reason why you can rely on this motorbike. With each liter of petrol, you can go 55km. Especially when you ride for a long time with the speed maintaining from 70 – 80 km/h, 300 km will consume about 6 liters of fuel. So if the fuel tank is full, you can go about 400 km. Since all the  motorbike routes in Northern Loop Vietnam  are usually long, this is a huge advantage. The price of this motorbike is also reasonable. However, you should remember that the front brake works sometimes “too well” that it can be dangerous for those who lack riding experience.

Honda CRF250L

Honda CRF250L  came to Vietnam only in 2014 but it soon won the hearts of many motorcyclists. The motorbike is perfect for almost all the road conditions in Vietnam. Both wheels have a size of 120/80 and are equipped with studded tires suitable for sandy and muddy  roads in the Northwest of Vietnam . Honda CRF250L 2018 with the affordable price is still the first choice in the off-road motocross segment in Vietnam, because of its beautiful design, durable engine, meeting the needs of a biker. Impressive durability is what people love about the motorbike. With it, you can easily conquer rugged off-road paths, jungles, and even mountains.

Suzuki DR-Z400S

Suzuki DR-Z400S  is perfectly balanced for you to use in any motorbike tours in Northern Loop Vietnam. The fully adjusted rake system and the front brake can help you off-road trails much easier to conquer. The shock absorber is flexible therefore you can change between off-road or on-road absorber handily. Tour Itinerary

Day 1: ha noi to mai chau (170 km – 5 hours riding).

Your journey begins when Vietnam Riders, our expert guides, pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi at 08:30 am. From there, we'll set off on our motorcycles to explore the bustling streets of Ha Noi before venturing into the remote countryside.

Our first stop will be at the Hoa Binh Hydroelectricity, where you'll be mesmerized by the stunning scenery of the countryside. As we ride through the winding Thung Khe mountain passes, you'll feel the exhilarating rush of the cool breeze on your face and the sound of the engine roaring beneath you.

Next, we'll descend to the picturesque mountain valley of Mai Chau, the ancestral homeland of the Thai Ethnic Minority Group. Here, we'll spend the night in a traditional Stilt House, where you'll be warmly welcomed by the locals. You'll savor the delicious flavors of the region with a home-cooked dinner of regional specialties.

DAY 2: MAI CHAU TO PHU YEN (160KM – 5 HOURS RIDING)

Rise and shine to the harmonious sounds of a rural village and prepare to start your day with a delicious breakfast and a steaming cup of coffee. As you sip your coffee, you can watch the local Thai Ethnic Minorities commence their morning activities and head to the fields.

After breakfast, we'll jump back on our motorcycles and continue our adventure, exploring the scenic back roads of Northern Vietnam. We'll traverse winding mountain passes that offer breathtaking views of Moc Chau Plateau's tea plantations and fruit farms. The serenity of the countryside will leave you mesmerized as you soak in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

One of the highlights of our journey is the ferry ride across the Da River, a perfect opportunity to witness the captivating landscape of the Vietnam countryside. As we arrive in Phu Yen around 05:00 pm, we'll check into our accommodation for the night and settle in for a well-deserved rest.

DAY 3: PHU YEN TO MU CANG CHAI TO THAN UYEN: (210KM – 7 HOURS RIDING)

As we bid farewell to our gracious hosts, we'll hop back on our motorcycles and embark on an exhilarating ride through Northern Vietnam. Get ready to experience one of the most thrilling days of the tour as we encounter amazing terraced rice fields, vibrant hill tribe costumes, serene laneways, and twisty mountain passes.

Motorcycle lovers, this day is for you! Every turn on our ride presents an opportunity for picturesque views that you'll want to capture with your camera or phone. The colors, textures, and landscapes of Northern Vietnam will leave you breathless.

By late afternoon, we'll arrive at our next destination, Than Uyen. We'll check into our accommodation, rest our tired bodies, and reflect on an unforgettable day of riding.

DAY 4: THAN UYEN TO SAPA (110KM – 4 HOURS RIDING)

It's a short but captivating ride through Northern Vietnam today. Feast your eyes on the mesmerizing lush green tea fields and the imposing Fanxipan peak, a true wonder of nature.

