Anybody can drive a Seakart, as it does not require any swimming or driving skills; but only under the supervision of a licensed instructor. Unlike jet skis and speed boards, you can drive the Seakart deeper into the sea. The 20 minutes, 5-6 km ride starts from the Corbyn’s Cove Beach, at Port Blair, through to the Flag Point, near Ross Island, and back. A must-do on your Andaman tour packages.

The Limestone Caves excursion starts from Port Blair, through 100 km of a lush rainforest reserve. A vehicle ferry will take you from Middle Strait to Baratang Island. The Dormant Volcano of Narcondam Island:

256 km northeast of Port Blair is the dormant volcano of Narcondam Island. ‘Narcondam’ is coined from the word of the Tamil language - ‘Naraka Kundam’, or the pit of hell. As per the Andaman Island authorities, it is a wildlife sanctuary and a protected reserve. The Narcondam Hornbill is endemic to the island, along with Narcondam small flying fox and other species of birds and animals. Divers can explore the massive barrel sponges, huge gorgonian fans, and lush soft corals.

The Active Mud Volcanoes of Andaman Islands:

A mud volcano is caused by the eruption of hot mud, slurries, gases, and water from the ground, forming a dome-like mud structure.

Turtle Nesting:

Close to Diglipur town is the Kalipur beach, which is world-famous, as the nesting site for four highly endangered species of turtles, viz. – Olive Ridley, Leather Back, Hawk Bill, and Green Turtles. Cellular Jail: The Cellular Jail, also known as 'Kala Pani' is an old colonial prison situated in Port Blair. Constructed by the Britishers during their colonial rule in India, the jail was used particularly to exile Indian political prisoners. The jail complex is now owned by the Government of India and it is recognised as the national memorial monument that showcases the life of prisoners during the British era. A light and sound show is held here every evening. Ross Island: Ross Island is an uninhabited island, located just 2 kilometres east of Port Blair. At first sight of the island, it is tough to believe that this abandoned place was once the seat of British power and housed everything from a bazaar, a church, stores, bakery, a water treatment plant, tennis court, printing press, secretariat, hospital, cemetery and other vital institutions. Today, everything has disappeared except a few buildings, which housed some of these landmarks. Andaman tourism opens.

Andaman Tourism Opens: The Andaman & Nicobar administration has announced that all tourist spots in the South Andaman district will be opened for tourism activities with immediate effect 8 Feb 2022.

RT PCR report on arrival

A negative RT PCR report has to be presented by all passengers on arrival.

What is the advisory to travel to North & Middle Andaman District?

The tourists are allowed to visit Baratang/North & Middle Andaman on production of double dose covid certificate/ All other passengers viz. unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers (those who have taken only 1S1 dose of COVID vaccine) shall have to produce RT-PCR negative test report

• All asymptomatic fully vaccinated persons coming to these islands from mainland are  exempted  from the requirement of carrying RT-PCR negative test report,irrespective of the type of vaccine received and country of origin. Such fullyvaccinated individuals shall produce the final vaccination certificate at the origin airport ,  sea port in the mainland and at Port Blair Airport / sea port.
• Alt asymptomatic children below 5 years of age are exempted from carrying RT-PCR negative test report and further RT-PCR testing at Port Blair Airport.
• All other passengers viz. unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers (those who have taken only 1S1 dose of COVID vaccine) shall have to produce RT-PCR negative test report to travel to Port Blair from the mainland, as is the practice now. Such an RT-PCR test should have been taken within 48 hours prior to commencement of journey from the origin airport connecting Port Blair. Such passengers will also have to undergo additional RT-PCR test on arrival at Port Blair. Such passengers shall remain in self-quarantine till the arrival of the test report.
• If a passenger on arrival is tested positive then, the prescribed quarantine protocol is to be followed.
• All Airlines shall ensure strict compliance of this order and observance of COVID Appropriate Behaviour. Any non-compliance shall invite action under Disaster Management Act and other applicable laws. 

