The Disney Wish Concierge rooms are the most luxurious accommodations with spectacular ocean views and premium amenities and services. The rooms include access to the Concierge Private Sun Deck and Concierge Lounge and quick access to the excitement of the upper decks.

We are honoured to welcome you onboard the beautiful Disney Wish. Below you will find the list of special offerings available for our Concierge Guests. During this magical vacation, we will be your main point of contact for any inquiries or needs. We will also be able to assist you in making reservations, bookings, or any other special arrangements.

The Concierge Lounge & Sundeck

Opening Hours – 7:00am to 10:00pm daily, located on Deck 12 & 13 Forward

The Concierge Lounge is for those guests staying in our Concierge Staterooms and is also home to an exclusive Sundeck with hot tubs, lounger chairs & wading pool.

What’s on the Celebrity Cruises Concierge Class Lunch menu?

You can feast on an array of choices at the Welcome Aboard Concierge Class Lunch, beating the midday rush for delicious eats in the main dining room. Start with creamy butternut soup or a Caesar salad as an appetizer.

For mains, you’ll have your pick of roast salmon with fingerling potatoes and spinach, Moroccan braised short ribs on a bed of couscous, or grilled chicken paillard with french fries and a tasty shallot vinaigrette.

For the vegetarians in your group, try the whole wheat penne pasta.

Dessert is extra sweet while on vacation. Choose between dulce de leche and chocolate fudge cake or a warm slice of apple pie a la mode with vanilla bean gelato and candied walnuts.

What time is the Concierge Class Lunch?

On embarkation day, Concierge Class guests can enjoy an exclusive welcome lunch. You’ll have your pick of dining options in the Main Restaurant onboard the ship.

While there’s no shortage of dining choices available throughout the ship, at the Concierge Class Luncheon, you’ll find a more intimate setting where you can meet and mingle with fellow cruisers. Get to know your stateroom “neighbors” and new friends alike.

The luncheon typically ends around 2 p.m. on embarkation day, so be sure to select an early boarding time in the app when checking in.

In January, we sailed on MSC Meraviglia for a 9-night cruise. Each night, we dined at the private Top Sail Restaurant – exclusive to Yacht Club guests. Because food is such an important part of our cruise experience, we captured every dinner menu to share with you.

To make it easier to digest (see what I did there!!), we’ve split the 9 dinners into 3 separate pages, complete with photos of the food. Scroll down to see just how well we ate during the course of our cruise!

MSC Yacht Club – Night One Dinner Menu

For our first dinner in the Yacht Club Top Sail Lounge, we each enjoyed multiple starters and entrées. We both ended our meal with the Tiramisu.

I got the Nordic Salad and the Fire-Roasted Tomato Cream Soup as my Starters. Because I couldn’t decide on my meal, I got two: the Tortellini Stuffed with Asparagus and Mascarpone Cheese along with the Punjabi Tadka.

MSC Yacht Club – Night Two Dinner Menu

The second night in the Top Sail Lounge was the Gala Dinner (aka, Formal Night). There were so many wonderful options on the menu, and we, once again, each ordered several appetizers!

I ordered the Williams Salad and Burgundy Snails (fun fact: escargot is one of my favorite starters). For my entrée, I ordered the Champagne Risotto. While I won’t rehash our Yacht Club Food Review on YouTube here, let’s just say it was one of the best dishes I had in the Yacht Club. I ended my meal with the Crepes Suzette.

MSC Yacht Club – Night Three Dinner Menu

Our third dinner in the Yacht Club’s Top Sail Lounge was no different than our previous nights; we couldn’t decide what to order! So, both Rocky and I each got several appetizers. I stuck with the risotto for my main as I enjoyed it so much the previous night and I finished off with the evening’s featured dessert.

To start, I had the Cream of Argenteuil Asparagus Soup from the “Deliciously Healthy” section of the menu. Side note: I find it kind of funny that the Deliciously Healthy section is placed directly under the full Desserts menu. haha

I also enjoyed the fried Asiago Cheese Fritters (definitely not from the Deliciously Healthy section). For my main, I ordered the Truffle Risotto. Again, I don’t want to give too much away, but WOW. This was fantastic; I highly recommend. Finally, for dessert I ordered the Cherries Jubilee which was flambéed by the maître d’. Extra points for both presentation and flavor. Once again, another highly recommended dish.

Haven Pillow Menu?

I’m assuming with COVID health changes the Haven on the Joy (sailing 5/8) will NOT have the Pillow Menu available.  Anyone know for sure?

except for a reduction in choices (i think they are down to four now), there has been no change. pillow menu is still a haven perk, although they may not have an actual printed "menu." in my experience, most ships no longer offer the "climarelle" cooling pillow, but memory foam is still available.

