Formed in 2011, The Neighbourhood are captivating concertgoers with a fusion of evocative, moody indie rock melodies and hip-hop inspired beats. The band burst onto the scene in early 2012 with the track “Female Robbery.” With little to no information available about the band, fans clamored for more, until finally the Neighbourhood’s identity was revealed as a young quintet from Newbury Park, Calif. consisting of lead singer Jesse Rutherford, guitarists Jeremy Freedman and Zach Abels, bassist Mikey Margott, and drummer Bryan Sammis. Produced by Justyn Pilbrow, their debut EP titled I’m Sorry… was released in August 2012 followed by their debut studio album I Love You. in April 2013. Since then, lead single “Sweater Weather” was a breakout hit peaking at No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart and even entering the US Hot 100. The group has toured extensively on the festival circuits at Coachella and SXSW as well as with acts like Imagine Dragons. The Neighbourhood embarked on The Love Collection Tour in summer 2013 with Lovelife, The 1975, and JMSN, with tickets quickly disappearing as fervor for the group grew and shows sold out. As critics label their sound as emotional and atmospheric, they have visuals to match.  The band keeps to a monochromatic aesthetic and insists that the visuals are just as important as the music. Fans and casual listeners alike are enthralled not only by their brooding sound, but their equally dark videos and anticipate a bright future for this young group.

The Victoria Park-based festival is always known to kick-off the summer with an incredible weekend of non-stop live music across three stages, and with the incredible roster of talent announced today, 2023 looks set to be no different.

Local northern legends Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott, and popular indie band The Kooks have both been confirmed for huge slots at Neighbourhood Weekender 2023, alongside the return of Britpop superstars Pulp – who have also today announced they are reuniting for the first time since 2013 for a string of shows next year.

Pulp will headline the festival as part of their ‘What we do for an encore’ live dates.

Announcing the reunion tour and headlining slot, lead singer Jarvis Cocker said: “Three months ago, we asked, ‘what exactly do you do for an encore?’ Well… an encore happens when the crowd makes enough noise to bring the band back to the stage.

“So we are playing in the UK and Ireland in 2023, come along and make some noise, and we’ll see you there.”

Alongside Pulp, after a second consecutive UK number one album, legendary duo Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott will return to Victoria Park to close out the main stage on Saturday night.

The Kooks will also take to the main stage on the Saturday of the two-day festival.

Pop phenomenon Melanie Martinez has just announced arena gig here in Manchester as part of her The Trilogy Tour.

The singer is currently performing as her alter-ego ‘Cry Baby’, which involves her wearing an other-worldly mask that transforms her into a cat-like creature with four eyes and gigantic ears.

The pink fantastical character will be visiting Dublin, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff and London on the UK and Ireland leg of the tour.

Melanie Martinez will be performing at the huge new Co-op Live Arena in Manchester in September this year.

Fans can expect to hear hits from all three of her groundbreaking multi-platinum albums – Cry Baby, K-12, and Portals.

The 28-year-old singer, who first found fame on The Voice , has amassed a whopping 14 billion streams across the globe, including her TikTok viral song Play Date.

She recently wrapped up the PORTALS Tour, named after her third studio album, which received widespread critical acclaim.

It landed at the top of the albums charts in several countries, peaking at number two in the UK albums chart.

The hit singles from the album include Void and Death, the latter of which is joined by a cinematic companion video that was directed, conceived and costume-designed by Martinez herself.

Melanie Martinez has become an online sensation with her Cry Baby universe.

Billboard said: “The avant-garde pop auteur creates bold, expansive worlds with each project…While the dramatic five-minute track can be connected to her artistic reawakening, the kinetic drums and electronic elements will also make listeners feel reborn, too.”

She’s even partnered with Flower Shop Perfumes Co. to launch a new four-fragrance collection, Portals Parfums, which arrive in a one-foot-tall bottle in the shape of her multi-eyed Cry Baby head.

Melanie Martinez will be performing at the Co-op Live in Manchester on 21 September.

General release tickets will go on sale on Thursday 28 March, with artist pre-sales from Monday 25 March.

Megan Thee Stallion announces massive Manchester gig on Hot Girl Summer Tour

Megan Thee Stallion has just announced a huge Manchester arena gig as part of her 31-city world tour.

The three-time Grammy Award-winner will be stopping off at the new Co-op Live arena in July on her Hot Girl Summer Tour.

She’ll be heading across the US and Europe with her first-ever headline arena tour, which will feature a special Chicas Divertidas VIP section.

The star will visit several major cities in the states before beginning her international leg here in the UK on 4 July.

Megan Thee Stallion’s tour announcement, which includes a stop in Manchester, follows the chart-topping release of her latest song HISS.

