Stevie Nicks setlist: Here are all the songs on her can't-miss US tour

stevie nicks tour name 2023

NEW YORK — Stevie Nicks will always be the coolest person in any room.

On Sunday night, rock's high priestess made Madison Square Garden her church with an electrifying, funny and at times heartbreaking sold-out concert. Wearing a black, billowing dress — her mic stand sparkling with beads and ribbons — Nicks delivered some of her best-loved hits with regal grace and bewitching power, including "Bella Donna," "Stand Back" and "Edge of Seventeen."

In between each song, the singer candidly regaled stories to the audience with self-deprecating humor and wistful wisdom: recalling her "incredible crush on Tom Petty" that led to "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around," and how "Fall From Grace" is the closest thing she's written to "a real serious argument." And although you'd never know it, she talked about feeling intense stage fright, returning to headline the iconic Garden for the first time since 2016.

"I've been here before, but it doesn't ever get old in the way of you saying, 'Oh, Madison Square Garden, no problem,'" Nicks said early in the evening. "It's such an amazing place that you’re a little scared. And I'm fearless – I'm never scared – but I'm scared right now. So anyways, let's just get this party started!"

'They helped her have my soul': Stevie Nicks enters the Barbie zeitgeist with her own doll

The night's biggest tearjerkers were Nicks' emotional encore tributes to Petty and Fleetwood Mac member Christine McVie , singing "Free Fallin'" and "Landslide" accompanied by pictures of the late musicians. She also had the crowd in stitches mid-show as she gleefully played with her Stevie Barbie doll, which she told USA TODAY about in a new interview .

"Thank you for indulging me and my little guilty pleasure," Nicks said onstage. "And now, moving on from Barbie Land and back to Stevie Land."

Nicks, 75, last released an album of all-original music with 2011's "In Your Dreams," while 2014's "24 Karat Gold" featured new versions of old demos. She is playing nearly two dozen shows across the U.S. through next March, some of which with Billy Joel .

Stevie Nicks' tour setlist:

  • "Outside the Rain"
  • "If Anyone Falls"
  • "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around"
  • "Fall From Grace"
  • "For What It's Worth"
  • "Wild Heart"
  • "Bella Donna"

Stevie Nicks Announces 2023 North American Tour

By Allison Hussey

Stevie Nicks

Stevie Nicks has announced a handful of solo dates, adding them amid her co-headlining shows with Billy Joel later this year. She’ll start in California in March, performing throughout the spring and concluding with a few performances in the fall. Find her dates, including those with Billy Joel, below.

Nicks’ upcoming gigs are her first shows since the death of Christine McVie , her close friend and longtime bandmate in Fleetwood Mac. The songwriter and keyboard player died unexpectedly in late November after a short illness, according to her family. Nicks called McVie her “best friend in the whole world since the first day of 1975” in her social media tribute to her collaborator.

Although Nicks hasn’t released an album with new songs since 2011’s “In Your Dreams,” she has stayed active.

Most recently, the former Fleetwood Mac singer put her own spin on Buffalo Springfield’s popular protest anthem “For What It’s Worth.”

You can hear Nicks’ subdued take on the  seminal classic here .

Prior to the classic rock cover, Nicks dropped the original single  “Show Them The Way”  in 2020.

Dolly Parton collaboration

Following her 2022 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, country singer Dolly Parton didn’t feel worthy.

“If I’m gonna be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, I’m gonna have to do something to earn it,” the 77-year-old said.

In an interview on  The View , Parton revealed she has since enlisted the talents of Stevie Nicks, Paul McCartney, John Fogerty, Steve Perry and Steven Tyler to lend an air of legitimacy to the upcoming record which will reportedly include her take on “Stairway To Heaven” and many more beloved classic rock anthems.

At the time of publication, Parton’s star-studded “Rockstar” album is set for release Nov. 17.

What Is Stevie Nicks’ Tour Setlist For 2023?

