Still waiting for refund Yatra ref 2601240063660, Ytra cancelled the Ticket. YA41907288 request created, till now no answer. Never ever use YATRA. Reply 1: Still No credit, please provide credit note number. Its paid using Phonepe. Why cant I receive reply from support , when I raised query YA41907288 ?. why you guys only reply on trustpilot or have time to reply on public forums?. fellow Yatra sufferers,please note this point. Why YATRA cancelled ticket?, any reason, can't you communicate with customer properly?. Its one way cancellation by you? reason??

Booked flight took money from phonepe

Booked flight took money from phonepe, no confirmation, no refund after 1 week still waiting . Meanwhile we used additional funds to book flight with other channel. Never again. No phone to contact service desk

Totally rubbish experience

Totally rubbish experience. They will charge you a huge convenience fee of 599. And even if flight is cancelled by the airlines, won’t refund the convenience fee even though it was not at all your fault. This is not the case with other travel booking apps. Their app is bulls*** won’t work properly many a times. A sh**ty experience. Never go for it. Try makemytrip, cleartrip. They are quite good compared to this rubbish one

Deferral in my refund, despite it being processed!

Terrible experience with this website!! I cancelled my flight through Yatra.com's correspondence and they assured me of a partial refund of my ticket fare within 5-10 working days. It has been more than 45 days and they have still not processed my refund, claiming that the airline (Air Vistara) has to initiate it. This is terrible, both on Yatra.com's side and Air Vistara. I contacted both of them individually, whose representatives initiated my cancellation, assuring me of the refund. Later, when I tried reaching out to them, no one has replied. If I try reaching out by phone, their customer care reps keep deferring the process! Horrendous experience. Anyone travelling to India, please do not use this website for your travel plans.

I need to reschedule my flight

I need to reschedule my flight. But 1. Online reschedule does not work. 2. They don't have a dedicated customer care number. When you call they give you half details and dont want you to reschedule. Was told Some expert will call me within 48 hours. Then dont finish the the rescheduling, and then mail you the case is closed. 3. They don't respond to your mails soon. Partner ID 2701240067185 HDFCSmartbuy bought me here. I regret i did not enquire enough about the portal.

Horrible experience with this site

Horrible experience with this site. I booked an international flight from Toronto to New Delhi and my booking reference number: 0502240017852 I am trying to cancel my flight ticket but was unable to because I am not able to manage my booking online due to the login site issue. There is no contact number for customer support and chat bot is useless as it require login which I am unable to do so due to the site issues.

Pathetic is an understatement

Pathetic is an understatement I need to reschedule my flight. But 1. Online rescheduling is not working. 2. They don't have a dedicated customer care number. 3. They don't respond to your mails soon. What a nightmare!

What a nightmare! I recently booked an international flight with Yatra.com with reference number 1712230026325 and wanted to cancel the ticket due to change in plans. Here's the worst experiences I had: - Unable to Login or Signup in order to manage my booking (Error: Secure connection failed). - There is no proper phone number to contact. - Tried to call some of the phone numbers that I found on their "Contact Us" page. No body picks up the phone. They just hang up. - The Yuva chatbot is useless again we need to login and none of logins work. - Emailed them requesting the cancellation. No response after two days. Absolutely horrible experience. Would never recommend them.

International flight booked selecting Student fair but given a normal economy ticket

Contact me at itsmesandeep789 gmail.com I have booked a international flight selecting student fair but after payment of fair asked for by yatra web site received ticket showing baggage allowed 25 kgs. i.e. eligibility of student (1. 40 kgs baggage & 10% discount on Fair) has not been allowed. The customer support team is not reachable on call. I have been writing mails for last 10-15 days every time after 2 reminders getting a mail saying " please allow us further 24-48 or 24-72 hours for investigation" . Further, saying that allowing 40 kgs baggage is a special request and its subject to airline's consent. Web site is built with anomaly's so as to make fool of innocent customer

Yatra = S**t-ra - An absolute disgrace.

I don't know why I didn't check the reviews before even trying to waste hours with Yatra.com Absolute disgrace, the interaction was like a rollercoaster ride. From Average to Bad to Worst to S**t. And of course losses because the flight tickets kept on getting expensive and after 3 hours of calls with them all i got was an apology, 2-3 working days to wait for my own money to come back to me, expensive ticket that I booked within 2 mins on #cleartrip.com and mental agony. I don't even know how such companies still exist in this startup culture. Click on their website on your own risk.

