Start the Holidays with Dazzling Anheuser-Busch Brewery Lights

Make plans to go see a million twinkle lights sparkling on the historic brick buildings of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery.

This is a family friendly, outdoor event on the home campus of Anheuser-Busch in Soulard. It has everything you need to kick off a St. Louis Christmas: holiday cheer, Clydesdales, s’mores, games for the kids, beer for the grown ups and tons of fun.

The bad news? There’s a price for admission in 2023 and tickets are limited to keep crowds reasonable, so you really need to make an RSVP online now.

Psst: Want to know where the other good drive through shows are this year? I’ve got a list of a dozen other places to see lights in St. Louis!

When Are the Brewery Lights Open?

Anheuser-Busch will open the gates every weekend from Thanksgiving to the end of December 2023.

They will NOT be open on Christmas Eve, Christmas or New Years Eve.

You can buy timed tickets for Brewery Lights, with slots being offered at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. You can stay as long as you like, the event closes at 10pm.

Free Driving Tour in 2023

If you just want to see the lights, you can drive through the campus Mon-Tues-Wed. Guests will enter off of Arsenal Street, and will drive their vehicles up and down Pestalozzi Street. You can drive through from 5 to 10pm.

It’s not as fun as the walk through light display, but if you’re in the neighborhood, you ought to stop.

The website doesn’t mention this is an option, but I’ve asked the Brewery about it and it’s back on!

Price: $12 for adults, $5 for minors, Free for kids under 5

For a little extra you can buy s’more kits, craft beer, toasted rav & pretzels.

New this year (and INCLUDED in admission) are guided Brew House tours and a self-guided tour of the Old Lyon Schoolhouse Museum.

Wait, what about Parking?

Parking hasn’t been a problem for us, there’s plenty of space to park on the brewery lots. AB security is also highly visible. Parking is still free, and there’s NO reserved spots for VIP packages. Its all first come, first served.

So what’s this Tour like?

They’ve added a huge 50 foot digital holiday tree and an all new light show that lasts 10 minutes! The show is really cool with speakers hidden inside the tree and street decorations. The nearby trees and some of the buildings blink along with the music. Plus, there’s a parade each night at 7:30 (which includes the Clydesdales).

The kid zone has been expanded and now features a live DJ playing family friendly tunes for the little ones.

Brewery Lights in St. Louis tunnel

It’s a self-guided tour, unlike a daytime visit to the brewery.

This is no long a beer ‘sampling’ event, but everyone over 21 will be treated to a full size (16oz!) beer. To avoid lines inside the event, they are checking IDs and handing out complementary beer in the visitor center parking lot, BEFORE entering the lobby and checking your ticket.

Check out Lager Landing for photo ops, picnic tables and a nice bathroom. Public fire pits are located by the big digital tree for warming up and roasting s’mores.

And yes, the gift shop is open.

holiday lights

Naturally, you’re free to purchase more beer if you like. The indoor bar is open and the beer garden is tented (and heated!) with another bar and plenty of seating. You could also purchase s’more kits at the bar if you forgot to add one when you made your reservation.

If you’re hungry for more, the Biergarten is selling toasted rav & pretzels and more from 5pm to 8pm.

Tram and Trains

The tram is still not running this year, but honestly, we haven’t seen it since 2018. It’s a short walk, so this really isn’t a big deal.

The kiddie train ride down by the bottling building is getting a new route and this year goes through a 40 foot tall snowman. The cars are big enough to accommodate grown ups if you want to ride along too.

Clydesdale Photos

The historic Clydesdale stable is open for a meet and greet with one of the horses. Bring your own camera, or add a professional pic for $10.

No Ice Skating this Year

But wait! THERE’S MORE! You can book a private fire pit for a group of up to 8 people. (If you have more than 8, you can book additional fire pits.) They’re not cheap at $450 so you’ll want to grab some friends, but you get WAY more than just a cozy haybale of your own.

This year the Fire Pit package comes with access to a heated hospitality tent & private bathrooms, complimentary beer and soft drinks for the whole night, a buffet, s’more kits and souvenir cups.

