Day 1 - Arrival in Singapore

Your day 1 of Dream Cruise Package will begin as you reach the Changi Airport. We will pick you up from the airport and drive you to Singapore Marina Bay cruise port. At 16:40 pm check-in procedure will begin. After checking-in you will relish a flavorsome dinner in the cruise and retire for the night.

Day 2 –Cruise – Genting Cruise

Your Singapore day tour to the Genting Cruise will begin with a delicious breakfast. After this you can engage in a plethora of on-board activities that will give you unforgettable memories. There are 35 restaurants and bars to choose from to enjoy a fine dining experience. The best entertaining places such as Zodiac Theatre, Zouk Beach Club, cabaret and karaoke lounges are available to engage the day in the most enjoyable manner. There are several boutiques on-board to give you a fulfilling retail therapy. Recreational activities such as spa, salon, and fitness centers are another attraction that must be explored to make the best of your tour to Singapore. Apart from these entertaining components, there is also provision for fun sporty activities like Sport Plex, rock climbing wall, pool decks, and waterslide parks among many others. The cruise also boasts of live production shows such as Voyage of lover’s Dream, Rhythm Divine, first-ever ‘China’s Got Talent -The Dream Experience’ at sea. Other than so many things for the adults, the cruise also has a plethora of entertaining options for kids and teens. The Little Pandas Club is for children from the age of 2-12 and consists of a series of fun activities that the kids can choose from. There are also hip-hop dance classes, DJ mixing classes, and a karaoke setup for teens. Zodiac Theatre also hosts a junior talent show called Reach for the Stars where weekly winners are selected by the entertainers or celebrity on board. All the activities on board will be provided on additional charges. With so many fun activities to choose from, the day will come to a fulfilling end and you can enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the cruise.

Day 3 – Dis-embark cruise

At 10:00 am, after feasting on a tasty breakfast, you will disembark the cruise and we will drop you to the Changi Airport Singapore for your flight back home.

• All guests above the age of 12 (13 years and older) have to be fully vaccinated. For definition of fully vaccinated status, please refer to the Ministry of Heath advisory in the Singapore or Malaysia homeport.
• International travellers entering Singapore or Malaysia will have to fulfil the mandatory Border & Health Control Measures in Response to COVID-19 as implemented by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority to be eligible to cruise.
• Kindly note guests that are unfit for vaccination, including those with a medical certificate will NOT be eligible to cruise on the Genting Dream.
• In line with Singapore’s Multi-Ministry Taskforce’s announcement on 24 August recently, kindly be informed with effect from 29 August 2022, guests embarking on the Genting Dream from either homeport in Singapore or Port Klang (Malaysia) will no longer be required to undergo a pre cruise Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for COVID-19.
• In addition to the announcement, mask-wearing at indoor venues on board the ship will no longer be required as per the Singapore ministry’s latest guidelines. However, all cruising guests above the age of 12 (13 years and older) will still be required to be fully vaccinated to be eligible to cruise
• Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is age 18+
• Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the Cruise will be refused permission to board the Vessel and the Carrier shall have no liability whatsoever for any consequences of such refusal. Certain Cruises also have prohibitions on children aged 12 months or less. Guest should check with the Carrier before booking.
• All passports must have at least 6 months validity till the end of the cruise date.
• Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure from their home country

Day 1 - Arrival in Singapore

Upon arrival at Changi International Airport, you will be taken to the hotel that you have booked. Check into your hotel room and relax.

Evening is at leisure. Besides having some of the world's greatest cuisine, the Lion City is also home to the world's biggest rooftop infinity pool, the world's first safari park for nocturnal animals, a number of ancient temples, and a number of other notable attractions. There are also fantastic parks, magnificent buildings, top-notch theatres, and lively retail districts to explore.

Overnight Stay in Singapore Hotel.

Day 2 - Half-day Singapore City Tour & Sentosa Island

Have a breakfast.We will begin our half-day city tour of Singapore this morning, and our stops will include Merlion Park, Chinatown, Mount Faber, a Chocolate Shop, a Jewellery Factory, and Little India. Towards the latter hours of the evening, make your way to Sentosa Island. A day fun ticket will allow you to visit many of the island's attractions and activities. Take a ride on the Theme-based Cable Car from Mount Faber to Sentosa Island and have an unforgettable experience. Take in the sights of Trick eye Museum and the Wings of Time, a spectacular show of water, laser, and fire displays set to soaring music and a panoramic view of Singapore's most stunning landmarks. Day 3 Boarding the Genting Dream Cruise by Resort World Cruises

After indulging in a delectable breakfast at the hotel, the remainder of the day will be at your own pace and convenience. You might spend the day shopping at the well-known Orchard Road, which has a diverse selection of stores selling a variety of goods, including apparel, accessories, consumer electronics, homeware, and mementos. Later take transfer to the cruise terminal & board the famous cruise liner- Resorts World Cruises. After a warm welcome on board, explore and enjoy the various facilities offered.

