Machu Picchu Tours - affordable and secure
We recently used Machu Picchu Tours parking option for a week-long cruise out of New Orleans. The owner was incredibly nice, organized, and responsive. I felt very confident in leaving my vehicle there for an extended period. The facility is clean and secure. I would highly recommend Machu Picchu Tours!
Easy to book a spot. Excellent customer service. Called morning of embarkation to confirm our arrival time to facility. Best way to pay is cash at time of arrival.
We took a cruise earlier this month and I was concerned about parking at the port after reading about numerous cars being vandalized while people were away. Machu Picchu Tours was recommended to me by several people on the cruising site I was a member of. I was very happy with their service! The parking was covered, locked, secured, and monitored. I never had any worries while on my cruise about the safety of my vehicle. When we arrived, they parked us, then loaded our luggage into their air-conditioned van for transport. They dropped us right at the door and assisted with unloading our luggage. It took so much hassle out of the embarkation process, and was cheaper than the port parking! After the cruise, they promptly picked us up within 10 minutes of debarkation (again, loading and unloading our luggage). They had our car pulled up and ready to go upon our arrival at their lot. I highly recommend and will use them again when cruising out of NOLA.
The absolute best! Nice people, nice price, nice facility! We were able to zip right by all of the cars lined up to get in the port parking! My husband even left his cpap in his car and the people were so helpful and brought it back to the port to him. This is going above and beyond if you ask me! Great experience ❤️
We chose Machu Picchu Tours for our week long parking accommodations while on. Week long cruise. Just minutes for the carnival cruise port, our travel time was quick and in a very nice motor coach bus. Prices were great, and the service top notch! Angel was there within 5 minutes of us calling to pick us up. Our car was waiting at the front entrance which made for a quick departure. Very secure and clean facilities, also located near the police department which adds extra patrolling security!!
Angel and his crew were amazing! We didn’t have to worry about port parking, traffic or carrying our luggage around! Definitely the best experience!! 10/10 recommend!