General Guidelines defined for traveling to Andaman Islands during COVID :

• The Tourism Activities are permitted only in South Andaman & North & Middle Andaman District except Nicobar District.
• Persons above 65 years of age, persons with home co-morbidities, pregnant women and children below the age of 10 years advised not to travel for tourism purposes.
• Tourists/Visitors who are at higher risk due to some medical history are advised to take extra precautions.
• Tourists/visitors shall minimize contact with other staff and visitors as far as possible and zero contact policy should be followed at all tourist destinations.
• All tourists/visitors shall be briefed by the hotel concerned about do’s & don’ts to be mandatorily followed during their stay and movements.
• While travelling tourists/visitors should wear a face mask and carry their own sanitizer and wet wipes for personal use.
• At all tourist destinations, staff must wear face masks and wash/sanitize hands regularly while performing their duties.
• Arogya Setu App shall be mandatory for all incoming tourists/visitors.
• Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly after use.
• The tourists/visitors on arrival at Port Blair airport have to undergo mandatory Covid-19 screening with RTPCR test free of cost. Thereafter the tourists/ visitors are allowed to move to their respective hotels. However, they will have to be under quarantine at Port Blair in their hotel rooms until the result of RTPCR tests are received. In case of RTPCR positive test results, the tourists/visitors shall remain in institutional quarantine in hotels notified by the Hoteliers Association in consent with the A&%N Administration, on rate as specified or to the designated hospital/ Covid 19 care centre on case to case basis.

What are the guidelines for testing for tourists coming to Andaman after August 03 2021?

On arrival at Port Blair : 1. The tourists need to carry COVID-19 negative test report from mainland based 1CMR approved lab using Reverse Transcriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RTPCR). However, the sample for RTPCR test should have been taken within 48 hours prior to starting the journey from the origin station. (For e.g. if the tourist takes a flight from Delhi at 0600 hrs. on 1st September, 2021, the sample for RTPCR test should have been taken not before 0600 hrs. on 30th August, 2021). 2. The tourists/visitors on arrival at Port Blair airport have to undergo mandatory Covid-19 screening with RTPCR test free of cost. Thereafter the tourists/visitors are allowed to move to their respective hotels. However, they will have to be under quarantine at Port Blair in their hotel rooms until the result of RTPCR tests are received. In case of RTPCR positive test results, the tourists/visitors shall remain in institutional quarantine in hotels notified by the Hoteliers Association in consent with the A&N Administration, on rates as specified or to the designated hospital/ Covid-19 care centre on case-to-case basis.

3. Tourists may also have to undergo random Rapid Antigen Test conducted from time to time on payment basis as prescribed by A8N Administration.

What if the tourists test positive after arriving at the Andaman Islands?

If the tourists tests positive during their stay in the Islands, he/she will need to undergo institutional isolation as per existing health protocols. The cost of such isolation for govt. facility will be paid by the tourists as fixed by the administration from time to time. If the patient wants to stay at hotels, he/she can stay in the hotels if all the conditions below are met: a) Patients are not symptomatic and not more than 60 years old. b) Request/ undertaking is made by patient in writing. c)lf allowed by doctors. Hotels will make necessary arrangements to designate a part of their rooms for institutional isolation for this purpose.

• Regular flights to Port Blair (the capital of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands) are operational now.
• There are direct flights from Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, and Delhi.
• Public transports like cabs, taxis, and bus services are also functional.

Day wise andaman tour from chennai.

Andaman package cost from Chennai varies on a lot of factors such as flight, hotels, number of places, number of travelers, food, activity, language and various other factors that a person traveling from Chennai might have. Day 1 - Arrival from Chennai - Usually the flight from Chennai comes early hours around 8 AM or 10:45 AM. Sometimes in case of a connecting flight, you will be reaching around 2 PM To Port Blair airport.   

After you reach Port Blair airport our team will attend to you at the airport first and take you to your hotel to check-in.  

Post this we, start our visit to cover 

Cellular Jail - National memorial and one of the most visited places in Port Blair  

Anthropological Museum - Check out the life of tribal people at this museum and learn from them. Its a good place to know about Andaman.

