Here are some of the best systems in Star Trek Fleet Command for Mining that all-important resource.

Latinum Mining Locations

Raw Latinum nodes have been added to 25 systems in the galaxy. The base rate on these nodes improves dramatically in higher-level systems. Additionally, they have a 1 in 8 chance of spawning "rich" raw latinum, which mines at double the base rate! Suliban is a special system and has only rich nodes of various qualities.

Raw latinum can be refined from level 16 in the refinery on a 22hr cooldown. The refining process converts raw latinum into latinum at a guaranteed rate. The conversion process produces ship parts for the Ferengi D'Vor as a byproduct.

Dilithium Mining Locations

Dilithium can be found in level 9 systems and above. Try exploring level 9 or higher systems to find dilithium. If you find a location not on this list, let us know in the comments below.

An easier way to obtain dilithium which is quicker and less likely to end in your ship being attacked is to farm hostiles . Certain factions drop up to 100 dilithium crystals with bonus amounts in PVE chests. Check the link to find which systems are best to farm dilithium.

Systems with 2-Star Raw Gas

Raw Gas can be found in 3 Grades 2, 3 and 4 stars - and refines into Common, Uncommon in the 2, 3 Grade and an additional Rare quality for the 3 and 4 Star.

Also, it can be sourced throughout the Neutral Zone and the Faction Zones, with the latter, also providing it in large planet-sized quantities with nothing to differentiate it therefore merely clicking on a planet will reveal it's a resource within.

How to Farm Dilithium in Star Trek Fleet Command

Image of Sullivan Pearson

The mobile space strategy videogame Star Trek: Fleet Command , which is based around the established lore from the fictional Star Trek universe, is one of the most recent additions to the Star Trek brand. Constructing and managing their own fleets of ships, exploring space, acquiring resources, fighting either bots or in PvP, and other activities are all available to players. In addition to specifically made unique material, the game has spaceships and fan-favorite characters from other Star Trek content as well. Throughout the game, your main goal is to constantly grow your influence by fighting off your enemies and befriending powerful allies, as well as increasing your own strength.

One of the most instrumental parts to Star Trek: Fleet Command is the requirement to harvest resources in the game for your own purposes, or to sell. Because of this deep-seated need for different materials, players are often left spending a lot of time attempting to gather specific resources when they need them. Additionally, there are always pirates (be they NPCs or other players) that are on the lookout to steal hard-earned resources. Sometimes, there are easier methods of obtaining some materials than you would expect, and in this guide we explain how to farm Dilithium.

How to Quickly Gather Dilithium in Star Trek: Fleet Command

star trek fleet command dilithium crew

Dilithium is a rare and highly valuable resource which has many purposes in Star Trek: Fleet Command. Some of these include upgrading your station and ships, through conducting research to improve them. Although there is a way to create Dilithium within your own station, this process is slow, time consuming and yields very little compared to mass-mining the material. Mining is the best method for obtaining a large amount of Dilithium in a short time period, however many other players are looking for the same resource and thus it can be hard to find good mines.

Therefore, to find lots of Dilithium to mine, head for areas of space that are less occupied than others. Places such as Rigel, Clytomenes and others are also often very abundant in the precious resource. One tip for mining Dilithium is that it is often located close to Tritanium, so searching near one element to find the other is not a bad idea. Be sure to watch your protected cargo limit, as more veteran gamers may try to take you out if they see you’re carrying Dilithium and they have a need for it, which is likely due to its rarity. Good luck in your quest to find Dilithium, and happy gaming!

Star Trek Fleet Command: How to Get Dilithium & What It’s Used For

How to Get Dilithium in Star Trek Fleet Command & What It’s Used For

In Star Trek Fleet Command , you may come across many different types of resources spread across the galaxy. Some of them are common and can be easily acquired, while others are much more rare, and it will take greater effort to obtain them. Here’s how to get dilithium in Star Trek Fleet Command and how to use it.

