BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING toilet seats covered in wet toilet paper. The smell is nasty.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I got some food, paid for a shower and told them I was going to eat and come back, the cashier turned to the other employee and pointed to the shower key then to me and told him it was paid for, I came back after eating and two new men were there and they acted as if I was trying to steal a shower, I explained that I had just been in there a few minutes before and I asked if either of the first two cashiers were there, he acted like he couldn't understand my English, acting as if he had been there and I had not paid him. I had to explain that there were two other employees there within the hour, can he call him back to the front if he is still there. He asked for the receipt, which I had to go fish out of the garbage, and he STILL acted like I was trying to pull a fast one and get a free shower! NOW, he insisted on calling the employee to confirm! The receipt is time stamped and dated, at that point my boyfriend walks up to find out what is the holdup, and again the cashier acted like a complete jerk, we finally got pissed and after yelling back and forth with the cashier we left and he yelled out "fuck you"! My boyfriend wanted to beat his ass! We've been traveling all day , spent over $150 at this truck stop and can't get the shower we paid for! These guys have an obvious problem with WHITE people.

i tried to buy gas here but the card reader only "occasionally works" -- then the cashier kept asking me how much gas i wanted to buy, i had no idea! thats why i charge it, and that way i only get charged for what i buy, and i dont have to try explaining this to a cashier in 2017. finally we gave up and went to Mobile instead south side of the freeway. they have a sign "under new management" but a favorite rock-band once proclaimed "meet the new boss, same as the old boss".

Ok company but expect no good will & to be a tool or profit for them

Having been a client of this company between 2008 and 2020 If I’m honest I always felt like I was treated like nothing more than a number on a spreadsheet. The service and rates were fine but it was clear that you were an instrument of profit and nothing more. Furthermore some mobile networks do not connect to all of their number ranges and so if you have an 08x or 09x number from them then you might find that up to 20% of your customers calling from a mobile phone could not get through as some may hear a “this number is not recognised / this call cannot be connected” message although it depends on the number range/prefix you have. Therefore unless you can live with what could be up to a 10-20% decrease in call volumes from your advertising campaigns then in my opinion I’d say you should consider using a large network like BT to get your numbers from instead.

POD is such a genius system! We recently subscribed to 24seven's latest POD service as our business was badly affected by COVID-19. POD gave us the ease of working from home. All my staff are connected 24/7 and we are thinking of using this even after covid now!

Simply the best!

I have been working with 24 Seven for nearly a decade now and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their attention to detail, quick turn around and fast response rate to queries is astonishing. They do not rip you off and are incredibly honest and reliable. Their call stats reporting are the best in the U.K, no other telecoms company comes close to these guys!

Modern co, great service, human being support!

We approached 24 Seven with a requirement to establish and manage a call centre for Monster Pet Supplies and Waitrose Pet. Their cloud based solution enables us to scale on demand, giving us the flexibility to adapt on a needs basis without the need to invest heavily in our own hardware. Support is provided by a human being based in the UK and lightening fast.

Great business phone number management

24 Seven look after business phone numbers. They have a great online portal which enables me to manage my numbers, see call data and call recordings etc.. The support team are always on hand should I have any queries. I'd certainly recommend them to other SME business owners.

I've been a client of 24seven now for over 10 years and can't say enough how good they have been and they have provided me a number of services and the staff are always polite helpful and get things done quick but properly for you. I live in Italy and it's been many years since I'm dealing with 24seven and from the first moment I found a willingness and kindness that, believe me, I have never encountered with any other company. DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN

We're a specialist tour operator, working throughout Western Europe and we have phones and tablets that need to roam. We had a very bad experience with another company (WorldSIM), including large sums of money being taken from our account in error ("it can happen" they told us). In desperation we looked around for an alternative solution, and stumbled upon 24Seven - we've never looked back. We always have access to a network, no matter which country we're in. Costs are reasonable, we control everything through the website. On the one occasion I had to contact their staff, they were more than helpful. It works so well, we don't even think about it. We'd certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs to be in touch, wherever they may be.

I've been using 24Seven for a few years now. Was a little unsure about using them at first as i had never heard of them. But I was wrong, totally wrong. They are Perfect. I switched from another provider and since day one I've had no problems at all. No downtime, no faults, nothing wrong at all. The prices are very good. While they might not be the number one cheapest company out there, they do have UK staff who can speak English. No overseas call centers and for me that is a massive plus too. All in all very happy and can't see myself leaving them anytime soon.....

Borivets holiday

We had Kyle organise an amazing trip to borivets for skiing for us. Everything was so organised and he was quick to respond to any questions etc. he had no issues changing details that were wrong and was always on hand with speedy responses and booked us an absolutely fabulous holiday! We have already started planning our next trip with him

Zac was fantastic organising a trip for me and a friend to watch F1 in Hungary and then travel to Vienna and Prague afterwards. No complaints at all made the process easy and was very patient when making amendments and kept good contact through it all. 100% would recommend this company! Would book through them again. Even made amendments to make it cheaper!

Poor communication and mis-sold

Poor communication, especially around free transfers offered by hotels which would have saved a significant amount of money. First hotel wanted to charge for evening meals. Current hotel says my room booking is incorrect and instead of a deluxe suite I have a noisy room where my private balcony is literally sitting behind someone's sunbed!
