I was wondering if you set up another tour for Destin in the summer. You was suppose to send me a schedule and I never got one. Can you you please let me know.
Jett tours is the worst liars ever. We were scheduled to go to New York in December. None of us had the vaccine so we called to see what our options were. We were told we would get a refund. After the trip we called to check on our refund. They told us to call back and we would get our refund around April that we were not the only ones who couldn't go. Today we called and they are refusing to give our money back. They accused us of lying and hung up on us twice. When we mentioned they didn't even make all the stops that was planned on the trip, the lady from Jett tours said they couldn't help that COVID cut off part of the trip. We can't help what COVID caused either. They wouldn't even let Rodney finish his sentence. They kept talking over top of him telling us we can put the money towards another trip. Right now we can barely have money for a trip to Wal-Mart.
Raise your hand if you are tired of people TAKING your money I am so tired of companies still using Covid as an excuse for poor business practices. In Dec of 2019 I put down a $300 deposit with JETT TOURS for a trip to New York for December 2020. I was told I could get a refund if I canceled 30 days before the trip. I wanted reassurance before scheduling a trip a whole year in advance. Well, we all know what NYC looked like in Dec 2020. I called to cancel and they said they would not refund. I didn't think it was worth a fight, and was trying to be understanding since knew they had struggled. I was told could put the $$ toward another trip. OK. That works. Didn't want to commit to an expensive trip so found a cheap day trip to the ARK. She put me down to transfer. The weekend the trip was scheduled in September rolled around and I hadn't heard back. I finally found out trip was canceled but No one had called me. I was very aggravated and thought well this is enough. I want my $$ back. So I preceded to call. She has put me off since September. Avoided calls and never responded to messages. FINALLY got back in touch with her today. Wow. 6 months of trying. She is back to saying I will send you a schedule but no refunds. So...in order to get my $300 I'd have to take an expensive trip? And owe a ton more money?? To a company that I do not have any faith in. No thank you. #Jetttours #jett tours
My family took the Christmas in New York tour. It was a fun trip and the traveling was ok. The hotel was not what I expected. The hotel had shut down the air for the season and the rooms were really warm. Some in our group had rooms that were hot. We were put in a section of the hotel that had not been renovated so the hotel was just ok. They had six buses and it appeared they booked more people than they could handle well. We booked the extra tour with Robin Brooks. This was a huge disappointment and a waste of $400. If they had done what the tour had said they would do it would have been really good. The rep with Jett tours that was in charge of our bus decided it was ok to change the tour because her and some of the older ladies did not want to walk a lot. So we spent a lot of time riding around and at the Grand Central Terminal. We did not get to see the Statue of Liberty up close but saw her from the shoreline. If you sign up for this extra tour make sure of the expectation of where they will take you before giving them money. The hop on hop off bus would have been better for us than this tour. When I contacted them on this. The response was sorry I didn't know. I was and quite frankly still am disgusted and mad with this portion of the trip. Our group made up about 75% of tour bus but because the rep decided it was ok to give a crappy version of the tour promised, we missed out on important places. The trip is worth the money paid as it was only $250 a person for four. The extra tour was not because they did not deliver what was promised.
My group had a poor experience with this Tour Company. It took us one day to get near Paducah in April 2016. We left Lexington early in the morning then picked up various people all over Eastern Ky. Did not get to do or see as much as expected at the Quilt Show in Paducah since we did not get their till the next day. Spent the first day riding around Ky! Make sure to check such details if you book with them.
