During the hike you will learn all about the muskox, other animals and the history and culture of Dovrefjell. This trip is offered for groups of 2-10 people, and you share the guide with other participants. The hike is 6-12km, and takes about 5-6 hours. Due to the conditions and ascent along the way, it is recommended to use snowshoes.

We run musk ox safaris from June to September, and a safari last about six hours. You will be guided by local tour guides from Moskus Safari Dovrefjell in the search for the musk oxen at Dovrefjell. The trips fit everyone, is a 7-15 km walk and lasts about 6 hours, depending on the weather and how fit the members of the group are.
