Great location for Quebec city - walking distance to old quebec. Hotel is nice and staff are very friendly, however no lifts, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The staff was exceptionally kind, beautiful location, had a super breakfast. I asked for double room, it was luxurious and functional. Bed was good, and I loved bright bathroom too. Having different hot drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch...

My experience was not the best. I tried to go to the bar on two different occasions and we were told we couldn’t go because they were full. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. The same thing happened to our friends who were in a different room. A couple of the ladies were rude and would not even allow us to in to see for ourselves.

Room we reserved is not what we got. Agent made us think a corporate event would make it noisy, so we went with a queen room, which was quite small.

Wonderful Stay

My 10 year old daughter and I came to Quebec City for a girls trip. The hotel was wonderful. Our room was spacious (Jr. Suite), and we were close to all the wonderful restaurants and attractions of the Old City. We enjoyed afternoon tea and one dinner in the Chateaux’s restaurants. Both were absolutely delicious. The service across the board was fabulous. I would absolutely consider staying here again on a return visit!

Great location in Old Quebec City

Overall my stay at your hotel was a wonderful experience. The stuff was friendly and helpful and even my little dog got treated so well. I would love to return again. I found the nightly rate for my dog too much though.

Great stay with our family. 2 young boys. We went skiing a walked around old town. The best part for my kids was the pool. All in all it was a great stay. My only complaint would be we never get a view when we book. Its always a courtyard view. I would love a view of the river. Other than that everything was great. The staff is amazing!!

The room we booked was well maintained and clean. Though a bit small for a family, not so much room for kids to roam around though we booked a 2 bed room. The kids love the indoor pool and I like that they have clean steam/sauna bath. Customer service is good as well.

Excellent location, staff made an effort to let me check in an hour early. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Easy to recommend. Right on the exit from the ski slopes.

The village is small but it has everything. No matter where you stay, you are close to ski lifts