Tour the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Lights and Beer Museum

by Family Attractions Card in Family Fun , Holiday Light Displays , Tours category

This holiday season, tour the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Lights and Beer Museum in St. Louis!

Special thanks to anheuser-busch brewery tour guides mallori green and betsy economon who contributed their knowledge and expertise to the following guest blog: .

Of all of the things to see and do in St. Louis, touring the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Lights and Beer Museum are at the top of the list! Not only will you be taken back to the mid-1800s through the ground’s Romanesque revival style architecture, but you’ll see the modern day business excellence that a 19-billion-dollar company produces for its worldwide consumers.

There are many different tour options depending on what aspect of the Brewery you are interested in!

The brewery experience begins at 1200 Lynch Street , where you will be greeted by a guest service specialist. Each team member is well versed on what there is to offer each guest, and gives in-depth information about what each tour experience will include.

One of the tour options is the complimentary brewery tour , which is, you guessed it, free to everyone ! On this tour, you will hear a brief background history about our company’s founders, Eberhardt Anheuser and Adolphus Busch, check out the historic stables, the Beechwood aging cellars, and the brew house. You will also receive two free samples along the way!

Interested in history and architecture? The Beer Museum tour is for you!

The Beer Museum tour is a $15 option led by a knowledgeable tour guide who explains the history of the company, talks about the architecture of the complex, as well as visits the Beer Museum in the historic Old Lyon Schoolhouse. This tour will check out the three national historic landmarks on the brewery grounds; the historic stables, the brew house, and finally, the Old Lyon Schoolhouse.

The first stop on the beer museum tour, always a crowd favorite, are the historic stables. Hang out with the world famous Budweiser Clydesdales and check out the stable’s beautiful architecture. 51% of the building, built in 1891, is still original! These stables aren’t like any stables you have ever seen. The Budweiser Clydesdales are living in style!

After checking out the Clydesdales, you’ll head down to the historic brew house, built in 1891. Adolphus Busch spared no expense on his brew house: it features beautiful tile work, iron work, and hop-vine chandeliers that will blow you away. Stepping into this brew house immediately transports you back to 1891 when all of the brewing was done by hand.

Finally, visit to the Old Lyon Schoolhouse. This building is the oldest building on the campus, and is the third national historic landmark on the tour. Built in 1868, the building served as a public schoolhouse for the city of St. Louis. Today, it serves as the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Beer Museum. With six different galleries, covering everything from company advertising to honoring the brew masters, this museum can answer any questions that you might have.

In the schoolhouse, you will receive a sample of Budweiser in a room meant to replicate an 1800’s tavern. You will also get to take home a souvenir sample glass. Finally, once you have checked out the museum, head back up to the tour center to enjoy a complementary full size sample of Budweiser, Bud Light, Shocktop, or Stella Artois Cidre.

There is so much to do at the Anheuser-Busch Brewery!

If you don’t have any interest in taking a tour, there are many other things you can do at the brewery! The Biergarten is a full service restaurant that is located on the brewery grounds serving your typical bar-food menu. There are also 20+ different beers on tap for you to try! Inside the tour center, there is also a gift shop where you can purchase all of your Budweiser memorabilia.

Save 15% on your food purchase at The Biergarten or your merchandise purchase in the Gift Shop

Beyond the Bud Light boycott, Anheuser-Busch has a new problem

While its overall business has remained strong, Anheuser-Busch InBev keeps taking major hits in the U.S.

The company has not recovered from the boycotts called after its decision to partner with the transgender social-media influencer Dylan Mulvaney. The boycotts, kicked off by Kid Rock posting a social-media video in which he shot up cases of the beer, cost Bud Light about 25% of its sales.

The company has shown no signs that it's going to be able to bring that brand back to its former prominence.

Related: After a surprise shutdown, a popular retailer makes a big return

Anheuser-Busch InBev ( BUD )  saw revenue decline 9.5% in the fourth quarter while sales-to-wholesaler volume dropped 12.7%. During the company's fourth-quarter-earnings call Chief Executive Michel Doukeris called those drops "primarily due to the volume decline of Bud Light."

