That gig marked one of the largest concerts by an international artist in India. This one will be the first stadium show by a foreign act after the onset of the pandemic, and the first since U2 closed out The Joshua Tree tour in Mumbai in December 2019. The Irish rockers played to more than 40,000 fans at the show, which was promoted by BookMyShow and Live Nation.
BookMyShow will be issuing around 43,000 tickets for Bieber’s India visit. Going by his streaming numbers in the country, the concert is likely to sell out. Bieber was the most heard non-Indian-origin artist on Apple Music India and local services Gaana and JioSaavn last year. On Spotify, he was second only to K-Pop juggernauts BTS .

Despite the high consumption of international music in India, the lack of large-size venues in the country has deterred many of the world’s biggest stars from touring here. In a keynote interview at Indian music conference All About Music conference in September 2021, Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun said, “I’ve never understood why you guys are able to create the studios and Bollywood and everything else but there aren’t enough great venues. It’s very hard to tour properly a global superstar that you can see by streams, deserves to be there a lot more. The infrastructure is not set up properly every single time we come.”
BookMyShow has opened registrations for the pre-sale of Bieber’s New Delhi gig, with tickets starting at 4,000 rupees (approx $50).

Justin Bieber to perform in India in October: Here’s everything you need to know
By Sanjana Ray
Justin Bieber is coming back to India. The Canadian icon’s ‘Justice World Tour’ will take place on October 18 in Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (JLN Stadium) later this year. The singer returns to the country four years after his first gig in Mumbai's DIY Patil Stadium in 2017.
The Justice World Tour will have the pop star travelling to over 30 countries and performing 125 shows until March 2023. The lineup kickstarts with his show at Lucca, Italy on July 31, setting off his European festival run. From here, he will journey along to India, South America, South Africa, The Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and beyond, after which he’ll circle back to Europe to conclude the tour in 2023.
The news comes as a relief to the Justin Bieber fandom—Beliebers—especially since he had to initially postpone the tour due to health conditions. In a video to his fans, Bieber had revealed that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder which most commonly paralyses a part of one’s face and often causes painful rashes. As a result of this condition, his concerts in Las Vegas (June 28), Glendale, Arizona (June 30), and Inglewood, California (July 2-3) were impacted.
This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.
The Justice World Tour has already sold 1.3 million tickets for its various shows. The show in Delhi is slated to begin at 8 p.m. and tickets for the same which start at Rs. 4,000, are already available on BookMyShow India. According to reports, a limited number of exclusive VIP packages are also on offer. This will most likely include a selection of reserved seated tickets, custom merchandise and more.
The Justice World Tour marks the singer's first global outing since his ‘Purpose World Tour’ between 2016 and 2017.
In late April, Bieber dropped the track Honest (and an accompanying winter-themed music video) featuring Rapper Don Toliver.

Justin Bieber Is Coming To India In October

The second time could be the charm for Justin Bieber . The pop star’s Justice World Tour will make a stop in India on October 18th in New Delhi. A pre-sale window for tickets – priced from ₹4,000 – will open on BookMyShow on June 2nd, with all sales starting from June 4th.
Bieber’s show announcement makes it arguably the first large-scale international stadium show – to be held at Jawarharlal Nehru Stadium – put together since the pandemic. Not only does it mark a return to big-ticket concerts, but also gives Bieber another chance to win over fans in India.
In 2017, the global chart-topper behind songs like “Sorry” and “Love Yourself” performed in Navi Mumbai as part of his Purpose World Tour. The set was widely regarded as a letdown by fans and critics alike, not exactly living up to the strength of the singer’s acclaimed material. Since then, he’s gone on to release songs like “I Don’t Care” with Ed Sheeran in 2019 and “Lonely” with Benny Blanco, and his album Changes in 2020. In 2021, he released Justice to cement his place in pop history as a reliable, consistent hitmaker, launching songs like “Peaches” with Daniel Caesar and Giveon, and “Holy” with Chance the Rapper.
Beyond that, he teamed up with Australian singer-rapper The Kid Laroi for “Unstable” on Justice and they followed it up with Bieber’s most recently acclaimed hit, “Stay.” In addition to arguably launching The Kid Laroi’s career into the stratosphere, it once again proved Bieber’s got his finger on the pulse of all things pop. The Canadian’s most recent single, “Honest,” is a collaboration with singer-rapper Don Toliver.
The Justice World Tour – which kicked off in North America in February – has reportedly sold over 1.3 million tickets so far, with Bieber and his crew slated to travel to over 30 countries across six continents to play around 125 shows between May 2022 and March 2023.
Apart from India, other territories on the tour include Mexico, Italy and Scandinavia, plus South America, South Africa and the Middle East in September and October. The tour will close out the year in Asia, Australia and New Zealand before moving to the U.K. and Europe in early 2023.