Sigh, another fail

My parents booked a hotel though yatra, not knowing that they were dealing with crooks. We got an email 10 days after later saying that our room was no longer available but "alternate accommodation" in a rundown 2 star hotel was available (our original booking was at a 4 star beach side property). And that the original booking was non refundable (in bold) so we should confirm the other booking ASAP because the "gracious" thieves at yatra were doing US a favour by holding on to that booking for us. This is beyond bad business practice yatra, this is straight up robbery. Update: after some haggling we were finally offered a refund. Still a very negative experience overall but not as bad as it initially seemed.

Horrible Customer Service is the only…

Horrible Customer Service is the only way to describe Yatra.com. In my case, the airline has refunded the month but Yatra is telling me that it cannot be refunded to the Creast card because the booking as made more than 6 months ago. They say they can do a bank transfer but only to an Indian bank account. I don’t have one and so for the last week they are trying to figure out how to refund my month. Totally ridiculous. And they dont know how to serve international customers. If you request a call back, they may call you at 3am US time. Stay away from them and book directly with the airlines.

I would have rated half a star

I would have chosen half a star if given an option. While booking a bus ticket they show you mirror image or incorrect seat alignment which confuses you if your opting for a particular seat. No matter which customer support number you dial or email them you won't receive any feedback let alone any resolution. The website has many glitches as even if there are no seats available the list on home page you still would be seeing '30 seats available'. Worst experience ever. Never gonna use this app/website ever.

Air India offers a free reschedule and…

Air India offers a free reschedule and cancellation, whereas yatra charges about 3k+1250+500 for cancelling or chargeable rescheduling for Air India flight booked throught their service. Wah! Well done just feels like a scam company. It's better to get ticket directly from airline website as it costs the same with added benefits. It's better if you improve your service in real time than replying here as if you care.

I booked flight through yatra for the first time and was suffering from some post booking issues which was not possible to resolve without yatra's support. In fact the air lines denied me to help and adjust my flight timing. Yes, i was not able to contact anybody in yatra but i dropped E mail about my concern and got a call from the management and after getting a call, within 20 minutes my issue got resolved without paying or doing any extra efforts. Worst online travel booking company

Still not refunded the 2020 summer travel airfare amount eventhough the airline has returned the money. Booking cancelled on 12th June 2020 as airline cancelled the flights. Day 1 - arrival in maldives.

Mauritius is more than just an island. It has a rich colonial history, a unique biodiversity and gorgeous, gorgeous weather. This is apart from the fact that it is blessed with an array of stunning beaches, spectacular coastline and teeming coral reefs. Mauritius has every creature comfort that a traveler wants, yet it retains its off-the-beaten-track appeal. Upon arrival in Mauritius, you will be welcomed by our representative who will escort you to your hotel. Check-in, relax and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner will be served in one of the restaurants at the hotel. After dinner, retire to your room for an overnight stay. Have your dinner in your hotel and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 2 - Historic North Island Discovery Tour

After breakfast, drive to the North of Mauritius for a visit of the Sugar Museum which preserves an architectural industrial, and natural heritage that has been linked to human activity for five centuries; the visit includes rum tasting. Afterwards, drive to the capital city of Mauritius Port Louis to take a panoramic view of the harbar from Citadel Fort, Proceed to a drive through Port Louis viewing which includes China Town, Catholic Church, Mosque, High Court building, Port Louis Theatre, French colonial buildings etc. Stop at Port Louis Bazar for an authentic experience to taste Dhol Puri accompanied with its spiced Mauritian curries. Enjoy shoppoing at Caudan Waterfront. Visit to Aapravasi Ghat and Kuanfu Tea factory. Back to Hotel. Have your dinner in your hotel and stay overnight at hotel. (Wear Comfortable shoes and light clothes)

Day 3 - Day at Leisure

Today, after a breakfast you have the day at leisure to explore the in-house activities being offered by the resort. Have your dinner in your hotel and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 4 - Religious & Adventurous South Island Discovery Tour

Drive to South of Mauritius to reach Grand Bassin, The Sacred Lake and the Lord Shiva 108ft statue. Driver thorough Plaine Champagne via Bassin Blanc (extinct volcanic crater) to reach the Valley of Colours to enjoy exciting land activities like Nepalese bridge, Zip line, Jeep Ride etc. The visit of the valley includes one free Digital Photo Souvenir per couple. Proceed to Floeral to enjoy shopping in Souvenir Shops, visit the Model Ship Factory and Trou Aux Cerfs - the Dormant Volcanic Crater (Viewpoint) and drive through Curepipe the scenic residential town. (All activities are at optional cost and subject to availability) (Wear Comfortable shoes and light clothes) Have your dinner in your hotel and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 5 - Day at Leisure

Day 6 - sun, sand & sea discovery tour.