Last year "was a challenging year for our business in the U.S.," he noted.

That's perhaps a bit of a soft sell, but Doukeris knows that talking about Bud Light during an earnings call (or at any other time) revives the news story, which essentially reminds aggrieved customers to boycott. He did say that any shelf space Bud Light has lost has generally been made up by Anheuser-Busch InBev's brands.

"What we lost is on Bud Light, and we've recovered across the portfolio with Michelob Ultra, Busch Light, Cutwater, Nutrl, Corona, Stella, all gaining share of shelf," he added .

Anheuser-Busch InBev loses a court case

Anheuser-Busch InBev owns Grupo Modelo, but Constellation Brands  ( STZ )  has rights to its popular Corona brand for beer in the U.S.

Constellation also has been selling Modelo and Corona-branded hard-seltzer beverages, which were the subject of a lawsuit by Anheuser-Busch InBev. In that suit BUD alleged that Constellation did not have the rights to do that.

A 2023 court decision ruled in favor of Constellation Brands and that decision has been upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

"AB InBev’s Mexican arm Grupo Modelo filed the lawsuit against Constellation accusing the company of violating a brand-licensing agreement when it launched Corona Hard Seltzer,"  FoodDive reported.

"The lawsuit said the agreement only allowed Constellation to use Corona in the U.S. for beer. (AB InBev owns the rights to Corona in Mexico and the rest of the world.) Constellation countered that the licensing deal allowed it to sell other alcoholic drinks."

Essentially, the court ruled that the agreement between the two companies did allow Constellation to sell products including Modelo Ranch Water and Corona Hard Seltzer in the U.S.

At the heart of the matter was what actually constitutes beer. The appeals court said that both companies had plausible definitions and Constellation's definition allowed the company to produce Corona Hard Seltzer and Modelo Ranch Water.

Anheuser-Busch InBev continues to take issue with that definition.

“When Grupo Modelo provided Constellation with a license to sell those beer brands in the U.S., Grupo Modelo never agreed that Constellation had the right to use our iconic Corona and Modelo brands for sugar-based seltzers that are clearly not Mexican cervezas,” a company spokesperson told BrewBound .

Anheuser-Busch InBev sees growth for beer

While it faces some headwinds in the U.S., Anheuser-Busch InBev remains confident that its beer brands will drive growth.

"And looking ahead, beer is projected to continue this strength," Doukeris said. "Led by the strong performance of our global megabrands, our revenues continue to grow this year, reaching a new all-time high for a company of $59.4 billion.

"We continue to invest in our category-expansion levers and megabrands, building meaningful connections with our consumers."

For Bud Light, that has meant avoiding doing anything even vaguely controversial and leaning into its traditional marketing and advertising strategies.

"We expanded our longstand partnership with Folds of Honor, including bringing the NFL and Bud Light together to also support first responders," the executive said.

"We continue to invest in our megabrands and megaplatforms, such as sports and music that all consumers love including the NFL, NBA, Lollapalooza, as well as new investments with the VMAs, UFC, Copa America and Team USA for the Olympic and Paralympic Games."

Grocery stores that stock Bud Light are planning to shrink the shelf space allotted to the nation’s formerly top-selling beer — by nearly 20% in some parts of the country — after sales tanked following a boycott over its advertising partnership with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney .

The Anheuser-Busch brand — which was knocked off its perch this year by Modello after more than two decades at the top — will be squeezed out as store managers rearrange the alcoholic beverages section to give more precious real estate to better-selling beers, according to Bloomberg News.

“Anheuser-Busch’s beers will lose a range of about 10% to 15% of their space nationally as resets start,” Jesse Ferber, chief strategy officer for Columbia Distributing, which works with retailers such as Walmart and Target in the Pacific Northwest, told Bloomberg News.

Bud Light is likely to get less shelf space at grocery stores and other retailers this spring, according to analysts.

Ferber said that while the final numbers won’t be known until May or June, he estimates that stores in certain regions of the country could downgrade Bud Light’s shelf space by as much as 18% while in other areas it could be as low as 5%.