Our route will take us to the awe-inspiring O Qui Ho, one of the most impressive mountain passes in Northern Vietnam. As we stop to take in the views of the valleys, you'll have the chance to capture some of the best shots of the area, which sits at an elevation of about 2,000 meters above sea level.

After a well-deserved break, we'll continue our scenic drive along the winding back roads of the countryside until we reach our final destination, Sapa. In the afternoon, you can explore the stunning town on foot or relax at the hotel after an enjoyable day.

DAY 5: SAPA TO BAC HA (160 KM – 5 HOURS RIDING)

Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast at our hotel before we embark on another exciting motorcycle ride. Today's journey will take us to the other side of Hoang Lien Son Mountain Ranges, where we'll be surrounded by breathtaking terraced paddy fields and isolated hill tribe villages.

Take a moment to breathe in the fresh mountain air and soak up the stunning scenery as we ride through this incredible landscape. You'll have plenty of opportunities to experience the interesting daily life of the locals and enjoy their natural hospitality along the way.

As the sun begins to set, we'll arrive at our accommodation in Bac Ha, where we'll check in and spend the night. Get ready for another day of adventure and unforgettable experiences in Northern Vietnam with Vietnam Riders.

DAY 6: BAC HA TO HA GIANG (190 KM – 6 HOURS RIDING)

Get ready for a unique and thrilling ride as we make our way to Xin Man. Today's route will take us off the beaten path, and the landscape is sure to leave you breathless.

As we approach Hoang Su Phi, get ready for a jaw-dropping view of the rice terraces. Take in the stunning scenery, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and capture some unforgettable photos.

After a refreshing break, we'll continue our ride to Ha Giang, arriving at our hotel around 5:00 pm. Check-in and unwind after a day of exhilarating riding through the captivating Northern Vietnam.

DAY 7: HA GIANG TO MEO VAC:(170 KM - 5 HOURS RIDING)

Wake up to the refreshing mountain air and enjoy a hearty breakfast before bidding farewell to our gracious host. Get ready for another exciting day of riding as we make our way to the Karst Plateau Geopark.

Prepare to be amazed as we journey through a unique landscape that offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, cultural experiences, and local heritage. Our ride takes us to Dong Van, where we'll wind up to the famous Ma Pi Leng Pass - known as one of the most stunning mountain passes in the world.

As we reach the highest peak of the pass, prepare to be awestruck by the breathtaking scenery around us. It's a photographer's paradise with picture-perfect moments at every turn.

Our ride continues to the charming town of Meo Vac, located in the heart of the Rock Plateau. We'll arrive at our hotel around 5:00 pm, check-in, and relax after an exhilarating day of riding.

DAY 8: MEO VAC TO QUANG UYEN (200 KM – 6 HOURS RIDING)

As the sun rises on the day eighth of your adventure with Vietnam Riders, you can't believe how quickly the time has flown. But don't worry, there's still plenty of excitement in store!

Today, we'll be taking on the narrow and winding roads of the Rock Plateau of Dong Van - Ha Giang, with breathtaking mountain views around every turn.

As we ride, you'll have the chance to witness the traditional lifestyle of the local ethnic minorities, including their unique and colorful traditional costumes.

These unforgettable experiences will be the highlight of your motorbike trip with us. We'll finish up our day in Quang Uyen, where we'll check in to our hotel and rest up for the final leg of our day.

DAY 9: QUANG UYEN TO BAN GIOC WATERFALL, TO CAO BANG (180 KM – 5 HOURS RIDING)

Wake up to a brand new day of adventure on our exhilarating 12-day Grand North Vietnam Motorcycle Tour. You'll explore local cultures and ride through tranquil back roads that weave through charming rustic villages.

Next up, we'll journey to Dam Thuy where you'll encounter the most stunning natural wonder in Vietnam: the Ban Gioc Waterfall. Marvel at the spectacular sight or take a dip in the refreshing waters at the foot of the waterfall.

As we continue our ride to Cao Bang, we'll soak up the incredible scenery and arrive at the hotel just before nightfall. Check in, unwind, and rest up for another exciting day tomorrow. This is a journey you'll never forget.