She’s become a record-breaker with the song, which has made her the biggest first week for a solo female rap song in history.

It’s her third single to top the Billboard Hot 100, following Savage (Remix) with Beyonce, and WAP with Cardi B.

Megan Thee Stallion now has her own independent music and entertainment entity, called Hot Girl Productions, which launched following an innovative agreement between the artist and Warner Music Group.

It means that she can release her music independently but still has distribution and resources with Warner Music – making her a force for the music industry.

Megan Thee Stallion will perform at the Co-op Live in Manchester on 5 July this year, with tickets going on sale from today.

Pre-sales will include a Citi card members early access, an artist Hotties presale, and then the general sale from Friday 22 March at 10am.

Fans can also purchase VIP Packages, which may include premium tickets, access to a VIP bar and cocktail service throughout the night, pre-show VIP Lounge, exclusive VIP merch item, early entry and more.

How to buy Taylor Swift tickets: Eras Tour dates and prices compared

When you buy through our links, Business Insider may earn an affiliate commission. Learn more

Taylor Swift's reign continues as she ramps up for the next leg of The Eras Tour. The singer-songwriter will kick off the European portion of her world tour in Paris in May, which will continue throughout the summer. From there, she'll return to North America to tour Canada and a few remaining US cities in the fall. If you're hoping to attend, we've compiled all of the details of The Eras Tour, including how to get Taylor Swift tour tickets.

Swift's Eras Tour has taken the world by storm since March 2023. The three-plus-hour tour features hits from each of Swift's album eras, from "Lover" to her recent Grammy Award-winning "Midnights." Each show also features surprise songs and occasional guests, so fans never quite know what they're in for. Swift will release her latest album, "The Tortured Poets Department," in April, but it's unknown if any of those songs will make their way to the tour setlist.

Getting tickets has become its own battle and many fans have waited hours in the Ticketmaster queue to hopefully snag some seats, if they could get a presale ticket code in the first place. While Swift continues to extend the tour, including new US dates, tickets remain hard to come by.

Below, we've put together a guide on everything to know about The Eras Tour, including the tour schedule, ticket purchasing details, resale ticket prices, and the concert film streaming options . You can also peruse resale vendors like StubHub and Vivid Seats at your leisure.

Taylor Swift international tour dates

The Eras Tour international dates resume on May 9 in Paris. The European tour will run until August 20 in London. UK prices are listed in pounds, and start times vary from city to city. US dates start in October and can be found under the following table.

Taylor Swift North American tour dates

The Eras tour will return to the US on October 18 in Miami. In addition to the Miami shows, Swift will perform multiple dates in New Orleans and Indianapolis. On November 14, Swift will head to Canada for several shows in Toronto and Vancouver. All North American shows start at 7 p.m. local time.

How to buy tickets for Taylor Swift's 2024 tour

Original standard tickets for Taylor Swift's 2024 sold out long ago for both international and domestic dates. All US tickets and many international tickets were sold through Ticketmaster , although select international locations used different services.

Tickets for most dates are available on resale websites like StubHub and Vivid Seats . These are generally higher-priced than the originals, which are no longer available. Keep in mind that some countries have rules regarding reselling tickets.

How much are Taylor Swift tickets?

Ticket prices vary by date and location. International resale tickets tend to be a bit cheaper than US resale tickets. It's worth noting that some of the cheapest tickets have restricted views.

StubHub's cheapest European tickets range from $392 (Madrid, Spain, on May 29) to £978 (London, United Kingdom, on June 22). The latter is around $1,248 in USD. The lowest prices for most shows are around $450 to $1,000. On Vivid Seats , the cheapest tickets for these dates go for $549 and $683, respectively.

When it comes to North American shows, the cheapest StubHub tickets range from $1,045 (Vancouver, Canada, on December 8) to $2,081 (Miami, Florida, on October 19). Most of the cheapest tickets are priced between $1,200 and $1,800. On Vivid Seats, the cheapest Taylor Swift tickets on these dates start at $1,133 and $2,212, respectively. The two resale vendors generally have similarly priced offerings, but this varies from show to show.

Who is opening for Taylor Swift's tour?

Taylor Swift has a variety of opening acts, from up-and-coming singers to established groups. Opening acts vary by date. For the European leg of the tour, Paramore will open for Swift. In the US and Canada, Gracie Abrams will be the opening act.

Will Taylor Swift add more dates to the Eras Tour?

Taylor Swift already added additional stops to her tour due to popular demand, including her US tour dates this fall. She also added additional dates to some of her European city stops, including bonus performances in France and the United Kingdom, among other locations. It's unknown whether Swift will end up adding even more tour dates, but by the end of the upcoming US leg she will have been touring for almost two years, so fans shouldn't be surprised if she takes a break.

