A splendid trip- recommend

A very well organised trip by Magnetic North. Exceptional viewing of the northern lights at Malangen. Very good trips from the hotel feeding the reindeer and dog sledding particular fun. The food was good especially breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a cabin which was well furnished, super clean and well maintained. Recommend highly. Many thanks 😊

We had a great trip through Norway

We had a great trip through Norway, there were a few minor hiccups with cabins on our Hurtigruten ferry, which we were able to change / upgrade. While our hotel in Bergen was nice and well located the room was average with poor ventilation and a non functioning fridge. The bike ride in the Lofoten Islands was very good but again some hiccups with baggage transfers which could have been better managed, by Discover Norway provider of the bike tour. The structure and recommendations from Magnetic North and the agent Matt worked well.

Turned a tragic time into something beautiful

My wife, Dawn, died suddenly on the 20th December 2023, leaving me I am now the single parent to a six-year-old daughter, Aurora That year, we had planned to take Aurora on a trip to see Santa in Lapland, but with a combination of her passport needing to be renewed and the planned public sector strikes in the UK, we had already decided to wait until 2024 when tragedy struck With Aurora's passport renewed, I found and decyphered Dawn's notes on our planned trip. Magnetic North was at the top of her short list of providers. I had always trusted her judgement and, once again, I was right Magnetic North planned everything and got everything right. The combination of the Magnetic North app and the personal rep meant that we had complete confidence in the flights and connections Aurora got to meet Santa in Lapland, play with husky puppies, learn to ski and have a snowmobile ride - just as her mother had planned. Aurora didn't manage to see an aurora, but even Magnetic North can't control solar activity I wholeheartedly recommend them

Norway holiday

Annie from Magnetic North put together a fabulous Norway holiday for us. She listened and worked closely with us to create a dream holiday. Everything ran really smoothly and the accommodation was amazing. The app was easy to use and the WhatsApp group reassuring should anything go wrong, which it didn’t.

Fantastic holiday!

I was recommended Magnetic North by a friend when I was planning a trip to Norway for my elderly mother and myself. I wasn’t disappointed with the service I got! I explained what we had in mind and Annie put together an itinerary which was great. It included hotels, 4 night Havila cruise, transfers and flights. Everything went extremely smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely use MNT again and recommend it to others.

Great Travel Consultant!

Laura and Magnetic North were awesome start to finish for our Lapland honeymoon. She was extremely responsive and helped us plan exactly what we wanted to do that would fit into our budget, even though we weren't exactly sure what we were looking for from the beginning. This is the third trip we booked…

This is the third trip we booked through Magnetic North. As in Finland and Iceland, we had an experience of a life time in our 3 weeks in Canada: travelling through the Rockies, Sonora resort, Tyax and Vancouver. Laura and her team really understood what we enjoy; they provided us an itinerary with a good mix of daily activities (hiking, water rafting, mountain biking etc), sightseeing and downtime. None of us wanted to come back to real life. Undoubtedly, we will book future holidays through Magnetic North.

Self drive trip to Faroe Islands booked with Magnetic North travel

This destination had been on my radar for some time and it lived up to all expectations. Mind you we were blessed with exceptional good weather. There were simply no negative points. The three hotels chosen were excellent and well situated. Suggested itinery was busy but the holiday never felt rushed. This destination is definitely for those who appreciate wildlife, fantastic scenery and a relaxed way of life. Certainly not for the beach and disco crowd.

Thrilling and Unique Icelandic Adventure

A stunning and unexpectedly wonderful 5 days in Iceland. Not normally ones for fully 'planned' holidays, we opted for Magnetic North due to our inexperience of travelling in extreme winter conditions such as those in Iceland during February. After a fair bit of research, we chose Magnetic North Travel and from the outset, Yasmin and Laura were extremely helpful and very willing to help with any queries. The MN App works very well and the presentation of the itinerary, flight information, weather was very well illustrated and user friendly. Communication with the group was first rate and every query answered in minutes. The holiday itself, 2 nights in Reykjavik and another 2 at a 'wilderness hotel' was unique and unforgettable. Excursions were immaculately planned and we enjoyed it all despite harsh conditions at times - all part of feeling challenged and alive! We swam in hot pools every day and really recommend experiencing both the popular tourist venues and more 'local friendly' thermal pools as each is a unique experience. Yasmin and Laura from Magnetic North, genuinely went out of their way to provide us with an amazing holiday. We will definitely use them again and have already recommended the travel company to family and friends. Thank you - MN!