I would really discourage anyone from taking Jett Tours after this past experience. It's great what they are doing for the area with these trips but my situation was poorly handled. We went with them to NYC last year and loved it, so I decided to go back this year. My kindle went missing after one of our rest stops and when I reported it to the lady in charge of the bus she basically told me to just look for it then later on she asked everyone to look for it while the bus was moving and no one could look good. When I told her I wanted to contact the police to report it stolen, since the bus drive told me that I should, she strongly discouraged it. I called the lady over the company and basically all she told me was sorry and discouraged me getting the police involved. She told me several people have had iPads go missing on the trip but they just misplaced them. She kept suggesting this is what I done when I know I didn't. When I got off the bus, the lady over the trip didn't even assure me they would contact me if they found it and the lady over the company hasn't called to check and see if I found it. It's like they basically want to brush it under the rug that my property was picked up. I've never owned a business but I do have a business degree and I am pretty sure that's not the proper way to handle your customers. REALLY disappointed and I will make sure to write a review about my experience anywhere I can. If you take Jett Tours make sure to WATCH your stuff because you're out of luck if it goes missing. The do not want to get the police involved or face the reality that people do steal due to the fact this subject may make others uncomfortable.

Bus Tours Provide Great Low Cost Travel Option; Not Just For Old People!
If you are looking for an inexpensive way to travel, check out tour bus companies in your area. If you think bus tours are just for “old people,” think again. With my travel club, Rambling Fever Travel, I used to offer charter bus tours. I had folks on those trips from 18 to 80! It’s true that a lot of older folks do travel by this mode of transportation, but it’s not just for them. What do you consider “old” anyway?!
So many advantages….
Bus tours are great for so many people. Maybe your partner doesn’t like to travel or maybe you don’t have anyone to go with you. With group travel, you are never alone. You meet new people and friendships are formed quickly. It’s also great if you don’t like to drive, or don’t want to put the wear and tear on your vehicle. Convenience is key with this type of travel. You don’t have to worry about traffic, finding a place to park, ordering attraction/event tickets, making reservations, etc. Everything is done for you, including baggage handling. Board the motorcoach, then just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. You can choose to engage in conversations, take a nap, watch a movie, read, or whatever. Then, you are dropped off right at the door of your destination!
Usually, any trip that is priced over $100 can be made in payments. A small deposit reserves your seat, and you make payments till it’s paid off (just like a cruise–which I will discuss later). Depending on how big the trip is, the balance must be paid off anywhere from two weeks to 30 days. Bus tour companies offer one day events, weekend trips, and 1-2 week trips or longer.
My mom and I on one of our many bus trips
Some even offer cruises; taking the bus to the cruise port–which is great for those who won’t fly.
Great value
Bus tour prices are very reasonable for everything you get in return. I’ve traveled many times on bus trips and have always had a great experience. Don’t worry about the itinerary being too strict. You will have plenty of time on your own to do what you want. It is customary to leave a tip for the driver at the end of the trip. The tour guide will usually gather tips from the guests before they exit the bus.
Shockey Tours–Louisville, KY
A favorite bus tour company in my area is Shockey Tours, http://www.shockeytours.com (502) 267-4007, out of Louisville, KY. They are a faith based organization and have been in business since 1984.
There are several pick up points in KY and IN. If you are in this part of the country, check it out. I highly recommend them!
Jett Tours–Jackson, KY
Owner Lillian Jett (3rd from right) and friendly Jett Tours staff
I have not yet traveled with this bus tour company but I am looking forward to doing so! I have been following them for some time and from the pics and all the great comments I saw on their Facebook page, I just had to check them out. So, I attended one of their 2019 Meet & Greet
Great trips, great value!
sessions and I can see why. What a fun group!
I did an interview with Owner, Lillian Jett, which you can see on the Gal Gone Camping Facebook page. Lillian is a retired school teacher and a great lady! This company has been in business for 46 years and travels to all the most desirable locations in the US and beyond.
For more info on Jett Tours and to find the most updated trip schedule, check out their Facebook page or visit the website http://www.jett-tours-online.com or call 606-272-2638. This company is based out of Jackson, KY, with several different pick up locations throughout eastern KY. This is also a faith based organization and they start every trip out with a prayer–which I think is a mighty fine idea!
Ideas for future trips
Another good thing about bus tours is it gives you a chance to scout out the area for future exploration. You may want to return to a particular area and camp or or take part in certain events or recreational activities.
Any way you look at it, bus tours are a great travel option. If you haven’t tried it, give it a shot. There are probably several in your area. Just Google bus tour companies in your location and see what you get. However, it is a good idea to check reviews and how long they’ve been in business.