Danielle Chelosky

Stevie Nicks is currently on a co-headlining tour with Billy Joel , called Two Icons One Night Tour . After kicking off at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium on March 10, the run stopped by the Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee on May 19. It’s set to also hit Arlington, Philadelphia, Columbus, Kansas City, Foxborough, Baltimore, and Minneapolis.

The setlist so far for Nicks’ performance is packed with exciting cuts. It has her solo hits like “Edge Of Seventeen” and “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around,” during the latter of which Billy Joel joins her to sing the part of Tom Petty. It also contains several Fleetwood Mac songs, such as “Dreams,” “Gypsy,” and many more.

Late last year, her bandmate Christine McVie tragically passed and she penned a thoughtful letter to her and shared it to social media: “See you on the other side, My Love. Don’t forget about me,” she wrote.

Check out the setlist for the Nashville concert below via setlist.fm .

1. “Outside the Rain” 2. “Dreams” 3. “If Anyone Falls” 4. “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around” with Billy Joel 5. “Fall From Grace” 6. “For What It’s Worth” (Buffalo Springfield cover) 7. “Gypsy” 8. “Wild Heart” 9. “Bella Donna” 10. “Stand Back” 11. “Free Fallin'” (Tom Petty cover) 12. “Gold Dust Woman” 13. “Sara” 14. “Edge Of Seventeen” 15. “Rhiannon” 16. “Landslide”

Stevie Nicks Concert Schedule and Tour

Best known as the mysterious and mystical powerhouse lead voice of Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks is just as much the entrancing chanteuse as a solo songstress. Her latest album, "In Your Dreams," was released in 2011. Her singular sartorial style, featuring long robes, lace, scarves and wild hair, is as iconic as her sound, and that, coupled with long-held rumors of her Wiccan interests, helped create a remarkably haunting stage presence. Though she tours infrequently and creates new work rarely, she remains one of the most inspirational women in rock, with bands like the Dixie Chicks and Destiny’s Child and artists Mary J. Blige and Florence Welch idolizing her inimitable style.

Nicks began her career early, singing at small concerts with her grandfather as a young child before meeting her future partner, band mate and lover Lindsey Buckingham, in high school. Together they joined Fleetwood Mac members Mick Fleetwood, John McVie and Christine McVie, where she penned classic hits “Rhiannon” and “Landslide” for their first album, resulting in immediate global acclaim and innumerable follow-up covers by fellow musicians. The tumultuous band life resulted in drug addiction, divorces and ultimately, a breakup, though they reunited in 1997, the same year the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Despite ailing health, Nicks produced several albums, both with Fleetwood Mac and solo, including "Bella Donna," her first solo effort released in 1981. This album showcased the musical gems “Edge of Seventeen” and “Leather and Lace.” Her other lone efforts include "The Wild Heart," "Rock a Little," "The Other Side of the Mirror," "Street Angel" and "Trouble in Shangri-La" before releasing "In Your Dreams."

Fans can’t buy tickets to her latest tour with Fleetwood Mac, as John McVie’s health issues have paused the show, but they can see this Gold Dust Woman performing as a witch on FX’s "American Horror Story: Coven" in her acting debut. 2017-2018 Stevie Nicks Venues: Forsyth Barr Stadium - Dunedin, New Zealand Spark Arena - Auckland, New Zealand

Stevie is amazing and her voice is just as fabulous now as it was in the 70s and 80s!! She is incredible and put on a fantastic show! Her performance in New Orleans was a landslide because she brought down the house!!! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE HER!!!

Great Concert

Stevie Nicks still has the same voice she had 50 years ago! So good 😊 The price of the ticket was about $100.00 too much.

Loved every minute. Stevie is as good as she ever was. Her tributes to Tom Petty and Christie McVie were spot in! May go again!

Wonderful Concert

Stevie Nicks is awesome - still has a great voice, and delivered a fun, energetic experience. It was cool to hear the stories, and the great visuals and backgrounds added to the evening's musical journey. We were disappointed in the venue accessibility for individuals with disabilities. On the venue's website (Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock) there indicates a parking lot for disabled parking across from the accessible entrance. However, when we arrived (2 hours before the concert), we were told that the 12 allotted spaces had already been taken. We had two individuals in wheelchairs, and another with heart and lung issues. I let them out and drove around trying to find a parking space that I could use without causing too much stress on my heart. It would be nice if individuals who select handicap seating could be guaranteed handicap parking.