Perfect when you don't want to organise all the activities on your own

It was great to have someone who knows the places to organise the best within our budgets and also in a timely manner. The app, where we had all the information by day was also super useful and helpful to not loose track of all the flights, transfers, activities. In addition to it, Annie was always there to assist us with whatever questions we had and nicely making sure we have everything we need and have a good time. We had great experience with everything that was organised for us, except a small hiccup with the transfer on arrival that did not show up, however Annie organised another one for us quite quickly. The Lofoten northern lights tour, the photography tour, the ferry from Lofoten to Tromso, the Tromso night boat tour were great and we saw twice the northern lights, which was a long dream of ours. The Sami experience and reindeer was not on the level of our expectations. We had the impression that we will meet group of Sami people with their traditional clothes and lean a bit more about their customs, hear their singing and sit for dinner with them after feeding the reindeers. Instead we were sitting for dinner with tourists, there was only one Sami person in traditional clothes who did not sit with us or talk with us, you could see and feel it was the minimum done to just take some money and it was not enjoyable. There was no place to wash hands after feeding the reindeers before our dinner, there was no explanation on what is their traditional food and why, the chocolate browny was like from a supermarket and you could see they don't care. The only nice thing was feeding the reindeers. However the price is not justified what you get at the end. Probably there are better places that offer similar activities but that you really feel this people enjoy to welcome people and spend time with them and explain about Sami people.

Great company to book a holiday with

Annie went to a lot of trouble to ensure every aspect of our holiday in Finland met our needs. From finding flights from our local airport and suitable 3 bedroom accommodation that could cater for vegetarians to tailoring our daily activities according to our preferences. Everything ran very smoothly and I can throughly recommend Magnetic North.

We had a fantastic time on the Havila…

We had a fantastic time on the Havila round trip up and down the Norwegian coast. The scenery and Northern Lights were amazing; the ship was excellent & eco friendly; and the staff brilliant. Annie Fredvang at Magnetic North was an amazing travel arranger for us. She has unbeatable local knowledge of Norway and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Annie safely guided us through a change in dates and was always available and invested in the success of our trip. We usually travel independently but on this occasion it really paid off to use an expert. We have already recommended Annie to friends and would do so again.

Absolutely Fantastic trip to Lapland

Laura did an amazing job putting together one of our most memorable trips. All we said was, "we'd like to travel to Finland in search of Northern Lights", and she put together an itinerary that far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Lapland, at Nangu Lodge. The service there was great, and the food was quite good as well. We had daily excursions including snow mobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing and dog sledding. Our days and nights were filled with activities and adventure as we explored a true winter wonderland. We saw Northern Lights on 3 of the 6 nights there. Incredible! Laura and Magnetic North Travel are the best! Can't thank you enough.

Laura planned an excellent personalised trip to Arctic Norway that involved quite a lot of flights, a boat trip, escorted trips and several hotel bookings. All were excellent. Whilst we were in Norway, we also had daily updates from Laura who revised and made us aware of any changes. The service from Laura is excellent.

We asked magnetic north to stick an itinerary together as we wanted to try something different this year. They did not fail. Norway was breathtaking, Tromso is a quit little town with loads to do. The Panorama Arctic Lodge was outstanding host Svein was a character and could jot do enough for his guests (including hanging around for an extra 30 mins to ensure we saw more Orcas in the fjord) The flights were a bit tight and some disparity between the app and the airport Laura at Magnetic North sorted that for us (on Xmas day so big thanks to her) Would fully Recommend to anyone wanting to see the northern lights, see orca and humpback whales and husky sledging to just book it and go

This company is so very trustworthy

This company is so very trustworthy. Our holiday, (which was so professionally researched and each need catered for, organised and promptly booked) was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID. Despite the company's non refundable deposit policy, Laura contacted me and offered the refund. We looking forward to rebooking with Magnetic North Travel again soon, with the knowledge that every request we wish for will be met. The staff really work hard to keep the customer's interests and needs in mind. So lucky to have discovered them.