Dilithium falls into the latter camp. It is used to upgrade your facilities, as well as other uses, and its utility makes it exceedingly coveted. Though you can produce dilithium at your station, the best way to collect it in mass quantities is via mining. If you’re unsure what to do, check out this guide on mining.

In Star Trek Fleet Command, there is no shortage of galaxies to explore, meaning that pinning down an exact mining location for each ore or resource is a tricky bit of business. Rigel is generally a good place to get started, while others, like YouTuber Synq Gaming, have had success in obscure corners like Clytomenes, due west of Nausicaa.

The odds are, if you find a location that is rich in resources, other players will happen upon it, too – so relying on one farming location alone is not recommended. If you are coming up short on dilithium, it may be worth targeting another resource for a while until the demand for dilithium dies down. Keep in mind, dilithium and tritanium are often found in close proximity to one another; if one is being overmined, it’s a safe bet that the other one is, too.

The Dilithium Mine Project

star trek fleet command dilithium crew

As fleets have expanded their holdings and rosters, a need to secure their supply chains has developed. To ensure that they have enough power to keep up with their demands, fleets have staked out claims on the dilithium rich asteroids of the Vlugta asteroid belt.

Similar to Fleet Starbases and Embassies, special projects will become available from time to time for fleets’ Dilithium Mines. Completion of these special projects will unlock new features to expand the commercial and technological appearance of your mine. Be quick, though – when a special project becomes available, it will only be available for a limited time; you must start the project before the end of the feature. Once you’ve started the project, you can keep working on it until it’s finished, even if the special event ends. As with Starbases and Embassies, you can only work on one special project at a time, so act fast!

star trek fleet command dilithium crew

Upon completion of this special project, enhancements will be made to the structure of your Fleet Dilithium Mine’s interior. Some of the flooring on the first level will be re-finished to provide views of the Dilithium deposits below, EV suits will be put on display near the entry way, and a couple of the walls next to them will be removed to also provide better views of the mine’s treasure. This special project is available now until around when server maintenance starts on July 25th, 2013 (or 7AM PDT — whichever is earlier).

Keep checking back to see what’s next on the featured project list! We hope you are enjoying Legacy of Romulus and we’ll see you in-game!

Star trek fleet command codes (april 2024).

To give the base and fleet a boost, use codes in Star Trek Fleet Command to get ahead and achieve victory while exploring unknown sectors.

For those starting out or for those who just want an extra boost, codes in Star Trek Fleet Command can be redeemed to give you a few extra items. The game is a mobile and PC game that allows you to recruit various factions and officers to form your crew, build up a fleet of various ships, explore the Star Trek universe, and build up a starbase . The game has a lot of elements that players of mobile games will be familiar with, but all set within the world of Star Trek.

Star Trek Fleet Command is based on the popular multimedia franchise , and players will be familiar with the ships, systems, and crew members they can recruit. However, building up all these various items and recruiting people will take a lot of effort. This can be reduced by using various codes to get some items for free , and the active codes for April 2024 will be listed below.

Star Trek Fleet Command Adds Captain Picard & More TNG Content

All codes for star trek fleet command in april 2024.

Codes are free to use for everyone and can come with big rewards such as unlocking characters in Star Trek Fleet Command . However, in some cases, there might be requirements before you get to use them . These requirements will be listed with each code so players know when they can be used. Currently, there are three active codes, although this may change month to month.

Codes should be entered without any extra spaces with the proper capitalization. Enter the code exactly as it is represented in the table to make sure you receive the correct rewards.

To use these codes, players must have downloaded the game and completed the tutorial . Once you are able to interact with the game freely, you should be able to enter any codes that do not have level requirements. If they do, you will have to reach that level before you can use the code.

To enter the code, look to the upper right part of the screen and find the box icon with the word “claim” on it. After that, find the icon with the word “Redeem” near it to take you to the game's website , which features the game's store and news from Star Trek Fleet Command .

