After tour announcements from BTS’ Suga , Stray Kids and TXT , the next major act to land stateside is NCT Dream .

Their upcoming seven-concert ‘The Dream Show 2: In a Dream World Tour’ will hit North American arenas from April 5-21.

And New York and New Jersey-based fans, you’re in luck.

That quick run of shows includes a gig at Newark, NJ’s Prudential Center on April 5 to kick off the short run of shows.

For NCTzens that can’t wait to get see Jaemin, Jisung, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Chenle and Mark Lee, we come bearing even more good news.

Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, March 10, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

My very first K-pop concert and honestly it was the best night ever ! I'd been wanting to see them live especially since the pandemic in 2020 but didn't have much hopes, so finally grabbing tickets for their London concert in March was literally a "dream" come true for meeee !!!

Their live vocals are insaneeee like seriously ! And that too all while doing those tough choreographies ...wowwwww

Seeing them in front of me after only ever seeing them in my phone screen was so surreal, especially singing along to Trigger The Fever!!..the london crowd was amazing and cheered every one of the dreamies esp Heachan i think lol..

The Dream Show 2 had a perfect setlist so there was never a minute that was wasted..

Waiting to see them again ! :)

NCT Dream announces additional world tour dates spanning 22 cities

NCT Dream  will hold a large-scale world tour visiting various cities. NCT Dream kicked off ' THE DREAM SHOW2: In A DREAM ' at Jamsil Main Stadium in Seoul in September last year, and will hold 32 additional performances in 22 cities around the world this year. After completing their first Japanese dome performance at Kyocera Dome Osaka on the February 17 and 19, they will tour three Asian cities, including Jakarta, Bangkok, and Hong Kong. They will then move onto three European cities, including London, Paris, and Berlin, in March. They will then head to North America and hold their first solo concerts in seven cities including Newark, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, LA and Seattle. After that, they will continue to perform in Asian regions such as Manila, Singapore, Macau, and Kuala Lumpur. Additional venues for this tour will be revealed later including a scheduled encore concert in Seoul, which is expected to get a warm response from fans. Meanwhile, NCT Dream released their Japanese debut single " Best Friend Ever " on February 8.

On February 15, NCT Dream announced the details for their ongoing world tour, titled "THE DREAM SHOW 2: In A Dream."

The tour kickstarted on September 8 and 9, 2022, at Seoul Olympic Stadium. With this announcement, the group will then resume their tour to venture out in Japanese cities Nagoya, Yokohama, and Fukuoka.

NCT Dream is set to perform in Osaka for three nights straight, from February 17 to 19. It will be followed by Jakarta (March 4, 5, and 6), Bangkok (March 10, 12), Hong Kong (March 25).

Afterwards, NCT Dream will engage their concerts across Europe, venturing to stops such as London (March 28), Paris (March 30) and Berlin (April 3).

On April 5, the group will start their U.S. leg on Newark. It will be trailed with their performance at Chicago on April 7, followed by Atlanta (April 9), Houston (April 12), Dallas (April 14), Los Angeles (April 18), and Seattle (April 21).

Moreover, NCT Dream will go for a second stop in Asia, with two concerts in Manila (April 29, 30), then head to Singapore (May 1), Macau (May 13), and Kuala Lumpur (May 20).

Additionally, the schedule officially added that more dates are yet to be announced. That way, more international fans will get the chance to see NCT Dream live, so make sure to stay in tune!

TIME Magazine Lists NCT Dream's 'Glitch Mode' on 'Best K-pop Albums of 2022'

In other news, NCT Dream's album 'Glitch Mode' was mentioned  by TIME Magazine on June 7, 2022. The renowned magazine posted an article, which listed the best K-pop songs and albums for 2022.

On their best albums category, NCT Dream took the lead with their album "Glitch Mode." As a full-length album, "Glitch Mode" was commended for its "exuberant optimism," according to TIME. This aspect shines across all 11 tracks fused in the album.

While "Glitch Mode" showcases NCT Dream's concepts, the track also possesses certain individualities. TIME also praised "Glitch Mode" for its versatility, taking on themes of hip-hop and ballad. NCT Dream will kick off its third world tour with three concerts from May 2 to 4 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in western Seoul, the band’s agency SM Entertainment said Wednesday.

