I was with chilling buddies so I could spent quality time, laughed but my belly was not happy. Concept is very good, location is also very good. Somewhere manager’s behavior was also disappointing. Still thank you for serving.

Indian cuisine is the best here, other cuisines are ok here not the best not the worst. I recommend you to visit a restaurant in regular hours otherwise some options might not be available at the odd hours.

The spirits of me pirates and buccaneers that once sailed the coast of the Carolina’s have come to life in Myrtle Beach’s newest show in many years. Ye landlubbers will experience the swashbuckling excitement of two pirate camps as they battle for the lost treasure. Beware matey! Pirates Voyage just might take ye breath away as the Crimson and Sapphire pirates battle each other on deck, in the water and in the sky above their full-sized pirate ships in a 15-foot deep indoor hideaway lagoon to the cheers and delight of ye fans. Spectacular acrobatic competition, live animals and a brand new original music score by Dolly Parton will create an immersive adventure experience. All seats are reserved and advance reservations are suggested.

Ahoy! Fun Pirate Voyage in Myrtle Beach

Your family will enjoy spending the day pretending that they are pirates while partaking in the  Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show . Pick a pirate crew to cheer on as you watch the battle unfold before your eyes, and be prepared for sword fights, blasting cannon on and above the full-size pirate ships in a hidden indoor lagoon. Not only will you see fighting, but animal shows, acrobatic acts, and plenty of special effects will also entertain you.

The four-course dinner consists of pirate favorites such as creamy vegetable soup, chicken, bread, corn on the cob, potato wedges, apple pie, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. For those who arrive early, stop at the Pirates Village and get a taste of the pirates' life!

Rossinavi launches first-ever explorer yacht AKULA

Officially the first-ever explorer yacht to be launched by Rossinavi, the 59m (194ft) yacht AKULA was rolled out of the shed from its Pisa shipyard in Italy yesterday, revealing her bold scarlet hull for the first time.

Designed with global expedition in mind, the ice-classed explorer yacht boasts a strong exterior profile helmed by architect and yacht designer Gian Paolo Nari. Fitted with diesel-electric propulsion for smooth cruising during long periods of time at sea, this feature helps optimise fuel consumption and creates a low impact on the environment.

Ancona-based design team FM Architettura is responsible for her interiors which have been described by the shipyard as “cosy yet elegant.” The team worked closely with the owner to create “A real ship, a combination of elements that led to an original result: a strong but elegant vessel that fits perfectly with our view of modern yachting” said Francesca Muzio, founder of FM Architettura.

Key features onboard explorer yacht AKULA include her forward maneuvering station below deck and her open-air observation lounge on the bow. Elsewhere, her sundeck has been configured as a technical area and houses her emergency generator.

The 1,215GT is also able to store a pair of custom-built nine-meter tenders, diving equipment and two containers that can be used as transportable science labs. 

Currently the fifth largest yacht to be constructed by Rossinavi, superyacht AKULA’s launch comes shortly after the launch of 50m (163ft) yacht NO STRESS , the first hybrid and AI-equipped superyacht to be launched by Rossinavi. 

It is not expected that explorer yacht AKULA will become available for luxury yacht charters . However, to find out more about booking a  Rossinavi yacht that is for charter, please consult your recommended  yacht charter broker .

The 24.5 metre Naumachos explorer yacht Akula has been sold by Max Bulley at Y.CO , while Siroco Yacht Brokers introduced the buyer. 

Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Cantiere Navale di Pesaro to a design by Studio Faggioni , Akula was delivered in 2006 as one of three Naumachos 82 models. 

Accommodation is for up to eight guests in four cabins comprising a full-beam master suite, VIP suite and two twins. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities, while a further two cabins can sleep up to four crewmembers.

Designed for long periods at sea, Akula has virtually unlimited freshwater production, large freezers, refrigerators and well-equipped internal and external galleys, huge overall storage capacity, and robust systems throughout.

A spacious main saloon boasts two large settees forward, while a formal dining table for up to six guests is found aft. Ample natural light is provided by large windows, illuminating the space that features heavy use of high quality woods. 

Moving outside, sun lounging is found on the upper deck aft alongside tender storage. Al fresco dining is found on the main deck aft, while panoramic views of the ocean are afforded from her foredeck. 

Power comes from a 700hp Baudouin diesel engine delivering a cruising speed of 10.5 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles.

A Nanni diesel auxiliary engine provides owners with additional assurance generating 6.5 knots of speed at just 20 litres per hour fuel consumption.

Akula was asking €2,500,000 with VAT paid.

Iconic 'little blue boat' that calls Montrose Bay home up for sale after family makes tough decision

For almost 50 years a little blue boat has been moored on the River Derwent in Hobart's northern suburbs by the side of a busy highway.

It is known affectionately by many Tasmanians as "the little blue boat", and has floated alone next to the Brooker Highway at Montrose Bay over the decades.

Sea Breeze, its official name, was built by Robin Attrill in his Montrose backyard in the early 1970s.

His son Colin Attrill said the boat was launched at Macquarie Wharf in 1976.

"It's been on the mooring in Montrose Bay ever since, and that's why it's such an iconic little blue boat," he said.

Tasmanians curious about 'little blue boat'

The boat is an object of fascination for Brooker Highway motorists and foreshore walkers due to it seemingly never moving.

Colin Attrill said it was "absolutely amazing" the number of people who would stop and talk to him about the boat when he was launching the dinghy to go and check on it.

"The number of people that talk to me that are walking past and go 'that boat has been there forever' and 'it was there when I was going to school or every day when I've been driving to work'," he said.

"Some people say they've never seen it move. Well it used to move all the time.

"Of late it's slowed up, we're all busy and dad has slowed up. We lost mum and once that happened it impacted on family activities."

