The Revivalists announce 2023 North American tour dates
John Hutchings February 21, 2023 Headline News , News , Tour Leave a comment
Chart-topping rock band The Revivalists have announced their North American summer tour, including co-headline dates with The Head and The Heart beginning June 30th with support from Jaime Wyatt (on most dates) followed by co-headline dates with Band Of Horses beginning July 28th with support from The Heavy Heavy (on select dates). After the run wraps up at Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre on September 10th, The Revivalists will return for their anticipated Red Rocks show in Colorado on September 14.
Artist pre-sale starts Wednesday, February 23 at 10am local. Public on-sale begins this Friday, February 24 at 10am local time. For all ticketing details, please visit www.therevivalists.com .
The Revivalists just released their new lead single “ Kid ” with an accompanying music video and have announced their fifth studio album Pour It Out Into The Night set for release on June 2 via Concord Records. “Kid” is a hopeful anthem invoking the zest for life, self-belief, catharsis and “living for the spirit now” as the song declares. Directed by Johnny Chew, the graffiti-inspired music video features artful, eye-popping stop-motion animation of the band against a backdrop that pays homage to the architectural and artistic aesthetics that define the band’s home of New Orleans.
With an infectious melody and piano peeking through bright acoustic guitar, intricate layers of the band’s distinctive instrumentation power a euphoric chantable chorus: “Hey kid / Just sing the songs that wake the dead then / You keep them ringing in your head, yeah / You gotta get it off your chest / Don’t worry about the mess.”
“Kid” introduces Pour It Out Into The Night, a life-affirming album about living in the moment that offers both an unburdening and an appreciation for the here and now, fueled by lessons in gratitude and life realizations. As the world came to a standstill in the years since their last album, Take Good Care, personal experiences and life challenges abounded, with band members having their first children, getting married, and navigating the mental hurdles of lockdown. The band’s process for this record was the most self-guided one yet, and was produced by GRAMMY Award-winning producer Rich Costey [Muse, Foster the People, Death Cab for Cutie] with co-production from David, Zack, and the rest of the band.
In addition to the band’s newly announced dates, the eight-piece collective will bring their epic live show to several upcoming festivals including a big hometown set at New Orleans JazzFest in April and Bonnaroo in June. They will play their Jazz Fest headline show at The Fillmore in New Orleans on April 28.

Great show! I love this band and they are SO good live. The setlist was honestly pretty disappointing to me. I didn't feel like they played any of their top hits, a lot of the Men Amongst Mountains songs that I love weren't played (sad). But still a GREAT show!! Would see them again in a heartbeat.

I went to the show at The Anthem in Washington, DC this weekend. The Revivalists were phenomenal. They sounded as good, or BETTER, 'Live' than any recording I've heard of them. A friend got me interested in them a little over a year ago, and I've been listening to their music every day since. I had tickets this summer to their Wolf Trap show, but had to give them up for a family emergency. I was so disappointed that I had to miss the show. As the January tickets became available, I counted the days until this event. I had box seats and a perfect view. The Revivalists sound was so outstanding, I never stopped dancing, or singing for the entire show! Their music is intoxicating, and their showmanship was fabulous. As their set ended, I couldn't believe this great feeling was about to be over. Until, they came out for the encore songs! Hell Yeah! Best show I've ever been to!
The revivalists are a phenomenal band musically and terrific showmen. They write songs that are soulful and easy to sing along to. You will enjoy their music on the radio/albums but you do not get the true essence of this band until you see them live. You will fit in at their concert whether you’re 16 or 60. They put all their energy into every show and will not disappoint!