Justin bieber will resume his ‘justice world tour’ from july-end after a hiatus prompted by ramsay hunt syndrome, which causes facial nerve paralysis. he is slated to perform in new delhi at the jawaharlal nehru stadium on october 18. the tickets are live at bookmyshow..

Justin Bieber will resume his ‘Justice World Tour’ from July-end after a hiatus for a month, following a medical condition that paralysed half of his face.
The Never Say Never singer will set off his European festival run with his performance at Italy's Lucca Summer Festival on July 31.
Earlier this year, the pop sensation postponed the tour in the US to recover from the neurological disorder, Ramsay Hunt Syndrome , which is characterised by facial nerve paralysis. The singer shared a video on Instagram in June informing his fans that he was suffering from partial facial paralysis due to a viral infection. He said the severe symptoms forced him to put the tour on hold to seek treatment. This impacted his concerts in Las Vegas (June 28), Glendale, Arizona (June 30), and Inglewood and California (July 2-3).
Recently, the singer's wife, model Hailey Bieber, told Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon that the pop sensation was "doing fine."
"He's okay and he's going to be totally okay," Hailey told the host.

Tickets for Justin Bieber’s show went on sale on June 4 at 12 pm exclusively on the BookMyShow platform. Tickets, which are live, are priced at Rs 4,000 and above.
This will be the second performance by the pop star in India. The 28-year-old Grammy winner had performed at Mumbai's DY Patil Stadium during the 2017 Purpose World Tour.
Apart from India, the singer will also hold shows in Asia, South America, South Africa, The Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. The Justice World Tour will continue in Europe in 2023.

Justin Bieber to perform India’s first major stadium show by foreign artist since pandemic
- Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. More content below
Justin Bieber is set to visit India as part of his Justice World Tour .
The 28-year-old singer will perform at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on 18 October this year, according to Indian ticket-booking platform Book My Show .
Bieber will become the first foreign artist to perform in India since the onset of the Covid pandemic in the country.
The “Peaches” singer had announced in 2021 that he would be embarking on a new tour consisting of more than 90 shows at stadiums and arenas around the world.
“We’ve been working hard to create the best show we’ve ever done, and we can’t wait to share it with fans around the world. I’ll see you soon,” Bieber had said in a statement at the time.
“Buckle up, Beliebers, for this is one concert you CANNOT afford to miss. With global hits like ‘Lonely’, ‘Peaches’, and more breaking all sorts of international records, this pop-sensation is coming to India!” Book My Show wrote in its show description.
Fans can register to buy tickets for Bieber’s Delhi show on the Book My Show website or app.
Ticket registration will be live until 6pm on 1 June, according to the website.
After that, an exclusive pre-sale for registered users will begin on 2 June at 12pm until 4 June midnight.
The public sale for Bieber’s show will kick off at 12pm on 4 June.
Tickets for his concert are priced between Rs 4,000 (£41) and Rs 37,500 (£386).
Following Bieber, Russ will visit India for the first time as part of his The Journey Is Everything World Tour. The “Losin Control” and “What They Want” hitmaker will perform in Mumbai on 28 October and in Delhi on 29 October.
Bieber’s latest album, Justice, received mostly positive reviews from critics.
The Independent praised it as a considerable step up from his previous record Purpose , commenting: “The musicianship in these new songs holds a mirror to [Bieber’s] newfound maturity. Tinny hip-hop beats and oversaturated synths have been replaced with funky guitar grooves and tight percussion.”
The review added: “Bieber seems determined to move past his R&B-lite sound and spend more time with classic songwriters. The pacy single ‘Hold On’ flirts with a Fleetwood Mac-style bassline and Eighties riffs, while ‘Ghost’ intersperses the acoustic guitar with a more dance-friendly beat. Elsewhere, ‘Off My Face’ makes a gentlemanly tip-of-the-hat to Simon and Garfunkel with its ‘Mrs Robinson’ ‘ooh ooh oohs’.”

