Where do you ship?

We ship to all US states, including APO/FPO military addresses. Orders shipping to HI and AK will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day. All orders with a  APO/FPO shipping address will be shipped via USPS. What is my shipping charge?

Flat rate FedEx Ground: $4.95; Orders $99+ ship FedEx Ground for FREE Flat rate FedEx 2-Day: $24.95 Bag up-charge: $10  per bag Bags are not eligible for 2-Day shipping. PING suggests a signature required delivery for any order over $500, free of charge. Orders under $500 can select a signature required delivery, a $5.00 surcharge will be added.

When can I expect my package?

For standard FedEx Ground shipments, please allow 4-7 business days after your order has been processed.

For FedEx 2-Day shipments, please allow 2 business days after your order has been processed.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders can take 3-5 business days to process (varying based on order volume) before shipping at our distribution center. Please allow an additional 5-7 days to process golf bag and custom-built golf club orders. For all PING x Hideoki products, please refer to individual product pages for shipping details & timeline.

We’re sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product. You can make a return within 30 days of the order placement date. Unless it is determined to be a manufacturing error by PING, custom-built golf clubs require a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in original condition. Eligible custom-built clubs will be refunded 80% of purchase price plus tax. Ballnamic Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for a full refund on the value of the product plus taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, customer assumes cost associated to return product to PING. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Product must be in new, unused, unhit, unaltered condition, with labels and tags attached. Made in part with recycled content generated from production waste, e.g. cutting scraps, and post-consumer household waste to avoid the larger environmental impact of producing virgin content.

Have any of you guys had any custom tour visors or hats made? Ive been looking at brands like Town Talk and Imperial for the visors, and either Richardson or New Era for the hats...

If you HAVE got some made,tell us where you got em', how much they were, and post some pics!!! MUST APPRECIATED! Thanks in advance!

Imperial is awesome, heres a question for ya, who makes Mickelson's visor? cant find that out

Not sure if this helps but one of his older visors when he wore the Bearing Point Tour Crown and said Callaway on the side had a tag inside that said exclusively made by Legendary Headwear. It was from Phil's allotment not just an off the rack inspired by so maybe that helps. As for custom visors it might be a lot of work just for one and most headwear companies require minimums of 50+. Jordo your best bet is just calling your brother who works for puma and saying hook me up cuz-o. You would like, admiring the frescoes in kurskaya and komsomolskaya metro stations, marvelling at the architecture of the moscow metro, listening to your guide's commentary, essential information *, duration 1 hour 50 minutes, starting time 2:00 pm.

Set off to discover the most breathtaking stops on Moscow’s beautiful metro system on this walking tour.

Some of the stops on the Moscow metro are real masterpieces. Head underground and admire the Moscow metro with your guide.

During your guided tour, you will get to admire the Ploshchad Revolyutsii , designed by the architect Dushkin. There are no fewer than 72 sculptures in this station!

You will then explore Kurskaya station, built in 1938. The design, mosaics and slogans will immerse you in the era of Stalin. You will also see the frescoes depicting Russian victories in Komsomolskaya station.

Then, continue to one of Moscow’s must-see metro stations, Novoslobodskaya , which resembles an underground palace: marble, stained glass windows...

Join your guide to explore the most lavish and important metro stops in Moscow!
