Today in Dublin, you have the choice between two activities. First you may choose to join a local expert and familiarize yourself with the “Fair City” of Dublin during a coach tour highlighting the top sights! Visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral, O’Connell Street, Grafton Street and Phoenix Park, and see the city's trademark – magnificent rows of stately Georgian town homes. Your other option is to join a local guide on an intimate walking tour of Dublin’s historic center. Explore O’Connell Street and the Grand Central Post Office, site of the 1916 Uprising. Walk along the River Liffey and learn about the important role this river played in Dublin’s history. Explore Grafton Street before discovering the rich history of St. Stephen’s Green.

This afternoon in Cardiff you have the choice between two activities. First, you can choose to visit St Fagan's National Museum of History, an open-air museum chronicling the history, culture and the architecture of the Welsh people. Located on the edge of the city, this museum contains over 40 original buildings from different historical times, including workers' terraced cottages, farmhouses, shops, a chapel and old schoolhouse. In addition, there is a re-created Celtic village, and the 16th century manor houses and gardens to explore. Or, you can choose to have time at leisure to explore Cardiff's historical center further, including its shops and restaurants.

While in Waterford you have the choice between two activities. First, you can choose to visit Waterford Crystal’s impressive new factory and see first-hand the centuries-old tradition of Irish crystal making. Feel the heat of the furnace and marvel at the skills of the craftsmen on a guided tour of the facility. After the tour, perhaps you’ll indulge your passion for the world’s most famous crystal in the factory’s lavish retail store, which houses the largest collection of Waterford Crystal found anywhere in the world! Or, you can choose to join a local guide and explore 1,100 years of Waterford's history. From the Vikings to the Victorians, discover why Ireland’s oldest city is also one of its most important in terms of history, culture, and trade.

Day 1 | Welcome to Dublin

Explore the Celtic heritage and hospitality of Ireland and Scotland on this grand adventure through beautiful landscapes and enchanting cities. Our first day sees us delve into the whimsy of the Irish capital, before joining our fellow travellers and Travel Director for a Welcome Reception.

Day 2 | Discover Diverse Dublin

Drive through the streets of Dublin, joining your Local Specialist for a sightseeing tour past the stately Georgian Squares and St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the tallest church in Ireland. Enjoy a leisurely day exploring the city. Stop for a pint of ‘the Black Stuff’ in Temple Bar, admire the colourful performers on Grafton Street or consider joining an Optional Experience this evening to tap your feet to the lively sounds of Irish music at an Irish cabaret.

Day 3 | Journey to Waterford

Dive Into Culture and gain insights into Ireland’s strong tradition of breeding world-class thoroughbreds at the Irish National Stud in Kildare. Enjoy a guided walk admiring the powerful steeds that have made racing history and stroll around the tranquil Japanese gardens. We travel to the House of Waterford Crystal this afternoon and Dive Into Culture yet again to witness this delicate craft, watching talented master craftsmen at work in their workshop.

Day 4 | Onwards to Blarney and Killarney

Travel to Cork and bend over backwards to kiss the Blarney Stone and acquire the ‘gift of the gab’ before crossing the Kerry Mountains to County Kerry. We journey to 1930s Ireland this evening for an unforgettable experience, visiting the working farms of Muckross, where we’ll learn about traditional farming and meet the families who ply the land. Your visit will help to preserve the heritage of rural Ireland and you’ll Connect With Locals, savouring delicious local flavours during your Be My Guest visit to the Quilles Farmhouse against the scenic backdrop of the lakes of Killarney.

Day 5 | A Day on the Ring of Kerry

The astounding beauty of Iveragh Peninsula accompanies us on this soul-stirring coastal journey around the Ring of Kerry – a dramatic landscape of mountains, loughs and lakes which have inspired writers and poets for centuries. See Daniel O’Connell’s Cahirciveen, the fishing village of Waterville, the Black Valley and Moll’s Gap with the Macgillycuddy’s Reeks peaks in the distance.

Day 6 | Continue to Galway and Ballina

Drive to Adare, one of Ireland’s prettiest villages, known for its thatched cottages. The imposing stone cathedral, built on the site of an old prison and Eyre Square on our next stop in Galway, where we’ll enjoy some free time to explore the city before continuing our journey northward. This evening we dine in our hotel.

Day 7 | Off to Donegal and on to Londonderry

Head north to Donegal with its ‘Diamond’ centre before joining a Local Specialist in Londonderry to stroll along its 17th-century walls. See the ‘Troubles’ neighbourhood of Bogside, with its murals depicting the battles of that time.

Day 8 | Admire the Giant’s Causeway and on to Belfast

Tread in the footsteps of Finn McCool and along the other-worldly Giant’s Causeway ‘steps’ that descend into the sea during your MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience. Your visit will help to conserve this iconic landmark. We arrive in Belfast later and visit the Titanic Belfast Experience where we’ll Dive Into Culture and gain insights into the tragic story of the famous ship that met its end in the Atlantic. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the capital of Northern Ireland.

