Diamond Tours is focused on tours inside the United States. Through Diamond Tours, we can offer motorcoach tours at more affordable rates for many travelers. On our tours through Diamond, we will stay in moderate hotels and have moderate dining options (some buffets and fast food en route are common). There are Diamond Tours representatives and guides on location at each destination. Our Diamond Tours leave from the Birmingham, AL metro area and will consist only of Anderson Travel and Tours clients.

GLOBUS JOURNEYS FAMILY OF BRANDS (Globus Tours, Cosmos Tours, Avalon Waterways) began in 1928 in Switzerland and the U.S headquarters is in Littleton, Colorado. Globus has a worldwide travel collection, featuring over 450 vacations across more than 70 countries, and also owns Cosmos Tours and Avalon Waterways (river cruising). With Globus, you’ll get more upscale hotels and dining. Each Globus tour has a dedicated tour manager/guide traveling with the group and has local experts at destinations to offer deeper insight into the history, culture, etc. Our Globus tours typically involve flying to the origination city. FACTS: GROUP MOTORCOACH TOURS

Anderson Travel and Tours is dedicated to providing motorcoach tours which ensure comfort and safety as well as adventure, learning experiences, social interaction and fun! You can join one of our existing group tours or we can help you plan your own.

Taking a motorcoach tour removes the hassle of wondering where to stay, what to do and when to do it. Everything is taken care of, from the planning of the itinerary to hotels, food, entrance fees and guided tours. If an enjoyable and leisurely trip is what you prefer and you’d rather leave the driving to someone else, a motorcoach tour is a wonderful travel option!

If you would like to get pricing for your own group on a different date, please contact us and we will look up the best options for your travel date, itinerary, etc. Please be aware that you will need a minimum of 30 people to book a group motorcoach tour. It’s best to plan a trip close to a year in advance to give your group members plenty of time to plan, register and pay.

We did the Rates R Funny Bus Tour and it was definitely worth it. Ill gladly do it again with anyone new who comes to town. I was able to learn a little more about Charlotte in a humorous way. I also loved that I was able to see places Ive never been to before so I can write them down and try them out. Awesome tour!

BYOB bar on wheels? Are You Kidding? Sign Me Up, Please. I laughed so hard I was rolling in my seat. Seriously, My cheeks hurt, and had to gently massage them at the end of the tour. I could tell that Brandon, our tour guide/comedian, really enjoy & love what he do — and he’s good at it too!  

Had a great time learning about Charlotte. Roxanne kept us entertained and interested. It’s a great way to spend a portion of an afternoon at a reasonable price.

Went on the Funny bus last night. our Comediean was Thomas and let me tell you he was amazing!!! If you go on and he’s working you will have a blast. He was very interactive and we never had a dull moment. Also our bus driver Konica was a great time and very funny as well. Definitely planning on coming back and recommending this to everyone I know!

I went with a friend who was visiting CLT for the first time as well as two other friends that had been here their entire lives. This tour was a blast for everybody involved. I was impressed by all the places we were able to see and learned a bunch of fun facts about the Queen City. JJ did a great job of keeping everybody engaged as well as laughing from start to finish. Safe to say that I will be doing this again. 

Fantastic! JJ was hilarious, the tour was informative (I learned things I didn’t know and I’ve lived in Charlotte for more than a decade) and you can drink during the tour. We had a great time. CHURCH!

We had a great afternoon on the Funny Bus! Being new to Charlotte, this was a fantastic way to learn about our new home. Our guide/comedian was Roxanne; she was a blast, informative, and hilarious! My husband and I visited Charlotte for the first time last weekend and took the funny bus tour with some friends. We had an awesome time! What a great way to get the feel of a new city… some history, seeing the neighborhoods, and the sports arenas and lots of laughs!! Both our tour guide and driver were great. The length of the tour seemed perfect.. and we also loved the pit stop at the brewery to refresh and stretch your legs for a minute. The Bus was clean and comfortable. Great way to spend a couple hours and get to know the surroundings!

Meet Kevin Anderson and Lisa Schnurr, founders of the Funny Bus Comedy City Tours. With more than 50 years of service industry in their blood this duo knows how to show guests a good time. Nothing makes them happier than to have a guest step off the bus with a huge smile and say "That was the best time ever!". They love welcoming old friends back each time and meeting all the new visitors that come to the Queen City. They enjoy going to comedy clubs to scout new talent and training the comedians on the history of Charlotte to share with all. When you board the bus they want you to feel comfortable and amused by the hilarious comedians they hand picked just for you. They welcome you to contact them at any time to share your experience about the tour or even a funny story. They would love to laugh with you!

Dean and Sarah Schnurr are married and combined have more than 50 years of experience in marketing, public relations and management. As seasoned event planners, they have a keen understanding of what is necessary to make an experience memorable and they have used those skills to ensure Funny Bus tours provide top notch entertainment. Dean grew up in Northern Ohio and Sarah has lived here for 25 year. They have a great knowledge of the Cleveland area and since starting the Funny Bus in 2020 they have immersed themselves in the local comedy scene. They pride themselves on identifying the finest comedians to provide tours and ensure the guests are laughing the whole trip. As ‘hands on’ owners, they are involved in all aspects of Funny Bus operation and it is not uncommon to see them sitting next to guest on a Funny Bus tour. They encourage riders to introduce themselves and share information about their Funny Bus experiences or just say ‘Hello'

Summer Rose, is a proud Atlanta native that spent her formative years in the vibrant metro area graduating from Chamblee High School and earning her B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University. She honed her skills in the restaurant industry for many years before embarking on a remarkable journey into the world of technology sales where she has flourished ever since! A true people person, Summer thrives on making new connections, and her infectious laughter is a testament to her vibrant personality. (She’s probably even cracking up somewhere right now while you’re reading this) She saw a unique opportunity to showcase some of her favorite Atlanta sites with a comedic twist and the rest is HISTORY. Get it!? (That’s a FREE joke people!) But wait, there's MORE! When she learned she could allow guests to bring their own alcohol too that was the peanut butter to her jelly - a match made in heaven! Who couldn't love the irresistible mix of history, laughter, alcohol, and pure fun!? We certainly can't!
