Makemytrip App issue, due to this, the filter or date search appearing the initial one, not appearing new one. due to this booked hotel and noticed less than a min and not able to cancel. try to reach customer service. they said we will check, after an hour said not able to cancel. I have highlighted the App has issue, due to this we losing money after making the booking which non refundable. no alternative have to move with other app website, atleast the application works. The app has to be fixed and improve better, otherwise losing money like us.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid it at all costs. 0 star I regret booking a holiday with them in the first place and would never ever use them again. I would also ask people read their reviews over the internet before they part with any money. They will keep ringing you when they want you to book a holiday and they want your money. But when things go wrong and you complaint, you would be waiting forever a call back they promise. In my case it has not materialised at all when they promised to call me back within 10 mins. They rang me countless times in a space of 6 hours constantly nagging me to pay for the holiday that I enquired about online. They assured me an excellent customer service and a brilliant holiday. They booked the cheapest possible Hotels(out of city) some lacking basic hygiene standards and only 1 bed for four people in 3 different hotels. I rang them to make a complaint , they said sorry you will have to pay yourself for an extra bed but they promised to speak to the agent who booked holiday for me to investigate my complaint and what I asked for and ring me back. They never did. I rang them back the following day only for them to say , that they cannot do anything as this is normal , they expect a 2 year old and a 4 year old to sleep on the same bed with 2 adults. God forbid, if they suffocate , these clowns wouldn’t want to know. Then the next hotel, mouldy walls , dirty toilet seat been used and urinated over , fowl stinking toilet and room , dirty bathroom all over and apparently 4 star. Again they promised to look into it and ring me back within 10 mins, it never materialised. Please avoid them like a plague.

Useless Staff, Untrained Staff, Incoperative Staff, MMT Making Fool

Hi Deep Kalra , Rajesh Magow , Tripadvisor MakeMyTrip MouthShut.com Quaro, GrabOn Google Ads , I had booked train ticket with guaranteed option voucher no - NR2407189180626019... But I was unable to use that Voucher which I got when my ticket was waitlisted. I had discussed this with support team at last today evening they called and said sorry for the inconveniences your are not using your valid email Id, but I have only one email id and I was using valid email Id and I had send screenshot to them. Worst experience, incoperative staff, MMT making fool to us by giving offer from trip guarantee. Dear all please don't book any tickets with guarantee option also they charged extra money for trip guarantee, thanks for making fool to me. There was no any cooperative staff waste of time waste of money , completely disappointed. Very pathetic service, untrained staff Again after twice day they given again new voucher for service recovery and I faced the same things I am able to use the voucher it's getting promocode already used. Make my trip - Cheater , Cheater, cheater Make my trip don't give their service waste of time waste of money. Totally disappointed

Very bad experience when i booked for…

Very bad experience when i booked for property to stay. I requested for date change before a day to my checkin and customer care agent requested me to wait for 2 days. They never get back to me. When I called makemytrip they mention they received declined email from the property. And when I contacted the property they informed they never received any email. Finally I never got any proper resolution and my booking charge gone for toss. They might have informed me earlier when I called atleast I might have done with other arrangements. Giving TAT and delayed and provided denied resolution. My money gone.

I would not recommend this company to…

I would not recommend this company to book anything. They have falsely advertised zero cancellation policy. I cancelled my flight well before the deadline and was only refunded 40% of the total amount. I called them up to see why there is a charge even when it says I would not be charged anything if I cancel 24 hours prior to departure. The lady on the phone said she will check and get back to me within 24 hours. I again called them next day to get an update, they refunded me 10% of the payment. I called again and asked for update on the rest if the payment. They said they will have a look and get back to me. After 3 weeks, I am still waiting for them to give me full refund. No one has gotten back to me. They still owe me Rs7000. Will never use this agent again in my life!!!!!

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Their website says there is a 100% refund on flight cancellations, I called in to cancel my flight and now there's a 546 AED fee I must pay. The service guy said he would see how he could assist me I called Tuesday it was Saturday but still no response.

No 1 WORST SERVICE

No 1 WORST SERVICE I booked a ticket from Abudhabi to Mumbai dated 9th May 2024, though the MMT platform, but flight has been canceled by Airline due to bankruptcy. Till (7th Feb 24), I have not received a refund amount 382 Dihram from MMT. I called 20 times & spent 150 Dihram on phone charges. MMT is giving excuses, saying money will be refunded as they receive it from airlines. I have very wrost experience with MNT & I will never going to use this platform hence forth. I will rate this as minus five-star. Please don't use this platform for any service.

Mixed experience

I pre booked a taxi in Kerala. The customer service WhatsApp chat was very unhelpful when I had a problem. They told me to use the website to modify my booking but when I was unable to do it through this, I responded again on WhatsApp and they ignored me (despite being online). When I arrived at the station to get my taxi, somebody called me but spoke no English at all. I couldn’t even be sure it was my driver. It took 45 minutes for me to find the driver because we were unable to communicate. The only saving grace was that when I was finally able to speak to customer service on the phone, they spoke good English and managed to help me find the driver by translating on the phone. I have given 3 stars for this reason, and because eventually I did reach my destination. However, I would probably not use this service again or recommend it as it was a stressful experience.

I use to be a loyal customer to them but it seems they have started cheating their customers. Misleading them with false information about the hotel. Sometime the booking is confirm but when you go to the hotel they say there is no booking and charge you more at the hotel.

Very bad Experience

MakeMyTrip agent made my ticket over the call and She (Nisha) made my wrong ticket UK to Canada when I reached Uk airport to take the flight for canada and there I got to know that your flight is booked from USA to Canada instead of UK. When I called to Makemytrip about my wrong tickets they denied that they made my ticked they said you made your ticket by yourself on website. Due to Makemytrip mistake I had spent lost of money and 10 days in uk. I have all the recordings. I have called 1000 of calls to resolve this issue. After one year I got my tickets refund. If any body need help for refund pls call me on WhatsApp number +919350562901 Now I am I canada. But I will help other to get refund.

This is one of the worst companies I…

This is one of the worst companies I have ever used and my experience is indicated in the similar reviews here. I booked a flight which was cancelled by the airline, MakeMyTrip gave you an option for a refund which I took. They only refunded me 40% however the Airline refunded the full ticket price to MakeMyTrip. In addition I paid for their insurance to cover such eventualities. Now they make it impossible to contact them sending me around the houses. Just a bunch of crooks, avoid at all cost.

Horrible and we were food poisoned

Horrible , please don't use this tour organizer. Their guide force you to eat at his preferred restaurant (what ever reason) and we got sick , forced to cancel second part of trip. All 5 members got food poisoned. Throwing and motions, still sick after 10 days. Also guide force you to shops where keepers yell and force you buy. Specially foreigners AVOID makemytrip

Reliable long distance taxi booking app.

I booked 2 long distance taxi rides (300km+) at short notice with MMT through the MMT app after Booking.com screwed up. On both occasions, the cabs were clean with functioning seat belts in front & rear. The drivers were courteous and not wreckless. They arrived well before the allotted pick up time and contacted me directly to confirm pick up details ensuring that we were not left hanging. They stoped for refreshments and toilet stops without having to be asked. The fares were reasonable and I could pay with a UK credit card via the app. The app is user friendly and pricing is transparent. MMT is now my go to app for long distance taxi bookings in India.
