Maneli Safari

Performance and Reward Manager

Maneli joined the Quartz team as a Performance and Reward Manager. She quickly made a big impact, advising on all aspects of performance management, designing effective rewards strategies, and delivering them to the global and local HR teams.

Before Quartz, Maneli was working in similar roles with a global law firm and an Intellectual Property firm where she would develop the skills she gained from her law degree. But it’s not all business. Maneli also loves to travel and has been teaching herself to cook some of her mum’s old family recipes, and says it’s a great achievement when she says they taste like hers!