The upcoming performances will be NCT Dream’s first solo concerts in 11 months after the band wrapped up the encore concerts for its second world tour in June last year at the same venue.

The tour, titled “The Dream Show 3: Dream()scape,” will then move to Asia, Europe and the Americas. The band will perform at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium in Jakarta and at stadiums in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya, according to SM Entertainment.

A pop-up store will take place from Thursday through April 3 at The Hyundai department store in western Seoul, featuring exhibits and merchandise for fans.

Tickets for the upcoming concerts in Seoul will be sold at Melon Ticket. Pre-sale tickets will open at 8 p.m. on April 2 for fan club members and regular tickets will be open at 8 p.m. on April 4.

“The concerts for the upcoming tour will have a solid narrative from beginning to end, which I believe is the essence of a good performance,” member Mark said in a showcase on Monday for the band’s new EP, “Dream()scape,” ahead of its release on the same day.

“We tried to prepare something that we haven't shown before, so we took part in every single detail of the production. Our hearts are all in it and we hope that the fans’ hearts are there too.”

NCT Dream is a seven-member subgroup of boy band NCT that debuted in 2016 with its digital single “Chewing Gum.” The group dropped its third full-length album, “ISTJ,” in July 2023, which sold more than 3.65 million copies in the first week of its release.

NCT Dream Announce Debut U.S. Headlining Tour

NCT's youngest subgroup will kick off the run of seven shows next month in Newark, N.J.

NCT DREAM announced Tuesday (March 7) that they’re heading Stateside for their first headlining tour of the U.S.

The seven-date U.S. leg of THE DREAM SHOW2: In A DREAM Tour is slated to begin April 5 with a show at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., followed by stops in Chicago, Atlanta, Houston and Dallas. From there, the K-pop idols will head to the West Coast, where they’ll play the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., before finishing up the tour April 21 at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.

NCTzens will be able to purchase tickets for all seven dates starting this Friday (March 10) at 4 p.m. local time via either Ticketmaster or AXS.

In December, the NCT subgroup released their holiday single “ Candy ,” updating H.O.T.’s classic 1996 K- pop track for the 21st century. (The ’90s act is largely credited with establishing the boy-band blueprint as South Korea’s first “idol” group.)

Along with the single, NCT Dream dropped their special winter album of the same name featuring tracks like “Graduation,” “Tangerine Love (Favorite)” and “Take My Breath.” The release served as the septet’s follow-up to their 2022 album Glitch Mode , which was repackaged and reissued last May as Beatbox .

K-pop group NCT Dream announces two Bangkok concerts for June

K-pop's popularity has soared with more K-pop groups holding concerts at Thailand's largest stadium, Rajamangala Stadium. NCT Dream, a well-known K-pop group, recently announced that they will perform at Rajamangala Stadium as part of "2024 NCT Dream World Tour <The Dream Show3: Dream( )Scape> In Bangkok" on June 22 and June 23. However, details about concert tickets have not been revealed yet.

Before they hit the stage in Thailand, the seven-member group released the album, Dream( )Scape , for their world tour. NCT Dream is known for music that captures the vibrant energy and youthful experiences of teenagers. However, Dream( )Scape delves into dark and difficult situations as the group searches for their ideal world. The concept is further explored in four video teasers titled ( )Scape Film , where members are depicted living in a confined space, forced to participate in unwanted activities before escaping towards freedom. This relatable content is likely to resonate well with their young fan base.

The title track, Smoothie , is a hip-hop dance song featuring a unique bass line, lively snare drum beats and catchy, repetitive vocals. The lyrics use a smoothie metaphor to depict the process of overcoming negative emotions. They imagine blending all their negative feelings and consuming them like a smoothie. The choreography for Smoothie is powerful and dynamic, with sharp movements to captivate audiences.

Box is a captivating song that grabs listeners from the very first note. Its infectious hip-hop melody paired with NCT Dream's harmonious vocals express their desire to break free from limitations and is a truly melodious experience.

Unknown is an R&B pop song that encourages listeners to be brave and express their true desires.

Both the music and lyrics of the album, Dream( )Scape , are intriguing. Their fans can enjoy listening to the album repeatedly before seeing them in person at Rajamangala Stadium.