That woman is amazing! I will always remember this opportunity to see such an icon perform.

It was a great concert Stevie did a GREAT job as I expected she would. One of my favorites for sure.. Love me some Stevie Nick's !!

Best concert I ever seen. Not a single person left early. Stevie and her band were just Great and sounded better than ever. Wish I could give a 10 star rating.

Wow, 75 and still a songbird. I was amazed. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because the Merch tables / lines were ridiculous. They were in high traffic spots and caused major backups getting around. This could have been remedied, by adding more spots to purchase items in more remote areas.

Superb venue and concert

Stevie Nicks was amazing and the venue is always good. Seating was good, check in was super fast & all staff that we dealt with was extremely friendly and courteous.

Stevie was one the best concerts that I have attended!

She sang most of the songs that I was hoping that she would sing. She also told stories that definitely added to the experience. It was a wonderful concert and I can not think of anything that would have made it any better.

Stevie Nicks 2023 solo tour resumes in Raleigh

Stevie Nicks resumed her 2023 solo tour on Friday night, performing at PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. COVID had temporarily sidelined the tour when an unnamed band member fell ill in March, forcing several shows to be canceled or postponed. Stevie last performed at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on March 18, 2023.

After opening with “Outside the Rain” and “Dreams,” Stevie welcomed the Raleigh crowd and revealed that she was “in bed for four weeks and I’m so happy to be up!” Healthy and well-rested, Stevie delivered a crowd-pleasing show, performing 18 songs from her vast Fleetwood Mac and solo catalog. She also covered Buffalo Springfield’s “For What It’s Worth” and Tom Petty’s “Free Fallin'”.

Singer-songwriter Nicole Atkins opened for Stevie.

The solo tour moves on to Tennessee, where Stevie will perform at Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville on Tuesday night.

Special thanks to Liz Baker, @BRStevieNicks , Alex Palero, SandyMac, and Sunday Girl for pictures, videos and recaps from the show.

1. Outside the Rain

3. If Anyone Falls

“Welcome, Raleigh! Well, this is the first I’ve been onstage in a while. We managed to do three shows about two and half months ago, and then we ran into a little trouble and then we stopped, and then I was in bed for four weeks and now I’m up again, and I’m so happy to be here, and be up!

“So I wanna…I never make a dedication this close to the beginning, but I have to do it tonight because, okay, this is such a great story. In like, I don’t know, somewhere in beginning of the ’80s, mid-’80s, I met this amazing guy, who’s this amazing dancer, and me and all my girlfriends just adored him because when you dance with him it was like, it was like, I dont’ know, Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers, something so special, right? His name is Brad (Jeffries), he’s here tonight. Brad, where are you? At least, throw up your hand. (Sees Brad in the audience) Here’s right there!

“So anyway, Brad is dancing me in this next video, which, if you are a fan of ours, you’ve seen this video. But we chose parts of it for our backstage, for our video wall. And so you’ll see him and it’s my finest moment of ballet, my most fabulous moment of ballet. Anway, so it’s Brad and I dancing and you’ll see him, and this is “If Anyone Falls in Love.'”

4. Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around

5. Fall from Grace

6. For What It’s Worth (Buffalo Springfield cover)

“This next song is from the ’70s. It’s from Fleetwood Mac, and I wrote it about a specific time, I think, at the end of the ’70s when I was like, really like, I got so famous so fast that it was like weird, and it was weird-ing me out a little bit to go from being a cleaning lady to a very famous person like overnight. So whenever that would happen, I would take my bed, my mattress off of my bed frame and put it on the floor like it used to be, and I put a bunch of coverlets on it and flowers and stuff, you know, and then I would just sit down on this bed and I would go like, ‘I am still Stevie.’ And I have to tell you after the last couple of weeks of my life that I’m still sort of like sitting on my bed on the floor. I’m glad to say that I definitely am still Stevie. So uh, then there was a song called ‘Gypsy.'”