Day 4 - On Cruise

A magical morning awaits you out on the waters when you wake up. While soaking in the breathtaking scenery of the sea, have a bedtime tea. The breathtaking beauty of a dawn over the water is hard to describe. Refresh yourself and have a delicious breakfast buffet while you're on board. (Note: Your sailing routes depend on your departure dates.) You may take part in a variety of entertainment events, go shopping, and dine in one of the ship's restaurants while you are on board.Spend the night on one of Resorts World Cruises' ships. Day 5 - Disembark from Genting Dream (Resort World Cruises)

Before returning to land, take pleasure in one more gorgeous morning above the ocean and savour the ambiance for a bit longer. When you get back in Singapore, you will disembark from the boat and meet our local tour agent to begin the transfer to your hotel. Check in and take it easy.

You are free to spend the rest of the day as you like.

Day 6 - Universal Studios Singapore

After breakfast go on over to Universal Studio.

Universal Studios Singapore, one of Singapore's most popular family attractions, is worthy of a full day's exploration. Hollywood, New York, Sci-Fi City, Ancient Egypt, Lost World, Far Far Away, and Madagascar are the seven themed zones that make up the park, each having its unique collection of attractions. Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

We keep it transparent, crystal clear!

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

• All guests below the age of 12 are required to take a COVID-19 ART at their own expense within 1 day prior to the ship departure time and receive a negative result before arriving at the cruise terminal for check-in formalities. The test can be taken at any clinic locally or overseas, at any of the Quick Test Centre or Combined Test Centre in Singapore or over virtually supervised test with an approved private medical service provider. The test can only be taken earliest 1 day prior to the ship departure time.

• Distance from the Singapore Changi Airport to the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore departure port is approx 25-45 Mins. (Depending on the traffic)

3. Are cruise bookings open to all travellers?

• For departures from Singapore and Malaysia, Resorts World Cruises bookings for the Genting Dream are open to all Singapore and Malaysian residents & non-residents, international travellers with travel insurance and valid visa (where applicable).
• In line with Singapore’s Multi-Ministry Taskforce’s announcement on 24 August recently, kindly be informed with effect from 29 August 2022, guests embarking on the Genting Dream from either homeport in Singapore or Port Klang (Malaysia) will no longer be required to undergo a pre cruise Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for COVID-19.
• In addition to the announcement, mask-wearing at indoor venues on board the ship will no longer be required as per the Singapore ministry’s latest guidelines.
• • With immediate effect, guests embarking on the Genting Dream from Singapore will no longer be required to undergo any pre-cruise verification process of their vaccination status for COVID-19. This is in line with the Multi-Ministry Task Force guidelines in lifting all Vaccination-Differentiated Safe (VDS) management measures in Singapore. However, kindly note guests above the age of 12 (13 years and older) embarking from Port Klang will still be required to present their fully vaccinated status at the Port Klang Cruise Terminal (PKCT) to be eligible to cruise.

• Based on prevailing national guidelines and a safety measure, Genting Dream will operate at the maximum passenger capacity, accommodating over 3,352 passengers.

13. In terms of air ventilation is there any recirculation of air on the ship?

Genting Dream ship design enables 100% external fresh air to be filtered and supplied to the cabins and on board public areas – ensuring a constant and healthy flow of fresh air throughout the vessel with no recirculation of air between cabins within the ship.

14. Will there be any medical officers on board that are specialized to handle any potential COVID-19 outbreak? Also is the ship well equipped with the medical facilities?

• Our on board medical team, which include nurses, doctors and an Infection Control Officer (ICO) on board are certified to manage any emergency or medical crisis with a well-equipped medical facility, including a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) machine for on board COVID-19 testing.

• Resorts World Cruises will offer complimentary cruises of equivalent value for all affected passengers impacted by World Dream’s cruise cancellations in Singapore for sailings between 2 March and 31 August 2022, which will be available via their original booking sources as a gesture of goodwill and to thank vacationers for their continuous support
• Affected guests utilizing the complimentary cruise will need to sail by 28 April 2023.

18. Are there any other available options besides the complimentary cruise for consumers affected by World Dream’s cruise cancelation (under Dream Cruises) in Singapore?

• As a gesture of goodwill, Resorts World Cruises will be offering complimentary cruises of equivalent value as the only option for all affected passengers impacted by World Dream’s cruise cancellations in Singapore for sailings between 2 March and 31 August 2022.