Until next time, remember…DON’T WAIT TO LIVE!

- pjohnbd 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles JETT Bus Jordan. Amman-Dead Sea-Beware Absolute disgrace of a bus driver on Tuesday November 14th. Amman-Dead Sea - Amman from Abdali bus station. I've used Jett a few times without issues on other routes. Today however this bus driver was rude, abusive, threatening and trying to conn passengers out of extra money. It started with a stop 18km from the dead sea pitched as a photo opp. It was a hard aggressive and pushy sell to try and get people to buy a day pass for the Crowne Plaza through him (he keep saying it's not for him it's for us). After back on the bus he stared again and tried pitching the O Hotel Resort and Holiday Inn too. He at one stage used the phrase " you can't get off the bus without a pass for a hotel to one passenger" Myself I had contacted different hotels the day before, I decided on the Hilton Dead Sea Resort ( please see my review separately). I mentioned the issue with the driver and someone from reception and Hilton said if we needed the police he would help. Immediately after coming off the phone this bus driver started screaming at me and passengers and stating 'nobody can speak with each other'. As I called back to the Hilton with the intention to call the tourist police the bus was approaching the hotel. This despicable driver from JETT seems to have dodgy contacts at several hotels (beyond just taking a commission) and it 'appeared' outside the Holiday Inn that the driver and a hotel employee were demanding cash payment outside the hotel. So Hilton, amazing staff and support is there if needed. Re JETT I've drafted a detailed complaint in English and have a translation in Arabic with intention of presenting this upon arrival back in Amman (typing as I travel) raising this further with JETT also H.E.Mr Makram Mustafa A. QUEISI the current minister for tourism in Jordan. The ticket I bought with JETT was not a tour, purely transport. The driver also made an unscheduled stop at what I will refer to as a tourist junk souvenir shop in the hope of commissions. Well versed in such things from 'tours' elsewhere I didn't even leave the bus, again this was a transport purchase only. Read more Written November 14, 2023

It cost $133 a person to be ferried over in a JETT car from the Israeli side to the Jordan side. - johnoF769ZZ 0 contributions 2.0 of 5 bubbles Too much time waiting around I took a taxi to Petra in June 2023 from Amman to get there early and explore. I decided to take the bus back that evening due to cost savings and it was an extremely long journey. We boarded the bus as requested at 4.30 and we didn't arrive to the Abdali bus station until 9.15 - nearly 5 hours later. When the bus left we first had a stop for the ticket inspector, then we stopped for fuel and then finally a 30 minute break about 1.30 outside of Amman. This adds unnecessary time to the journey. The vehicle should be fully fueled before leaving Jordan and also is it necessary to have a 30 minute break on a 3hr journey... I'm not so sure - it's not a huge distance that requires this pause. After many hours exploring Petra - where you will be tired and sweaty from the desert sun, it is more desirable to reach your destination quicker. If you can afford the taxi both ways , I would certainly recommend this as you will save a lot of time. Read more Written June 6, 2023

My luggage was sent to Wadi Rum by mistake (by hotel guest not by JETT) and it was being sent back by a taxi driver but it could not be arrived before bus departure from Petra to Amman. Mouath helped to call the hotel and taxi driver a few times to trace my luggage bag while he was also busy to take care of his JETT bus customer. The taxi driver who sent back my luggage bag arrived 1 min after the JETT bus departed and Mouath managed to load my bag onto the bus. But the tour from Amman to Jerash was a cheek! Just a Few of the Biggest Concert Tours of 2024, from Olivia Rodrigo to Bad Bunny
Posted: April 16, 2024 | Last updated: April 16, 2024
Listening to your favorite musician at home is fun, but there's nothing quite like the experience of singing along with them, and tons of more fans, live. And as luck would have it, 2024 is shaping up to be a massive year for some of the world's top musical acts, so chances are your favorite performer might be stopping at a city near you soon.