Justin Bieber will be performing in India
A piece of good news has surfaced online for Justin Bieber's Indian fans as it is confirmed that his Justice Tour in India will go ahead without any delays or changes.
Pop star Justin Bieber was forced to postpone his ‘Justice Tour’ in the United States owing to his health condition after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. However, the musician is now all set to hit the road once again. A piece of good news has surfaced online for the singer’s Indian fans as it is confirmed that his Justice Tour in India will go ahead without any delays or changes.
The singer is all set to bring his Justice World Tour to New Delhi on October 18, confirms BookMyShow and AEG Presents Asia. The tour that began in May 2022 was supposed to see Bieber traveling over 30 countries and playing more than 125 shows. However, the plan hit a bit of a snag as the shows which were supposed to take place on June 28, Glendale Arizona on June 30, and Inglewood California on July 2-3 had to be canceled owing to his health condition. Now, the singer is eager to get back out on the road to meet his overseas fans after July.
The scheduled concert in India will be held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (JLN Stadium) in the heart of New Delhi. Tickets for the show are already on sale on the application BookMyShow and they are priced from Rs 4,000 onwards.
Last month, Justin Bieber took to social media to announce his battle with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome leaving fans in a state of shock. While apologizing for canceling his shows, Bieber in a video revealed that his partial facial paralysis has grown extremely severe. In the clip, he said, “I wanted to update you guys on what’s been going on. Obviously, as you can probably see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome," elaborating how the movement of one side of his face has become completely paralyzed.
“It is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis. As you can see this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move. So there’s full paralysis on this side of my face," he continued.

Justin Bieber set for India tour in Oct as international concerts, events return
Capacity caps remain in some cities, but BookMyShow hopes that pent-up demand will drive live entertainment. Its live events cover comedy, music, plays, adventure and other genres
NEW DELHI: Canadian singer Justin Bieber is scheduled for a performance in India's national capital on 18 October, signalling the return of international live events to the country after a two-year gap. Promoted by BookMyShow and AEG Presents Asia, tickets for the Justin Bieber Justice World Tour – India will go on sale on 4 June even as the pre-sale window kick-starts earlier on 2 June. Tickets prices start at ₹ 4,000.
To be sure, live events are back to India as covid curbs ease across states, reviving options for artistes, sponsors and event organisers. Comedy events are the most popular, followed by music, including those by new and independent artistes.
The current focus is on small gigs at night clubs, restaurants, lounge bars and malls, Anil Makhija, chief operating officer, live entertainment and venues at ticketing site BookMyShowhad said in an earlier interview. “This strategy of enabling multiple smaller capacity events at smaller venues with a high focus on safety protocols has been very effective," he said.
Capacity caps remain in some cities, but BookMyShow hopes that pent-up demand will drive live entertainment. Its live events cover comedy, music, plays, adventure and other genres. Capacity for most events remain under 500, with relatively higher average ticket price, close to that of international artists in some cases. This is because capacities are lower and demand is high, Makhija had said.
Conversations with brand partners, both new and existing, reveal the start of budgets being marked out for sponsorship spends. Categories where brands are keenly looking at live entertainment as a relevant spending avenue for growth and partnership include edu-tech, e-wallets, banking and the larger fintech avenue, e-commerce including lifestyle and FMCG, besides auto brands.
Organized events is a Rs. 10,000 crore industry, according to a report by EY-EEMA (Event and Entertainment Management Association).