Drive to the East coast to enjoy optional water sports activities at Belle Mare Piage. Transfer by speedboat to Ile aux Cerf Island with the most beautiful beach and clearest turquoise water. Enjoy visit to the waterfall on your way to the ile Auz Cerf. Time at leisure on the island. (Carry Beach Towel which you can collect from the Hotel (On Returnable Basis) Also Carry one change of clothes, Swimwear, Sunscreen, CAP/HAT) Have your dinner in your hotel and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 7 - Check-out from Resort n drop to Airport

This day marks the end of a fabulous vacation to Mauritius. Rise to a charming morning and indulge in a mouth-watering breakfast at your hotel, check out from your hotel (check-out time is 1200 hours) before you head to the airport for your flight back home.

After starting from the origin of river Yamuna, Yamunotri Dham, pilgrims head towards the renowned Gangotri shrine. Thereafter, they visit Shri Kedarnath Dham, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and finally end their holy journey at Shri Badrinath Dham, the only Dham sacred to Lord Vishnu. One of the 12 Jyotirlingas sacred to Lord Shiva and a part of the Char Dham and Panch Kedars (a group of 5 Shiva temples in Garhwal Himalayas) circuit, Kedarnath temple is an ancient holy temple. Many stories are associated with the origin of the temple. As per some of them, the temple was built by Adi Shankaracharya in the 8th Century. Other versions claim that the Pandavas worshipped Lord Shiva at the same place where the temple presently stands, to seek forgiveness for killing their cousins during the great war of Kurukshetra. Online/Offline registration process for Chardham Yatra

Pilgrims planning a Chardham Yatra 2024 are required to get a registration done before proceeding to Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. With the help of biometric registration, the state government can receive regular updates of pilgrims' locations for security, data, and mitigation purposes. The registration process, both offline and online, is quite easy. You will have to register yourself at any one of the centres falling on the 4 Dham Yatra routes. Once the process of biometric registration is done, you will get a biometric card, which will also help with availing special facilities like food and lodging.

Although there are around 14 registration centres, it will be best to get an online registration done for the Chardham Yatra to save yourself some time and escape long queues. The process of online registration is quite easy. You need to have an email, mobile number, and a photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voters ID card, PAN card, Driver’s License or Passport). Also, you will have to pay a fee of 50 INR. For the offline registration process, you need to carry a phone number and a photo ID card.

Best Time to Go on Chardham Yatra

The best time to visit Char Dham is from April to June and October to September as the temples remain open for pilgrims during this period. The temperature ranges between 3°C to 20°C, making it the best time to seek blessings at the temple. However, it is advised to carry heavy woollens as nights can be chilly. Reach Yamunotri By Air:

Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, around 210 kilometres from Yamunotri, is the closest airport to Hanuman Chatti. From the airport, you can hire a taxi to reach Hanuman Chatti. Helicopter services are also available from Dehradun if you’re planning a Chardham Yatra by helicopter.

Reach Gangotri By Road:

Gangotri enjoys excellent road connectivity to and from important cities in Uttarakhand, such as Dehradun, Tehri Garhwal, and Uttarkashi. You can also travel by bus from Delhi, which is available from ISBT Kashmiri Gate. Many tourists also prefer travelling to Gangotri by cab as the roads are in decent condition. This is the most economical way to reach Gangotri.

Reach Gangotri By Train:

Haridwar Railway Station, around 287 kilometres away from Gangotri, is the closest railway station to Gangotri. From Haridwar, taxis and buses are available to reach Gangotri.

Reach Gangotri By Air:

Gangotri doesn’t have direct air connectivity. The closest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, which is well-connected with all the major cities in India. From the airport, cabs/buses are available for the journey towards Gangotri.

Dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, Yamunotri Temple is located at an altitude of 3923 meters near the foot of Kalind Parbat (peak). It is the first temple that travellers visit on the Char Dham circuit. According to legends, the temple was the home of Asti Muni, an ancient sage, which makes it extremely popular amongst Hindu devotees. The main sanctum of the temple houses a black marble idol of Yamuna along with a white stone representing River Ganga. Kedarnath Temple, Rudraprayag

To reach the temple, pilgrims have to trek for 14 km from Gauri Kund.