Chatham Saw Mill - One of the oldest saw mill in Asia. Woods from across Andaman comes to this place for cutting.

Then we go for lunch at a Veg / Non-Veg restaurant as per preference.

Post lunch we visit a beautiful beach at Port Blair called Corbyns Cove beach. This beach is famous for sightseeing, local life, water activities, food stalls and photoshoot. You can spend time here and enjoy the place and if you want to do any water activities that can also be done here.

Experience Andamans team will be available at Corbyns Cove beach and all other sightseeing places to assist you.  

Post this we visit the Light and Sound show at Cellular Jail and see the show. Since many travelers coming from Chennai don't know Hindi, you can update our team that you wish to see the English show and we will book english show.

After a lovely day we drop you back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 - We move from Port Blair to Havelock Island on a private cruise that is high speed and then cover the Radhanagar beach at Havelock

On this day we visit Havelock Island also known as Swaraj Dweep. This island is unique and is loved by everyone. The morning ferry is taken from Port Blair to Havelock Island so that you get more time at Havelock. Our team attends to you at Havelock Island and drop you at your hotel.  

Check in to a lovely beachside property and get relaxed. Your Andaman beach vacation couldn't be complete without visiting this island. You would have seen many beaches in Chennai, however, beaches in the Andaman Islands are of next level and clean. Every island in Andaman has a unique beach and offers a different experience. Among all the beaches in Andaman, Radhanagar beach is one of the best. Post lunch we head to the blue flag-certified beach, Radhanagar Beach. This beach has white sand and is very clean and nice. You can swim and enjoy the beauty of this place.  

Refreshments and changing rooms are available around the beach for you to enjoy.

We stay here until sunset and then head back to our hotel at Havelock Island for our overnight stay.

Day 3 - Today we will cover the water sports hub of Andaman, Elephant Beach and do Snorkeling  

Morning, we head to Elephant beach at Havelock Island on a boat where various water sports activities are available. Each of these activities provides different kind of experience and based on your comfort you can select one of them  

The various water sports activities available at this place are :

• Deep sea snorkeling
• Jet Ski Ride
• Banana boat ride
• Parasailing 
• Glass bottom boat ride
• Semi submarine
• Turner rides
• Couple rides

Complimentary snorkeling is provided at Elephant beach, however, you can select other rides on the sport when you are at Elephant beach

We follow the same route while coming back from Elephant beach. Upon reaching Elephant beach our team will attend and drop you at your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 - We cover sunrise at Kalapathar beach and then do Scuba Diving. Evening Return to Port Blair

Post the sunrise we head to Beach Number 3 to do Scuba Diving at Havelock Island - There are 2 kinds of diving for beginners one is shore diving and other is boat diving. Both the diving experience is good and you get your photos and videos from the dive. Boat diving at Havelock Island is a little more expensive than shore diving.

A guide accompanies you underwater during the dive program.

Once your Scuba Diving session gets over we return back to our hotel and pack our bags to move back to Port Blair.  

We then return back from Havelock to Port Blair by ferry at 3 PM. On reaching Port Blair, Experience Andamans team assists you and drops you back to your hotel for overnight stay.  

Day 5 - Departure from the Andaman Islands with memories of your travel.

Those who want to spend more time in the Andaman Islands can add the Baratang trip on Day 5 and the departure can be on Day 6.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Fly to Moscow

Welcome to Moscow - the capital and the largest city of Russia. On arrival, you will be met by your tour Manager / Local Representative outside the custom area who will welcome you and take you to your hotel for check -in (Check-in time is after 3.00 pm). Overnight at the hotel in Moscow.

Day 2 : Visit to the Kremlin Guided City Tour of Moscow Enjoy a Famous Russian Circus in Moscow

After a continental breakfast, we first take you to visit the Kremlin, the very heart of Russia. Our visit to the Kremlin include Patriarch’s Palace, Terem Palace and Cathedral Square, which houses many churches with exquisite golden domes. Later, on a city tour of Moscow, we visit the world famous Red Square. Next, see Leo Tolstoy Street, Triumphal Arch, White House, Arbat Square, Boulevard Ring, Tverskaya Street and Manezh Square. Later, visit the Metro station of Moscow often called ‘the people’s palaces’, for their elegant designs, lavish and profuse use of marble, mosaics, sculptures and chandeliers. As a grand finale of your Moscow experience, enjoy a performance at the famous Russian Circus. Overnight at the hotel in Moscow.

