Fresh off his debut on Saturday Night Live this past weekend , 21 Savage , the GRAMMY-winning, multi-platinum global superstar known for his distinctive flow, today announced he will be heading back to stages across North America in 2024 with the ‘American Dream Tour’. Produced by Live Nation, the 30-city trek kicks off on May 1st in Vancouver, BC at Rogers Arena making stops across North America in Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago and more before wrapping up in his hometown of Atlanta for a blowout show at Lakewood Amphitheatre on June 15th. In addition, the tour will feature special guests J.I.D, Nardo Wick, and 21 Lil Harold.

The American Dream Tour celebrates the release of 21 Savage’s third studio album of the same name which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, maintaining the spot for two weeks. This trek follows a momentous 2023, during which 21 Savage toured across North America, Europe, and the UK. He kicked off the year by announcing he was joining Drake on the ‘It’s All A Blur’ Tour, captivating audiences with electrifying arena performances throughout North America. As the year drew to a close, 21 Savage made a triumphant return overseas with his successful ‘Homecoming Tour’.

21 Savage Announces ‘American Dream Tour’ 

21 Savage is gearing up to take on North America with his ‘American Dream Tour.’ The Grammy-winning artist has announced a 30-city trek with support from J.I.D., Nardo Wick, and 21 Lil Harold. 

The ‘American Dream Tour’ is slated to kick off on May 1 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. From there, the tour will make its way through major cities such as Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boston, New York, and Tampa before wrapping up on June 15 at Lakewood Amphitheatre in Atlanta. 

Tickets go on sale February 28 at 10 a.m. local time. An artist presale, as well as VIP packages, are set to head on sale Wednesday, February 28, at 10 a.m. Citi card members will have exclusive access to presale tickets through the Citi Entertainment program.

Excellent experience

We really enjoyed the tour with very knowledgeable driver Spencer. Saw much more of Miami Beach than we would have done otherwise. Felt like celebrities cruising past the crowds! Spencer gave us lots of interesting insights into Miami’s history and present. He was also happy to customise the tour to take us past a couple of sights we particularly wanted to see. Would thoroughly recommend!

We booked Andre for an hours tour. He turned up in the most fantastic car. It was beautiful! We booked an hours your from our hotel in Collins Ave, South Beach and did it at 8pm to get the full benefit of the neon of Ocean Drive. It was amazing! The car was awesome (see photo) and Andre our driver was a legend. French guy with massive personality and very funny! He knew everything and we were all gripped by his descriptions. Went up to the Fountainbleau Hotel and back last ‘millionaires row.’ He even dropped us off at Sushi Samba in Lincoln Avenue to save the children having to walk. The cost was around $140 for an hour and was booked on Viator. I can’t recommend this enough.

We are so glad that you had a blast while cruising with Andre. He is knowledgeable for sure and very funny! I am not sure about the price but I believe you for the rest...LOL Thank you very much for sharing with us. Thierry

Four of us (2 couples) went out with Thierry in his convertible turquoise and white 1950s Edsel. So much fun and we learned all about Miami while rolling through Coconut Grove, Brickell, downtown, Wynwood (including a stop to walk through the mural exhibit), Design District and Miami Beach. Thierry is a great guide, funny and knowledgeable. Also we got happy waves, smiles and honks from classic car admirers everywhere. Highly recommend!

Fresh off a stint as the musical guest on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” 21 Savage is returning to the stage.

The 31-year-old British rapper just announced his ‘American Dream Tour’ — which shares a name with his recently released album — alongside special guests J.I.D. , Nardo Wick, and 21 Lil Harold that will send them to venues all over the U.S. and Canada this May and June.

Midway through the run, the Grammy winning artist is scheduled to swing into Queens, NY’s Governors Ball Music Festival on June 8 and Camden, NJ’s Freedom Mortgage Pavilion on June 9.

While 21 Savage has co-headlined with Drake and J. Cole these past few years, the ‘American Dream Tour’ will be his first proper headlining North American tour since 2019’s ‘I Am > I Was Tour.’

And if you want to see the “redrum” rapper spread his wings on the road this year, you can pick up tickets for all 2024 shows as soon as today.

Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, March 1, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

21 Savage new music

After six years since his last official studio album, 21 Savage dropped “American Dream” on Jan. 12, 2024.

His third record, comprised of 15 tracks, comments on the struggles 21 Savage faced to acquire his green card.

