AVOID TUI STORE WESTGATE MANSFIELD

A very incompetent team are based within this store, especially "Abbey" who is their customer complaints manager. They're only interested in taking your money. Totally ruined our family holiday through their own incompetence, & offered no compensation. They did something similar to one of my neighbours, so I strongly advise you to spend your hard earned cash elsewhere!