Day 3 : High - Speed Train to St. Petersburg Guided City Tour of St. Petersburg Visit to St. Isaac’s Cathe

After a continental breakfast, we check out and proceed to the train station for our High Speed train to St. Petersburg. On arrival proceed to a restaurant for a breakfast. Later, we take you on a guided city tour of St. Petersburg, known as ‘Northern Venice’. We drive along the ‘Great Perspective’ famous today as Nevsky Prospect, lined with marble palaces of Russian royalty and aristocracy. Visit Issac’s Cathedral - the main church of the Russian Empire. Later, visit to The Peter and Paul Fortress - the original citadel of St. Petersburg, Russia, founded by Peter the Great in 1703 and built to Domenico Trezzini’s designs from 1706-1740. Later, we proceed to the hotel for your check-in. Overnight at the hotel in St. Petersburg.

Day 4 : Visit Catherine Palace & Park at Pushkin Visit to Hermitage Museum Visit to a Russian Folklore show

After a continental breakfast, we proceed to Catherine Palace. See the spacious airy ballroom, the "Grand Hall" or the "Hall of Lights", with a spectacular painted ceiling, and comprises numerous distinctively decorated smaller rooms, including the reproduced Amber Room. As we enter the palace, we can sense the spirit of the times of Empresses Elizabeth and Catherine II and admire unique works of fine and applied art. St. Petersburg Next, we proceed to visit the Hermitage Museum. The gigantic collection of nearly three million objects of the Heritage Museum, ranked as one of the world’s major museums. Tonight, we discover traditional Russian dance and music during an elegant reception at the Russian Folklore show. Overnight at the hotel in St. Petersburg.

Day 5 : Fly to Helsinki

Begin your ‘All of Scandinavia’ Tour. Welcome to Helsinki - the capital Finland. On arrival, you will be met by your Tour Manager / Local Representative outside the customs area, who will welcome you and take you to your hotel (Check-in time is after 3.00 pm). Overnight at the hotel in Helsinki.

Day 6 : Guided City Tour of Helsinki Visit to Helsinki Cathedral and Uspensky Cathedral Overnight Ferry

After a buffet breakfast, we check out of the hotel and proceed on a guided city tour of Helsinki. See the important and interesting parts of Helsinki - Presidential Palace, Lutheran Church, Senate Square, Opera House and Sibelius Park. Later, we visit to Helsinki Cathedral & Uspenski cathedral. Helsinki cathedral is an Evangelic Lutheran church, and for many it is the symbol of Helsinki and The Uspenski Cathedral is a Russian Orthodox cathedral on the Katajanokka peninsula in Helsinki. It is the largest Orthodox church in western Europe. Later, we board the Overnight Ferry to Stockholm. Overnight on board the Ferry (Sea View Cabin).

Day 7 : Arrive into Stockholm Guided City Tour of Stockholm Visit to the Vasa Museum and Royal Palace

After a buffet breakfast, we disembark our Ferry and proceed on a guided city tour of Stockholm. Welcome to Stockholm - the Capital and largest city of capital of Sweden. Built on 14 Islands, you are never far from the water in Stockholm. See the City Hall, Opera House and Alfred Nobel’s House. Next, we proceed to visit the famous Vasa Museum - Sweden’s most visited museum enshrining the warship Vasa, sunk inside Stockholm harbour while on her maiden voyage in 1628. The ship was built to the order of the great Vasa king, Gustavus Adolphus, and was the most powerful war galleon. Later, we visit Royal Palace home of the Swedish royal family. The Palace houses several of the greatest and most interesting sights in Stockholm - the Royal Apartments, the Hall of State and much more. Overnight at the hotel in Stockholm.