Tough decision to sell

Its owner is now 91 and the boat has not been sailed for about 10 years.

Colin Attrill said the family had recently made the tough decision to try to sell the boat.

"Dad isn't well and he's gotten old, which we all do, and the boat's got old," he said.

"Anyone who knows about a timber boat knows that they need maintenance."

Mr Attrill said the family used to put the boat on the slip at least once a year to clean and antifoul it, and do any repairs.

"But the past few years Dad has been unable to do anything, and the boat unfortunately has just sat on the mooring," he said.

He said the family decided it was time for the boat to have a new owner.

"Nobody is using it, it needs a new owner who will give it the time and get the enjoyment out of it that we had growing up," he said.

"It's a great boat, and there are many years left. Wooden boats just last."

'Next phase' for the boat

The Attrill family is full of passionate sailors and Robin's brother Peter represented Australia in sailing at the Helsinki Olympics in 1952 — Tasmania's fifth Olympian and the first to represent the state in sailing.

When Robin finished building the 25-foot river cruiser, known by the family as The Breeze, it was used for trips away around Hobart.

"We used to have family trips down the channel, down to Cygnet, down to Dover, and all places in between fishing and weekends away," he said.

"We also used to go to events in Hobart like the Hobart Regatta, the Sandy Bay Regatta. We'd be down the river at any chance, or up the river. She made it to New Norfolk a couple of times.

"The boat was all over the place, wherever we could."

Mr Attrill said it would be a sad day when the boat left Montrose Bay after almost 50 years.

"We will see where it goes and where it ends up and what's the next phase for the boat," he said.

Over the years its owner has been keeping a watchful eye on it just a matter of metres away, across the Brooker Highway from his Montrose home of more than 70 years.

"He's always been there. He'd open the blinds in the morning in the kitchen and look out the window and there's the boat," son Colin said.

"It's always been a part of his life."

You agree to defend and indemnify us and our Affiliates, employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from and against any third party claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, settlements, and disbursements, from or in relation to (i) your content; (ii) your use of the Sites; (iii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third party rights; (iv) your violation of applicable law; and/or (v) use of any services provided by third party service providers. You may not settle or compromise any claim without our prior written consent.

14. TERMINATION

You may terminate your participation at any time by discontinuing use of our Sites. If you have a dispute with us relating to our Sites, immediately cease all use of the same. Ceasing use of our Sites is your only remedy with respect to any dispute that you may have with us. The following Sections shall survive termination of this Agreement: 6(b)(c); 7; 10; 11; 12; 13 and 18.

15. MODIFICATION

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. When changes are made, we will make a new copy of the Agreement available on the Sites. We will also update the “Last Revised” date at the top of the Agreement. If we make any material changes, and you have an Account, we may also send an e-mail to you at the last e-mail address you provided to us pursuant to this Agreement. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately and your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of such change(s). YOU AGREE TO REGULARLY CHECK OUR SITES TO VIEW THE THEN-CURRENT TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of our Sites and describes our practices and policies related to the collection, use and storage of information about users. Our privacy practices are consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and we will not knowingly request or collect personal information from any child under the age of majority. If you are a minor, your parent(s) or guardian(s) must complete the registration process, in which case he/she/they will take full responsibility for all obligations under this Agreement. BY ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNT, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT AND ARE EITHER ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS OF USE ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR ON BEHALF OF YOUR CHILD, IN WHICH CASE YOU AGREE TO BE PERSONALLY BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN.

These parties may send you emails in order to deliver information about products and services and to help with fulfilling your order. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link included in any email or by contacting us via email at [email protected] with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. 19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

(a) General. Certain portions of this Section are deemed to be a “written agreement to arbitrate” pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. The parties agree that this Section satisfies the “writing” requirement of the Federal Arbitration Act. If any controversy, allegation, or claim arising out of, related to, or connected in any way to your use of the Site, (collectively, “Dispute”), then you agree the Dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Knoxville, Tennessee, and you agree that all disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to choice of law principles. You hereby consent to and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Tennessee. Arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules then prevailing at the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court or tribunal with jurisdiction over the parties. As permitted by applicable law, you agree that any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of, related to or connected in any way with your use of the Site must be filed by you within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever banned. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable.

YOU ARE THUS GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT TO ASSERT OR DEFEND YOUR RIGHTS. YOUR RIGHTS WILL BE DETERMINED BY A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR AND NOT A JUDGE OR JURY. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FAIR HEARING, BUT THE ARBITRATION PROCEDURES ARE SIMPLER AND MORE LIMITED THAN RULES APPLICABLE IN COURT. ARBITRATOR DECISIONS ARE AS ENFORCEABLE AS ANY COURT ORDER AND ARE SUBJECT TO VERY LIMITED REVIEW BY A COURT.

ANY CLAIMS BROUGHT BY YOU OR US MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES’ INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. AN ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS, OR OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING, AND MAY NOT AWARD CLASS-WIDE RELIEF.

20. SEVERABILITY; HEADINGS

In the event that a provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, conflicting with another provision of the Agreement, or otherwise unenforceable, the Agreement will remain in force as though it had been entered into without that unenforceable provision being included in it. If two or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed to conflict with each other’s operation, we shall have the sole right to elect which provision remains in force. Headings in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and will not be used in its construction and/or interpretation.

21. NON-WAIVER

We reserve all rights permitted to us under this Agreement as well as under the provisions of any applicable law. Our non-enforcement of any particular provision or provisions of this Agreement or applicable law will not be construed as our waiver of the right to enforce that same provision under the same or different circumstances at any time in the future.

22. ASSIGNMENT

We may assign our rights and/or obligations under this Agreement to any other party at our discretion.