Ahead, we rounded up some of the biggest concert tours of 2024, ranging from Taylor Swift's mega-popular Eras Tour to Drake and J. Cole's exciting It's All A Blur Tour - Big as the What?—set to kick off this winter. You can also expect tour dates from classic icons like Stevie Nicks, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, and more.
1) Taylor Swift
Undoubtedly one of the biggest concert tours ever, Taylor Swift's Eras Tour will continue right through 2024. The international leg of the tour kicked off in Japan, where she played four shows in Tokyo. She'll also stop in Melbourne, Singapore, Paris, Madrid, London, Milan, and more before returning to the States to play in the fall.
There's nothing like seeing T. Swift IRL, but don't fret if you're unable to nab tickets—the Eras Tour movie is now available to stream from the comfort of your home.
2) Olivia Rodrigo
This is not a drill—"Drivers License" singer Olivia Rodrigo will be hitting the road on tour starting at the end of February. The Guts World Tour runs from February through mid-August and has dates in Nashville, Toronto, Chicago, and New York City, among others. Even cooler? Rodrigo will have a stacked list of special guests—like PinkPantheress, Remi Wolf, The Breeders, and Chappell Roan—with her.
3) Red Hot Chili Peppers
Did you hear the good news? The Red Hot Chili Peppers have extended their global tour through summer 2024. The buzzy stadium tour, which kicked off in June 2022, will now run until July 2024 and bring the California-based band to places like Los Angeles, Tampa, Toronto, and Salt Lake City.
4) Bad Bunny
It's fitting that "Monaco" rapper Bad Bunny titled his tour Most Wanted —it's slated to be one of the year's hottest tours. Planned to help promote his latest studio album, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana , Most Wanted will kick off in Salt Lake City on February 21 and run through May 26.
5) Billy Joel
If you haven't yet seen Billy Joel perform live, there's still time! The Piano Man has added more tour dates to his schedule, stopping in cities like Tampa, New York, Denver, and St. Louis this year. Even more exciting? He'll share the stage with fellow iconic performers Sting and Stevie Nicks for some of these dates.
Mitski recently announced that she's expanding her North American tour dates , and we couldn't be more excited. The months-long tour, which supports her 2023 studio album The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We, has a long list of stops, including Miami Beach, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, and Paris.
There's nothing quite like a Madonna concert, that's for sure. The singer's Celebration Tour , which started last October, continues straight through the spring with dates in Seattle, San Francisco, Mexico City, and more. Besides her eye-catching sets, chart-topping songs, and impressive choreography, concertgoers also get a glimpse of the performer's fantastic costumes, which include looks from Versace and Jean Paul Gaultier.
8) Bleachers
The New Jersey-founded rock band, which is fronted by Jack Antonoff—known for producing albums for top acts like Taylor Swift, Lorde, and Lana Del Rey—not only has announced a new album but a new tour , too. The tour will start in the UK in March, ending fittingly in the band's home state of New Jersey in mid-June. Check out their newly released music video for "Tiny Moves" if you need a Bleachers fix in the meantime.
9) Nicki Minaj
Nicki fans rejoice: the rapper and singer might be coming to a city near you soon as part of her Pink Friday 2 World Tour. The massive tour will include performances in Brooklyn, Oakland, and Baltimore, with stops at Dreamville Festival and Rolling Loud California along the way.
10) Blink 182
Live out all of your nineties and early aughts pop-punk dreams with one of Blink 182's One More Time Tour dates. The tour, which supports the band's ninth studio album, One More Time..., will bring the trio to cities all over the globe, including Sydney, Santiago, Portland, and Boston. The tour's supporting act is Pierce the Veil, which is also worth checking out.
11) Stevie Nicks
The oh-so-magical Stevie Nicks continues her touring streak with a bunch of 2024 concert dates . Set to begin in Atlantic City, NJ on February 10, Nicks will visit a dozen cities throughout the U.S. this year, such as New Orleans, Omaha, and Chicago. "Let's keep this party going in 2024," the singer-songwriter posted on her Instagram in September to announce the newly added tour dates.