Day 8 : Visit Skansen Open Air Museum with Zoo Visit to The Stockholm City Hall

After a buffet breakfast, we proceed to Skansen Open Air Museum. At Skansen you can learn about traditional crafts and traditions. This is the place to visit historic Sweden in miniature. 150 farms and dwellings from different parts of the country were disassembled and transported here. You’ll find charming town districts with glass blowing, pottery, a tinsmith’s workshop and a bakery, a goldcolored manor house, the Skogaholm manor house, the beautiful eighteenth-century Seglora wooden church and the The museum shop is a must for fans of traditional handicrafts. There is also a terrarium, a monkey house and a children’s zoo. It is primarily the Scandinavian animal world that is represented here, with Swedish native breeds and Nordic wild animals such as bears, wolves, seals and moose. Later, visit to the Stockholm City Hall - one of Sweden’s most famous buildings. It houses officesfor 200 people including the Municipal Council, and is also famous for its grand ceremonial halls and unique art pieces. The Stockholm City Hall is the venue of the Nobel Prize banquet held on 10 December each year. Overnight at the hotel in Stockholm.

Day 9 : Flight to Bergen Guided City Tour of Bergen Experience the Fløibanen Funicular Ride in Bergen

After a buffet breakfast, we check-out of the hotel and drive to the airport for your flight to Bergen. Bergen is located in the county of Hordaland on the southwestern coast of Norway. Its city center is situated among a group of mountains known as "De Syv Fjell" and it is the second largest city in Norway. On arrival, we begin our guided panoramic city tour of Bergen, including a visit to the popular Fish and Flower Market, the famous Bryggen Harbour with its gabled houses, and the old Hanseatic Quarter. Later, we proceed to The Floibanen Funicular in Bergen which is one of the most popular attractions in all of Norway. The funicular ride up to the top of Floyen mountain (320 meters above sea level) takes 5-6 minutes. The ride itself is spectacular and the views of Bergen only improve the closer you get to the top. Once at the top of the funicular, you can choose from a vast number of hikes over the mountain. There is also a café and restaurant with breathtaking views. Overnight at the hotel in Bergen.

Day 10 : Onto Gudvangen Cruise on Sogenefjord to Flam Enjoy Scenic Flamsbana train Ride Flam - Myrdal - Flam

After a buffet breakfast, we check-out of the hotel and drive to Gudvangen to take a leisurely Cruise on one of the Norway’s most famous and splendid Fjords, the Sognefjord to Flam. Upon arrival, soak in the spectacular natural beauty, peace and harmony. We, then transfer you to the Flam railway station to board Scenic Flamsbana train to enjoy the most beautiful train journey in the world Flam - Myrdal - Flam. This train ride will give you the breathtaking experience of Norway. See the magnificent Kjosfossen Waterfall. On arrival, join your coach and drive to Oslo - located at the end of a 100 kilometre long fjord and surrounded by green hills and a vast forest area. It is the capital and largest city of Norway. Overnight at the hotel in Oslo.

Day 11 : Guided City Tour of Oslo Visit Vigeland Park and Viking Museum

After a buffet breakfast, we proceed on a guided city tour of Oslo. See Parliament Square, National Galleries, Karl Johan shopping street, Royal Palace and Akershus Castle, The Norwegian Defence Museum, City Hall and visit Vigeland Park. Day 12 : Orientation Tour of Malmo Drive to Copenhagen across the Famous Öresund Bridge

After a buffet breakfast, we check-out of the hotel and drive to Copenhagen. En-route we bypass the cities of Gothenburg and Malmo in Sweden. On reaching Sweden’s third largest city Malmo, we proceed on Orientation tour of Malmo city. See Sankt Petri church, Malmo Opera & Music theater, Gustav Adolf square and City hall. Later we drive on the Öresund bridge. The 16 km bridge and tunnel links, Malmö with Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen the capital and largest city of Denmark. Day 13 : Guided City Tour of Copenhagen Visit to Carlsberg Brewery Visit to Tivoli Garden