Magnetic North arranged the most fabulous holiday for us. It was completely perfect - dog sledding, nordic skiing, tobogganing, fantastic food and lovely hotels. Attentive, Knowledgeable, friendly

I was able to finalise a booking to Arctic Finland within 48 hours, made possible only because of prompt, attentive and helpful responses and advice from knowledgeable and friendly staff at Magnetic North Travel. They worked late into the night to set up arrangements and access to the itinerary programme, and followed up continually throughout my Holiday to ensure all was progressing in order. They gave a sense of highly personalised service. I should be pleased to recommend the Firm to anyone seeking to arrange and enjoy a “specialist” Holiday of “Winter Activities”.

Northern Lights and winter activities

We usually travel independently but we had limited time for a trip to Northern Norway and a lot we wanted to cram in so decided we needed some help. I'm so glad we used Magnetic North. Laura was great at helping us work out how to make the best use of our time, and how to combine activities without exhausting ourselves. Almost everything worked completely smoothly, and Laura was super responsive in assisting with the only minor issue that arose. I am sad to be home, but have some special memories and would definitely use MN again.

Winter Honeymoon Dream

Annie made planning and booking our Nordic Honeymoon so easy. She was responsive, detailed, and answered ALL of our questions. She took my wife's wants and dream of a honeymoon and made it a reality. Great company to deal with

Very attentive, always at the other end of the phone to help with anything. Went to Tromso, Norway from Dublin, Ireland and on to Aera Lodges, Skittenelv...cabins in the snow overlooking the Fjord. Stunning location.

Memories that will last a lifetime

From start to finish, Laura has been faultless in helping us make a long term dream come true. Having approached her very last minute for a trip to Lapland with our 2 young children, Laura was not only able to meet our needs but provide an experience we didn’t know was possible. Laura very quickly founds flights, transfers, tickets to see elves, a reindeer ride to visit Santa and an experience where we could drive our own husky sled! The accommodation was also faultless, an incredible ski chalet with its own sauna and cabin with a glass roof. I cannot thank Laura enough for providing my family with the most fantastic trip with memories that will last a lifetime.

We had a great time, everything was organised for us by Laura as well as various activities. All went smoothly without a hitch. We don't do many package holidays but this is the second time we've done so with Magnetic North and I would definitely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

What a fantastic trip !

What a fantastic trip ! Everything about our Circle Tour of Iceland was great. Difficult to pick out highlights but if I was forced I would go for the geysers, ice caving and whale watching....and then there were a couple of magical Northern Lights appearances. Iceland is a wonderful country and I can't think of a better way to experience such a wide variety of its amazing attractions.

Excellent experience. Our contact has been able to tailor our holiday exactly how we wished. This Lapland package was based in a very friendly small scale remote hotel with an outstanding restaurant. From there we accessed all the winter activities we asked for with friendly family based businesses. All was perfect even if the aurora boreal did not show up. This is a pricy package but worth the experience.

Great advice on resorts

Great advice on resorts, well planned itinerary, lots of communication and available for support even during unsociable hours. Really prompt replies to emails, helped us check in online and found out lots of information regarding the resort for us. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely use Magnetic North again when we visit Finland.

Laura was absolutely fantastic at arranging our trip for a special 60th birthday. She listened to what we wanted and put together a package to match our desires. Despite flight changes and having to alter accomodation, together with inclimate weather and cancellation of trips, Laura was quick to offer and book alternatives. What a wonderful holiday. Norway is beautiful and awe inspiring. Annie from Magnetic North helped us plan exactly what we wanted. The itinerary they provided was clear and user friendly. I was able to finalise a booking to Arctic Finland within 48 hours, made possible only because of prompt, attentive and helpful responses and advice from knowledgeable and friendly staff at Magnetic North Travel. Northern Lights and winter activities

We usually travel independently but we had limited time for a trip to Northern Norway and a lot we wanted to cram in so decided we needed some help. I'm so glad we used Magnetic North. Laura was great at helping us work out how to make the best use of our time, and how to combine activities without exhausting ourselves. Almost everything worked completely smoothly, and Laura was super responsive in assisting with the only minor issue that arose. I am sad to be home, but have some special memories and would definitely use MN again.