12) The 1975
The 1975 is showing no signs of slowing down. The British band, famous for hits like "Somebody Else" and "Robbers," has extended their 2023 tour through 2024. Titled Still...At Their Very Best , the 22-date tour will open in Glasgow on February 8 and conclude in Amsterdam on March 24.
13) Drake and J. Cole
Rap greats Drake and J. Cole come together for the It's All a Blur Tour – Big As the What? which is guaranteed to be a good time. Drake, fresh off his 2023 It's All a Blur tour with 21 Savage, is set to hit dozens of cities starting in February, many of which J. Cole will also be in tow for. Scoop up tickets ASAP, as Drake's shows are known to sell out.
14) Janet Jackson
Superstar Janet Jackson is also extending her 2023 tour, Together Again , into 2024 with dates in Anaheim, Austin, New Orleans, and Hartford. Even cooler? Jackson's supporting act is the 2000s southern rap legend Nelly.
15) Rolling Stones
If you've ever dreamed of seeing the Rolling Stones perform live in person, now's your chance. The iconic rockers, who released their studio album Hackney Diamonds this past fall, are returning on the road for a 16-date tour with shows throughout the United States and Canada. Concertgoers can expect a mix of new tunes and Stones classics.
16) Bruce Springsteen
Famous for countless listenable hits like "Born to Run" and "Glory Days," Bruce Springsteen is set to embark on a massive world tour this year with his band, The E Street Band. The much-anticipated tour will take the Boss and his crew to cities such as Phoenix, San Diego, Dublin, and Madrid, from March through November.
17) John Mayer
Be sure to catch John Mayer's solo tour this year, which will bring the guitarist and crooner to cities throughout Europe. This leg, an extension of his popular 2023 solo tour, will kick off in Stockholm on March 13 and finish in Dublin on March 29.
18) Shania Twain
Okay, this one is technically a residency , but we're excited nonetheless. Shania Twain, most known for her incredible outfits (her hooded leopard print look, anyone?) and hits like "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!" is setting up shop in Vegas starting May 10. Twain's residency will take place at the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood on and off throughout December 2024.
All good things must come to an end. The Eagles, known for "Hotel California" and other amazing rock songs, began their final concert tour this winter. It launched in Phoenix on January 20, with March 16 as its last date in the United States. Eagles fans won't want to miss this one.
20) Alanis Morisette: The Triple Moon Tour
Alanis Morisette joins forces with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts for their 2024 Triple Moon Tour , which has dates in North America and Canada. This tour is a great one to catch this summer, as it's slated to run from June through August.

Joan Jett grew up during a time when rock ‘n’ roll was off limits to girls and women, but as a teenager, she promptly blew the door to the boys’ club right off its hinges. After forming her band the Blackhearts in 1979, with whom Jett has become a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, she has had eight platinum and gold albums and nine Top 40 singles, including the classics “Bad Reputation,” “I Love Rock ‘N’ Roll,” “I Hate Myself For Loving You,” and “Crimson and Clover.”
With a career that has spanned music, film, television, Broadway, and humanitarianism, Joan Jett remains a potent force and inspiration to generations of fans worldwide. As a producer, she has overseen seminal albums by Bikini Kill, and the Germs’ LA punk masterpiece ‘GI.’ Jett and Kenny Laguna (her longtime producer and music partner) co-founded Blackheart Records from the trunk of Kenny’s Cadillac after rejections from no less than 23 labels.
40 years later, Blackheart is a thriving entertainment company producing music, film and television, and continues to champion emerging bands. Joan Jett and the Blackhearts continue to tour the world with headlining shows alongside fellow rock legends like The Who, Green Day, Heart, and Foo Fighters. ‘Bad Reputation,’ a documentary about Jett’s life, premiered to critical acclaim at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. Following up on the bands 2022 release Changeup, their first-ever acoustic album, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts EP Mindsets will be a RSD First vinyl release on 11/24. Mindsets is available to stream now.