11. Stand Back

12. I Sing for the Things

“So this next song was on… I’m not sure what album it was on. It was on one of the first three albums (Rock a Little) , and it was never done onstage because when you do an album, especially in those days, you just get like 20 songs on your record to go down to like 12 songs or 11 songs. So there’s always gonna be a couple songs you really love that are just simply gonna have to go because you cannot…the record company will not have it. So this was one of those songs. And we decided where everything is right now that this is the perfect time to sing it for you now, so here it is. You know, if you remember it, great. If you don’t (inaudible) a song for you.”

Named by Rolling Stone as the “Reigning Queen of Rock and Roll,” as well as one of the top 100 singers and songwriters of all time Stevie Nicks has been a force in the music world since the ‘70s.

Nicks boasts a long string of hits as both the Fleetwood Mac frontwoman and a solo singer-songwriter. While she’s known for moody, poetic lyricism drawing on painful relationships, her intense theatrical presence onstage makes her live performances unforgettable.

Before Nicks became a best-selling artist, she was an avid young music enthusiast. She shared a passion for the country genre with her grandfather and often sang duets alongside him as a toddler. Eventually, this devoted love helped Nicks find her voice and realize her creative talent.

After joining bands throughout high school, Nicks stumbled upon her soon-to-be bandmate and romantic partner Lindsey Buckingham. The pair dove headfirst into the ’70s music scene with original demo tapes and albums. Although the Buckingham-Nicks collaboration didn’t perform as well as expected, the duo’s team-up – and their tempestuous relationship – set the tone for a future with the band Fleetwood Mac.

Nicks proved her expertise during Fleetwood Mac’s steady rise to fame. She claimed her spot as a vocalist and helped steer the band toward an iconic debut. Fleetwood Mac’s debut self-titled album featured numerous songwriting credits from the frontwoman.

“Rhiannon” and “Landslide” – both written by Nicks – quickly became certified classics thanks to her impressive vocal talent. It launched the group’s 1975 full-length release to historical heights, marking a memorable beginning to a legendary career.

Nicks played a crucial role in Fleetwood Mac’s growing discography. Besides the band’s stellar debut LP, Nicks’s contributions to later projects like Rumours, Tusk, and Mirage cemented her reputation as a creative force to be reckoned with. She was a pivotal piece to the band’s ever-changing image.

The singer backed up her songwriting skills with breathtaking live performances. Her on-stage presence showcased true star potential, especially with her unique voice and rock ‘n’ roll energy. No one denied her ability to captivate the crowd and take the stage by storm. Naturally, it wasn’t a surprise when Nicks decided to go solo and step away from the Fleetwood Mac spotlight.

As she pursued solo projects, Nicks expanded her vocal and songwriting versatility. Studio albums like Bella Donna, The Wild Heart, Rock a Little, and The Other Side of the Mirror helped her break into the ’80s music scene. “Edge of Seventeen,” “Stand Back,” “Nightbird,” and other chart-topping singles symbolized her rock royalty status. Her presence and fame only rose higher as the modern-day music era rolled around.

Nicks recorded eight solo studio albums, earned multi-platinum status, and garnered plenty of number one hits. Her work alongside Fleetwood Mac helped the band achieve a highly acclaimed reputation and recognized her power as an in-demand artist.

In 2018, Nicks made her way into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Because of her previous induction with Fleetwood Mac in 1998, this marked the first time a woman secured multiple spots as a rock honoree.

Today, Nicks continues her venture as one of the greatest female musicians. Many stars like Lorde, HAIM, Taylor Swift, and Harry Styles cite the singer as a huge driving force in their careers. She often offers a helping hand to these pop phenoms, performing alongside them on stage and sharing her talent with new and long-time fans.

Nicks’ time with Fleetwood Mac made her a certified success. Ultimately, her knack for songwriting, groundbreaking performances, and supreme vocals took her a step further. There’s no doubt her legacy as a rock legend will live on forever.