Winter Honeymoon Dream

Memories that will last a lifetime

From start to finish, Laura has been faultless in helping us make a long term dream come true. Having approached her very last minute for a trip to Lapland with our 2 young children, Laura was not only able to meet our needs but provide an experience we didn’t know was possible. Laura very quickly founds flights, transfers, tickets to see elves, a reindeer ride to visit Santa and an experience where we could drive our own husky sled! The accommodation was also faultless, an incredible ski chalet with its own sauna and cabin with a glass roof. I cannot thank Laura enough for providing my family with the most fantastic trip with memories that will last a lifetime.

We had a great time, everything was organised for us by Laura as well as various activities. All went smoothly without a hitch. We don't do many package holidays but this is the second time we've done so with Magnetic North and I would definitely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

What a fantastic trip !

What a fantastic trip ! Everything about our Circle Tour of Iceland was great. Difficult to pick out highlights but if I was forced I would go for the geysers, ice caving and whale watching....and then there were a couple of magical Northern Lights appearances. Iceland is a wonderful country and I can't think of a better way to experience such a wide variety of its amazing attractions.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. Our contact has been able to tailor our holiday exactly how we wished. This Lapland package was based in a very friendly small scale remote hotel with an outstanding restaurant. From there we accessed all the winter activities we asked for with friendly family based businesses. All was perfect even if the aurora boreal did not show up. This is a pricy package but worth the experience.

Great advice on resorts

Great advice on resorts, well planned itinerary, lots of communication and available for support even during unsociable hours. Really prompt replies to emails, helped us check in online and found out lots of information regarding the resort for us. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely use Magnetic North again when we visit Finland.

Laura was absolutely fantastic at arranging our trip for a special 60th birthday. She listened to what we wanted and put together a package to match our desires. Despite flight changes and having to alter accomodation, together with inclimate weather and cancellation of trips, Laura was quick to offer and book alternatives. If I was going to go North again (to see the lights that eluded us this time) I would absolutely use Magnectic North again.

Magical Christmas Adventure

We got in contact with Magnetic North to go on their Christmas Lapland adventure 2020, Laura sorted out a fantastic itinerary that was packed with snowy adventures, we were so excited but covid got in the way! Laura sorted out all the disruption and rebooked us for this Christmas. It didn’t disappoint, we had the best Magical Christmas, seeing the Northern Lights 4 nights on the trot, husky ride, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling across the lake, visiting the local reindeer herder on Christmas Day (and yes, Rudolph got back safely!) eating a delicious Lappish Christmas Eve meal in a traditional wooden hut.. the list goes on! All made possible by Laura, she was always in contact, helping navigate the ever changing rules of travel. The Magnetic North app was great to have, up to date weather, kit list and travel information. All in all this was such a special snowy trip we all enjoyed as a family. We would definitely use and recommend this company.

Well looked after and supported

Unlike many posters here, we actually made it to the Faroe Islands and WOW, what a destination. Yes, we had lots of pre travel rearrangements and stresses due to the changing advice and colour coding of countries, but always felt that Laura had her finger on the pulse and was all over the changes and requirements as they arose and occurred. The itinerary suited us well, with a mix of seeing, doing and hiking. All the hotels, car hire and booked excursions were as planned and without issue on arrival. Hotel accommodation on the islands isn't exactly classy, especially in a pandemic (and Vagar!), but all was clean, comfortable and welcoming. We did experience of number of covid related issues around travelling to the Faroes but Laura was on hand and very quick to try and sort - although out of her hands, and continued to check in with us to make sure all was OK. Would definitely recommend Magnetic North for your Arctic area travels.

Magical Faroes

Our trip was organised by Laura from Magnetic North to the Faroes. It is a truly unique country and the planning was perfect, We saw many of the islands and details for ferries/tunnels with timetables made travelling easy. The hotels throughout were excellent with staff always to hand and helpful, Things to do and see on the itinerary were useful and informative. Excellently Planned Lapland Weekend Away

Elin and Magnetic North Travel are real experts in visiting the Nordics and put together an excellent package to help celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. The whole experience of dealing with them was superb and always happy to answer my questions or look at different options. The trip itself all went to plan, with the local guides all being great. We even achieved my wife's ambition of watching the mesmerising Northern Lights, which was the one thing Magnetic North Travel could not guarantee! Would definitely recommend and use again if travelling into the Arctic regions.

