How many tickets can I buy for Coldplay?

There is a strict limit of four (4) tickets per customer for the presale and six (6) tickets per customer for the General Public.

Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.

How do I purchase Accessible Seating tickets for Coldplay?

We’ve updated our seating framework to include a larger range of accessible seating options. There will be an option for every price level and package available.

Accessible tickets (including Companion Cards) can be purchased by calling our Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line Monday – Sunday 9am – 5pm AEST:  1300 446 925 . This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.

Get to know Ticket Transfer so everyone has their own ticket

1. Open the Ticketmaster App

2. Tap on my events and select the event you want to Ticket Transfer

3. Tap ‘Transfer’ below the ticket you want to share (please note: you may have to wait a moment for the ‘Transfer’ button to load)

4. On the ‘Select Tickets To Transfer’ page, confirm the ticket you want to share (please note – you must Transfer each ticket individually)

5. Tap the ‘Transfer To’ button. Tap ‘Manually Enter A Recipient’ & enter your friend’s ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, and ‘Email Address or Mobile Number’

6. Tap ‘Transfer Ticket’. The ticket in your account will now say “Sent”. You can cancel or recall the Ticket Transfer at any time.

7. Your friend receives an email, asking them to accept the transferred tickets, and they can either login or create a new Ticketmaster account to accept.

8. The tickets are now ready to go in your friend’s Ticketmaster account and marked as ‘Transferred’ in your account

Hints and tips for improving your chances of getting Coldplay tickets

Keep an eye on the clock

There will be a time limit applied to all transactions as you are progressed through the ticket purchasing stages. Remember to keep an eye on the timer on your screen and move through the processing pages as quickly as possible (this is even easier when you’ve completed the account set-up stage we mentioned above).

Don’t refresh your screen

Stick to one window while you’re in the  Waiting Room  and when you’re being pushed through  the Smart Queue  and always resist the urge to refresh.

Hitting the refresh button means you’ll lose your place in the queue and, as frustrating as it can get, patience is the only way to win this game. Ticketmaster is equipped with sophisticated systems that are designed to manage and process ticket purchases as quickly as possible. The queuing system that appears on your screen will place you at the front of the line as soon as possible.

Remember: there are a lot of fans

We’re expecting this to be a very popular event. When a popular event goes on sale there are hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of customers all attempting to purchase tickets at the same time. Tickets are sold as long as seats are available, and when an act is this popular, sometimes they go very quickly.

As the Powerball jackpot tops the $1 billion mark once again, keep in mind that winning the lottery comes with a lot of questions. Will it change how my friends treat me? How much will the government take? Should I take the one-time payout? And, perhaps most important, how the heck do I spend this newfound wealth?

As for your friends, that really comes down to how wise you’ve been in choosing them. The government? The Feds will yoink 24% away from you before you can blink—and state rates will depend on where you live.

Lump sum or annuity? Most financial advisors suggest the annuity, since few people are ready to handle that sum of money without warning.

Ah, but spending… That’s where it gets fun.

Of course, we’ve all heard the advice: Hold off on major purchases and be smart with your money. Then we see people like Edwin Castro , who won the $2 billion pick in 2022 and quickly began buying up luxury real estate , purchasing a $25.5 million home in California’s Hollywood Hills; a $4 million place near the gas station where he bought the winning ticket; and a $47 million house in another part of Los Angeles (along with a vintage Porsche 911).

That’s small potatoes, though.

Let’s assume you ignore the finance wonks and opt for the payout of $595 million. That leaves $452 million after Uncle Sam takes his first bite. We will, for purposes of this experiment, assume you live somewhere that doesn’t have state taxes.

Here’s what you can add to your portfolio:

A private island or two:   Rangyai Island , near Phuket, Thailand, has been on the market for a while. This a 110-acre landmass with fresh water, an electric generator, and, most important, mobile service has an asking price of $160 million. If you’d like something closer to home, Pumpkin Key, a 26-acre island off the Miami coast, is just $75 million (a $20 million price cut from a few years ago). It comes with a three-bedroom house, two caretakers’ cottages, and a dockmaster’s apartment.

Take your own crew to space:  A trip to Vegas or Paris? That’s common-man stuff. Tickets on Jeff Bezos’s Blue Origin go for about $1.25 million apiece (at least, that’s what MoonDAO paid to ride the suborbital rocket). You could even all become frequent flyers.