Bruce Springsteen Is Back! Rocker Resumes Tour After Postponing Dates Due to Peptic Ulcer Disease

After canceling the remainder of his tour dates in 2023, the rock icon relaunched his tour on Tuesday night at the Footprint Center in Phoenix

"The Boss" is back on stage.

On Tuesday night, Bruce Springsteen resumed his tour after postponing several of his 2023 dates due to peptic ulcer disease .

According to the Associated Press , the "Born to Run" singer, 74, appeared in good spirits as he performed alongside the E Street Band — sans wife wife Patti Scialfa — at the Footprint Center in Phoenix.

Sporting dark jeans and a red flannel shirt, Springsteen was greeted with audience cheers of “Bruuuuce!” ahead of his performance, per the outlet.

At the end of his 29-song set — which included hits like "Born to Run" and a string of soul covers like “Nightshift” by the Commodores, “Because The Night” by Patti Smith Group, and “Twist and Shout” by The Top Notes/The Isley Brothers/The Beatles — he addressed his illness before starting his final track "I’ll See You In My Dream," per the AP.

"Phoenix, first I want to apologize if there was any discomfort because we had to move the show last time. . . . I hope we didn’t inconvenience you too much," he told the crowd, according to the outlet.

In May 2022, Springsteen initially announced he'd be heading out on tour in February 2023 for his and the band's first international run since 2017, and their first US tour dates since 2016. However, his road back to the stage was rockier than expected.

Just a month after the tour began, Springsteen postponed three shows in a week "due to illness," according to a statement shared on the musician's Twitter page.

That April, the rock icon and Scialfa, 70, both tested positive for COVID at the end of the first leg of his tour and his first hometown show in their native New Jersey in seven years.

By August, Springsteen had to postpone two of his Philadelphia shows due to having “taken ill."

It was revealed in early September through a statement shared on the singer's social media accounts that he was "being treated for symptoms of peptic ulcer disease."

The announcement advised that due to Springsteen's medical treatment and the "decision of his medical advisors," the remainder of Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band's September shows were postponed .

The message also included a personal note from "The Rising" performer, who reassured fans that the band will "be back soon" with new tour dates.

“Over here on E Street, we’re heartbroken to have to postpone these shows. First, apologies to our fabulous Philly fans who we missed a few weeks ago. We’ll be back to pick these shows up and then some," it read.

The message continued: "Thank you for your understanding and support. We’ve been having a blast at our US shows and we’re looking forward to more great times. We’ll be back soon."

Later in the month, the remainder of dates for Springsteen's 2023 shows were canceled , and a statement was posted to his  social media explaining he was recovering from peptic ulcer disease: “Bruce Springsteen has continued to recover steadily from peptic ulcer disease over the past few weeks and will continue treatment through the rest of the year on doctor's advice. With this in mind, and out of an abundance of caution, all remaining 2023 tour dates for Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will be postponed until 2024.”

The 20-time Grammy winner shared a note of gratitude for his fans, too: “Thanks to all my friends and fans for your good wishes, encouragement, and support. I'm on the mend and can't wait to see you all next year.”

Ahead of resuming his tour, Springsteen made a surprise appearance during John Mellencamp 's concert at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark, New Jersey earlier this month where he joined the singer onstage for a special duet of "Pink Houses."

Go beneath the streets on this tour of the spectacular, mind-bending Moscow Metro! Be awed by architecture and spot the Propaganda , then hear soviet stories from a local in the know. Finish it all up above ground, looking up to Stalins skyscrapers, and get the inside scoop on whats gone on behind those walls.

Know More about this tour

We begin our Moscow tour beneath the city, exploring the underground palace of the Moscow Metro. From the Square of Revolution station, famous for its huge statues of soviet people (an armed soldier, a farmer with a rooster, a warrior, and more), we’ll move onto some of the most significant stations, where impressive mosaics, columns, and chandeliers will boggle your eyes! Moreover, these stations reveal a big part of soviet reality — the walls depict plenty of Propaganda , with party leaders looking down from images on the walls. Your local guide will share personal stories of his/her family from USSR times, giving you insight into Russia’s complicated past and present. Then we’re coming back up to street level, where we’ll take a break and refuel with some Russian fast food: traditional pancakes, called bliny. And then, stomachs satiated, we are ready to move forward! We’ll take the eco-friendly electric trolleybus, with a route along the Moscow Garden Ring. Used mainly by Russian babushkas(grannies) during the day, the trolleybus hits peak hours in the mornings and evenings, when many locals use it going to and from their days. Our first stop will be the Aviator’s House, one of Stalin’s Seven Sisters, followed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — and you’ll hear the legends of what has gone on inside the walls. Throughout your Moscow tour, you’ll learn curious facts from soviet history while seeing how Russia exists now, 25 years after the USSR.