Day 9 | Cross the Irish Sea to Glasgow

Join your Local Specialist in Belfast this morning for an included city tour which will take you to Queen’s University and the Baroque Revival-style City Hall. We board our ferry in Belfast and cross to Cairnryan in Scotland, driving through the Ayrshire countryside bound for Glasgow, our home for the next two nights.

Day 10 | Discover Glasgow’s Rich Legacy

Delve into Scotland’s intriguing cultural capital and stroll through the town to admire views of George Square and the River Clyde, once the heart of Scotland’s shipbuilding industry. We head to whisky country next, visiting a whisky distillery where we’ll Dive Into Culture and learn how to make Scotland’s favourite honey-coloured drink with a chance to sample a wee dram. We return to Glasgow for some free time to explore the city.

Day 11 | Continue Over the Sea to Skye

Journey along the famous bonnie banks of Loch Lomond to the tragic site of the 1692 massacre of the MacDonalds at the ‘Glen of Weeping’. Continue to Fort William at the foot of Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis. Then, cross to the Isle of Skye, where we’ll spend this evening dining in our hotel.

Day 12 | Venture to Loch Ness and Culloden in the Scottish Highlands

We leave the rugged beauty of Skye behind and venture to the site where three lochs meet. View Eilean Donan Castle before travelling along the banks of Loch Ness in search of the elusive monster that bears its name. The bloody battlefield of Culloden is our next stop, where we spend a poignant moment reflecting on the many men who lost their lives in the brief but brutal battle between the Redcoats and Bonnie Prince Charlie’s Jacobites. This evening we spend the evening dining at our hotel in the Scottish Highlands.

We are more than happy to include a flight quote separately to your package so that you can decide if you would like to book with us or on your own.  While booking flights can seem straight-forward, there are often hidden fees or classes of service that do not include seat assignments, meals or checked bags. We have been booking flights since 1985 and know the best routings and have great contracts that mean we often have better prices than what you will see online.

Multi Country Tours by Discover Ireland Tours Destination Management Company

Multi-country tours - Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales

Destination management company for ireland, scotland, england and wales, multi-country options.

We offer inbound tour operator services for Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales. Ireland and Scotland tours are particularly popular, and we can also include the sites of England and Wales as well.

Depending on the locations and sites you would like to see we will either arrange everything ourselves or we may work with a partner to provide the section outside Ireland. Either way we arrange everything and you can rest assured your clients will receive the very best service and attention throughout their tour.

Coaches and Drivers

There are two options here. Either the same driver and vehicle can be with your group for the whole tour, crossing the Irish Sea with you to the UK. Alternatively we can arrange a UK-based driver and vehicle for your group. You would then either fly or take the ferry between Ireland and the UK and your new vehicle and driver would meet you at the other side.

Generally depends on the sites and locations you would like to see as to which is the most cost-effective and appropriate option.

Multi-Country Special-Interest Tours

We can also offer our range of special interest tours on a multi-country basis should you wish to see Scotland, England and/or Wales as well as part of your tour.

Here we have a range of excellent partners we use who are able to source the specialist visits required in their respective areas, you can rest assured you are still getting expert knowledge across the entirety of your tour.

Arrival and Departure Locations

We generally recommend that you fly into one country, and fly out of another. Doing a loop tour can add on unnecessary extra travel and expense, having to cross the Irish Sea twice.

This historic castle is one of the iconic images of Scotland.

Ireland Scotland Tours

Destination management for tours of ireland & scotland.

Ireland and Scotland are two Celtic nations that share a long common history and culture. This is perhaps the most popular combination for two country tours, and many of our expert guides are very experienced in both countries. From the wilds of the Highlands to culture and refinement of Edinburgh's centre, Scotland has a lot to offer.

The best ferry connections are between Belfast and Larne in Northern Ireland and Stranraer/Cairnryan in Scotland, and the journey takes between two and 2 1/2 hours.

The bagpipes, played in the stunning grounds of Eilean Castle, Scotland.

Ireland England Tours

Destination management for tours of ireland & england.

Ireland and England have shared a close and tumultuous past for millennial. They share a common thread yet are still distinctly different, making a very interesting combination for one tour. England offers a huge variety, from the stunning beauty of the national parks to the bustle and history of its major cities.

There are many different ferry routes across the Irish Sea connecting the two, with some of the major ones being Belfast - Liverpool, Dublin - Liverpool, Dublin - Holyhead (in Wales) and Rosslare - Pembroke/Fishguard (in Wales). The journey times vary between two hours and eight hours depending on the route.

For anyone travelling in the Sewerby area on the outskirts of Bridlington, on England's East coast, be sure to check out our friends at Bondville Model Village .

Westminster, the UK Houses of Parliament.

Ireland Wales Tours

Destination management for tours of ireland & wales.