Some really nice beachfront property:  Sorry… “The One,” the 21-bedroom, 49-bath Bel Air megamansion,  sold in 2022  for $141 million. But fortunately, on the other side of the country, a nine-acre compound in Naples, Fla., is available for $295 million . It’s located on the tip of Gordon Pointe in the Port Royal neighborhood of Naples.

A personal concert by your favorite band(s):  Bypass Ticketmaster and get your own personalized front-row concert seat. Reportedly, $6 million  will get you The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, or Bruno Mars. Coldplay charges about $1.5 million, as does Post Malone. No word on what Taylor Swift would demand, but…hey, you’ve got a few hundred million.

A pro sports team:  Oakland A’s fans hoping to keep the team in California, I’m afraid even winning this lottery wouldn’t help. And forget about buying an NFL team. But you might be able to invest in a minor-league baseball team. Step one is to find a team affiliated with an MLB team you love; then make an offer. Last year, sports and media giant Endeavor sold nine teams to private equity firm Silver Lake  for $280 million .

Pizza for the rest of your life (and several lives after that ) :  Your millions haven’t changed you! You still love a good Pizza Hut pizza! You can skip the coupons, so a large Meat Lover’s pizza could cost you about $23 each. You can now afford 19.6 million, enough to devour a full one every day for 53,841 years. (Not factored into those costs? Your cardiologist bills.)

This metro tour of Russia’s capital and most populous city, Moscow, is your chance to get a unique insight into the beautiful and impressive architecture of the city's underground stations. Admire their marble walls and high ceilings representing Stalin's desire for glory after World War 2, and see first-hand how the interiors change with the rise of new political eras. Your guide will lead you through the complex network, which is one of the most heavily used rapid transit systems worldwide, with over two billion travelers in 2011.

Opened in 1935, Moscow’s underground system, now 190 miles (305 km) long with 185 stations, is today one the largest and most heavily used rapid transit systems in the world. On this Moscow metro tour, discover the impressive architecture of Moscow’s underground stations and learn how they reflect the Soviet era.

Getting around by metro, your local guide will take you through parts of Moscow’s infamous history. Stop at stations built during the time of the USSR (Soviet Union) that are praised as one of the most extravagant architectural projects from Stalin’s time. After World War 2, he was keen on establishing Stalinist architecture to represent his rising regime and a recognized empire. Learn how when his successor started the de-Stalinization of the former Soviet Union in 1953, the extravagancy of the architecture was toned down.

After a six-year hiatus since his previous album Man of the Woods, Justin Timberlake is back with his sixth studio album Everything I Thought I Was.  In support of his new album, Timberlake is hitting the road across North America with his "The Forget Tomorrow World Tour." 2024 might be the year of Usher. After being crowned the king of Las Vegas due to his three-year sold-out residency at Caesar’s Palace and MGM Dolby Live, in late 2023 the NFL announced Usher as the halftime show performer for Super Bowl LVIII. Shortly after the halftime news, Usher announced he would be releasing his ninth album Coming Home, and embarking on a worldwide tour. By the way, Usher's halftime performance at SB LVIII was a rousing success .

Red Hot Chili Peppers

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are keeping their fans fed with live shows. "The Unlimited Love Tour" started back in 2022 and continued through 2023, and the band has continued to extend it this year with an additional 16 shows. This time around, they're bringing a few special guests along, including Kid Cudi, Ice Cube, Ken Carson, and more. The Red Hot Chili Peppers will wrap the tour up on July 30th in St. Louis.

In October 2023, reggaeton star Bad Bunny announced his upcoming "Most Wanted Tour" to help promote his latest album  Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana. Bad Bunny started his North America trek on February 21st, which will run through May 26th. When he made an Instagram post promoting the tour, he made it clear saying, “If you’re not a real fan, don’t come.”

Janet Jackson

In 2023, Janet Jackson embarked on her sold-out "Together Again" tour with special guest Ludacris. Well, she’s bringing the tour back again, and this time she’s bringing Nelly along for the ride. Jackson and Nelly will trek across 35 cities including Chicago, New Orleans, Toronto, and Los Angeles. 

Adele’s Las Vegas residency began back in late 2022, and her final shows in Sin City will end this year. Although tickets on Ticketmaster for her shows are currently sold out, fans can still snag tickets on secondary platforms like Vivid Seats and StubHub. The "Weekends with Adele" residency will have its final show on June 15th.