One of Nashville’s fastest-rising and most critically acclaimed young stars, Morgan Wade released her sophomore album, Psychopath , Aug. 25 via Sony Music Nashville. Possessed with a raw and unflinching voice anchored by a perfect tinge of twang; the rare ability to pen honest portraits of some of life’s most precious and painful and unpredictable moments; and an onstage vulnerability that so seamlessly breaks down the wall between fan and artist, Wade has quickly made her mark on the country music scene — and the music world at large. Her stunning 2021 debut album, Reckless , was hailed as a critical triumph; it topped Rolling Stone ’s Best Country and Americana Albums of 2021, with New York Times noting Wade “sounds like she’s singing from the depths of history.” In 2022, Wade was nominated as the Emerging Act of the Year at the Americana Music Honors & Awards; in 2023, Wade was nominated for New Female Artist of the Year by the Academy of Country Music and performed at major-market festivals including Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits.
While Reckless , and particularly its momentous lead single “Wilder Days,” busted down the doors and introduced Wade to a wider listenership, Psychopath is an astounding follow-up statement: the 13-track LP was crafted with the help of some of Nashville’s most extraordinary musical talents, from A-list songwriters (Julia Michaels, Natalie Hemby, Liz Rose, Lori McKenna) to studio musicians as well as Wade’s longtime producer Sadler Vaden. Most excitingly, Psychopath finds Wade peeling back layers of her psyche like never before. “I realized the more authentic you are and the more you pour yourself into your songs, and most importantly if you’re being honest, people will connect to that,” Wade says. “I want every song to get the credit it deserves.”

Q&A WITH ANN AND NANCY WILSON OF HEART, 2019
Congratulations on the news of the upcoming tour. What inspired you to name it “Love Alive”?
ANN: “Love Alive” is a song and a sentiment that goes back a long way with us. It goes forward too. It is a hopeful, positive and universal vibe like we feel this tour will be.
NANCY : Yes! I think the tour will spark some positive new energy as we rediscover some of our iconic songs and also some fan favorites. Calling the tour “Love Alive” was something Ann and I felt instantly good about. We have always had many love-themed mottos along the way like “Love Rules,” “ Love Wins ,” “Love is IT”–and of course it’s a very cool song as well.
This will mark Heart’s first tour in three years. During this time, you both released your own projects. Do you feel your time apart will inject Heart with a new energy?
NANCY : Yes, I could see it was time for Heart to have a break. We’d been slogging through tour after tour fairly nonstop and were starting to burn out a little bit. Things had just reached a heavy climax. Working with my other new band Roadcase Royale was a life-saver. Writing brand new songs playing shows and delivering a new album with them was the medicine my soul needed. Ryan Waters (who with Liv Warfield worked in Prince’s band) will be joining me on the Heart stage and I know that will inject a wonderful magic into the Heart equation.
ANN: Absolutely! Both Nancy and I have stretched our wings in life these last three years. We’ve both lived and loved. We have breathed and traveled and experienced life. We come to this tour with fresh energy and oxygen.
Might this year’s tour be different in any way than the 2016 tour?
ANN: It will be unlike any other Heart tour that has been. Some of the songs will be classic of course, but this tour will be a new animal.
NANCY: I think this tour should look feel and sound bigger than other Heart tours so far.
What is the connective tissue between Heart and the other artists you’ve invited to tour with you?
NANCY: I think this year is a good year to show the collective impact of some powerful women in music. We would usually steer clear of the female-centric concept, but in the light of current events it seems like the right statement at the right time.”
ANN: Sheryl and Joan we have known for a long time. We have hung out and appreciated each other’s music onstage and off. Brandi Carlile is a fresh and authentic artist that we both love….and Elle King is my favorite new artist. She has so much soul and attitude! We are so thrilled to host all these artists on the “Love Alive” tour.
Heart has created a meaningful body of work with songs that are deeply woven into the culture. Can you describe the feeling of what it’s like to perform these songs in front of longtime fans as well as new ones?
ANN: It feels good to see people’s eyes light up when we play one of the classic songs they know and love. I always wonder how a song like “Crazy On You” hits the mind and soul of a 17-year-old in 2019…they seem to be as into it live as everyone else. When I think of the connection we continue to have with our very diverse audience, I am deeply grateful and always amazed!