Small on-ground events and big live entertainment properties alike are making a comeback after the COVID-19 pandemic restricted most big activities over the past two years.
The first large property coming to India is singer Justin Bieber's Justice World Tour, scheduled on October 18 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (JLN Stadium) in New Delhi. Promoted by online booking and entertainment platform BookMyShow, tickets for Bieber's India show will go on sale from June 4, priced from Rs 4,000 onwards.
The Justice World Tour has more than 125 shows scheduled in over 30 countries from May 2022 through March 2023. It has sold over 1.3 million tickets so far.
Notably, ground events are seeing a revival across the globe and India. However, recovery is slow in terms of large-scale music events and comedy events.
In an earlier interview to Moneycontrol , Ashish Hemrajani, founder and CEO, BookMyShow pointed out that while most of the states have lifted COVID-19 related restrictions on live events, there is a lag effect.
COVID-19 Vaccine
Frequently Asked Questions
A vaccine works by mimicking a natural infection. A vaccine not only induces immune response to protect people from any future COVID-19 infection, but also helps quickly build herd immunity to put an end to the pandemic. Herd immunity occurs when a sufficient percentage of a population becomes immune to a disease, making the spread of disease from person to person unlikely. The good news is that SARS-CoV-2 virus has been fairly stable, which increases the viability of a vaccine.
There are broadly four types of vaccine — one, a vaccine based on the whole virus (this could be either inactivated, or an attenuated [weakened] virus vaccine); two, a non-replicating viral vector vaccine that uses a benign virus as vector that carries the antigen of SARS-CoV; three, nucleic-acid vaccines that have genetic material like DNA and RNA of antigens like spike protein given to a person, helping human cells decode genetic material and produce the vaccine; and four, protein subunit vaccine wherein the recombinant proteins of SARS-COV-2 along with an adjuvant (booster) is given as a vaccine.
Vaccine development is a long, complex process. Unlike drugs that are given to people with a diseased, vaccines are given to healthy people and also vulnerable sections such as children, pregnant women and the elderly. So rigorous tests are compulsory. History says that the fastest time it took to develop a vaccine is five years, but it usually takes double or sometimes triple that time.

“When we were planning tours, everything was ambiguous (last year). There was no certainty in terms of booking venues, artistes. Globally, a lot of shows were getting cancelled because of the second and third wave and that affects the supply chain in terms of artistes, equipment. But when supply became available, then the United States sucked up all supply and the next will be European tours that will start," he had said.
Another player in the live events space, Woot Factor Brand Architects, an event management company noted that the scale of events is still conservative compared to where the industry was before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Woot Factor's Co-founder Amit Relan in an earlier interview said the live events industry is back to 50 percent of where it was pre-Covid or in 2019.
While revenues of the organised live events segment recovered 20 percent in 2021 versus 2020, the industry's revenue remained lower than 2019. Last year, the sector reported revenues to the tune of Rs 3,200 crore, down from Rs 8,300 crore in 2019, according to a FICCI-EY 2022 report.

Stephen Baldwin seeks prayers for Hailey and Justin Bieber: ‘There are special challenges’
The instagram post reshared by stephen baldwin featured justin bieber playing the guitar and singing ‘i could sing of your love forever'.
Stephen Baldwin took to Instagram to ask for prayers for daughter Hailey Bieber and her husband Justin Bieber ."Christians, please when you think of Justin & Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection and to draw close to the Lord,” a Feb. 26 Instagram Reel from Victor Marx read.
He captioned the post, featuring Justinplaying the guitar and singing ‘I Could Sing of Your Love Forever,' “I seldom like to post about certain folks in the limelight because of the negative comments we get. Eileen and Hailey’s mom pray often together for J&H and our children as well. There are special challenges that folks in high visibility positions face and also the enemy doesn’t want them to draw closer to Jesus. So often regardless of the material things or the accolades they often face spiritual warfare that intense and seeks to ship-wreck their faith , marriage and life in general. So thank you.”

Baldwin shared the post to his Instagram story, which has since expired. However, he did not say why he was seeking prayers.
Justin and Hailey Bieber’s health struggles
Back in 2022, Justin cancelled his Justice World Tour after he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. He explained that it "is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis."
"As the result of this illness, I was not able to complete the North America leg of the Justice Tour," he posted to Instagram Stories at the time. "I realized that I need to make my health the priority right now. So I'm going to take a break from touring for the time being. I'm going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better."
"Thank you for your prayers and support throughout all of this! I love you all passionately!" he added.
Hailey, too, has faced health challenges. In March 2022, she revealed that she suffered a blood clot to her brain. "Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I've ever been through, I'm home now and doing well," she shared on her Instagram Story at the time, "and I'm so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me! Thank you to everyone who has reached out with well wishes and concern, and for all the support and love."

Is it too late now to say sorry? No soy solo yo... Si pudiera volver atrás, realmente no cambiaría mucho.
Y no pasa nada.