Live reviews

The individual members of Fleetwood Mac have to find something to do when they’re not touring their collective back catalogue to packed arenas at eye-watering prices; for Stevie Nicks, that’s usually involved focusing on her solo career. Back in 2011, she turned out her first solo record in a decade, In Your Dreams, to a generally positive critical response; like most of her solo work, it focused more directly on a rock sound than much of her Fleetwood Mac material has, and the live show that accompanied it, when she hit the road in support of it, leant in a similar direction. After a joint tour in the U.S. with fellow cocaine enthusiast Rod Stewart, she played in front of 60,000 people at the Hard Rock Calling festival in London - the first time she’d stepped out on her own in Europe since 1989. In keeping with the tone of the new record, the Fleetwood Mac songs that she did perform were the heavier numbers, with an extended, jam-laden version of ‘Gold Dust Woman’ amongst the highlights. Solo standout ‘Edge of Seventeen’, too, received the full rock treatment, running over twelve minutes with a scintillating guitar intro. Nicks was flanked by backing singers, but frankly didn’t need them; her voice has stood up astonishingly well to years of well-documented drug abuse. Fleetwood Mac tours are so lucrative that it’s difficult to see Nicks throwing herself back into the solo arena all that whole-heartedly any time soon; should she surprise us, though, she’s already got the live side of things down pat.

Stevie Nicks was outstanding! I read some negative reviews online from people who had seen the show and I disagree with all of them! Some said she talked too much between songs but I loved her stories on how the songs came to be. Also, her voice was in perfect form. She did some songs from her black gothic trunk as she called it that nobody had heard and they were great songs. She of course did some of her biggest hits and the audience went wild. Now, for the negative. Parking! We missed the Pretenders completely because the parking situation was a mess. It took over an hour from turning onto to the street the venue was on only to get directed all the way around the venue to the overflow parking lot. So many people missed them because of it.Could have been avoided with better planning by the venue. They knew the show was sold out! Cmon people. Very disappointing. 5 stars for Stevie! She still rocks!

Her solo show was awsome!!

She played all my favorite songs plus some new stuff .

She did an awesome tribute to New Orleans about Hurricane Katrina ..titled " New Orleans",

Which a lot of people never heard her song before .

Her voice was strong and sounded so good the musicians all played very well too!

I love the fact that she told a story along with all her music songs.. she connected with her fans it was very entertaining ..

I love the Pretenders !!

They played awesome too! They sounded just like the early 90's!! Chrissy Hines looks great Too!

They still got it going on and have many classic songs..

I would go back and see Stevie Nicks agsinnin the future..

she looked great Too!!

Well first off Stevie was amazing! the concert was amazing The Pretenders were awesome! but there was one thing that really made me mad was when during the concert a drunk woman from a row behind us fell on top of us she really did kinda hurt us she fell on us and just laid there on the ground for a good 5 mins then decides to get up and go get another beer but when she went to go down the stairs she slipped on the last step and fell down again! I'm very unhappy with the way they didn't kick her out for being too drunk to go down stairs they didn't even have a staff member come check on us when the woman fell and a staff member saw the whole thing happen.

I had waited a long time for this and was not disappointed at all!! Stevie was amazing, her voice is as good as it was years ago. Video does not do her justice! She told some stories about her songs which We found really interesting!! Some of her vault songs are truly beautiful and thankfully she got them out! If she comes back am deffinately going back to see her. She twirled and did the crazy dance in gold dust woman. Amazing concert Stevie!! We love you!!

Stevie is a ballarina of lyrics and can dance harmony into your soul, and she did in May when I saw her at MGM. She was magical the first time, and then she came back with Fleetwood mac in December when she put on another fantastic show. Her love for Lindsey showed in every song and when they cried on their duet there was no dry eyes in the arena. Stevie shines and her songs are life full of experance as you should of seen

The show was great Stevie and Chrissy can still sing amazingly ❤❤. But one thing, I couldn't hear Stevie talking from where I was out the back. But I do know she talked alot and sort of got the crowd hyped with a song then the mood swayed to boredom until the next song. May have been better if I could hear what she was saying. All in all though was a great concert.

