Decieving and scammers

So i booked an umrah with these last year in january 2023 for December 2023. I was paying in installments. I was told by the staff that once 60% of installments have been paid, i will recieve my flight tickets. I had paid 60% and requested my flight ticket from them. They responded by saying i have to pay all the balance before they can do this ( they lied to me about 60% then get my tickets). So i paid in full and waited for them to send my tickets. Waiting for a few days and no ticket for me. I was then called by them and was told that my flight tickets have been taken and i would need to buy an upgraded ticket which i would have to pay extra for and i wil recieve my ticket in 2days.. i paid that... No tickets were given to me.. also at the start of my deal, i was told i would be in 5* and 4* hotel. When they sent me the hotel evoucher, it was a 2* and 3* hotel ( trying to cheat me). I had requested my refund in November 2023 because no flight tickets were given out to me even though i paid extra.. it is now the end of January 2024 and i am still waiting for my refund. I had sent numerous emails to the accounts team who deal with refunds. Only recieved 1 email out of 10 i sent. No updates regarding my refund, only told me they will process it once ready. I will wait for my refund right now because Allah has given me patience..

He buys online ticket for customers without any flexibility... and then if you ask for change of a date in ticket so he would buy a new ticket and would claim price of a new ticket as fee of change in date....I am in contact with London police and will soon come to Mina tours and Faizan to expose their true image

Scam company not to be trusted with your hard earned money

I have been waiting for the company to send me over my ticket for 11 days. I call them numerous times a day and every day the have a different story. This company is a scam and I have already complained to Watchdog and the Financial Conduct Authority. You should be very ashamed of the poor customer services and fake excuses. This company has caused me untold stress and anxiety. They have left me waiting without remorse or apology. After the initial review was posted I got 2 phone calls from the manager insisting I change my review.it was more bullying..as he insisted that he recieve the 5 stars. I am visually impaired ., My wheelchair assistance was not ordered as instructed, my flight dates changed 3 times and my tickets 3 weeks late. Yet he is insistent on a 5 star review. I am aware that this isn't normal practice and has to be reported

An unethical and unprofessional company

An unethical company that takes your money in the name of Hajj and Umrah and provides no service - save your money and go to someone whose reliable, someone who will send you confirmation and keep you up to date instead of disappearing and then getting told by other team members that they cannot work on a file until the person in-charge isn’t back. They aren’t even ATOL protected - just lost £200!

I have used this company for my Umrah…

I have used this company for my Umrah with 11 people off my family I think everyone working in this company are lair including account manager sheryar I would not recommend any one to use this company.

Mr Shahid was unhappy that the Saudi authorities raised Visa prices. He thought we are lying to him about it, but then he checked with other agents who told him the same and eventually he paid the additional Visa cost but to another agent. To Mr Shahid - we at Mina Tours are also unhappy that the Saudi authorities increased the Umrah Visa prices. We did try and offer you a Saudi Umrah Visa which allows you to do Umrah, but you declined to take these. You ended up paying more for your Umrah Visas elsewhere even though we offered to obtain them at lower than the cost you paid. To all customers - Unfortunately the Saudi authorities sometimes make sudden and rash changes to the Saudi Umrah Visa fee, this was the case in September 2019 and due to this we had many unhappy customers but we have to remind customers that we were ultra clear in our terms and conditions and verbally upfront that the Umrah Visa fee is subject to change.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. This company ripped off my husband and I when we were travelling for Umrah. After paying our deposit they asked for and additional £100 because THEY made a mistake booking the wrong number of nights in the hotels, they then said that the visa prices had been increased by Saudi and we had to pay another £50. After three months of torturous phone calls, we agreed to pay £50 additional for visas. When we went to collect our visas with the Agency that Mina Tours uses - we were informed that no prices were ever increased. When we called Mina Tours to ask why they lied, they threatened us and told us we were lying and they never said that Saudi increased prices. They said that Allah was watching and we are doing wrong when we are going to Makkah for Umrah. Riddled with guilt we kept quiet, and left for Umrah. We had a connecting flight which took us over 24hrs from UK which is fine but MinaTours did not book any Halal/vegetarian food in the planes for us so we were starving when we arrived in Makkah.When we arrived at our hotel in Makkah at 5am, we were told that our hotel room was not paid for and we needed to pay hundreds of pounds...we had to stand and wait for over an hour to wait to sort out the situation before making our way completely knackered to Haram for our Umrah. Absolutely gutted at how unprofessional and badly this company operates. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY PEOPLE THEY KNOW AND BAD REVIEWS ARE BEING DELETED.

Assalam o alikum brother and Sister ! My name is Naeem Azhar and I paid £420 for Umra package for two adults and one child Mr Hashim deal with me 26 Feb 2020 and i paid this money for umra unfortunately covid case start in UK just before they applied for my umra I hand over our passport to another Somalian Muslim guy but embassies got shut down due to covid I call them to refund my money as they even didn't apply for our visas so it should be pretty straight forward but till now they have,t gave my money back or give me any voucher to apply again I been trying to call them on there mobile and the company number which is advertise on website but they are not picking up the phone at all I was waiting for there respond very passionately but now I am going to relevant authorities because this is unfair with innocent customers who paying for umra or hajj and getting this unnecessary stress. I would like to see response from Mina Tour's on my mobile number or give me any number to call

He helped me through my whole journey and answered all my queries with comfort and ease. He organised my visa, hotel and all transport up there. Outstanding service from Faizan Ayub (Mina Tours)

I had been to different travel agencies for my Omera package but service level I had been given by Faizan ayub (Mina travels) was exceptional. My Omera Visa notice was very short every other travel agency was asking about 2 weeks time to arrange visa but Mr Faizan arranged my visa with in 4 days time. All I can say this could not be possible with out his efforts of arranging Omera visa in very short time. 10/10 on everything. The package price given by him was unmatchable and best in the market. Initally I went to the local Indian Embassy and applied a tourism visa, but I got informed that I have to wait for one month or so for the visa, which other people could get around three days after application. I was confused.

Instead of waiting, I decide to apply an online E-visa. I have filled in the online form on Friday, but when I pay on Sunday, the payment page has not shown up, only saying that "your payment has not been received".

So dear people over there, should I apply again or there is something wrong with page??

been to india over 20 times we always use mina travel oldham for our visas

Yet another evisa issue.

When I came to pay for my 1 year evisa, the Axis site kept timing out. I never got as far as putting my card details in, most times that screen didn't even load. The one time it did load, it took so long that there were only a few seconds left, and the session expired before I got the form completed, so I know I won't be charged.

Being stupid and impatient, I kept trying again every 15 minutes. And, of course, the same thing happened. I know now I should have waited a few hours for the site/connection to improve before trying again.

I now have 4 failed attempts listed on the 'payment check' page, and the documentation says that after 3 failed attempts, you have to reapply.

What happens now? Should I start over with a new application? Should I wait a few hours and try to pay for this application again? Will the system somehow reject or delete the current application?

Yes, you have to start a new application. If a payment fails don't keep trying so soon. Try paying via Paypal or try using your phone.

I’m not sure about the 3 failed attempts thing, as I had 5 failed attempts (using PayPal). My payment has finally gone through on my 6th attempt but it was only the Axix option that worked for me. Now just waiting the 72 hours to see if the e visa is granted!

It used to be only 3 attempts permitted on same application. Advise is now:
