I have premature baby who’s 3 months…

I have premature baby who’s 3 months old and the clip for car seat and bassinet has snapped even the the pram is still under warranty I purchased new one’s at my own cost. The fastest delivery ever

The fastest delivery ever. Ordered a Tuesday afternoon and it was dispatched an hour later then received the Wednesday afternoon! Gorgeous buggy, nice and sturdy but also quite light. Can fold and unfold with one hand. Only thing I don’t like is the footmuff. Overall though I’d recommend :)

Great seat but packaging is poor

Fast delivery but packaging is poor, had 1 delivered through Halfords and the box had been trashed and the seat damaged, I am awaiting Halfords to sort refund. Ordered one direct from my babiie which arrived faster but still the main strip of tape down the back had split and there is very minimal packaging in the box to protect it. However the seat seems really good quality for the price range, and the fact it will last for years is amazing.

Perfect stroller all round

I ordered a stroller and it came two days after! Securely boxed up so it couldn’t get damaged, very fast and effective service and delivery:) The pram is a dream to push, very light, easy to get on and off public transport, and of course… is extremely pretty ! AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought the MB250i travel system. Since receiving this item I have had nothing but problems with it. The basinet detaches from the frame itself while you are pushing it, The frame is wobbly. I preceded to contact them and after a good few days of emailing they then offered to come and pick it up, They then had the pram for 9 days but couldn’t give me a temporary one so I was without pram that I didn’t mind because I thought the issue would of been resolved. They have then emailed me back and said that there’s nothing wrong with the pram it’s safe to use and it is intended for the bassinet to be like that. I don’t understand why they would intend for a bassinet to detach itself when you are pushing it and for a frame to be so wobbly and feel like it’s going to snap. I am really annoyed and upset I’ve wasted my money on something that isn’t even safe to use for my child. Looking at the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who has had this problem too. I really would not consider buying this pram at all.

Would highly recommend!!

I can’t fault this stroller. Not only is it a beautiful design it is so practical. It folds easily, is a lightweight stroller and lays flat making nap times whilst out really comfy. The hood folds down giving extra shade. Fast delivery and updated throughout until received. Thank you to Alison for your prompt response to my email and organising a replacement hood. The customer service I have received has been incredible! I purchased the MB200 model travel system 3 years ago for my first born and I have come to unbox again for my second child we are expecting and the travel clips to connect the car seat had snapped!
