Admiral Travel provided outstanding service – especially for first time visitors to Africa – making sure we knew what steps we had to take and provided all of the information needed. We had an absolutely amazing trip. My wife and I agreed that it was without a doubt the best place we have ever visited. We would highly recommend that everyone visit South Africa and take a safari. Malaka, where do I begin…? This trip to Italy was just magnificent. The plans ran seamlessly.  The hotels were wonderful. The room on the Arno with the balcony…no words. The tour guide, Gabriella, in Firenze was just amazing. Her knowledge and passion for the city and her Art was remarkable. I thank you for every little detail. The driver from the Hotel in Rome to the airport was amazing as well. From start to finish it was unforgettable. Thank you!

Everything went perfectly, and we consider it one of the most enjoyable, well organized trips we have ever done. We saw many, many animals – lion kills, an elephant mating, and views well beyond our expectations. Your decision as to the order of the camps was perfect. Congrats & thank you so much for a wonderful trip!

The cruise that we just took to Antarctica on Seabourn was absolutely fantastic. All the transfers arranged by Admiral Travel went off without a hitch. The Virtuoso Tour in Punta Arenas, Chili to the Penguin Colony was excellent. Our pick up at the terminal in Buenos Aries and the day tour in Buenos Aries and transfer to the Airport were outstanding. Our guide, Beatrice was great. It was one of our all time great trips

Our experience in Italy was everything and much more than we ever thought it would be! We are probably boring our friends silly, but we can’t stop talking about our adventures. You are gracious hosts and your attention to every detail made it a very special and memorable trip. Thank you for making Italy the ‘trip of a lifetime’!

Our initial itinerary required significant changes due to family schedules and Admiral Travel was beyond flexible, receptive and offered comparable safari experiences and first-class accommodations/staff/guides at each locale (Tanzania, Rwanda & South Africa). We were very pleased with the constant, prompt and reliable modes of communication, which was not an easy task coordinating five adults in various parts of the world. Your team was open-minded about our family’s various requests and handled each with precision and expertise. ATI’s extraordinary knowledge of the various countries, culture, wildlife and lodging within Africa enhanced our family vacation, and the team was readily available to ensure that our travel arrangements were executed in a flawless fashion with VIP services. One of my favorite television shows used to be Amazing Race. In reading about a tour organized by Admiral hosted by one of my favorite restauranteurs, I immediately made reservations for a trip this past summer. I was a bit stressed as our package did not include airfare so I used my miles in taking care of that portion of it. Kudos to Jolene for her help in coordinating our schedule which included flights, train rides, and ground transportation so that our trip became a relative breeze. Now, regarding the package itself, let's just say, "Bucket list!" This was a trip of my dreams. Yes, there were bumps and bruises (literally) along the way, but, if you asked me to do this trip over again, I'd do it in a minute! Our tour leaders were well organized, respectful of our needs as travelers, mindful of our individual situations and preferences, and, most of all, caring about making our tour and experience of a lifetime. From the top notch accommodations, wonderful dining events, and unique cultural experiences, I couldn't ask for more. Our tour leaders, Ryan and Malaka, were gracious hosts and our tour leader was humorous and again mindful of our needs as travelers to a foreign country. Best description of my experience is that I can't wait to book another trip with them!

Michelle Andersen

Michelle grew up in Chicago and spent her summers on the beaches of Lake Michigan. “There, she says, "I developed a love of the sun and sand and of being active in golf and tennis." Although she enjoyed winter sports and spent a great deal of time partaking in them, her real love has always been the water.

“Throughout my 35-years working in the Travel Industry, I have been fortunate to travel to nearly every country on the map, garnering extensive knowledge of Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. I also feel at home on any of the Hawaiian Islands indulging in the wonderful Aloha Spirit. I've stayed in a fabulous over-water bungalow in Bora Bora, watching the fish feed right before my eyes. Oh, and bare boat chartering in the crystal-clear waters of the British Virgin Islands...THAT was fabulous. Last year’s highlight was flying on board the Crystal Skye, a private 777 to London which is an experience that will last a lifetime.”

The Emerald Isle is also a land dear to her heart. "The Irish are so warm and friendly." Although Michelle knows all the best properties and locations throughout Ireland, she encourages her clients to get the real scoop by tipping a pint with locals.

In this capacity, Michelle fulfills a wide range of requests from emergency dental exams to private villas and jets. “My role is really quite simple,” she says. “Travel is supposed to be fun. I enjoy making dreams come true, and I love when my clients say I’ve exceeded their expectations.”