NANCY: It’s an incredible feeling and a great compliment to see our loyal fans and the new generation of Heart fans at the shows. It speaks to the songs as well as giving a bigger sense of history to the younger ones. It’s authentic live music with no added prerecorded or auto tuned vocals or tracks blended in. No bells or whistles, smoke or mirrors. I think in many ways that’s a whole new thing for young kids who love music and they know the difference and appreciate it. It’s completely real.
HEART “LOVE ALIVE” 2019 TOUR DATES
About HEART:
When Ann and Nancy Wilson formed HEART , the idea of two women leading a rock band was still groundbreaking. From the moment 1976 ‘s Dreamboat Annie was released, they became stars. With hits like “Magic Man,” “Crazy On You,” “Barracuda,” “Alone,” “What About Love,” and “These Dreams,” the band became one of the biggest hit-makers in the seventies and eighties selling more than 35 million records . In 2012 , their memoir Kicking & Dreaming: A Story of Heart, Soul and Rock & Roll became a New York Times bestseller, and in 2013 the group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
About JOAN JETT & THE BLACKHEARTS:
Joan Jett is an originator, an innovator, and a visionary. As the leader of the hard- rocking Blackhearts, with whom she has become a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, she’s had eight platinum and gold albums and nine Top 40 singles, including the classics “Bad Reputation,” “I Love Rock ‘N’ Roll,” “I Hate Myself For Loving You,” and “Crimson and Clover.” Her independent record label, Blackheart Records, was founded in 1980 after she was rejected by no less than 23 labels. Blackheart is one of the longest running indie labels and continues to give voice to new bands. Jett has acted in movies and television, including 1987’s Light Of Day, and in a Tony-nominated Broadway musical, The Rocky Horror Show. She has appeared on such acclaimed television shows as Oprah (the last season) and Law and Order.
As a producer, she has overseen albums by Bikini Kill, Circus Lupus, as well as the Germs’ LA punk masterpiece, GI.
Her music has become a permanent force in mainstream culture. A version of “I Hate Myself for Loving You” was reworked for NBC’s Sunday Night Football theme song, “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night “, and was performed for 9 seasons by the likes of Pink, Faith Hill and Carrie Underwood . Her music is heard in countless films and TV shows including Easy – A, Kick Ass, The Runaways, Shrek, Baby Mama, and many more.
Since co-founding the Runaways, the pioneering all-girl punk quintet, at age 15, Jett’s determination and drive have kept her in the public eye. Jett was able to see her story told in The Runaways, the film based on (lead singer of The Runaways) Cherie Currie’s book Neon Angel starring Kristen Stewart as Jett, and her fellow A-lister Dakota Fanning as Currie. Jett was close to the project: She served as an executive producer. Jett and the Blackhearts released their latest record, ‘Unvarnished,’ in 2013 and continue touring the globe to throngs of adoring fans.
Joan Jett has spent her lifetime breaking barriers and challenging expectations – this is, after all, a woman who is both a spokesperson for PETA and a devoted supporter of the US Military. She’s fought hard for all of her historic accomplishments, yet she remains humble and appreciative.
“I’ve had a blessed career,” she says. “I consider myself so lucky to have been able to do things my own way.”