Excellent...above and beyond!

Excellent...above and beyond! Magnetic Travel and in particular, Laura, could not have been more helpful! We changed our itinerary a few times before leaving but Laura worked with us and all went like clockwork. For 18 days all the details in the planning were right on task. Our guides were great in all our stops and always on time. The recommendations for dining and extra site seeing were a bonus. All the hotels were right on and locations perfect. Being able to stay in touch while on the trip was very comforting. I found Magnetic North on Zicasso.com as I have with other travel companies that specialize in specific areas of the world. They have to be 4-5 star rated and I have not been disappointed yet. Thank you Laura and Magnetic North for all your hard work and diligence. I will be recommending you to all my fellow travelers!

We had a fabulous holiday experience at Iceland and Tromso Norway, arranged through Magnetic North Travel (MNT), which we had chanced on but didn't regret! MNT impressed us with their responsiveness, especially Angela, to our various pre-trip enquiries; including our feedback on the only damper during the trip : the snowmobile experience by a local operator at Tromso. Despite the operator's non-response to MNT, we were glad that Angela listened and took immediate action to address our feedback. We had an awesome time at Arctic Panorama Lodge, hosted by Svein and Aud: delicious food, scenic car/boat rides and dancing aurora borealis right at the lodge! The last leg at the lodge capped an immensely memorable vacation for us - fabulous! Five star customer service from Magnetic North

Five star customer service from Magnetic North, who listened to what I wanted from a retirement holiday to Northern Norway in July and got the balance, contrast and variety just right. I appreciated the extra tips on restaurants and the luxury choice of Nusfjord Arctic Resort to end our holiday. The highlight was our stay in the less visited Vesteralen Islands as the welcome of the wonderful host there, and her cooking, simply made the trip. History, beauty, and peace and quiet with the water lapping below, will stay with me. We did a lot of driving, from Tromso to the Lofoten islands and were so grateful for MN’s assistance when there was an airline strike on our home bound leg, 3 flights seamlessly reorganised with efficiency and good humour. I would really recommend Magnetic North and hope to travel again with them!

Our honeymoon to Tromso

My partner and I booked our honeymoon to Tromso through magnetic north scheduled for December 2020. They were fantastic with the covid situation and informed us about the situation with our trip ASAP. We did unfortunately have to propone it for a year which magnetic north took care off without an issue. Regarding the activities they recommend, they understood our wants and needs, everything the recommend was perfect. We managed to see humpback whales, go dog sledding, ski on a frozen lake and see the amazing northern lights. The hotel malangen resort is a must stay. We couldn't believe our views everyday waking up. Christmas day we woke up to snow covered mountains with the fjord water gently spraying our back door, truly amazing. This was a recommendation from magnetic north. If your planning to book with them, really listen to what they have to say, it's really good advise. We will 100% be using then again. I would also like to thank Laura from magnetic north, she was amazing and probably the best customer service and recommendations I have ever received

We had a great time. The islands were lovely. And accommodations were very good. A suggestion would be to arrange the first and last day with less time on the highway. Maybe start and end at different towns????

Smooth Finland Lapland Trip!

I had Magnetic North Travel arranged a 10 day trip to Finnish Lapland for my wife and I in Nov 21. Despite the short notice (2 weeks before the trip), Laura who was our contact managed to plan and book all the accommodation in time. Furthermore, when we request for changes in activities even during the trip (a couple of days before they take place), she was able to make the changes as we requested. Lastly, whenever there were any issues during the trip, she responded promptly to our email and Whatsapp messages. This is my 2nd experience with Magnetic North and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great and smooth Nordic experience!

Real commitment to client's satisfaction.

Magnetic North Travel (MNT) provided outstanding commitment to my needs as client from the time of my first contact till the end of the trip and after. I provided MNT with an outline of the tours I wanted to do and my agent did absolutely everything else. She took my many changes of mind in her stride, researched them and then came back to me very quickly with brilliant solutions / suggestions. She then put the 3 tours (Finland, Arctic Coast Norway and Lofoten Islands Norway) together with stays at a bunch of other destinations into a very useful App which I could use offline. In addition to having all of my many tickets, vouchers etc, maps and the day by day details, the App included all of the detailed cycling routes together with tailor-made suggestions for side adventures such as hikes, alternative cycling destinations, beaches, museums, galleries etc. My agent also set up a WhatsApp group so I could post updates / photos / etc as the trip progressed. She responded very promptly to any post I made which gave me a strong feeling that assistance would be available quickly if I needed it. As it turned out, the trip progressed like clockwork and no assistance was needed. All in all, this was an awesome trip of a lifetime thanks in no small part to the awesome agents at MNT .... and incredibly good luck with the weather.