Once the music takes off — after a rousing spoken word intro — drum-heavy beats, retro samples and 21’s slick flow flood your eardrums.

21 Savage controversy

Over the past decade, 21 Savage has run into a number of legal issues.

In 2014, he was convicted of felony drug charges in Atlanta; four years later, the rapper took a firearm out at a party.

The following year, in 2019, he turned himself in at a South Georgia jail after a warrant was put out for his arrest. Three years prior, he was paid $17,000 for a concert he never performed and didn’t return the money. He was released on his own recognizance soon after.

However, most notably, the British icon ran into immigration legal troubles after it was discovered his visa expired in 2006.

After years of back and forth, 21 Savage received his green card in October 2023.

Awesome experience! Car is a showstopper. Thierry was an awesome guide with lots of knowledge of Miami and takes great pictures as well!

This tour was great, a bit pricey, but it's worth it if you love history and architecture, and classic cars, of course. We did the 3hr tour, and it felt like we saw all of Miami. Our driver (I forgot his name, so sorry) was fun and extremely knowledgeable about the city's history, and architecture. He took great pics of us, and would stop anywhere along the route you want to for a photo op. No rushing at all, very laid back. We rode in a1960 Buick Electra, "the deuce and a quarter", it was beautiful, and so much fun to ride in. The pedestrians' reactions to the car was so fun, too, all smiles and waving, and taking pics. Our driver offered water and gave us really cool handheld fans. Also, he's vaccinated, so that was a personal plus for us. A nice touch and a little souvenir, too. It was a good time, I highly recommend this tour!

The art district of Wynwood, so many murals, it was crazy cool!!!

Such a great tour. The driver was such a good authority on the architectural history. Car was perfect. People kept stopping and asking for pictures when we were at a stop. It was fun the history on the tour was exceptional. Loved the whole experience on the private tour. I recommend this tour 100%!!!

The best $ we have spent so far! We often do helicopter tours when we visit a new place but decided to try a convertible tour of the Art Deco scene and Winwood. We LOVED it!! Our driver/guide was amazing! Super friendly and very knowledgeable! We learned and laughed and had 2 amazing hours! We can't wait to come back to Miami and do the other half of the grand tour! Seriously - if you do ONE thing in South Beach - do this!!!

21 Savage to bring American Dream Tour to Cincinnati. Here's when, how to get tickets

A Grammy-winning rap star is coming to the Queen City.

21 Savage announced his 2024 American Dream Tour on Tuesday, following his Saturday Night Live debut Feb. 24. The 30-city trek will include a stop in Cincinnati at Riverbend Music Center on Wednesday, May 22.

The tour will feature special guests J.I.D, Nardo Wick and 21 Lil Harold.

Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, March 1, through Ticketmaster and Riverbend.org . An  official presale for Citi card members  will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, and end at 10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 29. 

According to a press release, the American Dream Tour celebrates the release of 21 Savage’s third studio album, "American Dream," which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

The rapper has been on a touring streak in the last year, having joined Drake on the It’s All A Blur Tour in 2023. 21 Savage ended the year with a return overseas, bringing his Homecoming Tour to five countries across Europe.

21 Savage has wasted no time since he left behind a life on the streets of Atlanta to become one of hip-hop's most exciting artists. Released at the end of 2018, the frank and fearless rapper's second album, ‘I Am > I Was,' confirms his status as a gifted newcomer in the game, one who's unafraid to speak out about the social and political issues impacting his listeners, while unflinchingly portraying his own personal experience and struggles.

That boldness has led to an incredible string of commercial success, including such hits as "Rockstar," which reached No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart before earning two Grammy nominations for 21 Savage and his track / one-time touring partner Post Malone. His upcoming shows will no doubt be richly entertaining and intense. 

21 Savage Background

Born in the U.K. to parents of Dominican and Haitian heritage, the artist otherwise known as Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph came to Atlanta as a child and endured a harsh education. But music created another path for 21 Savage, whose freestyle skills soon made him a standout in the city's underground hip-hop scene.

After his first mixtape efforts began earning him wider attention in 2015, a spot on XXL's Freshman Class for 2016 and a collaborative EP with local producer Metro Boomin called ‘Savage Mode' led to a breakthrough. The smash success of "X" (featuring Future) led to a deal with Epic and the release of his first full-length album in 2017. The artist's fierce energy and dexterous flow helped send ‘Issa Album' straight to No. 2. He attracted more critical acclaim and chart action the same year with ‘Without Warning,' a collaborative studio album with Offset and Metro Boomin.