Wales is one of the seven Celtic nations, and shares close cultural ties with Ireland. It's also geographically very close, with many direct links between Ireland's East Coast and Wales' West Coast. Wales contains stunning national parks, charming rolling countryside with ancient villages, historic castles, and some of the U.K.'s most significant industrial heritage. Variety abounds here, and the different regions of Wales vary quite significantly to do chat to us about what most interest your groups and we can suggest the best areas for them.

There are two main ferry routes connecting Wales and Ireland; Dublin - Holyhead and Rosslare - Pembroke/Fishguard. The journey times are between two hours and four hours depending on the route.

Conwy Castle is a historic Norman castle on the estuary of the river Conwy

England, Scotland and Ireland end Dublin Tour

England, Scotland and Ireland end Dublin

The tour was amazing by all means. Thank you so much Europamundo. The places we visited were very well chosen and we enjoyed every bit of them. The hotels were excellent. We had two drivers, Arthur and Aric and both were great. We had three guides staying with us throughout the tour: 1- Christiano who stayed very little but was a great guide. 2- Diego Bueno, who accompanied us the last few days of the tour and who was a wonderful guide, knew very well his material and was super friendly and efficient. 3- Maia, who also spent quite some time with us and was super efficient in her job, knowing very well her material, but unfortunately NOT so friendly and a bit rude with the driver and with us. Maia behaves like a wonderful machine, like a robot, and not like a friendly and warm human being. All in All, the tour was Excellent, Perfect, Wonderful, Awesome and we had the time of our lives, would definitely recommend it to my friends, and would definitely recommend Europamundo to our friends... and by the way this is the second trip we do with Europamundo, the first was "Amsterdam, Berlin and Prague", Christmas and New Year 2019-2020 and was also excellent. Many thanks to all the staff and the crew of Europamundo for making traveling such a wonderful and joyful expenrience.

Britain and Ireland Experience (12 Days)

Being 1st time travellers to UK this was an excellent introduction, and covered so much in the 12 days (bbutt not too much) Our guide Andrew was excellent, with interesting and informative stories along the way really adding to the experience. Accommodation was surprisingly good (being a Costsaver holiday) and places visited were a great cross section of UK and Ireland. Highly recommended.

Best of UK & Ireland (GBIR)

Our tour leader Peter was amazing! He took such good care of us, entertained us with stories, folklore and history everywhere we went. Lee was shadowing and proved to be an amazing guide as well! His stories and history were such a gift! Lee...you're welcome! Paul has got to be the BEST driver in the UK! It was incredible the way he navigated the narrow roads, bridges and entrances without a scratch to the bus! His humour and general good nature made the bus trip a truly memorable vacation! Expat is exceptional! Thank you for the memories and new friends!

The only thing we suggest to improve is to separate English and Spanish speakers to different groups or the tour guide can speak more English for English speakers.

Celtic Highlights Tour

We just got home from this tour. Kudos to Peter Dundon, and Ian, our driver. I think they could coordinate a moon launch with no problem. The hotels were nice, the food was good. The itinerary was brisk - you see a lot but you have to get up and out early. I would never have seen so much if left to my own devices. A word to all the other menopausal ladies out there - they give you a down comforter in every hotel, year-round. Other than that, a truly wonderful experience.

The Best of Britain & Ireland Tour

The Best of Britain & Ireland

The tour was as advertised “a taste of the UK”,we saw some wonderful sites, beautiful towns/cities & magnificent people. Our tour guide (Peter) gave us interesting facts & antidotes for the places we went to.The accomodation was average but it did the job required (sadly none had separate laundry facilities to catch up with washing).Sometimes you felt rushed other times why are we here for 4 hours(to much shopping time).Overall we had a great time with our fellow passengers & Cosmos looked after us with respect & if given a chance to travel again by coach Cosmos tours will be on our check list. Regards Peter & Anne

Britain & Ireland Discovery (Classic, 22 Days)

Tour guide and coach driver were excellent. Food, optional experiences and inclusions, especially the little taste tests like shortbread, ice cream, Irn Bru and fudge were all excellent and well thought out. Tours of a distillery and Guinness brewery were all good. Local guides were good and Ronan in Derry/Londonderry was excellent - very knowledgeable and passionate around the history of the city. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks to Ben , Alf and our relief drivers.

Romantic Britain & Ireland (Small Groups, 18 Days) Tour

Romantic Britain & Ireland (Small Groups, 18 Days)

This is the second tour I've taken with Insight and it was a very good time. Greg works very hard at making the experience "one to remember" and in this case he did just that. He constantly seeks out any potential problems and seems always to be just a step, or two, ahead of the problem. He is very good at building comradery with the group and made it a great experience.

Reviews of England, Ireland and Scotland Tours

As the one year anniversary approaches, I wish I could do this trip again!
Very nice itinerary ... jam packed days and evenings. I chose not to do any of the extra evening excursions that were offered so I was able to use the time to explore every overnight stop on my own. The tour guide was amazing... so full of knowledge about all the countries/areas we visited.
I really enjoyed the trip
