I'm not sure if it's less expensive or the same to use a travel agent BUT if you want peace of mind while you're traveling, this is the way to go = Brian at Caveman Travel! Plus, Brian gave us some great advice - one recommendation we chose to ignore and, boy oh boy, he was right, we should have listened to him. Brian helped us with all the arrangements for a trip to French Polynesia except for the the flights to get there - he did book in country flights, thankfully. Brian also helped with arrangements/changes while we were on the road - that was most helpful. Bottomline - we will definitely use Brian's services again, especially for a country we have not traveled to before.

Warning, if you are interested in a business that will help you book a trip without any problems, avoid this place like the plague We paid $1000 in a deposit for a trip back in February 2020, the Covid hit we could not take the trip I'm not allowed out of the country, he has kept our money to this point and has never given us any type of refund as of September 16, 2020, he said he wants to give us half our money back and that's not acceptable

The worst experience of my life time , Brian Mein , excepted $1000 deposit from my husband and myself, back in February 2020 on February 29 we paid $475 for trip insurance. Fast forward to September 16, 2020, we have emails and conversations over the last six months, and Brian man refuses to give us a full refund, he wants to charge us $500 for a cancellation fee and never gave us the terms and conditions, just not right Avoid this company like the plague, we are in talks with her credit card company since Caveman Travel grants Pass Oregon will not help us in anyway they are keeping our money so far we have not seen one penny

My husband and I have gone to Brian many times through the years for help booking trips. He has always worked hard to find the perfect balance between a great deal and quality accommodations etc. Give him what you would like out of your trip and he will work hard to make it happen.

I would choose less than one star if I could. After my wife called in to get a quote, we were appalled at the absence of a "solution minded" approach to dealing with a potential customer. (I will refrain from the details of the surly conversation). I would also advise Brian to check his ego before he answers his phone. I am a local from this vicinity and am tired of dismissing poor business practices based on small town culture. Advice: keep looking.

Brian is a great help in finding VALUE! He gets great deals that I could never find! Even when we had a "stay-cation" a couple of hours away, He got three of us an upgrade to a SUITE because he knows how to "talk the lingo!" You might THINK you can get a good deal by shopping through the online portals and stuff, but you are on your own if something turns out wrong! I go with the pros at Caveman travel so I KNOW I get the best value and I have a real advocate if I have an issue with my accommodations. Thanks for a great trip Brian!

I'm sorry if I insulted you. If I knew more about your visit I might explain better. I am surprised by questions at times and don't know what to say. Again, I am sorry for your bad experience with us.