After reuniting at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, rock band Blink-182 embarked on a tour and plan to make it a second time around. With the release of their latest album  One More Time, it’s the perfect time to give their fans another chance to see them across stadiums and arenas worldwide. The tour is set to begin on June 20th in Orlando, Fla., and will end on August 30th in Glasgow, U.K. 

Drake and J. Cole

Thanks to the success of their 2023 collaboration “First Person Shooter,” Drake and J. Cole are hitting the road for their "It's All A Blur Tour—Big as the What?" tour. While Drake recently wrapped up his joint tour with 21 Savage, this time around, he and Cole are touring cities in smaller markets. The tour will begin on February 2nd in Tampa, Fla., and end on April 16th in Denver, Co.

Foo Fighters

Summertime is always a great time to see your favorite bands. Rock band Foo Fighters are taking over stadiums across 10 cities, with opening act appearances from The Pretenders and The Hives. "The Everything or Nothing at All Tour" will kick off on July 17th in New York City and close out on August 18th in Seattle. 

While 2024 marks the end of Billy Joel’s long-running Madison Square Garden residency, he’s still taking his show on the road across several stadiums. For a few of the select shows, Joel will be joined by legendary acts Sting and Stevie Nicks.

Nicki Minaj

After a five-year hiatus since her previous album Queen, Nicki Minaj returned in 2023 with her long-awaited album  Pink Friday 2. To help celebrate the new album, Minaj’s fan base (the Barbz) is in for a treat as she embarks on "The Pink Friday 2 World Tour" starting in March. Minaj is also slated to make appearances at festivals like Rolling Loud California and Dreamville. 

The Rolling Stones

Even after six decades since their first U.S. tour, The Rolling Stones are still in high demand for live shows. The rock band is set to hit the road on a 16-city tour to support their latest album Hackney Diamonds. The tour will run from April 28th through July 17th.

The time has come to say farewell to Sum 41. Back in May 2023, the band announced they would be calling it quits as a group. After the release of their album Heaven :x: Hell, they announced their final shows as "Tour of the Setting Sun." Joined by special guest The Interrupters, the tour is set to take place across Asia, Europe, and North America. 

In December 2023, Dreamville artist Bas released his long-awaited fourth album We Only Talk About Real S—t  When We’re F—d  Up which featured several collaborations alongside J. Cole, Amaarae, Adekunle Gold, and more. To help support the album, Bas is taking his music on the road with a 23-city North America tour. Bas will begin the tour on March 3rd in Dallas and wrap up on April 9th in New York.

Olivia Rodrigo

Just two years after her first headlining tour, rising star Olivia Rodrigo is embarking on her "GUTS World Tour." In celebration of her sophomore album Guts, she will take on 77 shows, joined by openers The Breeders, Chappell Roan, PinkPantheress, and Remi Wolf. Rodrigo began the tour on February 23rd in Thousand Palms and will wrap it up on August 17th in Inglewood. 

In support of his latest album Standing Room Only, country legend Tim McGraw is bringing his talent to the stage. The three-time Grammy winner’s tour will begin on March 14th in Jacksonville and end on June 27th in Phoenix.

Tamia and Joe

For the R&B lovers, get ready to hear love ballads and smooth jams from two of the genre’s finest, Tamia and Joe. The tour kicked off on February 9th in Washington D.C. and will end on May 4th in St. Louis. 

Pop singer Tate McRae has been on a hot streak in 2023. From her hit song “Greedy,” to releasing her sophomore album Think Later, to an epic  Saturday Night Live performance, it seems like McRae is ready to take her career to another level. This year, she's set to embark on the "Think Later" 2024 tour, which kicks off April 17th in Dublin, Ireland. Joining McRae as her opening acts will be charlieonnafriday and Presley Regier.

Bruce Springsteen

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band postponed their 2023 tour after the singer had to treat a health matter, but the band is ready to take their show on the road this year. The tour is set to kick off on March 19th in Phoenix, Arizona, and other cities on the trek will include San Diego, Pittsburgh, Washington, D.C., and more. 

Green Day is headed out for a stadium tour and they’re bringing a few friends with them. The pop-punk trio will embark on the "Saviors Tour" that will include acts Rancid and The Linda Lindas, as well as The Smashing Pumpkins. In support of the band’s newest album Saviors, the North American leg of the tour will kick off on July 29th in Washington, D.C.

Jewel and Melissa Etheridge

Country music fans, get ready to unite as Jewel and Melissa Etheridge co-headline a tour for the summer. The North America tour is set to kick off on July 11th in Montana and will end on October 5th in Arkansas.