DAY 10: CAO BANG TO BA BE LAKE (150 KM - 4 HOURS RIDING)

Indulge in the tranquility of the countryside as we embark on a serene ride through winding mountain passes on this day of our motorbike tour. Our destination is the magnificent Ba Be, the largest natural lake in Northern Vietnam, and a true oasis of calm.

After a delicious breakfast, we make our way through the peaceful country roads, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning landscapes. As we approach Ba Be, we are greeted by the stunning sight of the serene lake, offering a perfect respite after our long ride.

Take a refreshing dip in the cool waters of the lake, and breathe in the crisp mountain air as we explore the national park by boat. We'll discover hidden waterfalls, towering cliffs, and incredible biodiversity that make Ba Be a true natural wonder.

As the day comes to a close, we'll settle into the comfortable Stilt House of Tay Hill Tribe family for an authentic overnight stay. It's the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and customs, and experience a true taste of Northern Vietnam.

DAY 11: BA BE LAKE TO THAC BA LAKE (160 KM – 4 HOURS RIDING)

Get ready for an incredible adventure as we journey through the remote backcountry roads of Vietnam!

Today's motorbike ride takes us due south through stunning countryside, with endless views of lush forests and rolling hills. Along the way, we'll make a stop at a Dzao ethnic minority village, where you'll be warmly welcomed by the locals and learn about their fascinating culture.

But that's not all - we'll also visit historical sites like ATK Dinh Hoa, where we'll delve into the rich history of Vietnam and discover how the Communist Party was founded. And to top off an already amazing day, we'll spend the night in a homestay with a Dzao Hill Tribe family at Thac Ba Lake, surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of the region. Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience!

DAY 12: THAC BA LAKE TO HANOI (180 KM – 6 HOURS RIDING)

Rise and shine for the last day riding motorcycle with Vietnam Riders. We say goodbye to our lovely host and resume our motorbike ride along the splendid country back roads and peaceful dyke roads of the rivers.

We arrive in Ha Noi, at the hotel of your choice before rush hour and finish our exciting Northern Vietnam Motorcycle Loop Tour!

SOUTH TO NORTH Black Sea tour.

Fantastic motorbike adventure tour  .

