Best experience in Amsterdam
If you're looking to buy tickets, I'd recommend T&T website. It's super easy to use and you don't have to worry about language barriers (because not all local websites have English language). Oh, you should check out the Amsterdam Canal cruise and Ripley's Museum. They're definitely worth seeing!

We will make sure to pass on your kind words to our colleagues :). Have a great day and we hope to see you again soon! Best regards, Tours & Tickets
Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic Customer Service We arrived at the office to find our Floriade tour had been cancelled. Somewhere there was a communication issue and we didn’t know. We were immediately offered a new date but as we were leaving Amsterdam the next day we could not go. We were given a full refund and offered a free canal trip to compensate. Refund was in our account within 48 hours. Really really impressed

Great trip.
We booked our trip online with no issues and found the meeting location easily. Great trip with a knowledgeable guide. Loved seeing the windmills and wooden shoe demonstration. Very nice to see the country side. Great value with lots to see. Comfortable bus with earbuds to listen in your own language. Cheese factory was delicious...

Charm of Holland tour breathtaking views!
The Charm of Holland Tour is one tour that you will never forget. From the moment you get on the bus to our tour guide, Cecilia, makes you feel very welcome and Gerard was an exceptional bus driver. Walking through a lot of the quaint towns, learning about the canals and what the miller does on the windmills and getting to climb up the windmill, you will love this tour! We got to taste and learn how the cheese is made, how clogs are created with machines, eating a tasty lunch, and a fun and beautiful ferry ride to Marken Island! Cecilia would give us the history and laugh and even tried to teach out Dutch (I believe we failed miserably but it was fun to try) Gerard also made sure we were safe and sound on the ride and even walked with us on part of the tour. GREAT Tour and highly recommend it.

Trip to Wind mills and cheese factory
Hi , Trip site seeing places are good but the tour guide was horrible ( Guide name : Matthias, who speaks Spanish and English) . His jokes are worst and always talks in non-sink to situation and sometimes he is very rude with tourists. Apart from that Tours and Tickets office staff are nice and they are polite while receiving us in Central office.
Dear Venky, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sincerely sorry to read that you did not feel a connection with the guide. But we are happy to read you enjoyed the sights on the excursion. We thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This way we can share this with the guide in question so we can improve our services. We do hope you brought home some beautiful memories and that we can welcome you back again in the Netherlands for another excursion. Kind regards, Tours & Tickets team
I wrongly bought tickets for a tour on…
I wrongly bought tickets for a tour on the day after our departure from the Netherlands. Everyone was super helpful about our situation, from the front desk to the back office. They tried to find a spot on the bus for us but everything was full so they helped me find another means of transportation and refunded the full price. Absolutely recommend!

Disappointed 4 people from Melbourne Australia duly…
4 people from Melbourne Australia duly turned up and checked in as requested, half an hour before, for their trip to Bruge. We sat as instructed and waited for the guide to inform us of our departure. As it passed the pick up time we inquired what was going on and we’re told the bus has gone. There were others that missed the bus also. As this is our last day In Amsterdam we could not rebook and weren’t offered a refund. This was the complete opposite to our experience the previous day when the tour guide to Rotterdam was very visible and clear in his instructions. So we were expecting the same service and this did not happen. We didn’t get to see Bruge and left very much out of pocket. Not impressed!

We couldn’t locate the pick up point at Amsterdam Centraal as some road work was going on, tried to get help from the number provided by tours and tickets. But I kept on getting automated message in Dutch. Tried getting help from LiveChat option on your website, got a message saying we’ll find a suitable person to help you with your query and nothing happened. If these tours are meant only for Dutch citizens then it’s my mistake booking through them.

Smooth process
Buying ticket from Tours & Tickets was easy and smooth. There were a lot of different payment methods to choose from. I did pay with Paypal. It was very quick. The tour itself was good. The destination was interesting. The tour guide was nice and respectful. Also very knowledgable. It was overall a good experience. Highly recommended!

Mis-sold tickets.
Bought tickets at cruise terminal for canal trip in Amsterdam. It said it was an open ticket therefore thought I could use it on the day at anytime. Cut a long story short ended up in three different queues by the canal to be told there were no more available spaces on that day. Asked for refund from canal boat owner, was told to claim back from tours and trips. I have received several E mails saying money will be returned. Had to send loads of information about credit card etc. Still no refund. Not very happy.

Worst tour guides
Worst tour guides! Their inexperienced and unprofessional tour guides are what make the experience completely pathetic. We had Ean and Alexandria both equally appalling. They just left us at Zhanse high and dry to find our way to Volendam. They don't have the commonsense to take head counts also. We got 3 minutes late due to the long queues near the toilets. So they just left us and when we got to Volendam they behaved like they didn't know anything about it. If you are coming to the country for the first time, please don't take tours and tickets. They can leave you anywhere high and dry and you have to find your way back.

