BURN OUT Panama Relocation Tour

Replace burned out, overraugt, angry, sarcastic tour guides Steve and Ellen. Jackie Lange the owner BEWARE ! Her YouTube selectively produced presence is NOTHING like the REAL woman. Voice, mannerisms and selection of guests are skillfully presenting Panama Relocation Tours as a welcoming family who will inform and guide you in your endeavors. There were 21 folks on my tour. 8 of whom were so terribly mistreated, they wanted to leave the tour. Feeling trapped out the country they remained. Some voiced, they would return to Panama, but on their own. There is no information provided in their "Bible" as they call it, that you cannot simply obtain yourself. ($500 valued ! ) Others unfortunately said, if these are the type of expats in Panama...they lost interest in ever returning. Driving cross country to strip shopping centers so the tour bus has ample parking space, to allow us to exit into grocery stores is a major part of this excursion. Pointing out medical clinics, auto dealers and KFC are some of the highlights. Panama Relocation Tours utilized Real estate agents to show properties despite once back on the bus stated " Don't use an agent, ask around". How unethical ? One hotel had no hot water and filthy furniture. Internet only in lobby areas or hallways. Food was inedible. Horrible experience after traveling on a bus all day. Beware of the verbiage "Subject to Change" ! Panama Relocation Tours WILL INDEED CHANGE .... causing your time, money and expectations to be lost in those changes. To be clear, I am a female business owner of 65 years who has traveled extensively. Bar none, this was such a disappointment and paled in what was represented. Perhaps at one time it was different, currently it's all about the revenue. Load them up and load them out. Very sad, in fact.

Panama Relocation Tours always says that Panama is not right for everyone. It was apparent from day one that Panama was not a good fit for Island Girl. She complained about everything. She hated Panama. In the middle of a pandemic, you need to expect that there may be some "changes." We cannot control when Panama will shut down a road or even put a whole area in lockdown/quarantine. When we could not go into one location, we quickly made changes to go to a different area to show more of beautiful Panama. But that was not acceptable for island girl. Regardless of where we were, we always provided daily information about how to have a smooth move to Panama. During the tour, we introduce you to honest real estate agents/companies. Unfortunately, in Panama, you cannot trust all agents so we tell you to be very careful who you work with. It was derogatory for island girl to make racist remarks about Panamanians and call the tour guides names. If you don't like Panama, then don't move to Panama. But it's not necessary to call people names. Everyone else on the tour enjoyed the tour, the hotels, the meals, and the tour guides. Their only complaint was island girl! We received glowing 5-star testimonials from others who were on the same tour. And we received video testimonials from some who were on the same tour. The people who move to Panama and who do videos on the Panama Relocation Tours YouTube channel love living in Panama and want to share their personal experiences about how they live better for less in Panama. It's unfortunate that Panama did not meet island girl's expectations. Panama's not right for everyone. If a Panama Relocation Tour convinces you that you should NOT move to Panama, then it is just as important as convincing you that Panama is a good fit.

This tour is a MUST DO! Jackie is the real deal. As soon as we met her we could tell of her compassion for all to experience all of that Panama can offer those that are long over due for a better way of life. Her, and her other Tour Host and Hostess were so informative. The flow of the tour was well organized and accommodated everyone's needs. Even though this was a scouting mission for our next home, it seem more like a high end vacation. From the bus to the hotels the accommodations were impeccable. My wife and I decided to move to Panama last year. We bought the Panama Relocation Online Guide about 15 months ago because of the Covid travel restrictions. The online guide helped us plan our move over the next 5 months. Everything that we needed from selecting an attorney for visas, opening a bank account, shipping our belongings, temporary and permanent housing, transportation and much more.... it is all covered in the guide. Not only has the guide saved us many hours of research but thousands of dollars by following Jackie's advice. Since relocating to Panama last October, we have successfully used the Online Guide to obtain our permanent visas, buy 2 cars, lease a home, get our Panamanian drivers licenses and much more. My husband and I were on one of the very first PRT tours after Panama started to reopen from Covid. Our guides were Ellen & Steve. It would be hard to find a more fabulous couple. They were helpful, respectful, caring, informative, funny, and entertaining. Our tour was a little different because we were constantly making adjustments due to the ever-changing Covid rules. Restaurants and hotels had only just reopened after being closed for months. They did their best to both accommodate our group and follow all the new Covid rules - and we were not disappointed. Our guides had to be frustrated, but they were professional, stayed on top of it all, and kept us updated along the way. TIP (This is Panama) was the first acronym we learned, and we learned it well. The tour company has been around a long time, and really know what they are doing. They either already have the answer to your question or will do their best to get the (correct) answer. We are not retiring to Panama for a few years, but we trust them implicitly and will stay in close contact even after we move because they are so well-informed. We highly recommend PRT!