Black Sea Tour Itinerary 2023 Day 1   After arriving at Antalya airport, you will be picked up and taken to your hotel. Once at the hotel, you get to meet the other bikers and our bike tour leader.  We will have a tour briefing where you’ll find out everything you need to know about riding in Turkey.   Day 2 Antalya to Alanya  133 KM   After breakfast at our hotel, we will go to pick up the motorbikes and fill in all the necessary paperwork.  Once that’s done, our tour starts with a half day riding to Alanya. On the way we will be stopping in Side to have a little walk and drink by the sea side cafe shop.  Our hotel is by the sea with a stunning view of Alanya. We will have a free evening to explore.     Day 3 Alanya to Silifke  306 KM   We depart our hotel at 9am and ride towards the mountains. We will be riding on lots of twisty mountain roads and roads beside rivers and lakes. We will be stopping at a cafe shop for a tea break. After our stop we carry on riding towards a lake. There are bendy roads and the scenery is amazing. We will have a lunch stop again in mountains. After our lunch we will be heading towards our sea side hotel. We will be going to sea food restaurant by the sea for dinner.   Day 4 Silifke to Urgup  373 KM   After breakfast we will be heading towards Kiz Kulesi and then ride towards Aladag National Park.  We will be riding again lots of twisty roads. Our lunch stop will be at Trout fish farm. After our tasty food we will heading towards Cappadocia where we will be staying for 2 days. Our hotel is a Boutique cave hotel, all rooms are built in caves and it’s an amazing experience.  We will have a free evening. There is a restaurant just 5 min away from our hotel. The restaurant is built within one of the caves and the food is delicious.   Day 5 Free day No riding There is a lot to see and do in Cappadocia. You can ride in a hot air balloon at sunrise, explore the caves, chill out in our amazing hotel or you can try a Turkish bath (Hamam) in town. The town centre is only a 10 min walk from our hotel. Other option is to go to Goreme and visit the Cappadocia museum.   Day 6 Urgup to Sivas 360 KM We leave our hotel towards Uchisar Castle. After a short ride we will be visiting this cave castle. Our stop around 45 min and walking shoes is recommended to climb to the top of the castle through caves. The view is amazing from the top. After our visit we will carry on riding. Our Lunch break is on our way to Sivas in a small town. After Lunch will be riding towards our hotel in Sivas Zara. Our hotel has got Turkish bath and Sauna so you can relax.   Day 7 Sivas to Erzincan 325 KM We will be riding towards one of the most challenging roads. We will ride through man made tunnels. It will feel like we will be riding in caves. The road is non tarmac and running alongside a big river at the bottom of the canyon. We will stop for photos. It’s a steep hill and we’ll be riding on the cliffs edge so it will be important to be extra careful.  After this amazing road we will be going to a little village where you can see very old traditional houses. Our lunch will be in this town. After our lunch we will be riding towards Erzincan where the city is built over 1200 meters above sea level. We will have a free evening to relax and enjoy. Our hotel has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath to enjoy after a day’s riding.   Day 8 Erzincan to Trabzon 269 km After our breakfast we will be riding towards the Black Sea. We will be stopping at one of the most famous monasteries in Turkey. Its built in the mountain on the rock face. It is over 1000 meters above sea level.  It’s a Greek Orthodox Monastery built in AD386.  We will spend time here to explore this stunning place. After our visit to the Monastery, we will be riding to Trabzon where we will stay for a night. Our hotel is by the Black sea and our room will have a sea view.   Day 9 Trabzon to Amasya 429 KM Today we will ride the longest distance on our tour towards Ordu by the Black Sea. After Ordu we will head inland to the mountains and very picturesque roads. Lots of bendy roads and riding in the forest. Our lunch break will by the Black Sea. After lunch, we ride towards the mountains to Amasya where one of the biggest rivers run through the city centre. It is one of the oldest cities and its dated AD 4000. You can see the old king tombs in this city.   Day 10 Amasya to Sinop 252 KM We will have a short ride today to get to the Black Sea coast riding towards Sinop. After our challenging ride, we will arrive in Sinop early to relax and rest. Our Hotel will be by the sea and has a swimming pool. We can rest and relax in our hotel or walk to the city.   Day 11 Sinop to Amasra 319 KM Today we will ride all day beside the Black Sea coast. It’s a coastal road and the roads are very twisty. It’s an amazing road to ride and beautiful views of the Black Sea. Probably today we will have more bendy and twisty roads than before so get ready for the challenge. Amasra is our destination and it’s a very pretty seaside town by the Black Sea coast. We will have a free evening to enjoy and explore this town. There are plenty of sea food restaurants to pick form so we will enjoy a nice dinner after a long day riding.   Day 12 Amasra to Haymana 374 km We leave the Black Sea behind and ride towards Ankara. We will stop along the road for tea and coffee. After we will have our lunch by a road side restaurant. Plenty of food to choose from.  After a nice lunch we ride to our spa hotel in Haymana. After check in we will enjoy the natural hot water in our spa hotel. You can swim or have a Turkish bath and just relax. Our dinner is at our hotel so no rush.   Day 13 Haymana to Antalya 426 KM We will ride back to Antalya where the tour started. Heading towards Egirdir Lake and have a lunch by the lake or in the town centre in a Kebab restaurant. After our lunch we will ride towards a canyon and also through the apple fields. We will have another stop by a different lake just before we finish our tour in Antalya. After the last break we will ride to our bike hire shop. After the usual checks, we return our bikes and head to our hotel in Antalya. We will have a party to celebrate our amazing bike tour experience!     Day 14 Antalya Everyone flies home after an amazing and unforgettable motorbike tour with Turkey Motorbike Tours!  

After arriving at Antalya airport, you will be picked up and taken to your hotel. Once at the hotel, you get to meet the other bikers and our bike tour leader, have a tour briefing where you’ll find out everything you need to know about riding in Turkey and this will be followed by a Welcome Dinner in the evening.

Our hotel is all inclusive so you can eat, drink and relax by the pool or swim in the sea.

From the very first days of its existence, the Moscow Metro was the object of civil defense, used as a bomb shelter, and designed as a defense for a possible attack on the Soviet Union.

At a depth of 50 to 120 meters lies the second, the coded system of Metro-2 of Moscow subway, which is equipped with everything you need, from food storage to the nuclear button.

According to some sources, the total length of Metro-2 reaches over 150 kilometers.