Molson Coors Brewing Co, whose stable of brands includes Coors Light, Miller Lite and Coors Banquet, expects to see an increase of shelf space of more than 10%.

Brian Feiro, president of US sales at Molson Coors, told Bloomberg that more than 50 retailers increased shelf space for Coors Light and Miller Lite by 6% to 7% last summer and fall.

An Anheuser-Busch spokesperson told Bloomberg News that the company anticipates “small shifts across brands” when it comes to shelf space.

The spokesperson said that Bud Light and Michelob Ultra, another Anheuser-Busch beer, are “the top two share-of-space brands in the beer industry.”

Bud Light sparked backlash from many conservatives after it sent a commemorative can last April to Mulvaney, who had shared an Instagram post of the custom tallboy to celebrate “365 Days of Girlhood.”

Subsequent posts were of Mulvaney cracking open a can of Bud Light in honor of March Madness.

The partnership with Mulvaney last year sparked outrage among Bud Light's traditional customer base.

The ensuing boycott has cost the parent company more than $1 billion in lost sales, according to estimates.

Anheuser-Busch InBev’s most recent earnings report showed that its US revenue declined 17.3% in the fourth quarter and 9.5% for the full year.

Last month, AB InBev CEO Michel Doukeris said that Bud Light has been slowly regaining its US market share since last May. The company has refocused its advertising on sporting events and concerts.

Despite Bud Light’s sales woes, it remains the country’s top-selling beer by overall volume, according to Bloomberg.

Moscow: City Sightseeing by Car/Bus

Visiting a new city is akin to going on a first date, it is something you will never forget. Many people imagine Moscow as just a bunch of sporadic landmarks: Red Square, the Kremlin, Lenin’s Mausoleum and GUM. There is so much more to this wonderful city than that and even though we only have a few hours, we will do all we can to show you everything we know and love about our capital in one fell swoop. We will take you on a journey through the ages, from centuries ago, right up to the modern day, soaking in the sights of this vast and bustling metropolis. Bright, luxurious and both ancient and modern at the same time, Moscow invites you on a date you’ll never forget!

On our sightseeing bus tour of the city, you will see:

  • The wonderfully historic city centre and its unique museums, magnificent cathedrals, the exquisite Chambers of the Romanov Boyars and of course, the famous towering red brick walls of the Kremlin, The charming beauty of the Alexander Garden awaits the capital's guests - a lush green oasis in the midst of the glass and concrete clad metropolis, basking in the etherial aura emanating from the whitewashed stone walls of the restored Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, the world- renowned fairytale onion domes of St. Basil's Cathedral and other impressive monumental buildings such as the library built in Lenin's honour - the Russian State Library - and the State Duma.
  • The Lubyanka KGB headquarters is notorious to members of older generations and although nowadays, the face of the secret police has changed dramatically, the looming enigmatic building on the waterfront maintains its aura of mystery, shrouded in a variety of murky rumours and dark myths. Then, there’s another of Moscow's main attractions - the marvellous Bolshoi Theatre, yew simply cant leave Moscow without taking in its breathtaking architecture. Engrained in the fabric of Russia's cultural heritage, virtuoso performers such as prima ballerina Galina Ulanova, opera singer Feodor Chaliapin and pianist, composer and conductor Sergei Rachmaninoff once stood centre stage of this vaunted institution.
  • The memorial complex on Poklonnaya Hill was constructed in the glory and honour of our heroes who defended our nation in the many crucial battles of the Great Patriotic War (WWII). This is a place that embodies a particularly acute and inextricable link between older ancf younger generations. Moving on to the Moscow International Business Centre, not dubbed ‘Moscow City' for nothing, a true glimpse of the future in the present. This incredible, rather jaw-dropping project in the capital has shown that Moscow has come to accept the age of the skyscraper. Finally, the stunning views from the observation deck at Sparrow Hills will leave professional and amateur photographers alike itching to capture them. How could one resist?

The most beautiful of all the world's cities - lady Moscow invites you out on a date!

