• If you are between the age of 16-18 with a valid physical copy of a US drivers license, you may drive the jet ski. Parent or guardian must sign waiver.
• Everyone planning to ride on a jet ski must be present at check in to sign waivers.
• Waverunners are strictly prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico.
• Riders are not required to obtain a boaters license.
• Total weight capacity is 450lb.

• All we ask is that you dress comfortably and ready to have fun!
• We recommend applying sunscreen ahead of time so that we can get on the water as fast as possible.
• Jet ski’s have small compartments to hold small valuables such as wallets, watches and jewelry. However, it is best to leave all these items back home or in your vehicle.

• As a safety precaution, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel is not capable of operating the equipment.
• Waverunner ramps are available to make it easy for customers to load & unload.
• If we deem the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip will be rescheduled for another time or day. If the customer cannot reschedule, a refund will be issued for the full amount.
• If you are forced to return early due to weather or dangerous water conditions while boating, the remainder of your time will be rescheduled. No refunds.
• Late fees may be assessed for late return of the equipment. Please arrive back on time. There is potentially another appointment after your appointment.
• Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee

Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If we deem the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip will be rescheduled for another time/day or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it’s outside the 24 hour cancellation period. We do not rent to anyone without a US drivers license or under the age of 19! Refunds will not be given for anyone who fails to comply with this restriction.

We had so much fun! The captain was amazing and kept us well entertained. He knew right where to find the dolphins and how to get them interacting with us. It was an amazing experience. This was a great cruise to see the dolphins! The Captain was very knowledgeable about the entire surroundings and about the dolphins! The crew was very friendly and helpful for the entire cruise. This lasted about 2 hours! I would definitely recommend this!

This was our second year in a row for parasailing with this company. This year my wife and 3 of our children did the parasailing. We all absolutely loved it. The guys on the boat (I apologize for not remembering names) made it fun and exciting. We really enjoyed the way they interacted with everyone on the boat. We took our two kids on the morning dolphin cruise. It was a great time. The staff was very friendly and entertaining. We saw lots of dolphins and had the dolphins surfing along side of the boat. There was plenty of room on the boat to move around and they had a nice selection a beverages. The captain was very knowledgeable and provided neat trivia about dolphin, Ono Island and the local area. We will definitely be taking the Southern Rose again when we are in Orange Beach.

I took my eighteen year old granddaughter on the Sunset Dolphin Cruise. We had such a great time! The captain was witty and informative. The other staff were friendly and helpful. We saw many dolphins and the sunset was spectacular! I look forwarding to returning with my other grandchildren so they can experience it. It was a wonderful way to make a memory.