K-pop boyband THE BOYZ have announced their upcoming 2024 ‘Zeneration II’ world tour, featuring concerts in Asia, the US, Europe and more.

Today (April 8), THE BOYZ announced the first batch of dates for their upcoming 2024 ‘Zeneration II’ world tour. The trek will follow their 2023 ‘Zeneration’ world tour, which had featured 24 dates in Asia.

‘Zeneration II’ will kick-off in July with a three-date show in South, South Korea, before the boyband head to the US for a solo tour the first time since 2022. The US leg of THE BOYZ’s tour 2024 will feature five concerts across four states, with shows in New York, Dallas, Los Angeles and more.

In August and September, the boyband will bring their tour to Southeast Asia, with six dates across five different cities, notably including a two-date stop in Bangkok, Thailand. Thereafter, the K-pop act will head to Europe to play shows in Paris and London.

According to a poster for THE BOYZ’s 2024 ‘Zeneration II’ world tour, more dates will be announced in the future. Ticketing and venue information for the tour have yet to be revealed. Keep tabs on this page for the latest information.

Trafalgar Releasing and CJ 4DPlex are launching a strategic partnership that will focus on producing, programming, delivering and marketing four K-pop cinema releases globally in 2024. The films will be shown across a combination of premium formats such as ScreenX, 4DX, Ultra 4DX and traditional cinema locations.  

Trafalgar Releasing moved into the K-pop market with the 2018 concert film, “BTS: Burn the Stage the Movie.” The company said it has since generated more than $120 million in box office revenue from K-pop releases.  

Trafalgar Releasing and CJ 4DPLEX have worked together on previous global cinema releases since 2021 including the live broadcast of Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres Tour, as well as with numerous K-pop artists such as Blackpink, Seventeen, IU, MonstaX and NCT Dream.  

 “We are delighted to reaffirm our robust relationship with Trafalgar Releasing,“ stated Jong Kim, CEO of CJ 4DPlex. “CJ 4DPlex’s production expertise, special formats and global network alongside Trafalgar Releasing’s excellence in event cinema distribution, continues to expand the realms of cinema and fan culture alike.” 

“Building on our deep and established relationship working alongside CJ 4DPlex on theatrical releases for artists including Coldplay, Blackpink and NCT Nation, we are excited to announce a four-film production and distribution deal in the K-pop genre, starting with the theatrical release of aespa next month,” said Marc Allenby, CEO of Trafalgar Releasing. “K-pop has firmly established itself as a dominant force in event cinema, and we are eager to expand opportunities for the genre to flourish. With our commitment to investing in the co-financing of these projects, we aim to fully maximize their long-term prospects.” 

As far as the various screens go, ScreenX boasts a multi-projection cinema system with 270-degree views that surround the audience. To date, there are over 339 ScreenX auditoriums around the world in 43 countries.  4DX is a multi-sensory experience, one that adds motion, vibration, water, wind, snow, lightning, scents, and other special effects to movies. There are over 745 4DX auditoriums around the world, spanning over 71 countries.  The company says that Ultra 4DX combines the ScreenX and 4DX technologies in one presentation. There are 47 of these auditoriums installed around the globe.  

Trafalgar Releasing distributes several different types of cinema releases, ranging from The Metropolitan Opera and the Royal Opera House, to theatre productions, to concerts from the likes of Billie Eilish, Metallica, Louis Tomlinson and Dolly Parton. The company recently handled the distribution of “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” and “Renaissance: A Film by Beyonce” across Europe, Asia and South America in partnership with AMC Theatres.

NCT DREAM(엔시티 드림)이 이번 주는 일본 음악방송에 출격한다.

NCT DREAM은 오늘(8일) 오후 7시부터 방송되는 일본 TBS테레비의 ‘CDTV LIVE!LIVE!’(카운트다운 티브이 라이브!라이브!)와 13일 일본 NHK의 음악방송 ‘Venue101’(베뉴101)에 출연, 한국에 이어 일본 대표 음악 프로그램까지 휩쓴다.

이번 방송에서 NCT DREAM은 새 앨범의 타이틀 곡 ‘Smoothie’(스무디) 무대로 파워풀하면서도 여유 넘치는 퍼포먼스를 선사해 시청자들의 마음을 완벽하게 사로잡을 전망이다.