About SHERYL CROW :
A nine-time GRAMMY AWARD recipient, Sheryl Crow is an American music icon. Her nine studio albums have sold 35 million copies worldwide; seven of them charted in the Top 10 and five were certified for Multi-Platinum sales. In addition to such No. 1 hits as “All I Wanna Do,” “Soak Up the Sun” and “The First Cut Is the Deepest,” Crow has lofted 40 singles into the Billboard Hot 100, Adult Top 40, Adult Contemporary, Mainstream Top 40 and Hot Country Songs charts, with more No. 1 singles in the Triple A listings than any other female artist. Many artists have collaborated with her on special projects, including the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton , Smokey Robinson and Tony Bennett . She is known as well for her passionate support of multiple charities, including City Of Hope, Stand Up To Cancer, The World Food Program, Feeding America, ADOPT A CLASSROOM , the TJ Martell Foundation , the Elton John AIDS Foundation , MusiCares , the Special Olympics and many other worthy causes. Her most recent studio album, Be Myself, was released in 2017, followed by the live Blu-Ray/CD Live At The Capitol Theater in fall 2018. A brand-new full length studio album featuring collaborations with a stunning array of Crow’s musical heroes is scheduled for release in 2019. For more information, visit www.SherylCrow.com
About BRANDI CARLILE :
The most nominated woman at the 61st GRAMMY Awards, Brandi Carlile is currently celebrating a monumental year following the release of her breakthrough album, By The Way, I Forgive You . Nominated for Album Of The Year as well as Best Americana Album, the record features the stand out single, “The Joke,” which is nominated in four categories: Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best American Roots Song and Best American Roots Performance. Carlile performed during the live GRAMMY broadcast ( Sunday, February 10 ).
Produced by GRAMMY-Award winning producer Dave Cobb and Shooter Jennings and recorded at Nashville’s historic RCA Studio A, By The Way, I Forgive You includes ten new songs written by Carlile and longtime collaborators and bandmates Tim and Phil Hanseroth .
Beloved by fans and critics alike, Carlile has performed sold-out concerts across the world and has appeared on various TV shows including The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert , Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Tonight Show, etc. She will continue her extensive tour through 2019 including a special birthday performance at Quincy, WA’s The Gorge Amphitheater on June 1 as well as a debut headline performance at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on September 14. Full tour details available at www.brandicarlile.com .
About ELLE KING :
Multi-platinum and multi-Grammy-nominated recording artist Elle King recently released her critically-acclaimed second album, Shake The Spirit , the follow up to her debut album Love Stuff , a sultry, badass mix of rock and roll, blues, and country, with a twinge of pop. Her breakthrough single “Ex’s & Oh’s,” earned her two GRAMMY nominations and was certified double platinum. The track, about leaving behind a string of brokenhearted exes, hit No. 1 on Billboard ‘s Hot Rock Songs Chart, and topped the AAA, Hot AC, and Alternative Radio charts, leading King to become the second female artist in 18 years to reach No. 1 at the latter format. She was also featured on Dierks Bentley’s GRAMMY-nominated No. 1 Country Airplay hit “Different For Girls” (she performed it with Bentley at the CMA Awards and took home an award for “Musical Event of the Year”). King also performed for President Obama in honor of Mavis Staples at the 2016 Kennedy Center Honors.
Shake The Spirit features lead single “Shame,” which became her fourth radio #1 single and led Elle to become the only act in history to have scored number 1 singles on the Adult Pop Songs, Adult Alternative Songs, Alternative Songs and Country Airplay charts. Her new single “ Baby Outlaw ,” is currently Top 15 at AAA Radio. Rolling Stone wrote of her Austin City Limits live set: “Elle King is a little bit country, a little bit rock n’ roll, but ultimately, she’s punk as f***.” Variety wrote of her Philadelphia Shake The Spirit tour date “…King churned the clotted cream of punkish country, raw R&B, crotchety rock and deep blues into rich, buttery musical drama with her band, The Brethren.. (she) belted, crooned, purred, sauntered and swaggered her way through a tautly rocking set…one thing became very clear: nearly every song that came before (the finale) was equally contagious, catty-cool, and hit-worthy.”
Elle King has appeared on Good Morning America, Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Live with Kelly and Ryan, and The Late Late Show with James Corden in support of her new album Shake The Spirit. Visit www.elleking.com for more.

Aerosmith has announced the rescheduled dates for the “Peace Out” farewell tour, which was abruptly postponed last September because of singer Steven Tyler ‘s ongoing vocal cord and larynx problems.
The singer’s doctor said last year that Tyler, “in addition to the damage to his vocal cords, fractured his larynx, which requires ongoing care. He is receiving the best medical treatment available to ensure his recovery is swift, but given the nature of a fracture, he is being told patience is essential.”