Tour had good elements and some not so…
Tour had good elements and some not so good. The negative are that it felt a bit like a sales pitch with business partners at clog shop and cheese factory (that one was a total waste of time as saw nothing and just listened to ordinary talk) and restaurant. Red bus isn’t usually so obvious in their upsells. Hosts and driver were good but it was almost like it was their first trip as we were apparently too early for the restaurant and the driver and host seemed to be re-calculating meeting times rather than have a set schedule. Bit of an issue with an injured passenger and hosts unsure what to do and rest of us left waiting. Good side is the locations - and if guests could just be dropped for a period of time with recommendations and ideas, rather than herded like cattle to particular venues, then it would be awesome!

Definitely worth going!!
Pedro was a great tour guide. He had a wealth of knowledge about Brugge as well as Holland. The bus left on time, however, we were delayed by 10 mins while coming back as a few passengers got to the bus late while leaving Brugge. Brugge is a beautiful city, I would definitely recommend the "Tours & Tickets" tour to Brugge.

Late cancellation and delays in refunds
Booked my Floriade tour x 2 for 07/07 on 25/05 and paid £118. On 01/07 (just 6 days before my tour) an email came through to say my tour was cancelled and refunds would take up to 14 to 24 business days to reach my account. Can't help feeling this company deliberately overbooked their tours and took the money from their customers to increase their cash flow (they took my £118 on 25/05 and won't refund me until the end of July, a good two months of free money for them). Unfortunately Tours & Tickets are everywhere in The Netherlands so very difficult to avoid!
Date of experience : 09 July 2022
Dear Tommy, First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sincerely sorry to read that your tour was canceled. However, we would like to explain to you that we do not overbook or use any business models to increase any cashflows. We completely understand that you are disappointed that a tour is canceled and we full-heartedly hope that you were able to enjoy your time in the Netherlands. We would like to highlight that service is our top priority and we do everything within our power to help our guests as quickly and as well as possible. We hope we can welcome you back soon and that we can invite you back to join one of our excursions. Kind regards, Tours & Tickets team

Jennifer Lopez Cancels Multiple Dates on ‘This Is Me… Now’ Tour Amid Weak Ticket Sales

- Jeff Lynne’s ELO Announce Final Tour: ‘Over and Out’ 22 hours ago
- Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez and the Challenge of Aging a Pop Career Gracefully 4 days ago
Jennifer Lopez has canceled seven dates of her first North American tour in five years, in support of her new album “This Is Me… Now ” and its pair of companion films.
The dates spanning Aug. 20-31 in Cleveland, Nashville, Raleigh, Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans and Houston were listed as canceled on Ticketmaster at some point on Wednesday; the Cleveland and Houston dates apparently had been removed from the itinerary earlier, as they were part of the tour’s originally announced itinerary on Feb. 15 but are no longer present on the site at all. An u pdated itinerary can be found on her social media accounts.
The album, tour and two films are part of a self-financed $20 million three-part multimedia project examining, as Variety described in a recent cover article , “Lopez’s life as a serial romantic,” regarding her reunion with actor Ben Affleck, whom she married in 2022 nearly two decades after the high-profile superstar couple originally split in the wake of their flop 2003 romantic comedy “Gigli.”
A rep for the artist did not immediately respond to Variety ’s request for comment; the cancellation notice reads simply, “Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. No action is required to obtain a refund.”
The cancellations come after Lopez’s new album — her first in a decade — also titled “This Is Me…Now,” debuted at a disappointing No. 38 on the Billboard 200 last month.
The project, which also includes the musical film, “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story,” and a documentary, “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,” is apparently intended as a love-conquers-all statement.

Hans Zimmer talks about first North American tour dates in 7 years, the magic of composing for film
Film composer Hans Zimmer says his famous friends Pharrell Williams and Johnny Marr convinced him to go on tour, joking that he “can’t hide behind the screen forever.” (March 11)

LOS ANGELES (AP) — For generations, German composer Hans Zimmer ‘s film scores have soundtracked magic movie moments in “The Lion King,” “Gladiator,” the “Dark Knight” trilogy, and most recently, “Dune” and “Dune: Part Two.” This fall, Zimmer will bring his award-winning scores to the live stage.
His “Hans Zimmer Live” tour, which sold out in Europe, will make its way to the U.S. and Canada this fall, marking the first time Zimmer has performed in North America in seven years.
The last time, as some fans may recall, was a 2017 Coachella performance.
Over Zoom from New York, Zimmer said he was inspired after “refusing to get onto a stage for 40 years” because of something his friends, The Smiths’ Johnny Marr and Pharrell Williams, told him.
“You have to look your audience in the eye. You can’t hide behind the screen forever. You know, you owe it to your, you know, audience,” he says they told him. And after Coachella, he realized: “I can do this,” he said.
Having done the run in Europe, “we’re at the top of our game at the moment,” he says of his orchestra.
Don’t expect a traditional, classical music setting or a piano concerto — at “Hans Zimmer Live,” there is no conductor, no sheet music in front of each musician, and not a single frame from any of the films he’s referencing.
“I come from rock and roll and I believe in putting on a show,” he says. “People stay with us because we give them an experience which they’ve never had before... Life is hard. Life is tough these days. And people worked hard to go to pay for these tickets, so we better pull off a show that is absolutely worthy of them coming and seeing us.”