14 Best Moscow Mules in a Can for 2020

anheuser busch light tour

Cold weather has arrived, and so has Moscow Mule season. The warming combination of spicy ginger and just the right amount of spirits make the Moscow Mule a favorite drink this time of year. With the rapid rise of the Moscow Mule cocktail-in-a-can, it can be confusing to sort through the Drizly listings for a delicious cocktail hiding behind the fancy graphics on the aluminum can. Our panel of tasters found the 14 best Moscow Mules in the US for 2020.

The Moscow Mule cocktail jumped to near the front of the line in American cocktail popularity over the past few years. The canned version is rapidly becoming the most popular of all ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails.

As these brands grow in popularity, so will distribution. But because of various state laws, regulations, and filing requirements, not all brands are available in your state. However, all 50 states and the District of Columbia can try at least one from our list.

The states that always seem to get the best variety, and this lineup proves, are Florida, Illinois, Ohio, and Tennessee. In second place are Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Of those only Ohio and Pennsylvania are alcoholic beverage control states. There are 17 control states, meaning state legislation has instituted a state-run monopoly on the distribution or retailing on beer, wine, and/or distilled spirits. It’s not too surprising that startup manufacturers would tackle them last.

The classic recipe for the Moscow Mule is relatively simple: vodka, ginger beer, and lime. It’s traditionally poured over ice into a copper mug. But hey, since this drink is meant for a metal container, we won’t tell if you drink straight from a chilled aluminum can.

The purity of vodka, along with the advent of creative natural flavors and sweeteners has made the Mule a popular drink with low carb diets such as keto. The keto diet has been identified as a powerful way to lose fat, and may protect against several diseases.

At one time the Moscow Mule was nothing more than complicated outlier. It turns 80 next year, and has now become one of the most popular drinks in the US. According to recent data, it’s received par levels with the Bloody Mary and Mojito.

While it’s the spirit of choice, not all Mules are made with vodka, and we’ve included two whiskey mules on our list. Two others did a fine job of replicating the style by using a fermented malt or cane sugar base. Brands can get creative in order to help you access their products from grocery stores, especially in states where the purchase of spirits is restricted.

We’ve included state distribution data, but understand this is a moving target. Click through on each brand for the latest info.

If you haven’t tried one, don’t be stubborn: your Mule awaits!

‘Merican Mule Moscow Style

anheuser busch light tour

The ‘Merican Mule company in Norwalk, CT, brings us a lineup of expertly crafted mules, including the Moscow Style, and with a dose of creativity on the classic definition, Tropical, Mexican, Southern, and the seasonal Pumpkin styles. The Moscow Style is made with vodka, Tropical with rum, Mexican with tequila, and Southern with bourbon liquor. All are 7% ABV and made with quality spirits. The sweetness of summer is prevalent in the Moscow Style, with enough ginger and carbonation to know you’ve found a special canned cocktail.

The 12-ounce cans are currently available in 12 states of CT, GA, ME, MD, MA, NH, NY, OH, PA, RI, TN, and VT.

Craft Cocktails by Bold Rock

anheuser busch light tour

Bold Rock Hard Cider produces a variety of canned cocktails made with real spirits. The Copper Mug Mule is deliciously made with American vodka and natural juice and flavors, including plenty of ginger and a touch of sweetness from fresh apple juice. At 7.5% ABV, this 12 oz can delivers just the right alcohol warming and ginger flavors to delight any connoisseur. The company is famous for their hard cider, and also makes hard seltzer, hard tea, and hard lemonade. Bold Rock’s Moscow Mule is currently only available in Virginia, but its hard cider, hard seltzer, hard tea, and hard lemonade are available in DE, FL, MD, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA, DC, and WV.

Pickers Music City Mule

anheuser busch light tour

Pickers Canned Craft Cocktails are 6% ABV (12 proof) and are made with spirits, rather than a fermented malt base. The Music City Mule has plenty of sweetness combining with ginger and vodka, all in a tall call with cool guitar artwork and nod to Music City, Nashville, Tennessee. It’s made with fresh ginger, real lime and Pickers Original Vodka, which is distilled from non-gmo corn, the filter four times before adding good ole Tennessee water.