candy-jones-4’s profile image

Well parking issues were a disaster very unorganized so we missed the pretenders and beginning of Stevie and then we had seat jumpers in our seats very sad the for the money that we pay for those seats that we didn't even catch that maybe 7 songs if that only Stevie Nicks

spulce’s profile image

Not a bad show, her voice is still awesome as it was 40 years ago. Great set list of songs, however, her show was a bit slow because she talked about each song, and started side tracking on her stories. The band was great and so was her backup singers...

jim-klembara’s profile image

It rates right up there as one of the best concerts I've been to!!! For a 68 year old woman, Stevie still has the moves and the pipes she had when she was 20!!! Loved her stories and the songs she included that were not heard before!!!One fantastic show!!!

Stevie Nicks adds Dublin date to 2024 summer tour

FLEETWOOD Mac frontwoman Stevie Nicks is kicking off the European leg of her 2024 tour in Dublin this summer.

Performing at the 3Arena, this will be Nicks’ first solo show in Ireland since 2015 despite touring with the band a handful of times in recent years.

Widely regarded as one of music’s most distinctive voices and performers, Nicks rose to fame after joining Fleetwood Mac in 1975, helping them become one of the bestselling music acts of all time with over 120 million records sold worldwide.

The group channelled the chaos and conflict of their overlapping relationships and break-ups into Rumours, one of rock’s most successful albums.

In 2023 Amazon Prime released a mini-series entitled Daisy Jones & The Six which was both inspired by and loosely based on Fleetwood Mac, the recording of Rumours and the relationship between Nicks and bandmate Lindsey Buckingham.

As a solo artist Nicks enjoyed success with albums such as Bella Donna which peaked at 11 in the UK album charts in 1981 and The Other Side of the Mirror which reached number three in 1989. To date she has received eight Grammy Award nominations for her solo work.

She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist in 2019 with Harry Styles presenting her with the award.

Nicks, now 75, will play the 3Arena on July 3. Tickets for her Dublin gig are set to go on sale on March 22 from ticketmaster.ie . Presales will take place from Wednesday March 20, for which fans can pre-register through promotor MCD.

Music of the Spheres Tour

Coldplay recently announced seven dates for their Music of the Spheres 2023 West Coast Tour. This September and October, the band will visit Seattle, Vancouver, San Diego, and Los Angeles.

In 2022, they broke records when they sold more concert tickets than any other artist — over six million! Excitingly, this time round, the band has pledged to cut tour emissions by 50% through a number of initiatives, such as powering their stage with renewable energy and giving 10% of their profits to environmental projects and charities. Sounds like a great idea to us!

Can’t wait until September? Fill your head with Coldplay and more bands just like them with Alt Nation (Ch. 36) .

How to get tickets to Stevie Nicks’ UK tour, including price and presale

The Fleetwood Mac legend has just announced shows in Manchester and Glasgow

Amy Houghton

As the front person of one of the best-selling music acts of all time and the first woman to be elected to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, it doesn't get much bigger than Stevie Nicks.

Last month, the Fleetwood Mac legend announced that she would be  headlining London's BST Hyde Park in the summer — her first UK show in seven long years. And as if that wasn't enough to get her British fans excited, Stevie's only gone and announced two more UK performances as part of her 2024 summer tour.

So, your chances of singing ‘Landslide’ with Stevie herself just got bigger. Here's everything you need to know about getting tickets.

When is Stevie Nicks going on her UK tour in 2024?

She'll be arriving on UK shores in July.

What UK dates have been confirmed?

There are only three UK dates that have been announced. They are:

For her London date, tickets are on sale right now, but selling very quickly. You can  find them here .

How much do Stevie Nicks tour tickets cost?

If you want to catch Stevie at BST Hyde Park, tickets start at £90.45 for general admission and go all the way up to £450 for VIP. To be fair, that price does include all the other acts set to perform throughout the day.

There are several presales happening for the dates in Manchester and Glasgow. People with the O2 mobile app can get early access from 12pm on Wednesday March 20 and if you're signed up to Live Nation you can access a presale from 12pm on Thursday March 21.