This is where it gets a little more complicated, as players will have to make sure the game and their registration on the website are synced . Log in or make a new account and make sure that you are also logged in within the game as well to make sure that all data is syncing between the two. Then copy one of the codes into the input field next to a yellow “Redeem” button.

Once you have entered it and clicked on the button, you should see the rewards pop, and upon relaunching your game, the rewards should show up, and you should be able to use them . If they do not appear, make sure your data is synced, that you entered the code correctly, and that you have the requirements necessary for each code. And that should give you everything you need to redeem April’s codes in Star Trek Fleet Command .

'Star Trek: Discovery's Crew Needs a Trial By Fire to Connect With Captain Rayner, Says Callum Keith Rennie

"Who's gonna come up with the solution at the right time under duress? Everyone's a backseat driver until you're in the arena."

The Big Picture

  • As the new XO on Discovery, Rayner's priority remains on Moll and L'ak, Callum Keith Rennie explains.
  • Rennie says that the crew won't really get to know their new second officer until they go through a crisis together.
  • We'll see more Rayner and Tilly scenes in Discovery Season 5.

With Captain Burnham out on a very important away mission to Trill in the latest episode of Star Trek: Discovery , "Jinaal," the crew are left in the capable-if-presently-single-minded hands of their new first officer, Captain Rayner. Ahead of the episode, I sat down to speak with actor Callum Keith Rennie about Rayner's new role as second in command. As the new XO, Rayner is tasked with getting to know the crew in this episode, however, his priority remains on Moll and L'ak.

During his brief meetings with each crewmember, Stamets delivered the revelation that the thing they're after may very well be able to bring someone back from the dead. When asked if that knowledge altered Rayner's motivation at all — he seems like someone whose lost people — Rennie confirmed he's got tunnel vision for antagonists Moll and L'ak. He said: "His thing is a Moll and L’ak. That's his thing: get the bad guys. That's it. He was sort of given an under-the-table direction — “at any cost” — because of what they're holding, what they're doing, what they threaten. So, that's his thing. He sticks to his priority."

While Rayner gave each crew member approximately 20 words to introduce themselves, Rennie felt that Rayner would have even fewer for himself. "I don't have 20 words," he joked. "He knows full well that anybody saying anything about themselves is one thing, and that ain't real. That's just them talking." For Rayner, actions speak louder than words. Rennie explained:

"The participation or you're in the trenches and you're fighting a battle, or you're overcoming something with someone, you'll learn about them. But someone telling you about themselves, there's nothing. That's just facts, and it will always be facts until you do something with them, until you endure something with them, until you accomplish something with them. So, I don't have the 20 words. I’d just say, “F— you, I’m not saying 20 words.”"

Rayner's Relationship With Tilly Will Come Back

Tilly got her moment to put Rayner in his place in Episode 3, and when asked if that combative yet understanding, connection will come back, Rennie confirmed that it "pops up a few times." Rennie also had high praise for his co-star . Of Mary Wiseman he said, "Mary's amazing to be in a scene with, and she's delightful and great. I can't say enough about her." He went on to explaine Rayner's fish out of water experience. "But there's the part of me going, “Okay, hang on. Let me get this straight: I'm a commander of the Antares , and then I go to help Burnham because they're in a bit of a crisis, and then all of a sudden I lose my job and I now have to listen to other people tell me what to do? Not cool.” [Laughs]

The Discovery crew won't really get to know Rayner until they go through a major experience with him . Rennie noted, "They haven't been through a thing yet. You don’t know what’s what… yet ." Rayner wants to see who the crew is when it's do or die, Rennie explained, "Yeah, who's gonna make the right call? Who's gonna come up with the solution at the right time under duress? Everyone's a backseat driver until you're in the arena."

New episodes of Star Trek: Discovery arrive on Paramount+ every Thursday. Stay tuned at Collider for our full chat with Rennie.