The company also offers Pickers Unplugged Vodka Soda in assorted low calorie, zero carbohydrate, and gluten-free flavors.

Distribution includes the states of AL, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NY, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, WI, and WY.

Moscow Mule by Blue Marble

anheuser busch light tour

Blue Marble makes a wide variety of hard seltzers and RTD cocktails, including this delicious Moscow Mule, coming in at 15% ABV. The taste is so well balanced that it is easy drinking in a high ball glass (or copper mug, if you insist) over ice. Blue Marble recently launched their award-winning Bloody Mary in a new 8-pack at Costco Wholesale Clubs. The vodka that is used in Blue Marble canned cocktails can also be purchased, so you can create your own cocktail. Blue Marble also has a canned water offering that will be coming in the near future. Products are available in AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NY, ND, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, and DC.

Rogue Spirits Sparkling Craft Cocktails

anheuser busch light tour

Rogue Ales & Spirits makes a delicious ginger lime vodka mule, but we wanted to try to the new ginger lemon whiskey mule. You will, too. It’s 7.5% ABV and made with real spirits in a knockout package design.

You must try this.  I know, I know.  You only drink vodka.  You don’t like the taste of brown liquor (scotch/bourbon/whiskey).  Just try it. The Rogue whisky mule is just the right combination of whiskey and ginger with a very slight sweet flavor to make it super easy drinking.  You won’t be able to stop. Maybe it’s the hint of lemon.  We’re not quite sure.  We just know we LOVE it.  It’s refreshing and spicy.  Tastes like Christmas on the beach. (sips again)  Yes, definitely.  Christmas on the beach.

Rogue also brews world renowned craft beer, CBD Seltzer Water & Soda. You can find these products in an impressive 34 states, including AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, NH, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, DC, WV, WI, and WY. They are also available for free delivery in Portland.

Cutwater Vodka Mule

anheuser busch light tour

Since 2017, San Diego-based Cutwater Spirits has been producing a wide variety of ready-to-drink cocktails, including the delicious Vodka Mule, which easily made it to our list of the best mules of 2020. It packs a punch of carbonation and ginger with its 7% ABV, pours clear. Best when enjoyed over ice with a slice of lime, but we didn’t hesitate to drinks straight from the chilled can.

Cutwater has earned nearly 1,000 awards across its portfolio of products and is currently distributed in 38 states, with some form of delivery AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, DC, WI, and WY. (Sorry Alaska, Virginia, West Virginia, & Iowa)

Chicago Mule

anheuser busch light tour

We loved the Chicago Mule from Chicago Distilling Company in, uh, Chicago. It’s 10% ABV (20 proof) and of course made with the Ceres vodka from Chicago Distilling.

A fresh tasting rendition of the Moscow Mule, the Chicago Mule is just the right combination of vodka and spicy ginger beer to make us want to come back for more. The 200ml can is easy to pack and fits nicely on the backbar of any speakeasy.

The female-owned company has also launched Club 88 Vodka Spritzers and makes CBD water. Distribution is growing, but currently limited to FL, IL, KS, MN, TN, and WI.

Fling Rye Whiskey Mule

anheuser busch light tour

Fling from Boulevard Brewing in Kansas City never disappoints. The Whiskey Mule is no exception. Introduced just a year ago, it’s a delicious combination of whiskey, ginger, and lime in a craft cocktail with 9% ABV. A great cocktail for tailgating at football games or just the socially-distanced armchair quarterbacking, it’s a smooth, not harsh drink.  Fans of the traditional vodka-based Moscow Mule will appreciate this wrinkle on the popular mixed drink.  The adventure into whiskey from vodka is made quite palatable.  Go on a Fling, explore and you will be rewarded.

All Fling Craft Cocktails are gluten-free and made with all-natural ingredients. Available in 30 states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, ME, MD, MA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, UT, VA, WA, DC, WI, and WY.

Vitani Mule

anheuser busch light tour

Vitani would win the award for sexy 200ml aluminum cans, if there was one. But we included them on this list for their flavor and ingredients.

