Granville island was awesome. But all the stops we saw were magnificent and educational. The Vancouver sightseeing was lovely although we did not make it to the Capilano suspension bridge. Great place to bring elderly parents. Very shady, mostly flat paths. Suspension bridge was challenging for them but overall stable to cross. My 82 year old father and 76 year old mother crossed the suspension bridge and did very well! Lots of shady paths and certain places to sit. We stayed for the raptor presentation and loved it. Granville Island

Cross the bridge onto Granville Island. Situated in the heart of the city, this little peninsula is home to a quaint public market featuring fresh produce, artisanal foods, and unique crafts. You’ll easily be able to fill your days hopping from district to district in search of good food, great attractions, and impressive scenery. Easy to get around on foot, via public transportation, or by car, you’ll have many options to explore all that awaits you. Wake up your taste buds with some strong coffee in Gastown before hopping on a ferry over to Granville Island, where you can have your fill of delicious local cuisine from baked goods to specialty food items. For those with an appetite for international cuisine, be sure to swing by Chinatown – the largest of its kind in Canada. After lunch, enjoy a leisurely stroll through Stanley Park, home to the Vancouver Aquarium, a display of First Nation totem poles and more. A quick 20-minute drive out of the city will take you to the Capilano Suspension Bridge to test your fear of heights in the great Canadian outdoors. Grouse Mountain is also a short 30-minute drive and offers one of the best views of Vancouver at the end of either a hike or a quick ride to the top on North America’s largest aerial tramway. Stanley Park : Surrounded by the Burrard Inlet and English Bay, this park is so huge they offer a hop-on, hop-off trolley to get around. While the park has over 17 miles of trails to keep you healthy, there's also a heated, outdoor pool, water park, the Vancouver Aquarium and even an exhibit of First Nation totem poles to check out.

Capilano Suspension Bridge : Spanning 459-feet long and 229-feet above a scenic river valley, Capilano Suspension Bridge is an outdoor haven waiting for the brave and adventurous.

The Comfort Inn is ideal for a Downtown family experience. Close to attractions like Vancouver Art Gallery and in the center of the Entertainment District, it's perfectly located. Just take the Canada Line Skytrain from the airport and you'll be on the hotel's doorstep in 30 mins.

Fantastic trip. Saw so many wonderful places. Its a whistle stop tour of the Rockies and you cover a lot of miles. The lakes are amazing and the glaciers too. All the hotels were great and a super guide with us all the time. Highly recommend this trip

Our tour guide and group were amazing. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and kind. However I wasn’t too happy with the tour. I understand it is a low season, but many things were canceled or unavailable. The biggest disappointment was not going to a First Nations village. The reason was a flood that happened either last year or this summer. That should have been disclosed on the website before we made a decision to book the tour. That being said, other things we did do and see were incredible.

This was an excellent trip and an amazing experience. The tour was incredibly well organized and our guides Will and Simon did a fantastic job throughout the week. Over the five days we got to see some truly beautiful sites throughout the Rockies and learn a lot about the stories and the history behind them. Even during the times where we were only driving, our tour guide Will provided us with many insights on the views around us. We got to learn about the mountains and lakes we passed by, as well as the ones we visited. Our accommodations were all very nice and conformable and the drives from place to place were beautiful sights on every road. Not only was our guide Will and excellent driver, he also would make sure to stop and slow down when someone spotted wildlife so everyone can see. Simon was a great co-pilot and always made sure to go through the bus to make sure everyone was comfortable during the long drives. Each hotel we stayed at was cozy and safe, with great locations. Both Will and Simon were very personable and kind men who were always interested in getting to know every person on this trip and ensuring they were having a good time. They both made it very easy to loosen up and get to know the other people around us, making new friends and having great experiences. Overall I had the best time on this trip, would definitely recommend and hope to go on another in the future.

Top notch treatment. Very accommodating. Meals were very good to excellent. Gave us some options when a few excursions were rained out. Guide took time to get to know you on a personal level.

We had a fab time on the Moose tour! The tour was really well planned every day, and our guide Lee took us to all the best viewpoints and hikes off the beaten tourist tracks. The drive up the ice fields parkway, staying at the rampart creek hostel overnight with a sauna and dip in the creek, as well as spotting bears at the side of the road, was a particular highlight for me. Hostels all really good and a really fun bunch of people too. Would definitely recommend!

Via Railway Experience｜5-Day Vancouver to Rockies Railway Full Experience Tour Departure

We enjoyed our tour very much, the sights were beautiful, staff we well informed. A highlight for us was the optional evening photographic tour. The only thing stopping me from giving five stars was the last day felt very rushed, especially at the Banff gondola as the queue to get on took half an hour and not enough time allocated to our lunch at the Lake Louise Chateau, we had to ask the waitress to bring out the dessert while we were eating the main as we only had 15 minutes until the bus left. Allocate a bit more time for those things and you will get five stars.

Itinerary was great, scenery was beautiful, and our guide was fun. I was the only male in the group with my wife and 11 other females and it worked out fine. Everyone was very congenial, and the diversity of the group added to the experience. Only thing I would change would be the accommodations in Vancouver. While the hotel was fine it was very far from the downtown and sights, so we spent most of our time the last day in the van in traffic. Overall, it was a fantastic trip.