“Hans Zimmer Live” kicks off at the Gas South Arena in Duluth, Ga. on Sept. 6 and will hit 17 cities across the U.S. and Canada before concluding at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia on Oct. 6.
The tour includes stops in Hollywood, Florida; Raleigh, North Carolina; New York; Baltimore; Boston; Montreal and Toronto; Minneapolis; Chicago; Fort Worth, Texas; Denver; Las Vegas; Los Angeles; Oakland, California, and Seattle.
Zimmer says attendees can expect a diverse audience. “I’ve looked out at the audience and there’s a mom with her grandson sitting next to a guy with a mohawk, sitting next to a man in a business suit, sitting next to another bunch of, you know, bikers,” Zimmer said. “So, it’s not just multi-generational, it’s multicultural.”
In more ways than one: Zimmer’s orchestra is from Ukraine; “Two weeks after the invasion started , we managed to get about half of them out of Odessa,” he says. Lebo M, who sings “The Lion King” theme, was a political refugee from South Africa when Zimmer first met him. Pedro Eustache, his woodwind player, is from Venezuela , “and he thinks he can probably never go back home,” says Zimmer.
“I have this very, very international group of players and ... part of what makes them such emotionally committed musicians is that they all have a story to tell you.”
“Hans Zimmer Live,” which has been recently rearranged, includes works from “Gladiator,” “Pirates of the Caribbean,” “The Dark Knight,” “Interstellar,” “The Lion King,” “The Last Samurai,” and “Dune.”
“Each piece is connected with the adventure of actually creating it, the adventure of actually making that movie, the adventure of the collaboration, the adventure of, you know, ‘How did we get here?”, he says. “Where did this journey start? And how can we make sure that it never ends?
“Each one of those movies is painted in color and affected by what is going on around us. And they have all been extraordinary journeys.”
All of these films and their scores are vastly different, but Zimmer’s idiosyncratic approach and arrangements should be considered the connective tissue. That, and a certain je ne sais quoi that makes an effective — and affecting — score.
“You need to be committed. You need to be honest. You can’t be sentimental,” he says of a successful score. “The other thing is, it’s the people who are performing it. Because if you think about it, the last actors that really get hired, the last actors that perform in a movie, are the musicians. So, I’m very careful about picking the people I work with.”
Tickets for “Hans Zimmer Live” will become available for purchase at www.hanszimmerlive.com , starting at March 22 at 10 am local time.

How to get India vs. Pakistan tickets: Prices for the ICC T20 World Cup in New York
When you buy through our links, Business Insider may earn an affiliate commission. Learn more
The ICC Men's T20 World Cup comes to the United States for the first time this June as part of a co-hosting effort with the West Indies. Among the International Cricket Council games is the highly-anticipated India vs. Pakistan match-up. If you're looking to find tickets, then you're in luck, because we've rounded up everything you need to know about how to get India vs. Pakistan tickets for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup.
Last year, India narrowly lost the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup to Australia despite a home-field advantage. India has won the World Cup twice, and Pakistan, their longtime rivals, has won the revered competition once. When it comes to the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, which is a more recently-created competition, both India and Pakistan have each won once, so the match on June 9 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York is shaping up to be the main draw of the US portion of the competition this year.
Original standard tickets are a hot commodity and hard to come by, but you can browse resale ticket availability on websites like StubHub and Vivid Seats .

How to buy India vs. Pakistan tickets
ICC ran a ballot for original standard tickets in February, which received a massive response of more than three million applications, according to the ICC. While some tickets are still available on the official T20 website and more are occasionally released, original India vs. Pakistan tickets have sold out and are no longer available. A new wave of public tickets will be made available this week, but this will not include more tickets for the India vs. Pakistan game.
Tickets for the India vs. Pakistan game are available on resale vendor websites like StubHub and Vivid Seats . Due to the substantial demand, these are higher-priced than the original standard ticket prices.
How much are India vs. Pakistan tickets?
While it's unclear exactly how much the original standard India vs. Pakistan tickets went for in the ballot, the cheapest tickets for other matches at USA venues start at $35 (although India vs. Pakistan was most likely more). The only currently available India vs. Pakistan resale tickets on StubHub are $1,258 each. Vivid Seats listings are similarly priced, starting at $1,687.

What about other Men's T20 World Cup matches?
While India vs. Pakistan might be the most anticipated event of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, there are plenty of other exciting matches throughout June, culminating in the finals on June 29 in Barbados. If the event you're interested in has sold out, you can always check out the official T20 website or browse resale websites like StubHub .
Note: Certain services and regions prohibit the resale of tickets. Business Insider does not endorse or condone the illegal reselling of tickets, and entry into an event is at the venue's discretion.