About The Revivalists
Eight-piece rock 'n' roll collective The Revivalists – David Shaw [lead vocals, guitar], Zack Feinberg [guitar], Andrew Campanelli [drums], George Gekas [bass], Ed Williams [pedal steel guitar], Rob Ingraham [saxophone], Michael Girardot [keyboard, trumpet], and PJ Howard [drums, percussion] – have made the journey from hole-in-the-wall gigs to sold-out shows at hallowed venues, multiplatinum success, more than 800 million streams and major media praise. Their fifth album, Pour It Out Into The Night (Concord Records) is a life-affirming album about living in the moment, fueled by lessons in gratitude and life realizations. As the world came to a standstill in the years since their last album, Take Good Care, personal experiences and life challenges abounded, with band members having their first children, getting married, and navigating the mental hurdles of lockdown. On lead single "Kid" – a hopeful anthem about capturing the essence of life, self-belief, and living for the spirit – piano peeks through bright acoustic guitar as a bold beat powers the chantable chorus, "Hey kid, just sing the songs that wake the dead, then you keep them ringing in your head." “Kid” introduces an album that offers a nostalgic hopefulness rooted in living for who you are, an unburdening, and an appreciation for the here and now. Renowned for their live prowess, soulful alt-rock anthems, distinct mix of many of the classic styles of American music, and outward generosity through their philanthropic Rev Causes initiative, The Revivalists broke through with 2015's Men Amongst Mountains , which featured the double-platinum smash single and Billboard Hot 100 hit "Wish I Knew You.”

2024 Masters TV schedule, coverage, live stream, channel, how to watch streaming online, golf tee times
How to watch every memorable moment of the 2024 masters on tv or streaming live.
The most wonderful time of the golf season continues into Sunday as the beauty of April surrounds Augusta National Golf Club. The 2024 Masters is a star-studded affair with a loaded field featuring the best golfers in the world. Scottie Scheffler entered as the favorite and remains that way, once again standing as the leader by a single stroke through 54 holes.
While five-time Masters champion Tiger Woods set a new record at Augusta National by making the weekend in his 24th consecutive playing of the tournament, he completely ejected on Saturday by posting a 10-over 82, his worst score in a major championship round throughout his professional career. Woods registered consecutive double bogeys on the 7th and 8th and had two separate four-hole stretches scoring bogey or worse. This after Tiger made 22 fairways through his first 36 holes, his best such mark since 1999.
Collin Morikawa posted one of the low rounds of Saturday to jump one stroke back of Scheffler. Max Homa held serve, for the most part, as he struggled around Augusta National but nevertheless posted a 73. Bryson DeChambeau fell off a bit, but an electric birdie on the last Saturday moved him to four shots back of Scheffler with 18 holes remaining.
While attending the Masters is a dream for many, simply being able to watch golf on the grandest stage of them all is an incredible treat each year, and we here at CBS Sports are thrilled to bring you wall-to-wall coverage of the Masters throughout this week.
CBS Sports offers extensive, week-long coverage across all its platforms with its traditional 18-hole broadcast coverage beginning with the third round on Saturday and final-round action on Sunday. Jim Nantz, in his 39th consecutive year covering the Masters, serves as host for the 37th time. 2008 Masters champion Trevor Immelman joins Nantz as the lead analyst at the Masters for the second time. Nantz and Immelman link up with CBS Sports' incredible golf team, including on-course reporter Dottie Pepper and the legendary Verne Lundquist, who will be calling his final Masters.
Enough talking about it. Here's how you can watch as much Masters as possible on Sunday. Be sure to stick with CBS Sports for live coverage throughout and download the CBS Sports app to watch Masters Live on your mobile device.

Maggie Rogers Announces Arena Tour, Sequel to In-Person Ticketing Program to Skirt Scalpers
By Waiss Aramesh
Waiss Aramesh
Following the success of Maggie Rogers ’ in-person ticketing program for her tour last year, she’s going even bigger in 2024. Ahead of her new album Don’t Forget Me dropping on Friday, the singer announced her first arena run in the United States, kicking off in October after ‘ The Don’t Forget Me Tour, Part I ’ in early summer.
Friday kicks off a week-long celebration that Rogers is dubbing ‘Box Office Week’ that will include pop-up events, special shows at intimate venues in New York, Philadelphia, Boston, and Chicago, and chances to snag tickets to the arena tour at box offices across America.
Rogers’ arena run this fall includes a date at Madison Square Garden on October 19, a little over five years after the singer sold out two nights at Radio City Music Hall. Having gone to New York University and lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Rogers is no stranger to venues across the city, from popping out at Barclays Center with Zach Bryan and Bruce Springsteen to her affinity for some of the city’s cozier settings.