Though 21 Savage would also find fruitful creative partnerships with Cardi B on "Bartier Cardi" and Drake on "Sneakin'," he scored his biggest hit to date by teaming with Post Malone on "Rockstar." His raw and intense performances on his spring and summer tours supporting Post Malone were further proof of the onstage prowess he displayed on his own Issa Music and Numb the Pain tours.

21 Savage is on tour in 2019 for his newly-minted gold album "I Am > I Was". He is touring with one of hip-hop's brightest stars, DaBaby.

Terrible performance.

Doors opened at 10pm and 21 Savage did not make an appearance on the stage until 2am. He proceeded to play 3 songs and then left.

First off, I ordered tickets for travis scott and they changed it last minute, it said it started at 10 and 21 savage didn’t show up until 1:50am, the venue was nice, but overall I don’t like 21 savage anymore and will never go to another concert advertised as “rapper and friends”. Saw some horrible DJ’s for 90 bucks. Would LOVE a refund.

21 took 4 hours to come out and only did 1 song and left.

Disappointing

Disappointing experience, 21 didn’t come out until 1:45 AM, sat down for 15 minutes, performed 2 songs then sat back down, it was so bad he got booed off stage. Disappointing and overpriced

Was false advertising, he came out for 5 minutes to perform 2 songs but the event was advertised as a whole concert. Waste of money and time you should not sell tickets to events like this on your website. I buy off this app because I trust it to only sell actual shows and concerts not appearances that are advertised as a whole concert

21 did not perform he just sat on stage for 30 minutes smoking a puffbar

waited 4 hours for 21 and he came in just to sit down. Only performed a SINGLE song and left. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

Horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. 21 Savage was supposed to come out at 10 pm. I waited outside to get into the venue for an hour. Once we were inside it was like 11 pm. From there we waited 4 hours for 21 to come out at 2 am for 6 songs if that. The production was so sloppy and they had no idea what they were doing.

super disappointing

it was cool to see tech n9ne but really such a weird person to open for 21, no one was old enough to know him lol. 21 didn’t even come out til after 2am and played 3 songs then dipped. they kept saying we better have our phones out and teasing with “who is he gonna come out with??” and then he came out with no one. it was a super intimate venue and not that many people there since he took 5 hours to come out but it could’ve been a super cool experience for real fans. instead it showed his ego and i gotta say i lost a lot of respect for him. but then again what do you expect from a 31 year old guy who constantly raps about social media

Worst concert

Took almost 4 hours to come out and performed for 5 minutes. Worst show of my life.

Home ownership is considered a staple of economic stability for most Americans. So, if you were given the opportunity to buy a $5 million dollar mansion ‘as is’ for $240,000 knowing when the owner expires you could hit the real estate jackpot, would you go for it or not?

Based on a true story from Chicago Public Radio’s This American Life , Paul Dektor 's "American Dreamer" tells the story of Phil Loder ( Peter Dinklage ), a twice-divorced, underpaid professor of economics, who dreams of home ownership that seems to be tragically out of reach for his budget. However, when an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity presents itself, Phil strikes a deal with Astrid Finnelli ( Shirley MacLaine ), a childless, near-death widow who’s offering her sprawling estate for a nominal amount. But Phil quickly discovers the deal is too good to be true and the American dream is not quite what it used to be.

Emmy winner Peter Dinklage is a perfect thespian match for the legendary Shirley MacLaine when it comes to curmudgeon-laced dialogue, while simultaneously giving these characters so much heart and grit that audiences will be inspired to reach into the screen to give them a hug. They're a wonderful duo, and it's their contributions and chemistry that anchor the film.

Combined with some insanely dangerous and comical stunts, Dinklage makes Phil lovable and relatable.  MacLaine hasn’t lost that edgy comedic energy audience love to witness her inhabit onscreen. There’s even a slight nod in the dialogue to past lives, which she has spoken and written about often over the years. Matt Dillon , Danny Glover , Kim Quinn, and Danny Pudi round out this perfectly cast flick with each character bringing some spice and flavor to each scene they inhabit.