Traveler Reviews

This tour exceeded our expectations. Nikolai (Nick), our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and has a great personality. He didn't take shortcuts and really covered everything that was on the agenda in great detail. We saw beautiful metro stations and learned the history behind them, including many of the murals and designs.

We did the tour with Anna her knowledge and understanding of the History surrounding the metro brought the tour alive. Well done Anna!

Bruce Springsteen setlist 2024: Every song he sang at world tour relaunch in Phoenix

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band relaunched their world tour in downtown Phoenix on Tuesday night.

The night allowed for a journey through his catalog, from his first album, "Greetings From Asbury Park, N.J.," to 2022's "Only the Strong Survive," a collection of soul and R&B covers.

The return came after Springsteen and the E Street Band cut the trek short in 2023  on the advice of Springsteen’s doctors as the star was treated for peptic ulcer disease , a potentially serious gastrointestinal condition.

Start the day smarter. Get all the news you need in your inbox each morning.

At the time, Springsteen issued a statement saying, "Over here on E Street, we're heartbroken to have to postpone these shows. ... We'll be back to pick these shows up and then some. Thank you for your understanding and support. We've been having a blast at our US shows and we’re looking forward to more great times. We'll be back soon."

Bruce Springsteen forced to postpone Philadelphia concerts with E Street Band due to illness

Springsteen announced that he was symptom-free on the Nov. 20 episode of his E Street Radio show "From My Home to Yours." Since then, the New Jersey native performed at the 2024 MusiCares Person of the Year ceremony , the 17th annual Stand Up for Heroes benefit and the New Jersey Hall of Fame induction honoring his wife and E Street Band member, Patti Scialfa .

He also appeared at the 81st Golden Globe Awards (where he was nominated for best original song for "Addicted to Romance"), alongside Darlene Love to present her with a platinum record for "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)," and multiple events at the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music on the campus of Monmouth University in New Jersey.

PHOENIX (AP) — Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band returned to the stage Tuesday evening at the Footprint Center in Phoenix in a triumphant reboot of the Boss’ postponed 2023 world tour.

In September Springsteen, 74, announced his tour would be delayed until 2024 , citing doctor’s advice as he recovered from peptic ulcer disease.

“The Boss” arrived on stage to an audience chorus of “Bruuuuce!” Wearing dark jeans and a rolled up red plaid flannel shirt, he had the energy of a man half his age. His signature “One, two, three, four” was the only thing that separated most songs, showing no signs of his illness from the previous year. Once he shouted, “Good evening, Arizona” the show was off and running.

Springsteen spoke to the crowd briefly about his illness prior to playing his final song “I’ll See You In My Dreams” solo on stage. “Phoenix, first I want to apologize if there was any discomfort because we had to move the show last time. . . . I hope we didn’t inconvenience you too much.”

The 29-song show came in just under three hours, but “The Boss” hardly broke a sweat while showing off a strong voice, all the while dancing, tearing into guitar solos, playing the harmonica and even ripping his shirt open near the end of the show.

On stage with Springsteen was the legendary E Street Band which features drummer Max Weinberg, bassist Garry Tallent, keyboardists Roy Bittan and Charlie Giordano, guitarists Stevie Van Zandt and Nils Lofgren, saxophonist Jake Clemons — nephew of original and still missed sax man Clarence Clemons who died in 2011 — guitarist and violin player Soozie Tyrell, a full horn and brass section and four backup vocalists. The only missing member of the band was Springsteen’s wife, singer and guitarist Patti Scialfa.

Springsteen performed most of the hits in his vast collection, minus “Born In The U.S.A.,” but he added covers “Nightshift” by the Commodores, “Because The Night” by Patti Smith Group, and a surprise: “Twist and Shout” by The Beatles. Fans went wild for “No Surrender,” “Born To Run,” “Rosalita,” “Dancing In The Dark,” “Glory Days” and “Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out” that left the rocker grinning from ear-to-ear as he conducted fans singing along like his own chorus.

This year has been particularly challenging for Springsteen. In addition to his health issues, in January his mother, Adele Ann Springsteen, a fan favorite who could frequently be seen dancing at his shows, died . She was 98.

Two days after her death, Springsteen performed at the 2024 MusiCares Person of the Year event, which honored Jon Bon Jovi for his musical achievements and philanthropic efforts.

The 2024 edition of the tour kicked off in Phoenix and ends Nov. 22 in Vancouver, Canada. It hits 17 countries across 52 dates, including a special performance on Sept. 15 where Springsteen will headline the Sea.Hear.Now Festival in his hometown of Asbury Park, New Jersey.