What does Covid have to do with pillow menu offerings?

We were offered either down/feather, extra firm or memory foam by our Pre- Concierge for upcoming Bliss cruise. We did request extra pillows and blankets, as this is a cruise to Alaska.

Good to know.

We decided to do this sailing last minute, less than 30 days. Prices were discounted and we could not pass it up.  So, no letter or luggage tags. Just received email with phone number for Pre Concierge.  When reviewing this, I realize it may be outdated. No H designation. We are in H5 cabin.

Haven suites do not get water etc. Owners Suite does get water, sodas and choice of liquor .  

I loved the memory foam pillow so much I bought one after the cruise!

We are  not  on the Joy, but got a memo from the cruise line

Those are some great options! We leave on the Encore in about a week for our 1st cruise. How close to your sailing did you receive that email? 

Somewhat surprised that they offer soda as that otherwise would only be available with the beverage package. 

When you meet your butler or room steward, just ask them what choices are available. 

We do that when we are in our room and have never been disappointed

Hi!  For the folks who have gotten the memory foam pillow, was it the flat kind or the kind with the hump (like for your neck)?  We prefer the flat kind but I didn't want to order it and get the wrong one.  TIA!

This is the kind of memory foam that was on the Escape in the Haven at end-January.

When does the pre-cruise concierge contact you before the sailing? I am in a suite and leaving in 12 days, I haven't heard anything. I am on Norwegian Star which doesn't have the Haven, does that make a difference?

That does make a difference unless you are in an Owners Suite or higher. The Star does not have a Haven. Your experience will be similar to suites on Princess and some RCCL cruises. You’ll have access to a specialty restaurant for lunch and breakfast, have a butler who gives you daily treats, priority embark- disembarkation and and have access to a concierge but that’s about it.

Our friends had traveled on a Celebrity cruise and had enjoyed the pillows very much. They bought them and told us about them. We bought them and are very happy with them. We had been using the pillows made by the guy who named himself after the thing you put your head down on to sleep at night. We truly like the Exhale pillows MUCH more than his. So happy I ordered these pillows! They are the perfect combo of soft and firm. I have been sleeping better and waking with less soreness in my neck. I was previously sleeping with a memory foam pillow that was just way too firm. This is so much better! Please note that these pillows come flat in a vacuum-sealed bag. They puff up nicely when you take them out.

I am quite nervous buying pillows, having had bad luck in the past. These are amazing. My old pillows I would constantly rearrange for neck support. The ones from other companies were like sleeping on pebbles, or just lost their firmness after one wash. After buying these I have thrown all my old pillows away and am purchasing these as replacements 🙂

These pillows are lovely! I use them as decor pillows on my bed, and then as “hugging pillows” to sleep with. So I can’t speak to the support as a head or neck pillow. But I can say these are the biggest, fluffiest, softest pillows I’ve ever owned! As soon as I got them I threw them in the dryer with some tennis balls, and they fluffed up so much that I literally had to stuff them into my king size pillowcases! So ridiculously comfy. We’ve had them a little while now and they’re still nice and fluffy, haven’t flattened at all

Passengers aboard a Celebrity Apex cruise to the Caribbean this month were surprised when it turned out that 500 were all from Canada's easternmost province, said reports.

The cruise, which left Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on April 6 to sail around the Caribbean, hosted 3,000 guests of which 250 couples, came from Newfoundland, or were Newfoundlanders living in other parts of the world.

Passenger Pam Pardy, told CBC News that she had been amused by how frequently she heard the distinct Newfoundland accent and local phrases when walking around the ship.

"You get your lounge chair and the girl next to us dropped her sunglasses, and she goes, 'Oh me glasses, I can't leave they' — everybody understood what everybody else was saying," Pardy said, per CBC.

She told CBC that she had booked the trip more than a year in advance, though she later learned from her travel agent that a large group of Newfoundlanders had also booked on to the same cruise.

"From what I understand, it was just a total fluke," Pardy said.

Pardy admitted that her first thought of vacationing on a ship with her fellow Newfoundlanders filled her with dread. "I was kind of like, 'Oh God, that's going to be horrible," she told BBC News.

But the sense of community between the guests, Pardy said, was special and unique. "There was something familiar and comforting, but at the same time exotic," she told the BBC, adding the weather in Newfoundland is "a real big drag."

On the last night of the voyage, the Newfoundlanders gathered on the deck to take a group picture and sing the Ode to Newfoundland, the province's official anthem.