One Week in Norway, July 2019

Overall, our trip was fantastic, we loved everything. Oslo and Bergen are wonderful cities, and the fjord area is spectacular. We did feel well prepared for the journey. All four hotels were excellent and I would not hesitate to stay at them again. They were the Thon Rosenkrantz in Oslo, the Fretheim in Flåm, the Kviknes in Balestrand, and the Zander K in Bergen. The itinerary you set up was perfectly designed for us to have a maximum Norwegian experience. One piece of advice: make sure your clients take the Nærøyfjord tour, which we arranged on our own. That turned out to be the most amazing thing we did on the trip. It was much more spectacular than the ferry ride to Balestrand. It’s basically only two hours, from Flåm to Gundvagn and then a bus takes you back to Flåm. The Stegastein viewpoint was also amazing, even on a cloudy day. In Balestrand, we enjoyed the Ciderhuset experience and also we did a hike up the mountainside, which was great. The hotel was terrific, the Kviknes, and Arne at the front desk solved a big problem for me. I left two shirts in the closet of the Fretheim by mistake. Arne called the Fretheim and arranged for them to put the shirts on the ferry boat, so I was able to pick them up as we boarded the boat on the way to Bergen. In Bergen, make sure your clients buy tickets to the funicular in advance on line. We did that, and it saved us from waiting on a huge queue, there was about a hundred people waiting to buy tickets. We just walked right up and got on the car. Here is my criticism of your agency: we had an issue with our room at the Zander K hotel. We inquired at the front desk if they could move us to a different room. They said yes, until they discovered that YOU HAD BOOKED OUR ROOM THROUGH EXPEDIA. This shocked us, why are we paying a travel agency to book through a third party?! The front desk told us rooms booked through Expedia cannot be changed. I know this to be true, because it has happened to us before. They ended up moving us to a different room anyway, but there should not have been an issue. The bottom line is that we loved Norway, and other than an issue here and there, I think you guys did a pretty good job.

Heartily recommend this company

I was very impressed with all communications with Annie prior to our tour in the middle of our Sweden/ Norway holiday . Annie was ever helpful and easy to contact . The whole tour was a joy only marred by a slight breakdown in communication regarding our journey from Tromso airport to our hotel in Tromso . This was quickly sorted out and resolved. My family and I really enjoyed our activities starting with a Northern Lights boat trip with dinner on our first evening in Tromso . This was hosted by a delightful couple who were so friendly and knowledgeable and lucky us we had a great viewing of the northern lights . Dinner was superb with beautiful cod which had been caught off the boat that day . There were a small number of people and we all made friends and had a great experience. The next day we were driven up to the Lyngen Alps - our accommodation at XLyngen was ideal and the staff were so warm and welcoming and the food ideal - would heartily recommend this place to anyone, we felt very well looked after during our stay . The following day we had our Husky experience- this was headed up by an amazing guy called Tommy - again just another small group , four of us and then just another couple . Tommy made the experience such fun , it was obvious from the start how much he really loved his dogs . He had trained them all and told us all about their individual personalities! It was interactive right from the start and after subsequently speaking to other people who had been on bigger more impersonal husky experiences ( not through Magnetic ) we realised how lucky we had been . On our penultimate day we went on a whale watching trip - once again just a small number of us . Our luck remained as we saw humpbacks and orcas and we were really impressed with how our captain ( another Tommy ! ) went to great lengths to insure we managed to see these beautiful creatures. So obviously I would recommend Magnetic North as a company ( indeed I already have ) . We’ve done a few different tours over the years and I feel the key to why MN make it work is the ease of communication and the fact that I think they really look into the various activities and make good selections for their customers. Each activity we did was headed up by very knowledgeable and friendly people and we loved the fact that numbers were kept manageable- this resulted in us getting the best from everything!