The Vitani Mule is delicious, light and refreshing, even though it packs 12% ABV. Vitani Mule was winner of Double Gold medal at the 2019 SIP awards, an International Spirits Competition.

The Vitani Mule is made from all-natural ingredients, and also comes in a 750ml package for sharing (or not). The company also offers a series of martinis in equally sexy packaging: Cosmo, Dirty, and Elderpear. Vitani products are currently only available in AZ, CO, IL, and MN. So you’ll have to hire a mule if you want it across the border.

Five Drinks Co Moscow Mule

anheuser busch light tour

Five Drinks Co used their creativity and natural ingredients to create a wonderful, if slightly unusual, Moscow Mule. This mule wins “most complex” of the group! It’s a mellow, hazy yellow color. The smell is amazing! It is the perfect size for a nice cocktail. Hardly any carbonation, but lots and lots of flavor. The addition of mandarin was a stroke of genius.

The company has a full line of RTDs (Margarita, Mojito, Paloma, Gin & Tonic, Watermelon Vodka Soda) and recently launched a collaboration with the bar that was voted #1 Bar in World (Dante NYC). That collaboration includes 3 flavors: Summer Spritz, Americano 2.0, Gin & Tonic. Five Drinks are available in AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, DC, WV, WI, and WY.

TGI Fridays Moscow Mule

anheuser busch light tour

Thank goodness it’s any day of the week. Get ready for a big delicious TGI Fridays Moscow Mule a 5.9%, made with a malt base. This easy drinking crowd-pleaser has little alcohol flavor or warming, with more of a ginger beer flavor.

The company has new flavors and innovation in the works for the reopening of America, coming to a casual dining restaurant near you.

But in the meantime, enjoy a Moscow Mule, or their award-winning Bloody Mary, with broad distribution beyond the walls of the familiar restaurant, in the states of AL, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, WA, WV, WI, and WY.

Colorado Mule

anheuser busch light tour

You’ll love it. The Colorado Mule from Kure’s Craft Beverage Company in Loveland, CO, has lots to love. It’s made with real craft vodka, blended with Kure’s non-alcoholic Ginger Beer and lime. Kure’s uses organic ginger that they juice in house.

Like Goldilocks’ final resting place for the night, Colorado Mule’s found the perfect amount of carbonation. Not so much that it’s reminiscent of a seltzer and not so little that it feels like it didn’t get invited to the party. It’s a very good Mule.

The Colorado Mule is currently distributed by Crooked Stave Artisans in Colorado and Heartland Beverage in Illinois, but we’re sincerely hoping for broader distribution soon.

Moscow Mule by the Hard Mule Seltzer Co

anheuser busch light tour

This Moscow Mule, named the Moscow Mule, from the Moscow Mule company was an introduction to a new brand that will be available beyond Ohio in 2021.

At 5% and made with fermented cane sugar, the “true original” Moscow Mule will be joined by a full lineup of Moscow Mule-themed seltzers early next year.

You definitely taste the alcohol and so easy to go slow and sip. When you want something that tastes genuine and not sweet, turn to this tall can of Moscow Mule.

For now, you’ll have to pack up your mule and head to R. Shea Brewing taprooms in Akron, OH, where Ron and the crew will serve up lagers and ales alongside the Moscow Mule. Bring only $2.50 to try a 6-ounce pour.

Monaco Moscow Mule

anheuser busch light tour

Monaco Craft Cocktails has produced a fine Moscow Mule, and packaged in a beautiful can. This Mule is a nicely balanced combination of vodka, ginger, sweetness and carbonation. The vodka is 6X distilled and blended with ginger beer. At 9% ABV, you know you’re drinking a real, premium cocktail.

We only regret that this Mule creates a dilemma: you could pour over ice, giving it a true craft cocktail experience, but that means you won’t be holding and enjoying the beautiful can. We still opted for the pour-over, giving our noses the sweet tingle of ginger beer.

Monaco currently distributes to AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OH, OK, RI, SD, TN, TX, WA, DC, and WI.