Although immensely entertaining, Theodore Melfi ’s screenplay has some unexplained potholes here and there which will have audiences scratching their heads from time to time. Regardless, it’s clear that director Paul Dektor’s empathy and heart dwell in the right place for a story ultimately asking the questions of what one needs to be happy, how far we are willing to go to achieve it, and what role does loneliness play in these life-altering decisions?

• Zimmer, his 18-piece band, and full orchestra will perform in 17 cities including New York, Toronto, and Los Angeles.

Seven years after bringing his incredible lineup of film scores across the U.S. for a live tour, Hans Zimmer is ready to do it again. The Academy Award-winning composer, known for his work on everything from Gladiator to Interstellar , will soon return to North America this fall with his hit tour Hans Zimmer Live following another successful run in Europe in 2023. Zimmer, his 18-piece live band, and a full orchestra will begin their journey across the continent in Duluth, Georgia at the Gas South Arena on September 6 . In total, they'll visit 17 cities between the U.S. and Canada, including the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia on October 6.

Zimmer last appeared stateside in 2017 when he rocked out at Coachella playing the hits from his long career in Hollywood. This run for the legendary artist will include a special celebratory show at Madison Square Garden in New York for his birthday on September 12 , in addition to the other destinations. Each show promises a visual and audio spectacle as he and his fellow musicians perform iconic scores as part of newly arranged concert suites that put a spin on his music. For his North American shows, concert-goers can expect to hear tunes from the scores of the aforementioned Gladiator and Interstellar alongside Pirates of the Caribbean , The Dark Knight , The Lion King , The Last Samurai , and his most recent Oscar-winning work, Dune .

Choosing exactly what to play for the live shows is no doubt a challenge for Zimmer considering his omnipresence throughout film. Anyone who has seen a Christopher Nolan title has more than likely heard the composer's work , given their frequent collaborations including Inception , Dunkirk , The Prestige , and The Dark Knight trilogy. Zimmer's resume also features No Time to Die , Man of Steel , Wonder Woman , Kung Fu Panda , 12 Years A Slave , and Top Gun: Maverick , with his more recent work appearing in Dune: Part Two , Kung Fu Panda 4 , and Netflix's Damsel . Although his efforts have garnered much praise - and an armload of awards - he shared the love with his bandmates and the audience in an official statement, promising a show to remember:

I’m thrilled to return to perform in North America with my wonderful band and excited to share this phenomenal show. I love this feeling of uniting my family of extraordinary musicians with you, the audience. Just an unbelievable group of talents, who in my opinion, are some of the best musicians in the world. But nothing would have meaning without the good grace and support of you, the other part of the family – the audience. Ultimately, the music connects us all, and I promise you this: we will always play our best, straight from the heart.

Hans Zimmer Live is presented by Semmel Concerts and Concerts West, and it's expected to be a hot ticket when it begins this fall. Maxwell has announced a 2024 North American tour, which kicks off on Sept. 14 at Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, Florida. The 26-date trek will feature special guests Jazmine Sullivan and October London.

Tickets for the run dubbed the Serenade Tour, go on sale this Friday, March 29, at 10 a.m. local time via his official website .

We are definitely on the cusp of Post Malone ‘s country pivot. The “Rockstar” rapper-turned-rocker/folk-singer has been teasing his move toward a twangier sound and on Wednesday (March 20) he posted a snippet of a new song that proves he’s ready to line dance to a new tune.

In the video Malone seems to be overjoyed at the sound of the track, smiling, shaking his head and slapping his leg as he blasts the song from his phone. Among the comments on the post was one from Malone’s label, Republic Records, which read, “We are so ready!!! [crying laughing emoji].”

Malone has been doing a long, slow tease of his country era, including a post last week featuring a brief snippet of a new collaboration with Luke Combs . Again with one of his ubiquitous smokes in hand, Malone energetically plays air drums and shakes his head as he sings along to a song that appears to be titled “ Ain’t Got a Guy For That .”

He’s also recently posted covers of songs by Sturgill Simpson (“ You Can Have the Crown “), paid tribute to late country icon Toby Keith, shared pics of him hanging with Combs in the studio and teased a snippet of a tear-in-yer-beer acoustic ballad called “ Missing You Like This .”

At press time Malone — who can now be seen in the Jake Gyllenhaal Road House remake on Amazon Prime — had not officially announced a full country project and no additional information was available on the Wallen tune. He will, however, definitely appear on the upcoming Taylor Swift album The Tortured Poets Department (April 19) on the opening track, “Fortnight.”
